# Ticket crackdown, and the top search result is a "ticket-checker shell" app built by a Pakistani developer

**What it is** A third-party app for checking traffic tickets in Pakistan's Punjab province: enter your plate and CNIC to see fines, due dates, and the ticket PDF. The data is scraped from the official website, no login required, free with ads.

**Why it took off** Punjab has been chasing unpaid fines this year, with cases filed and summonses issued for late payments, so more people are checking their tickets. Its name is the search term: searching "e challan" on the App Store puts it at #1, and the Pakistani iPhone chart bar is low enough that a few thousand downloads can chart.

**B** **How you could follow it** Don't go after Punjab; pick another region or country. Target e-ticket and bill checks in other provinces or countries, where the need is "must check, official site is hard to use." Ship on iOS and Android at the same time within a week or two of an enforcement push, name it with local search terms, and get the basics right: captcha, multiple vehicles, PDF.

Grade B: demand is created by policy, almost no one is paying attention, a shell is cheap to build, and the path to copy it to other regions is clear. But ad rates are low and the revenue ceiling is short, and it could be pulled from the App Store at any time or lose its data source if the official site is redesigned. Not many people know about it yet

Punjab province has steadily tightened enforcement of electronic traffic tickets this year, and more people are checking their fines. Search "e challan" on an iPhone in Pakistan and the #1 result is not the official app. It's E Challan Punjab, built by an independent developer, Muhammad Omar Farooq Shah. It scrapes the official website's lookup results, wraps them in a nicer interface, and is free with ads. It has only 7 ratings yet reached #16 in Pakistan's Productivity Top Free chart. This piece looks at what it runs on, where the money comes from, and whether you can copy this "government data lookup shell" elsewhere.

### Nov 2, Lahore: 800k unpaid tickets

2026 Nov 2, Pakistani news channel SAMAA reported that nearly 800k electronic tickets in Lahore were unpaid, and traffic police began legal proceedings. Late payment after 10 days doubles the fine (an existing rule), and unpaid fines go to court with summonses. SAMAA's TikTok video on this has 4.19M views.

This was the latest step in a year of tightening. In Jul 1 the province began recovering unpaid fines statprovince-wide. In Oct 22, Lahore traffic police announced that serious violations like wrong-way driving and speeding would be filed as FIRs. In Oct 27, Punjab Police issued a statement specifically telling people to check tickets through the official PSCA Public Safety App. A how-to TikTok on checking tickets came out in Oct 28 and got 840k views.

Demand rose sharply. The official PSCA app went to #11 and #6 on Pakistan's iPhone free overall chart in Oct 30, 31 days apart. On Android it has 2.7M installs, and it added 93k in the last 7 days (Google Play, 11-06). E Challan Punjab moved too: from 3 to 4 Nov, it rose from #204 to #109 on the free overall chart. In the productivity category it climbed from #26 in Oct 28 to #15 in Nov 4, and was at #16 in Nov 6 (Pakistan App Store chart).

### What it is

An app that does one thing: enter a plate number, then your CNIC or chassis number, and check Punjab's electronic tickets: fine amount, due date, where and when the violation happened, and the ticket PDF. No login, can save several vehicles, one tap to check again next time.

All data comes from the official site echallan.psca.gop.pk, and the store page states clearly: "an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with PSCA, Punjab Police, or the Government of Punjab." It can look up tickets but can't take payment; paying requires another official app, ePay Punjab.

In Sep 13 it shipped version 2.2.1, and the release note covers just one thing: captcha. The official website makes you enter a captcha on every lookup. This app "only asks for a captcha when it actually needs one", so the same vehicle and the same ID number can be checked again within a day without entering it again. That's what makes it better than the official web page.

The description also calls out that you can check from abroad. Many Pakistanis work overseas, and checking tickets for a family car back home is a scenario the official side doesn't serve.

### Where users come from: the app name is the search term

It has no ads and no creator promotion. Searching "e challan punjab app" on TikTok, the first 20 videos are all police precincts, news channels, and tutorial accounts, teaching the official app or ePay Punjab, and none mention it. Nobody discusses it on X either.

