A Brazilian planner app whose real checkout isn't on the App Store: R$27.90, Pix only, 'today only'

What it is A Brazilian Portuguese lifestyle planner app that puts money, daily life, training, diet, health and 16 other modules in one place, with one account across phone and web.

Why it took off It was sold the way Brazilian courses and templates are sold: the web version sold for months, Hotmart affiliate influencers pushed it per sale, in late October Meta ads started driving to a low-price one-time-purchase landing page with a try-it-first demo, and from November iOS ratings grew several-fold.

BHow you could follow it Don't copy the product, copy the selling method: in Brazil or Latin America, pick a category where people already pay for templates, make an app, take payments on the web first, list on Hotmart / Kiwify for affiliates, put a playable demo and a low-price Pix lifetime purchase on the landing page, and attach a subscription in-app to capture organic traffic.

Grade B: the sales method is clear and few app builders know it, so it's worth trying. But the product itself is small (70 iOS ratings, Android 10k+), off-store revenue and ad payback aren't visible, several products with the same concept and sales method already exist, and it has to absorb refunds and 'scam' complaints. It's being talked about in small circles

Core is a Portuguese 'all-in-one life planner': budgeting, habits, training, diet and 16 other modules in one app. It went onto iOS in Sep 6, and in Nov 6 reached #98 in Brazil's productivity grossing chart. The modest store results are actually driven by an off-store funnel: sell on the web first, list on Hotmart so influencers earn per-sale commission, start Meta ads in Oct 28, and send ads to a landing page saying 'today only', R$27.90 lifetime purchase, Pix only. Anyone can build the product; what's worth learning is the selling method.

Nov 6 opening its landing page

Tapping any Core ad on Facebook or Instagram lands on coreaplicativo.com.br/organizar. Opened on Nov 6, a banner at the top reads: '🔥 Lifetime access · 🔥 Special offer · Today only, 06/11'. Open it on another day and the date changes to that day (inferred: auto-generated from the visit date).

Further down are two prices: R$27.90 lifetime, Pix only; R$97.90 lifetime, Pix or credit card. Small print below: 'No further charges · 7-day guarantee'. R$27.90 is about US$5.

Further down, the page embeds a clickable, editable app with sample data, under headlines 'This is a real app, not a video' and 'Want to try before paying?' This line targets Brazil's biggest online shopping fear: on Instagram, many people worry they'll pay and receive only a tutorial video or a PDF.

Same product: inside the app it sells an annual subscription at R$97.90 (3-day trial) or a monthly subscription at R$24.90. Off-store it's R$27.90 lifetime; in-app it's R$97.90 a year, more than three times the difference.

What it is

An app that looks like a paper planner. The home screen tells you how much you can still spend today, which habit you haven't checked off, what to train today, and which bill is due this week. 16 modules: finance, daily life, health, training, diet, beauty, personal growth, chores, reading list, study, mental health, career, relationships, quitting habits, pets, travel, and you can hide the ones you don't use. The finance module can import bank statements (OFX, CSV) and auto-categorize them, and it's localized well.

The developer is listed in the store as CORE APLICATIVO, contracted to a personal limited company that owns only this app. Over two months on iOS it shipped 24 versions, Android is already at version 1.0.131, and the developer replies to nearly every review, signed 'Equipe CORE 💜'.

Why now: sell the website first, then wrap an app

The timeline runs backwards: the business came first, the app came later.

