A ₺276k trousseau list cut to ₺181k: a Turkish trousseau checklist app shipped 5 versions in 18 weeks and hit #1 among 50 similar small apps, with only 31 ratings at the top
What it is A trousseau and wedding-planning app for Turkish couples getting married: ready-made lists of 570+ trousseau items, shared between both partners, split by bride and groom side, installment budgeting, and AI that imports paper lists and Excel files, then links missing items to e-commerce platforms for price comparison and ordering.
Why it's taking off Most rivals only tick off a checklist. This one covers the whole chain. It shipped 5 versions in 18 weeks, while the older competitor hasn't updated in over a year. Traffic is all free: the store title is stuffed with search terms, there are hundreds of product SEO pages, a landing page and eligibility quiz tied to the government's interest-free wedding loan, an App Store Black Friday campaign, and invitations guests can use without downloading the app.
CHow you could follow Don't build another Turkish trousseau app. Take this playbook to other markets with dowry or bride-price traditions and no decent app in the local language (Azerbaijan, Central Asia, the Balkans, Arabic-speaking countries, South Asia, the German-Turkish diaspora). Make money from affiliate commissions on appliances and furniture, let invitations and photo albums work without guests downloading anything, and drive SEO traffic with local wedding subsidy policies.

Çeyiz.co launched on the iPhone in Sep 28. It covers the "çeyiz listesi" (trousseau list) that Turkish people draw up before marriage. Searching the Turkish App Store for this category turns up over 50 apps, almost all small works by solo developers, and 9 and October alone brought six or seven new ones. Çeyiz.co is the fastest-growing of this batch: by Nov 6 it had 31 ratings and 1,000+ Android installs, and at one point reached #44 in Turkey's Lifestyle free chart. It leads not on creativity but by covering the whole chain, plus a zero-cost traffic playbook. The list connects to installment budgeting, the budget connects to e-commerce price comparison and affiliate commissions, and invitations bring the next couple in. The playbook is worth studying, but the market itself is small, so don't copy it and build another one.
One Excel sheet that saved ₺95k
Jun 6, TikTok user ggdogann posted a video: "The wedding is two months away and the trousseau is 75% done. As a white-collar worker, I couldn't manage without Excel, so I made this sheet. We brought a ₺276k list down to ₺181k. Don't believe sellers who say 'prices are about to go up.' If you want this sheet, I can send it to you."
The video got 20k views, 710 saves and 191 comments, with more saves than likes (421). The people who clicked wanted the sheet, not the drama (TikTok, 11-06).
In Turkey, the trousseau is a major event run by both families together: fridge, washing machine, sofa, full dinnerware set, bedding. Who provides what, bride's side or groom's side, follows long-standing custom. With high inflation, big items are mostly bought on installments, and one list can run to hundreds of thousands of lira. Many people keep their lists in paper notebooks, Excel or WhatsApp groups. Çeyiz.co's main selling point is catching those people: photograph 1 to 5 pages of a notebook, or upload an Excel or Word file, and the AI turns it into a sorted list, with ticked items marked as already bought.
What it is
An app for couples getting married, with Turkish and English interfaces:
- Ready-made lists: 7 main categories and 31 sheets, 570+ items, from cookware to the bride's and groom's bundles, already listed so you don't have to write them from scratch. The veteran competitor Çeyiz Defterim comes with 256 preset items.
- One list for two people: invite your partner with a code and what each of you buys syncs live, so nothing gets bought twice. Each item can be tagged "bride," "groom" or "shared," and the preset list is already split along traditional lines.
- Budget and installments: installment payments are spread across each month automatically, telling you how much is due in which month. Prices quoted in USD or EUR are converted at the Turkish central bank's rate for the day.
- Keşfet (Discover): based on what's still missing from your list, it suggests in-stock products and coupons from e-commerce platforms. Tap through to order on the platform, then tick it off when you're back. The latest version connects a second platform, so the same item can be price-compared across both.
- The wedding side: engagement, henna night, civil registration and wedding countdowns and schedules; guest lists, digital invitations, a ledger for cash gifts and gold jewelry, and warranty records.
- AI assistant Çeyzi: ask it "what's still missing from the kitchen," or send it a few product links and have it add them to the list and work them into the budget.
Revenue comes from subscriptions: Pro costs ₺999 a year (about $23, estimated) or ₺249 a month (App Store Turkey store, 11-06). The other income is e-commerce commission: the Keşfet product images come from Amazon.com.tr, and the links use a separate path, the standard way affiliate referrals are structured. The other platform is Hepsiburada. How many people pay and how much they buy through the links isn't visible from outside.