Its traffic comes entirely from App Store search. In Nov 6, searching "e challan" in the Pakistan storefront, it's #1, the official PSCA is #2, and another app by the same developer is #4. Searching "echallan" and "challan punjab" it also ranks #1 (iTunes search API, so the order may differ slightly from what you see on a phone). Online, "e challan check" gets about 368k searches a month and "e challan punjab" about 110k (SEMrush figures, unverified). The demand was already there: in January, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority shut down over 100 fake ticket-lookup websites.

Two tactics get it those searches:

- **The name is the search term** . The app is called E Challan Punjab, and the description repeats "e challan check," "online challan check," "echallan," and "PSCA e challan," with a long FAQ section that is also keyword stuffing.

- **One shell, two names** . The same developer first released PSCA E-Challan Check on Jul 7, then E Challan Punjab on Aug 20. The two descriptions differ only in the app name; version numbers and update notes are identical. In Nov 6, one ranks #16 in Productivity and the other #18: one person holding two chart slots and several search slots.

The first listing went up on Jul 7, just 6 days before the province-wide recovery began. Timing that close doesn't look like coincidence.

### Where the money comes from

Ads only. The App Store privacy label says "Data used to track you," the Android version says "Contains ads," and there are no in-app purchases.

Ad rates in Pakistan are low, and iPhone users are few here. With 7 ratings it still reached the top 150 of the free overall chart, and real downloads are estimated at a few thousand to 10–20K. The real volume is on Android: the same PSCA E-Challan Check has 100k+ downloads and 105 ratings on Google Play. One app doesn't earn much, so this developer put out 16 on Apple: WAPDA bill check, MEPCO electricity bill, Pakistan Railways live tracking, gold prices, plus a batch of lottery, IPO calendar, and mortgage calculator apps that borrow the names of well-known US sites. They were all listed in a concentrated wave in 2026 from 4 to September, with one playbook: find a public data source people search for online every day, build a native shell, and name it after that search term. The Pakistani ones rank; the US ones have almost no ratings.

### What users say

The rating is only 3.4 stars, and the bad reviews hit exactly the feature it's built around:

- Oct 7, two stars: "PDF won't open, please fix it."

- Oct 9, one star: "If you have more than one car you can't check the tickets."

- Oct 30, one star: "I've spent three months at home caring for my bedridden mother, I haven't driven at all, and I still got a ticket." This one is really cursing the ticket itself, not the app.

On the sister app, someone wrote "fast and accurate," while others wrote in Urdu "PDF doesn't show at all, weird app, don't download" (App Store Pakistan reviews, 10-19 to 10-30).

This shows something: it didn't climb because it works well. Policy pushed people who need to check tickets into the store, and it happens to sit at the top of search results, with a slightly better experience than the official web page, just enough for users to check once.

### Who it's competing with

| Competitors | What it is | Scale | Why nothing has stopped it |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSCA - Public Safety (official) | All-in-one app for reporting crimes, complaints, women's safety, and tickets | iOS: 186 ratings, 10-31 overall chart #6; Android: 2.7M installs | The ticket entry point is complained about as just redirecting to a web page |
| echallan.psca.gop.pk (official web page) | Ticket lookup website | Related terms get hundreds of thousands of searches a month | Every time you re-enter plate number, ID number, and captcha |
| ePay Punjab | Official payment app | iOS #30,541 ratings | Handles payment, not specifically ticket lookup |
| e-Challan Online Pakistan | Third-party listed in March | 5 ratings, 1.8 stars, ranked 159–195 in Utilities | Poor reviews, missed the search slot |
| Sites like echallanpunjab.com | Ticket lookup guide websites | Unknown | Competing for the same keywords on the web; they don't actually check tickets |
| India's Park+, NetQ, CARS24, and others | Vehicle and ticket lookup apps | Several hundred thousand to 24.6M installs | Not in Pakistan, but it shows this route already worked in India |

After August, no new Punjab ticket apps have appeared on Apple. The official app is hard to use and third-party options are nearly empty; this developer was the first to get both a "somewhat better shell" and two names that claim the keywords.

### Its foundation is thin

Three things could bring it to zero at any time:

1. **Apple removal.** Using government data and government agency abbreviations in the name runs into Apple's specific review rules for this kind of app. The repeated "not affiliated with PSCA" in the description is a defense against exactly that.

2. **Official fix.** If PSCA makes ticket lookup smooth in its own app, third-party apps lose their reason to exist.