  • May: TikTok account @coreaplicativobr started posting videos with copy like 'website/app for organizing your life, link in bio'. 6 videos in total, the top one with 54k views, 522 followers. TikTok was never the main channel.
  • July: Instagram account @coreaplicativo went to big accounts' viral posts and commented 'app link in bio ❤️', for example under a dating account's post asking people to share photos in the comments. Around the same time commenters were already saying 'paid and never received it', showing the web version was already taking money in July. That account is now unreachable, possibly banned or renamed; the current one is @coreorganizesuavida.
  • Listed on Hotmart: 'CORE APP' listed on Brazil's largest info-product platform, sold as 'lifetime access to the app (iPhone, Android, computer), no monthly fee', plus a PDF starter guide, with a 7-day no-questions refund. Hotmart's built-in affiliate system pays commission to whoever helps sell it.
  • Sep 6: iOS launch. The website FAQ says: 'Bought on the website? Tap "I already have an account" in the app and log in with the same email, no need to pay again.' On Sep 16 a five-star review said: 'Used it from the web version, nice to watch it get polished bit by bit.' The first ratings came from existing users moving over.
  • Oct 24: an Instagram influencer @falamosdedinheiro, who calls himself a personal finance advisor, promoted it with the pitch 'pay once, no monthly fee, lifetime use, works on phone and computer', the standard Hotmart affiliate messaging.
  • Oct 28: Meta ad campaigns started. About 14 ads are findable in the Meta Ad Library, 13 of them currently running, with start dates spread across 10-28, 10-30, 10-31, 11-03 and 11-04.

App Store Brazil. Until end of October, 0 to 1 new ratings a day; from Nov 1 it jumps to 2 to 5 a day, right after Oct 28 when ads went live. iOS store page shows 72 ratings, 4.65 stars; the Android version has "10k+" downloads (Google Play, 11-06).

Absolute numbers are small. Ranking #98 in Brazil's productivity Top Grossing isn't a high bar, so it can't prove how much money it makes. Its real revenue runs through Hotmart and Pix and isn't visible from outside.

Where users come from

Meta ads are the main engine. The creatives don't sell features, they sell life: "5 small habits to make everyday life more organized", "6 things to watch out for when living alone", ending with "16 modules in 1 app ⭐". All landing pages go to /organizar.

Affiliate creators are the second leg. Finance and organization influencers earn Hotmart commissions per sale, so the developer doesn't pay upfront.

Existing web users are the starting point. They sold the web version for months before the app launched. Same email login, so the first batch of reviews came built in.

Store search is barely working. The title stuffs in "Organize sua vida (organize your life)" and sits at #140 in Top Free, with no evidence of significant organic search traffic.

Why Brazilians will pay

On Hotmart and Kiwify in Brazil, "digital planners" and "organization spreadsheets" are an evergreen category. Plenty of women already pay for Notion templates and Excel sheets, and "organizar a vida" content is everywhere on TikTok and Instagram. Core sells the same thing as those templates: pay once, use forever. Buyers don't have to learn a new purchase habit; the file just became an app.

Retention is also built around shareability: daily check-ins earn stickers (7 days, 30 days, 100 days, plus a "rarest" page), monthly recaps play as full-screen Instagram-style stories, there's a "guess your numbers this month" quiz, and one tap generates a share card.

What users complain about

Few negative reviews, but they're typical of the low-price info-product funnel:

  • Oct 11, one star: "I tried it for 3 days, from the 9th to the 12rd, and on the 11th they charged me for a year of subscription. I emailed the developer and the email bounced, address doesn't exist."
  • Nov 1, two stars: "The app itself mistyped one letter of my email, I couldn't change my password, and once I logged out I couldn't get back in. I'd already paid for the premium version."
  • Sep 20, four stars: "Couldn't reach the support email."
  • On a new Instagram account's posts, people comment "bought it, can't log in" and "it's a scam, I want a refund."

The good reviews are blunt too: "the most complete organization app I've used", "my whole life can be organized here." Someone asked for Google Calendar integration.

Kyro FlowAlmost the same sales pitch: R$19.90 one-time payment for lifetime Pro, copy "your life, always organized"; scale unknown
ConSoul, Aprumo, LifesOSSame concept, "one app for money, tasks, training, and food" as web products. Some sell monthly subscriptions, some start free
Notion templates, planner spreadsheets on HotmartThe real competitors: the same buyers

"16 modules, one app" is no longer scarce in Brazil. Kyro Flow even offers the same lifetime one-time purchase. Core is ahead not on features but because it runs the full sales stack: web sales first, affiliates, ads, a playable landing page, and a subscription inside the store to catch organic traffic.