Developer Ihsan Cemil SEVIM publishes under a personal account. Other apps under the same name include AI interior design, a shared shopping list, a photo tool, and a deduction game that launched in Nov 5. One person (or a small studio) testing many products: Çeyiz.co's "shared couple list" is probably reused from that shopping list app (inferred). On Android the developer is listed as Red Vizor.
How fast it's growing: fast, but from a small base
| Timeline | Numbers (source) |
|---|---|
| 10-28 | iOS 15 ratings; #44 in Turkey's Lifestyle free chart |
| 10-29 → 10-30 | Android installs 653 → 975, up 322 in a day (Google Play) |
| From ¥10-30 | Chart position bouncing between #103 and #158 |
| 11-06 | iOS 31 ratings, average 4.6, #138 in Lifestyle free chart; Android 1,000+; version 1.18 |
Ratings rise by 0 to 4 a day, a steady climb rather than a takeoff. I couldn't trace what drove the late-October chart spike: it could have been a major release, paid Apple Search Ads, or an Instagram post (unverified).
Two reviews say the same thing. Oct 29: "I love it, and what sets it apart from other apps is that you can upload warranty cards and use it together with your husband." Oct 18: "It thinks of every detail. From the trousseau to the wedding, you can handle it all in this one app, and I especially like being able to upload receipts and track warranties." Users praise not the list itself but what older apps lack beyond it.
Why it's ahead of the pack
Most complete among similar apps. The batch of trousseau apps from 2026 mostly offers only "list + tick off": Ceyizim has 19 ratings, Çeyiz Takip 13, Evlio 6, Bohça 2 (App Store Turkey, 11-06). Çeyiz.co packs in split costs, installments, invitations, cash gifts and warranties, and also cuts the cost of switching apps.
Fast iteration, old rivals stalled. It shipped 18 versions in its first 5 weeks, and each one brought something users could see. The category's most-rated app, Çeyiz Defterim (348 ratings), hasn't updated since February 2025. The veteran Çeyiz Listem (159 ratings, claims to be the most downloaded) has had its iOS version frozen since July 2025.
The traffic is all free. This is the part most worth copying:
- Search terms in the store title: "Çeyiz.co: Çeyiz Listesi, Düğün", with both core keywords (trousseau list, wedding) in the title.
- Programmatic SEO: the website has 394 product and deal pages. Within 5 weeks of launch it ranked #7 in Turkey for "çeyiz uygulaması" (trousseau app) (Brave Search, 11-06). The broader term "çeyiz listesi" is still held by furniture brand blogs and invitation sites.
- Riding a policy trend: Turkey's Family and Youth Fund gives couples aged 18–29 interest-free wedding loans of ₺200k or ₺250k, with the first 24 months interest-free, and borrowers also get extra discounts at 40+ brands. Mainstream media covers this constantly, and lots of people search for it. Çeyiz.co built a landing page plus a 9-question "can you get the loan" quiz, with the entry point inside the app. In effect, it used policy news to pull in the people most eager to buy appliances. In Oct 26 a TikTok couple posted a video about these discounts with the caption "We got married last year and didn't know these discounts existed," which got 5,000+ views, showing the information gap is real.
- In-app App Store campaign: the store page features an "Efsane Cuma trousseau discount" campaign. Efsane Cuma is Turkey's Black Friday, and the App Store's exposure slots cost nothing.
- Guests don't need to download anything: invitations go out to each guest over WhatsApp, and guests can RSVP without installing the app. At the wedding, scanning a QR code uploads photos and videos to a shared album. A wedding has dozens or hundreds of guests, and some of them are the next couple to get married. How many new users this actually brought in is unverified.
It does little on social media: 2,110 Instagram followers, 6 TikTok followers and 6 videos. I found no evidence of paid ads on Meta or TikTok (not finding evidence isn't the same as none), no mentions on X in 30 days, and no press coverage.