3. **Data gets blocked.** If the official website is redesigned or changes its captcha, the shell can no longer return results. The "PDF won't open" complaints may already be an early signal.

### If it were you

**Verdict:** The Punjab slot is already taken, and both names are on the first page. What you can copy is the approach: in a small market where iPhone competition is weak, follow enforcement escalation and build a lookup shell around government data that people must check and that is hard to use officially. The cost is very low, but the money is small and it can be pulled at any time, so treat it as one cell in a small business, not as your main work.

**Who it suits:** Developers who already publish utility apps and have experience with ad monetization and ASO. Those who understand the local language and read local news daily have an edge.

**Who it doesn't suit:** Anyone who wants a product that earns long-term money. There's no in-app purchase and no moat, and ad rates are so low that one app can't sustain a person.

**How to do it:**

1. Change the location, not the method. Ticket data from other Pakistani provinces (Sindh's official TRACS scores only 1.7, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), or countries where e-ticketing has just rolled out, like Bangladesh or Nigeria. Electricity bills, exam results, and vehicle registration needs share the same shape.

2. Do one thing only: lookup. No login, save multiple cars, remember the captcha, and make sure the PDF actually opens. That's exactly what the bad reviews are complaining about.

3. Launch on iOS and Android at the same time. Volume and ad revenue are on Android.

4. Make the store listing clearly state the data source and that it is "unofficial." Don't use the full name of the government agency in the title, to lower the chance of removal.

**How to get users:** Rely only on store search. Use the term locals actually search for as the app name, and let two names each claim a group of keywords. Also build a web page with the same name to catch web searches. No paid acquisition, because you can't buy it back anyway.

**When to move early:** Follow policy. When a region announces crackdowns on unpaid fines, higher penalties, or summonses, list within one to two weeks. Wait until the news has fully run and the search slot is already taken, and it's too late.

**Signs you read this wrong:** If E Challan Punjab and its sister app get removed by Apple in the next few weeks, it means these shells don't last on Apple and you should only do Android. Or if you're listed for a month, rank in the top three for local search terms, but downloads still can't support a few dollars a day in ad revenue, the market is too small to be worth it.

Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSCA - Public Safety (official) | iOS | 2020-01(Play 2021) | iOS 186 ratings, 3.84 stars, peaked at #6 on the Pakistan overall chart (10-31); Play 2.7M installs, 7 days +93k | Official all-in-one app; its ticket entry is criticized for just redirecting to a web page. This one only does ticket lookup, needs no login, and can save multiple cars |
| echallan.psca.gop.pk (official web page) | Web | — | Related terms get hundreds of thousands of searches a month (recall card cites SEMrush) | The web page requires entering info and solving captchas every time; the app saves vehicles, so re-checking takes one tap |
| ePay Punjab(PITB) | iOS | 2019-06 | iOS 30,541 ratings, 4.78 stars, overall chart around 86–143 | Official payment entry point where you can actually pay fines; this one can only check, not pay |
| PSCA E-Challan Check (same developer) | iOS | 2026-07-07 | iOS 14 ratings, Utilities 16–30; Android 100k+ downloads | The same shell under a different name, claiming different search terms |
| e-Challan Online Pakistan(Muhammad Asad Arman) | iOS | 2026-03-23 | 5 ratings, 1.8 stars, Utilities 159–195 | Earlier third-party app with poor reviews, behind in search and ranking |
| Punjab Police Pakistan(PITB) | iOS | 2023-03 | 195 ratings, 2.68 stars, Utilities 33–50 | General police-services app, not focused on tickets |
| India's RTO / challan lookup apps (Park+, CARS24, NetQ, etc.) | Android | From ¥2018 | Several hundred thousand to 24.6M installs | The same approach already proven in India (government ticket data plus lookup shell plus ads), just starting in Pakistan |

Where users come from

- **Verified** **Store search (ASO)** : In the Apple Pakistan store, searches for e challan / echallan / challan punjab all rank #1, and psca ranks #2; the app name and description are stuffed with keywords (iTunes Search API, 2026-11-06)

- **Verified** **Policy events drove demand** : In Jul 1 collection of arrears began, and the first app was listed one week later; 10-27 police issued a statement telling people to check tickets, and 10-30/31 the official app climbed to #6 overall; 11-02 SAMAA reported that late fees doubled and courts issued summonses (TikTok 4.19M views). Afterward this app rose to #109 overall in 11-03/04 (appstore.app_day; propakistani; TikHub)

- **Verified** **One shell, two names (matrix)** : the same developer's PSCA E-Challan Check and E Challan Punjab share identical copy and version numbers, and sit in Utilities at #16 and #18. The developer also runs 16 other lookup shells (WAPDA, MEPCO, railways, gold prices).