If it were you

One-line take: don't copy the product, copy the sales model. In a mature info-product market, selling an app the way you'd sell a Hotmart course gets around store commissions and builds volume through affiliates and ads. Few app developers know this playbook.

Who it fits: small teams that understand Brazilian or Latin American (Mexico, Colombia) local payments and the info-product scene; indie devs who already have a working utility app and want a second revenue channel; people who've sold Hotmart / Kiwify courses and want a more durable "product".

Who it doesn't fit: people who don't speak Portuguese or Spanish and can't manage ad creatives and support themselves; anyone hoping to grow slowly from App Store search alone, since this model doesn't work without the off-store funnel; people who can't handle "scam" reviews and refund disputes.

How to do it:

  1. Build the web version first, with one account system where web and app share the same email login. Validate by taking payments on the web, then wrap a native app, so existing users bring the first batch of reviews.
  2. Embed a clickable demo on the landing page, labeled "this is the real app", with sample data and nothing saved.
  3. Price by the old Brazilian info-product rules: a very low Pix lifetime price (R$20–30) as the anchor, a higher credit-card price, and a 7-day guarantee. Offer subscriptions inside the app too, to catch organic traffic from users who don't want ads.
  4. Pick a category where people already pay for templates: planners, budgeting, study plans, fertility tracking, fat loss. Avoid anything that needs the market educated first.

How to get users: join Hotmart or Kiwify as an affiliate program and have finance, organization, and parenting creators earn per-sale commissions; Meta ad creatives teach everyday life tips ("6 things to watch out for when living alone") and end with the product. Don't copy its habit of spamming "link in bio" under other people's posts; its old accounts are already gone.

How early is early: there's no hard window, but several web products with the same concept have already appeared, and Kyro Flow is even cheaper. Within six months, Meta ads and affiliate creators in this category will get more expensive, so entering early beats entering late.

What would mean you got it wrong: ① Core's Meta ads are mostly paused within a month or two and rating growth falls back to 0 to 1 a day. That would mean the R$27.90 price can't cover ad costs, and the model doesn't pay back on the App Store. ② Apple or Google pulls the app over complaints about off-store one-time purchases or trial charges. That would mean the "subscription in store, one-time purchase off store" route carries platform risk. ③ The reverse: if Kyro Flow and ConSoul, the same model, start spending heavily on Meta and grow together, the category has been noticed, and what's left is a fight over creatives and price.

Core App - Organize sua vida (ios_6806913181): why it's charting

In one line: a Portuguese-language "16 life modules in one" planner. It's not an App Store-driven app. It's a Brazilian "info product" play (Instagram/TikTok content + comment-section funneling + Hotmart affiliates + Meta ads → landing page "today's special, lifetime one-time purchase R$27.90 via Pix") that sells a web product first, and 2026-09 then wraps it in iOS/Android apps. The rating growth and bestseller ranks visible on the App Store are byproducts of this off-store funnel.

Scale check: 10k+ Android downloads and 72 iOS ratings; absolute scale is small. The "Sensor Tower estimated monthly revenue <$5K" cited in the recall card is unverified.

2. What the recall card needs correcting

  • The card says TikTok drove traffic via @savetocore, "about 6 thousand likes per video". Wrong. @savetocore belongs to a different English app, "Core favorites" (a social app for saving favorites/places), with 2 followers and a top video of 6012 views / 13 likes (TikHub, 2026-11-06).
  • Core's actual TikTok handle is @coreaplicativobr: 522 followers, 8,599 total likes, 6 videos; top video 2026-05-04 views, 42,616 / likes 6,957,2026-08-14; one video at 54,455 views; 06-05 and 06-06 two captions read "Link do site/app de organização na bio" (TikHub). TikTok was not the main channel.