Who it's competing with
| Competitors | Scale (App Store Turkey, 11-06) | How it differs from Çeyiz.co |
|---|---|---|
| Çeyiz Defterim(2024-01) | 348 ratings, 4.34 | Most ratings in the category; free and ad-free, 256 preset items; no update in a year and a half, no two-person collaboration or affiliate sales |
| Çeyiz Listem(2020-04) | iOS 159 ratings, 3.55; Android 10,000+ | Veteran app that makes money from ads and price comparison; iOS frozen for over a year |
| MeMarry(2024-07) | 133 ratings, 4.21 | Trousseau plus wedding budget, the closest feature set; no affiliate sales, installment spreading or AI import |
| Düğün.com | iOS 98 ratings; Android 170k installs | A wedding vendor marketplace that sells venue and photography leads, with the checklist as a side feature |
| Weddistant(2026-04) | 4 | TikTok creator gozdeekurt has pushed it consistently. When it launched in August she called it "our darling," implying she made it herself (inferred). Her pre-wedding videos peaked at 227k views. Lots of traffic, but the app's ratings never took off. |
| Ceyizim, Çeyiz Takip, Evlio, Bohça, BirYuva and others | Each 2–19 items | Most just tick a checklist; a few indie devs post their own TikToks, some getting a few hundred to 30k views |
| web checklists, home-goods brand blogs | hold the search front page | Free, but no collaboration and no installment tracking |
| Karaca, Trendyol and others | big brands | sell trousseau sets and run wedding features, but don't manage lists; Çeyiz.co does the reverse and uses e-commerce as its supply |
In one line: this need has been around for 2020 years and every Turkish couple uses something like it, but each couple uses it only once, so nobody has built a big one. The top iOS app has just 348 ratings. The Weddistant case also shows that in this category, short-video buzz doesn't automatically turn into downloads.
If it were you
Bottom line: there's something to learn here, but don't build another Turkish trousseau app. What's worth taking is the playbook: a one-off, high-ticket life event, a checklist that keeps people in the app, affiliate price comparison and commissions at the moment they're ready to spend, and free traffic from policy news and guest invitations that don't require guests to download anything. Already 50+ players are fighting over the Turkish pool, and only around 500K couples marry there each year (estimate), so the ceiling is low.
Good fit for: indie devs who can build localized small apps and are willing to grind SEO and affiliate deals one country at a time; people from a market with trousseau and dowry traditions who understand how families split the work.
Not for: anyone aiming for big subscription revenue; anyone who only speaks English and doesn't know local wedding customs; anyone hoping a short video will go viral (Weddistant already tried).
How to do it:
- Pick the market. Criteria: wedding shopping has a fixed list and a clear division of labor, there's no decent app in the local language yet, and affiliate programs are available. Candidates: Azerbaijan, Central Asian countries, the Balkans, Arabic-speaking markets, South Asia, and Turkish diaspora in Germany (Çeyiz.co has already prepared a German privacy policy, so it may be eyeing this too). Whether each market's affiliate programs are workable and what the split is, you'll need to check yourself (unverified).
- Follow Çeyiz.co's product skeleton: preset checklists split by who buys what according to local custom, installment and exchange-rate conversion, AI import from paper lists and Excel, shared access for both partners.
- Put the money in affiliate commissions and treat subscriptions as a side income. A couple uses this once in a lifetime, so subscriptions won't last more than a few months; commissions on appliances and furniture are the real money.
- Make the invitation and guest photo album strong enough that guests never need to download the app. In this category, it's the only feature that spreads on its own.
How to get users: use local-language store titles like "trousseau list" and "wedding"; make a page for each product and each deal; look for local policies like marriage subsidies, loans, and discount codes, and build feature pages with eligibility self-checks; ride local shopping festivals with App Store in-app events. For short video, try tested-content posts like "how I cut my trousseau budget from X to Y"; the saves on ggdogann's video show people want the list itself.
When to move: no rush, but don't wait too long either. In small local markets like this, once one decent app takes the lead, latecomers struggle to catch up. The Turkish wave started 2025 years ago and within two years dozens of apps had crowded in.
What would mean we got it wrong: ① Çeyiz.co keeps pulling one or two reviews a day over the next two to three months and drops out of the Lifestyle top 200: that would mean "full-stack" can't carry a one-time-purchase category, and moving it to another market won't change that; ② it or a competitor starts publishing affiliate revenue, and the numbers are solid: then this is worth more than it looks, and worth moving on faster.

Çeyiz.co: Çeyiz Listesi, Düğün (iOS 6812290025) research report
In one line: a Turkish-language trousseau-list and wedding-planning app, live since 2026-09-28. It's the fastest-growing newcomer in a category crowded with 50+ indie-dev small apps over the past 5 weeks: 31 iOS ratings and 1,000+ Play installs. The absolute numbers are still small, though, and it hasn't really "taken off" yet. Its lead comes from its playbook and product completeness: a keyword-stuffed store name, 5 weeks and 18 versions of iteration, 394 programmatic SEO product pages, a landing page riding the government "marriage loan" traffic, App Store in-app events, and a purchase path that links the checklist to affiliate sales on Amazon.com.tr and Hepsiburada. I found no evidence of paid acquisition, and almost nobody is paying attention to it.