- Inferred **Paid acquisition, creators** : the first 20 relevant TikTok videos are all from official or news accounts and don't mention it; no discussion on X; nothing in the ad libraries.

## E Challan Punjab (iOS 6802549015) research report

> In one line: this is a third-party wrapper app, "PSCA Traffic Challan Check", built by Pakistani indie dev Muhammad Omar Farooq Shah. It scrapes results from the official echallan.psca.gop.pk and wraps them in an interface with no login, vehicle saving, PDF viewing, and free with ads. It charts because three things stacked up. First, Punjab has been tightening e-challans for 2026 years (from July it chases unpaid fines, in Oct 22 serious violations get an FIR, and from Nov 2 fines double after 10 days overdue and a court summons follows), so demand for checking challans jumped. Second, on the App Store, searches for "e challan / echallan / challan punjab / psca" consistently put it and its sister app in the top spots, often as the first result. Third, the Pakistani iOS chart bar is low: a few thousand downloads is enough to hit the top 20 of Utilities Top Free. It isn't winning users from the official side on product experience. It's riding search demand the government pushed up. The real volume is on Android, where the same app, PSCA E-Challan Check, has 100k+ downloads.

### 1. How to read the data card

- iOS has only 7 ratings (average 3.43), +1 over the last 7 days. 2026-08-20 listed; since 9-13 it has always been on version 2.2.1 (iTunes lookup, 2026-11-06).

- Pakistan chart (appstore.app_day, 10-28 to 11-06): Utilities Top Free 26 → 22 → 19 → 24 → 29 (11-02) → 16 → 15 → 15 → 16; overall Top Free 10-29 was #178, 11-04 peaked at #109,11-06 at #136.

- **The same developer has a nearly identical second app** : PSCA E-Challan Check (id 6785474479,2026-07-07, 14 ratings), which on the same day ranked #18 in Utilities and #144 overall. The two listings differ only in the app name; version number and update notes are also identical (2.2.1 - Faster E-Challan Search). A classic "two names on one shell, two search terms" play.

- **The Pakistan chart bar** : Utilities Top Free's top 30 for 11-06 includes SuperVPN, Google, Chrome, carrier apps, the official PSCA (#10), and PITB's Dastak (#14). This app sits in between (#16). Ranking overall top 150 with only 7 ratings shows Pakistan's iOS absolute download volume is tiny (low iPhone share), so the rankings can't be read on US scale.

- **Few ratings doesn't mean few users** : it needs no login and has no prompt for reviews, so people use it and leave. The real downloads behind 7 ratings could plausibly be in the thousands to tens of thousands (inferred, not verified).

### 2. Why now: policy keeps escalating

| Date | Event | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-01-22 | PTA has blocked 100+ fake e-challan websites (phishing this widespread shows search demand was already large) | propakistani.pk/2026/01/22/pta-blocks-more-than-100-fake-e-challan-websites/ |
| Mid-2026 | FY2026-27 e-challan collection target of PKR 8.33B; fines raised from 200–1,000 to 2,000–20,000 | Facebook drivexpk / Instagram posts (original source not found) |
| 2026-06-30 | Province-wide collection of unpaid fines announced, starting July 1 | propakistani.pk/2026/06/30/date-announced-for-crackdown-on-e-challan-defaulters/ |
| **2026-07-07** | **The developer's first app, PSCA E-Challan Check, launches** , one week after collections begin | iTunes lookup |
| 2026-08-03 | PSCA opens online appeals for erroneous fines | propakistani.pk/2026/08/03/... |
| **2026-08-20** | **This app (E Challan Punjab) launches** , taking the "e challan punjab" term with a new name | iTunes lookup |
| 2026-08-25 | Proposal that people with unpaid fines be barred from public services (opposed by lawmakers) | propakistani.pk/2026/08/25/... |
| 2026-10-22 | Lahore traffic police: serious violations such as wrong-way driving and speeding get an FIR directly | propakistani.pk/2026/10/22/... |
| 2026-10-27 | Punjab police issue a statement telling people to check fines via the PSCA Public Safety App; a ppic3.khushab TikTok tutorial posted 10-28 and got 840k views | propakistani.pk/2026/10/27/...;TikHub |
| 2026-11-02 | SAMAA: nearly 800k unpaid challans in Lahore; fines double after 10 days overdue plus court summons; SAMAA's TikTok got 4.19M views | threads.com/@samaatv;lcci.pk;TikHub |