3. Timeline: web first, app wrapper later

  1. From 2026-05: TikTok @coreaplicativobr started posting videos with captions pointing to a "site de organização", meaning the product sold at the time was the web version (TikHub).
  2. 2026-07: The Instagram account @coreaplicativo left comments under big accounts' viral posts, "Link do APP na bio ❤️", for example under the "COMENTA AQUI COM SUA FOTO" post from the dating account @solteiros (Jina search snapshot, 07-21/07-27 etc.). In the same period comments included "Comprei mas não recebi" (I bought it but didn't receive it), showing that July was already taking payments on the web (Jina search snapshot). That account now won't open ("Profile isn't available", 2026-11-06 crawl), likely banned or renamed; the current account is @coreorganizesuavida, and posts still carry complaints like "bought it but can't log in" and "it's a scam, I want a refund" (Instagram post DdKZs3wHwxc).
  3. Listed on Hotmart as "CORE APP - Jv": sells "lifetime access to the app (iPhone, Android, computer), no monthly fee" plus a PDF starter guide, with a 7-day no-questions refund (hotmart.com/…/K108338476R). Hotmart's affiliate (afiliado) mechanism is in use.
  4. 2026-09-06 iOS launch. Official FAQ: "Already bought on the website? In the app tap 'Already have an account? Log in', use the same email, no need to pay again"; store reviews say "using it since the web version". Migrating existing web users is the source of the first batch of iOS ratings (official site, App Store reviews).
  5. 2026-10-24: finance influencer Cátia Pires (@falamosdedinheiro, "Consultora Financeira") posted promoting Core, with the pitch "one-time payment, no monthly fee, lifetime access, works on phone and computer". This is typical Hotmart affiliate promo copy (Instagram post De-lTkXxXCx).
  6. From 2026-10-28, Meta ads: searching the Meta Ad Library for coreaplicativo.com.br, Brazil, returns about 14 ads, all from the Page "CORE APP" (id 61590234007435), 13 of them currently running; launch dates 10-28 (2 ads), 10-30 (3), 10-31 (1), 11-03 (5), 11-04 (3). Our own metaads library did not track it (not on the watchlist).
  7. From 2026-11-01, iOS ratings went from 0~1 per day to 2~5 per day, which lines up with when the ads started running (appstore database).

4. Where the money comes back: the landing page is the main checkout

coreaplicativo.com.br/organizar (Meta ad landing page, 2026-11-06 crawl):

  • Top banner "🔥 ACESSO VITALÍCIO · 🔥 OFERTA ESPECIAL · só hoje, 06/11", a "today only" banner generated automatically from the day of the visit, the standard countdown script for Brazilian info products.
  • Pricing: R$27.90 lifetime one-time purchase (Pix only); R$97.90 lifetime one-time purchase (Pix or credit card); "no further charges after · 7-day guarantee".
  • "This is a real app, not a video": the landing page embeds an interactive demo with sample data, so you can play with it before buying.
  • "Where do you want to start? iPhone and Android / Computer / same account".

Breakdown:

  • Selling a one-time Pix purchase off-store avoids Apple/Google's 15–30% commission; a low R$27.90 price with instant Pix payment is a classic impulse-buy price point in Brazil (about $5).
  • The same product sells as a R$97.90/year subscription in the app and as R$27.90 lifetime off-store. The off-store price anchor and "today only" are the core of conversion; in-app subscriptions mainly capture organic traffic and people who don't see the ads.
  • Paid acquisition pays back on "low price × high conversion × affiliate commission": Hotmart affiliates let finance and organization influencers earn per sale, so the creator doesn't front the money.
  • The bar for Brazil's Productivity Top Grossing chart is low (the revenue behind #98 is small), so "charting on the top grossing list" is not evidence of large revenue. The real money is most likely on Hotmart/Pix, which outsiders can't see.