1. How to read the data card (correcting first)
- Ratings: 10-28 is 15 and 11-06 is 31, adding 0–4 a day (appstore.app_day, tr region). The recall described it as "accelerating," but it's actually a steady small climb: 15 over 7 days is the whole story. The iTunes lookup (tr, 11-06) shows an average rating of 4.61.
- Chart: Turkey Lifestyle Top Free, 10-28 was #44, 10-29 dropped to 75,10-30 to 124, then bounced around 103–158, and on 11-06 it was 138 (appstore.app_day). The App Store page showed #158 (Jina scrape, 11-06). It looks like there was a concentrated wave of downloads in late October, followed by a pullback. We didn't find the source of the wave. It could be a major version push, or a post on Instagram that drove it, but unverified.
- Android: co.ceyiz.app (developer listed as Red Vizor), 10-29 has 653 installs, rising to 975 from 10-30, +322 in one day; it reached #113 and #148 on the tr Lifestyle Top Free chart before dropping off (googleplay library). The Play page rating is "1 B+" (1,000+, 11-06).
- Only the Turkey storefront charts; no Top Grossing ranking. It has in-app purchases (premium), but revenue can't be verified.
- Iterating fast: 2026-09-28 launched, and by 11-06 it was already on v1.18 (iTunes lookup). Recent versions added "Keşfet integrates a second e-commerce platform with automatic price comparison," "budget estimates for unpurchased items," and "the AI assistant Çeyzi can read 5 e-commerce short links from one message."
- Developer: Ihsan Cemil SEVIM is an individual account, also behind HomeStudio (AI interior design, 17 ratings), Listiva (shared shopping lists, 5), 1Take, and Baker Street (a 11-05 new game) (iTunes lookup). This is typical indie-dev multi-product testing, and Listiva's shared-list foundation was likely reused directly in Çeyiz.co (inferred). On Android, the main publisher is Red Vizor.
2. Competitors: an extremely crowded category, yet nobody has built a big one
Searching the appstore library's tr region for "çeyiz / düğün / evlilik" by name returns 52 apps. Apart from dating apps and Düğün.com, nearly all are small apps from individual devs, 2025–2026 years old, mostly with between 0 and 20 ratings. Just since 2026-09, new entries include Çeyiz Takip (9-10,13 ratings), Düğünlük (9-10), Çeyizim - Çeyiz Listesi (9-12), Evet (9-22), Düğün Davet (10-28), and Çeyiz Ajandası (10-31), looking like a wave of same-topic work made with AI assistance.
| Competitors | Platform | Launched | Scale (source, date) | How it differs from Çeyiz.co |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Çeyiz Defterim(Civan Korkmaz) | iOS | 2024-01 | tr 348 ratings, 4.34; last updated 2025-02 (iTunes lookup 11-06) | Most iOS ratings in the category; 256 preset items, free with no ads, iOS only; no update in a year and a half, no couple sync, no affiliate sales |
| Çeyiz Listem(Kabi Partners / Fİ Yazılım) | iOS + Android | 2020-04 | iOS tr 159 ratings, 3.55; Play 10,000+, has ads; the official site ceyizlistem.app claims to be the #1 download | An old-timer with 350+ item suggestions, price comparison, and "Reklam Ver" ad-slot sales; no updates since iOS 2025-07, low rating |
| MeMarry(Mert Akbaş) | iOS | 2024-07 | tr 133 ratings, 4.21; 2026-09 still updating | Dowry plus wedding budget, similar features, but no e-commerce affiliate links and no AI import |
| Düğün.com – Düğün Planlama | iOS + Android | 2020-07 | iOS tr 98 ratings; Play 170k installs, 7 days +1,334 (googleplay library) | A wedding vendor marketplace (venues, photographers) that mainly funnels traffic to merchants; the dowry checklist isn't the core |
| Ceyizim(Oğuz Gül)/ ceyizim.net | iOS (Android "yakında", i.e. coming soon) | 2026-03 | 19 ratings | Checklist plus budget plus family sharing, a lightweight version of the same idea |
| Evlio: Çeyiz Listesi Asistanı | iOS | 2026-07 | 6 ratings | Has "AI assistant" in the name, very small scale |
| Bohça, BirYuva, Çeyiz Evim, Genix Düğün Takip, and others | iOS | 2025-12 – 2026-06 | 2–22 ratings each | All are dowry checklist apps; Bohça and BirYuva have run indie-dev self-promotion on TikTok (bohcaapp single video with 32k views) |
| Web checklists / PDFs | Web | — | davetiyem.com's 102-item interactive checklist ranks #1 for "çeyiz listesi" on Brave tr search; blog checklists from home brands like Karaca, Bellona, and Koçtaş fill the first page | Free, but no multi-user collaboration and no installment tracking |
| Big-company features | Other | — | Trendyol has a "evlilik destek kampanyası" (marriage support campaign) landing page; Karaca sells a "Jumbo Çeyiz Paketi" dowry bundle | E-commerce players run promo pages to sell goods, not checklist management |
Takeaway: This need was validated in Turkey long ago. A dowry checklist is a tool everyone needs but only uses once in a lifetime. Because of that, no one has grown big: the top iOS app has just 348 ratings. Çeyiz.co collected 5 ratings in 31 weeks after launch and ranks first among the 2026 year's new apps, but it's still an order of magnitude behind the older apps from three years ago.