The chart moves over these days line up: the official PSCA app 10-30 and 10-31 climbed to Pakistan Top Free #11 and #6 overall (Utilities #1 and #2), and this app rose from #204 to #109 overall between 11-03 and 11-04 (appstore.app_day). On Android, the official PSCA has 2.7M installs, +93k over the last 7 days (googleplay.app_profile, 11-06). People are clearly checking fines en masse, and third-party apps are getting the overflow from the official app.

### 3. Where users come from: store search (ASO) is the main channel

- **App Store search results (Pakistan store, 2026-11-06 iTunes Search API)** :
    - "e challan": #1 is this app, #2 the official PSCA, #3 ePay Punjab, #4 its sibling PSCA E-Challan Check
    - "echallan" and "challan punjab": both #1
    - "psca": #2 and #3 (official is #1)

The search API order isn't exactly what you see in the store app, but it's a fair guide to the overall picture.

- **Keywords stuffed into title and description** : the app name is the search term itself (E Challan Punjab / PSCA E-Challan Check); the description repeats "e challan check", "online challan check", "echallan", and "PSCA e challan", and adds a long FAQ, also keyword stuffing.

- **Search volume** : the recall card cites SEMrush, with "e challan check" at about 368k monthly searches and "e challan punjab" at about 110k. These are web search figures we didn't re-verify, but PTA having to block 100+ fake sites a year ago also shows the demand is large.

- **No paid acquisition or creators seen** : TikTok searches for "e challan punjab app" return official PPIC3 branch accounts, news channels, and tutorial accounts in the top 20 results, all pointing users to the official app or ePay Punjab; none mention this app. x-radar shows no related discussion, and neither the recall card nor our ad library has any record of it (the ad library only tracks products on our list, so absence isn't proof). Conclusion: store organic search plus policy-driven demand is the entire source (confidence: high).

- **How it makes money** : the store page's privacy label includes "Data Used to Track You", and the Android page says "Contains ads", so it monetizes through ads with no in-app purchases. Ad rates in Pakistan are very low, so each app earns little, and the strategy depends on running many apps together.

### 4. Competitors

| Competitors | Platform | Launched | Scale | How it differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSCA - Public Safety (official) | iOS / Android | iOS 2020-01;Play 2021 | iOS 186 ratings, 3.84 average; overall chart #80 (11-06), Utilities #10; Play 2.7M installs, +93k over 7 days | Official all-in-one (police reports, complaints, women's safety, fines); users complain the fines entry just opens a web page. The third-party version does only fine lookup, needs no login, and saves multiple vehicles. |
| echallan.psca.gop.pk (official web page) | Web | — | The recall card cites SEMrush: related terms get hundreds of thousands of monthly searches | The web version requires entering the plate number and CNIC every time, plus a captcha; the app saves vehicles so one tap re-checks |
| ePay Punjab(PITB) | iOS / Android | 2019-06 | iOS 30,541 ratings, 4.78 average; overall chart around #86–#143 | It's the payment entry point (PSID), so people can actually pay fines; third-party apps can only look them up, not pay |
| Punjab Police Pakistan(PITB) | iOS | 2023-03 | 195 ratings, 2.68 average; Utilities #33–#50 | General police-services app, not focused on tickets |
| PSCA E-Challan Check (same developer) | iOS / Android | iOS 2026-07-07 | iOS 14 ratings, Utilities #16–#30; **Play 100k+ downloads, 105 reviews, 4.2 average** (Play page, updated 11-04) | Same shell, different names to claim different terms |
| e-Challan Online Pakistan(Muhammad Asad Arman) | iOS | 2026-03-23 | 5 ratings, 1.8 average; Utilities #159–#195 | Earlier third-party apps had poor ratings and rank far behind |
| TRACS 4 Citizens / Sindh Police Services (official Sindh) | iOS | 2026-04 / 2026-06 | 15 reviews, 1.73 average; 5 reviews, 1 average | Covers Karachi / Sindh fines, a different province |
| echallanpunjab.com and other SEO sites, WordPress plugin "E-Challan Check Punjab – PSCA" | Web / open source | 2026 | Unknown | Web players are chasing the same search terms; the sites themselves can't check fines, they're just guides |
| India's RTO / challan apps (Park+, CARS24, NetQ) | Android / iOS | 2018– | Tens of thousands to 2,000 million installs | The same playbook already works in India: government fine data plus a lookup shell plus ads. Pakistan is only just starting. |