5. Why users come and stay

  • The demand already exists: Brazilian "planner digital / planilha de organização" is an evergreen category on Hotmart and Kiwify, and many women already pay for Notion templates and spreadsheets (lots of "organizar a vida" content on TikTok/Instagram, per Jina/TikHub searches). Core turned "a planner you pay for" into an app, and the selling method is identical to the templates (pay once, lifetime), so users don't have to learn how to buy it.
  • A one-line pitch that's easy to film: "16 areas in one app", "how much you can still spend today", "check-ins turn into stickers", which suits ad creative and influencer voiceovers.
  • Retention design: a daily check-in sticker album (7/30/100 days, a "rarest" page), monthly recaps as full-screen Stories-style playback, a "guess your number for this month" personality quiz, and one-tap shareable cards (1.0.24 update notes). Most of it leans toward sharing, leaving room for self-propagation.
  • Hands-on operations: the developer replies to nearly every store review in a warm tone ("Equipe CORE 💜") and promises fixes in the next version, then actually ships them (1.0.24 24 versions in two months, Android to 1.0.131).
  • Negative signals: complaints cluster around "annual fee charged before the 3-day trial ended", "bought it but can't log in", "wrong email with no customer support", and "Instagram says it's a scam, want a refund". These are common side effects of low-priced info-product funnels and the risk points of this playbook.

TickTick, Google Tarefas, TodoistiOS/big techlong-standingBigGeneral task management; doesn't cover money, training, or diet, and doesn't speak to Portuguese-speaking life situations

7. Differentiation

  • Product layer: "16 life modules + show/hide on demand" is no longer scarce in Brazil (ConSoul, Aprumo, Kyro Flow, LifesOS all do it). Core's version is polished, looks like a paper planner, and is localized to R$/Pix/OFX bank statement import, but that isn't a moat.
  • What's actually different is the sales model: they sell the app like a Hotmart info product. Lifetime one-time purchase off-store, cheap Pix pricing, daily "today only" offers, affiliate influencers, Meta ads, and an interactive demo on the landing page, while also keeping a subscription in the app stores to catch organic traffic. Most competitors sell only through app-store subscriptions (AgoraVai, TRILHA.IA) or only through web subscriptions (ConSoul). That's why this one took off: its growth curve follows its ad spend (10-28 when ads started, 11-01 when ratings picked up), not app-store search.

8. How visible it is

  • No press coverage and no X discussion (x-radar searched coreaplicativo / Core App organize sua vida: 90 days, 0 posts). No public revenue on TrustMRR or from the founder.
  • But the Meta Ad Library and the Hotmart marketplace page are public, so anyone doing Brazilian info products can easily see them. Several products with the same concept already exist (Kyro Flow even has the same "pay once for life" offer), and whether it copied Core is unverified.
  • Verdict: it's circulating in small circles (Brazilian organização/finance influencers and the Hotmart affiliate scene).

9. What others can learn

  1. In markets where info products are mature (Brazil, Mexico, Spanish-speaking regions), sell the app like an info product: list on Hotmart/Kiwify with affiliate commissions, sell lifetime one-time purchases off-store via Pix or local payments to bypass store fees; keep a store subscription for organic traffic, and have off-store buyers log in with their email.
  2. Embed an interactive demo on the landing page (sample data, nothing saved) to answer the biggest worry info-product buyers have: "is this a real app?"
  3. Validate with a web MVP that takes payment first, then wrap it in a native app; migrate existing users over so the first batch of ratings comes built in.
  4. Ad creatives skip the features and talk about life content ("6 things a single girl does to keep her home tidy", "5 simple habits"), then end with "all in CORE".
  5. Build retention around sharing: sticker albums, Stories-style monthly recaps, personality quiz cards.
  6. Risks: trial charge disputes, login/delivery failures, "scam" comments, and Instagram account bans (@coreaplicativo is already dead). Driving traffic from comments and fake countdowns both carry platform risk.

10. Still unclear

  • Off-store Hotmart/Pix sales and revenue are completely invisible; the Hotmart page's price and review count weren't captured.
  • Meta ad spend is not public; ads only started at 10-28, and whether they can keep paying back is unknown.
  • Why the main Instagram account @coreaplicativo died (banned or renamed) is unverified.
  • Launch dates for Kyro Flow, ConSoul, and Aprumo are unverified, so whether they're copycats is undetermined.
  • "mais de mil pessoas" (over a thousand people) is a self-reported user count.