3. Growth tactics (evidence)
- Store search / ASO (confirmed): The store name is "Çeyiz.co: Çeyiz Listesi, Düğün", putting the core search terms "çeyiz listesi" and "düğün" in the title; the US English name is "Çeyiz.co: Wedding & Trousseau". Download links on the official site carry Apple campaign parameters (
pt=128368619&ct=anasayfa/ct=evlilik-kredisi), and Play links carry utm tags, showing it tracks conversions from each landing page. - SEO (confirmed): The ceyiz.co sitemap has 394 /kesfet product and deal pages, plus topic pages like /ceyiz-listesi, /aktar (import), and /evlilik-kredisi. On Brave tr, searching "çeyiz uygulaması" puts ceyiz.co at #7 (11-06), only 5 weeks after launch. It doesn't appear in the top 20 for "çeyiz listesi", a term home-brand blogs hold.
- Riding the government "wedding loan" traffic (confirmed the page exists; traffic it brings not verified): /evlilik-kredisi covers the Turkish Family and Youth Fund (Aile ve Gençlik Fonu) interest-free loans for couples aged 18–29: 200k or 250k lira, with 24 months before repayments start. Borrowers can also use e-Devlet discount codes at 42 brands. The page has a "can I get the loan?" 9-question pre-check, and the entry point is in the app. Mainstream media (NTV, Habertürk, Sabah) keeps writing about these terms, and search volume is huge. It's a way to pull in high-intent users by riding a policy hot topic.
- In-app event on the App Store (confirmed): The App Store page features a Special Event called "Efsane Cuma Çeyiz İndirimleri" (Efsane Cuma is Turkey's Black Friday). It uses Apple's free promotional placement, paired with the Keşfet coupon content.
- Social (confirmed, small): Instagram @ceyizco.app has 2,110 followers (Jina scrape, 11-06), mostly posting product picks and sizing explainers (e.g., "no standard fridge size"). TikTok @ceyizco.app has only 6 followers and 6 videos (TikHub). YouTube has a channel called "Çeyizco". Dowry-related traffic on TikTok is large (ceyiz.home's top video has 169k views, and many "dowry app I used" reviews get 84k and 51k views), but no video featuring Çeyiz.co turned up.
- Viral loop (mechanism confirmed, effect unverified): couples invite their partner via invite code or link, and digital wedding invitations let guests RSVP without downloading the App (LCV). At the wedding, a QR code photo album collects guests' photos and videos. Every wedding sends the App link to dozens or hundreds of guests' phones, and some of those guests will get married themselves.
- Paid acquisition: none found. Neither the metaads nor tiktokads libraries show ads for ceyiz.co or this app (those libraries only track listed products, so absence doesn't mean no spend). Some of the download spike around 10-28 may come from Apple Search Ads, unverified.
- X / media: x-radar shows no mentions of ceyiz.co in the past 30 days; no press coverage and no public revenue.
4. Where the money comes from
- Affiliate network: Keşfet matches checklist items to Amazon.com.tr (product images from m.media-amazon.com) and Hepsiburada, and users click through to buy.
/kesfet/git/is a redirect path, blocked in robots.txt, a typical affiliate outbound pattern. Dowry purchases are fridges, washers, sofas, and full cutlery sets: high ticket values and the most concentrated buying intent. - In-app purchase (premium): The store listing shows in-app purchases; prices not captured.