Conclusion: **the official option exists, but it's hard to use and the web route is cumbersome; third-party options are nearly empty** . The March third-party app got poor ratings and ranks low. This developer is the first to combine a "somewhat better shell" with "two names claiming terms".

### 5. Differentiation: is that why it took off?

- Product differences: single purpose, no login, saves multiple vehicles and re-checks in one tap, shows violation details and PDFs, has dark mode, and works overseas (the listing specifically highlights Pakistanis abroad checking for family back home). The recall card says it reuses captchas; we did not verify this.

- But these differences are **not the main reason** . The main reasons are policy-driven demand and ASO winning the top search slot. Being better than the official app only means users who find it are willing to use it instead of deleting it right away; 7 ratings show it hasn't built word-of-mouth either.

- Its moat is shallow: if the official app improves its fine features, or Apple pulls it for "impersonating government / using government data" (review guidelines 5.1.1 / 5.2 set requirements for government-data apps), it's gone. The description repeatedly says "not affiliated with PSCA", which is a hedge against exactly that.

### 6. The matrix play

The developer has 16 apps on the App Store (iTunes lookup): Pakistani public lookup tools (WAPDA Bill Check with 38 ratings, MEPCO Online Bill, Pakistan Rail Live with 10 ratings, Travel charts #37–#48, Gold Price Pakistan, and the two e-challan apps); long-tail US utility tools (PA Lottery, Lottery Post Results, IPO Stocks Calendar, Forex Economic Calendar, Bankrate Mortgage Calculator, Babypips Lot Size Calculator, Final Grades Calculator, with names borrowing well-known sites); and Satta Matka Kalyan (Indian numbers game). Most were released between 2026 4 and September, using the same method: **pick a public-data lookup need with heavy web search, build a native shell, and use the search term as the app name** . The Pakistani ones chart; the US ones mostly sit at 0 ratings.

### 7. Visibility

- No media, X, or TikTok coverage of this app; revenue is not public. The official app and news channels drown out its visibility.

- Copycats: no new iOS third-party e-challan apps after 2026-08 turned up; March's is earlier, so it doesn't count. On the web, SEO sites like echallanpunjab.com and WordPress plugins are competing for the same terms.

### 8. What others can learn

1. **Chase demand around policy events** : government fines, bills, results, and railways are "mandatory lookups with clunky official tools", and search volume spikes when enforcement tightens. Collections began July 1, the app launched July 7, and the timing is spot on.

2. **Take search terms in small markets** : Pakistan's iOS competition is weak, so using the search term as the app name, with two names on one shell, lets you claim several search slots at once.

3. **Android is the bulk** : Pakistan has few iPhone users, so the same app's 100k+ Android downloads are the main ad revenue source; iOS is mostly along for the ride.

4. Can be copied to other provinces or countries: the Sindh (TRACS), Islamabad, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa traffic-ticket apps, plus "government data lookup shells" like those in Bangladesh and Nigeria.

### 9. Uncertain

- Real downloads and ad revenue: Apple doesn't disclose them; the 100k+ on Android is a range the store gives.

- Will it get pulled: Apple reviews apps that impersonate government or scrape government data strictly; PSCA has been cracking down on fake ticket sites, and third-party apps may be ordered down.

- Is the scraping stable: the official portal has captchas, and a redesign could break it at any time (per the recall card, not tested).

- The SEMrush search volume comes from the recall card and hasn't been re-verified; I couldn't find the official source for the fine increase to 2,000–20,000 or when it took effect.