- Possible third stream: With the marriage loan pre-check and brand discount pages, brand partnerships may come later (inference).
5. Why it (small) broke out
- The most complete among a pile of half-finished apps. Most rivals only offer "list + checkmarks". This one packs into one app: a dowry list (570+ items, 31 sheets, more than double Çeyiz Defterim's 256), couple collaboration, bride-side / groom-side / shared cost splits (in Turkey the dowry is traditionally divided between two families), installment payments spread monthly, foreign-currency conversion at Central Bank of Turkey rates, a timeline for engagement / henna night / civil registration / wedding, guest lists with digital invitations, a gold-gift ledger, and warranty records. Installments fit Turkish reality: with high inflation, big purchases are almost always paid in installments.
- AI import solves cold start. Many people already keep their dowry lists in paper notebooks, Excel, or WhatsApp. Photograph 1–5 pages of a notebook, or upload an Excel or Word file, and it becomes a list directly, so switching apps costs almost nothing. The older apps lack this feature.
- Iteration speed: 5 versions in 18 weeks, each with new features users can see. The older rivals haven't been updated in over a year (Çeyiz Defterim stopped at 2025-02, Çeyiz Listem at 2025-07).
- Pulling in search traffic and policy buzz: ASO titles, 394 SEO pages, the marriage-loan topic page, and App Store events are all zero- or low-cost organic traffic.
- Timing: Turkey's wedding peak season runs May to October, and autumn 2026 is the height of preparation. 2026 was officially designated the "Year of the Family" and the "Decade of Family and Population" (2026–2035) began, with marriage loans and brand discounts getting heavy media coverage (not verified item by item). November's Efsane Cuma shopping season is also a sales window.
6. Differentiation, and whether it's the reason it leads
The differentiation isn't the idea of a "dowry checklist" itself, which people have been building for 2020 years. It lies in turning the checklist into a purchase funnel: checklist (what to buy) → budget and installments (what you can afford) → Keşfet cross-platform price comparison and coupons (where to buy) → automatic checkmark when bought. Add invitations and the QR album, a guest-doesn't-need-to-download loop, and the wedding app can spread from one couple to the next. AI import and the bride/groom cost split are localized details that lower the barrier to entry.
Are these the reason it leads? Among new entrants, yes: Among indie developers with a 0 budget, it's the only one to reach 30+ ratings and still sits on the Lifestyle chart. But it hasn't become a true breakout: total volume is just 31 ratings and 1,000+ installs, and its chart rank fell from 44 to 138. The category ceiling is low, since each couple uses it once, and Turkey has roughly 550k weddings a year (TÜİK public data scale, not verified year by year). Whether it succeeds depends on whether affiliate sales can carry each user's value, not on install count.
7. Visibility and copycats
- Few people know about it yet: No public revenue, no press coverage, 0 mentions on X, 2.1k Instagram followers, and almost nothing on TikTok.
- Copycats: No clear sign anyone is copying it. But the category itself saw many small apps pour in during the same period (9–October alone had 6+ new launches), so the competition is "everyone building at once", not "copying it".
8. What others can learn
- For checklist tools covering one-time, high-ticket life events (weddings, moving, having a baby, renovation), put the monetization on affiliate links, not subscriptions; connect the checklist to price comparison and coupons at the moment users go to buy.
- Use local policy buzz (marriage loans, subsidies, discount codes) for SEO topic pages, and add an eligibility self-check tool to catch the traffic.
- Guest-side no-download RSVP replies and a QR photo album turn one-time users into distribution nodes.
- Use AI to import users' paper notebooks, Excel files, and chat logs directly, removing the switching cost.
- Pair App Store in-app events with local shopping festivals (Efsane Cuma).
- The same playbook can move to other markets with dowry or bride-price traditions: Azerbaijan, Central Asia, the Balkans, Turkish diaspora in Germany (it already prepared a German privacy policy page), and Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic-speaking markets.
9. Still unclear
- Where the download wave that pushed it to #44 on the Lifestyle chart around 10-28 came from (Search Ads, Instagram, or an influencer) remains unknown.
- In-app purchase prices and conversion rates, affiliate commission rates, and actual sales driven are all unknown.
- How many new users guest invitations and the album actually bring in reality is unknown.
- Who the developer really is: the relationship between the individual account Ihsan Cemil SEVIM and the Android entity Red Vizor, and whether there's funding, have not been found.
