# A tool for logging tango steps jumped to #1 in Saudi Arabia's Sports chart: it's catching the search traffic left behind by Tango, the live-streaming app Apple pulled

**What it is** A free iOS tool that claims to log tango steps with photos, direction arrows and left/right foot markers, built by a Romanian indie developer.

**Why it took off** The live-streaming app Tango Live was pulled from all Apple stores in February 2025, while it still has 387M installs on Android; its title keeps the word Tango in every language, so it became the #1 result for 'tango' on iPhone, and Middle East and Arabic users installed it through search. It's likely a clone or wrapper package, unverified.

**C** **How you could follow this** Don't copy it to ride a trademark; copy the method of finding demand: see which big apps are missing from a store, what users searched for when they typed the brand name, then build a compliant similar product using category keywords to catch that search wave.

Grade C: the observation that 'a big brand's absence on iOS leaves a search vacuum' is worth learning from; but copying it is a one-off arbitrage on someone else's trademark, which could be reported and removed at any time, and the 'tango' slot is already taken, with no visible path to earnings yet. Few people know about it yet

Tango Sequence, launched Oct 22 and described as a tool for dancers to log tango steps, collected 244 ratings in two weeks, charted in 72 countries, and reached #1 in Saudi Arabia's Sports Free chart. Its traffic didn't come from people who dance tango. The live dating app Tango Live was pulled from all Apple regions in February 2025, so anyone searching 'tango' on iPhone couldn't find the original, and the #1 result is this app. Below: where this traffic came from, how it makes money (not yet seen), and what you can take away.

### Nov 1, a one-star review from Saudi Arabia

On Nov 1, a Saudi-region user gave Tango Sequence one star and left an Arabic comment: 'تم سحب مبالغ مني والتطبيق لا يعمل معي', meaning 'I was charged money and the app doesn't work for me'.

That's a strange comment for this app. Tango Sequence is free, has no 'In-App Purchases' listed on its store page, and its description says: take one photo per step, arrange them into a photo strip, draw directional arrows on the images, mark left and right feet, add a note, and it opens offline. A step-logging tool; what money could have been charged?

As of 11-06, this is the only written review among its 244 ratings. Before anything else, check where it sits in the App Store to see what users were looking for and what they thought they were downloading.

### Searching 'tango' on iPhone, #1 is it

11-06 searched "tango" in the App Store: US, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, Vietnam, Kuwait, Pakistan, all #1 is Tango Sequence. Searching "tango live" (US, Saudi Arabia) it's #1 too, and searching the Arabic "تانجو" (Saudi Arabia, Egypt) it's still it.

The apps below it reveal the word's real meaning: BIGO LIVE, Tinder, Snapchat, Minglify, Azar, all live streaming and dating apps. The apps that actually teach or track tango didn't make it into the top spots. To the App Store, people searching "tango" are looking for live social apps.

They're looking for Tango Live. It's a live video chat app that has existed for 2010 years, with 387M cumulative installs on Google Play, up 510k over the last 7 days, and #8 in Turkey's social Top Grossing chart (Google Play, 11-06). But it's gone from the App Store: applecensorship.com logs it as "gone from all tested App Store regions, last seen 2025-02-04", and Tango's own help center says "Tango is currently unavailable on the Apple App Store", pointing iPhone users to the web version, with EU users able to use the third-party store Onside.

Arabic-speaking users are Tango's heavy base. Its help center has a full set of Arabic docs on "how to use Tango on iPhone"; TikTok has accounts that post Arabic videos on "how to install Tango on iPhone after Apple removed it," and one video under the hashtag #تثبيت_تطبيق_تانجو_للايفون (install the Tango app for iPhone) has 220k views.

These people open the App Store, search "tango," and tap the first result.

### How the numbers grew

| Date | Total ratings across all countries | New today | Countries charted |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10-28 | 0 | — | 11 |
| 10-30 | 12 | 7 | 29 |
| 11-01 | 49 | 26 | 41 |
| 11-03 | 127 | 47 | 58 |
| 11-06 | 244 | 42 | 72 |

(App Store data by region, 10-28 to 11-06)

Broken down by country (11-06): Saudi Arabia 58, US 45, Egypt 23, Algeria 20, Germany 13, France 10, Vietnam 7. The Middle East and North Africa, plus Germany and France with their large Arab immigrant populations, match Tango's user map (inferred). By 11-06 later, Saudi Arabia showed 68 ratings on the Apple API, averaging 3.9 stars; the US had 52.

Two details:

- 10-28 It had zero ratings and was already charting in 11 countries, #55 in Saudi Arabia's Sports Top Free. Downloads came within days of launch, not from ratings first and then chart climbing.

- In Saudi, the Sports Top Free chart is an easy bar. A few dozen downloads can get you #1, and Kuwait, Pakistan and Lebanon land you #2, Egypt, Jordan and Oman #4 to #6. A #1 category chart ranking adds one more layer of exposure.

### Is the name alone enough?

Not quite. The store also has "Tango - Couples Love Tracker", launched in February 2026, also with Tango in the name, ranking #2 and #3 in search, but with only about ten ratings across 8 countries combined.

Tango Sequence did a few more things:

- **The title is localized per language, but "Tango" always stays.** The German storefront calls it "Tango Sequenz", the Honduras storefront "Tango Secuencia", the Arabic one "Tango تسلسل". Searching in any of these languages hits it.

- **Search rank #1 starts a flywheel.** The more people search, download, and open, the more Apple pushes it up (inferred).

- **Installing it may actually have given these people something.** This is unverified, but there's plenty of circumstantial evidence:
    - The interface language listed in the store is only Vietnamese, while the description is in English;
    - The package is 3.9 MB; the privacy policy sits on a random Firebase subdomain and is template text, with a specific line saying "the app may make network requests to fetch content or configuration," which is redundant for a tool claiming to work offline;
    - In the Saudi storefront's "You might also like" section, nearly all are decoy apps that don't match their names: Fexbeto, named like a gambling app but described as a billiards club, with subtitle "meet, chat, share your life"; Peria, described as fitness. The US storefront shows a string of Arabic football streaming apps;
    - Of over two hundred ratings, only one has a written review, which looks like a system rating prompt that pops up right on open;
    - That one "charged me money" review: either a user topped up coins thinking it was Tango, or the app has an off-store payment link elsewhere (inferred).

So there are two possibilities: it's just a dance-move tool that got lucky with its name; or it's a shell app that passed review as a dance tool and remotely switched to other content after launch. The developer is Mihai Stanciu, the privacy policy lists Romania, and the account has only this one app. I didn't get the install package and didn't see it switch content on a real device, so treat this as inference.

### Where the money comes from

Nothing found. It's free, has no in-app purchases, isn't on the grossing chart, and I couldn't find any paid ads. If it is a shell app, the money might come from off-store top-ups, from referring traffic to Tango's agents for a cut, or from switching to other content later, but these are guesses. What can be confirmed externally: it got a cheap wave of downloads from people with clear intent.

### Who it's competing with

| Competitors | Scale | How it compares |
|---|---|---|
| Tango Live | Android 387M installs, +510k over the last 7 days (Google Play, 11-06) | It's really capturing this company's demand; once Tango returns to the App Store, this spot is gone |
| BIGO LIVE | US 234k, Saudi Arabia 63k ratings | #2 for "tango" search, legitimate live apps |
| Tango - Couples Love Tracker | About ten ratings total across 8 countries | Also piggybacked on Tango, but never gained traction |
| Choreographic, ChoreoRoom, Dance Journal and other choreography notebook tools | At most a hundred or two ratings, mostly single digits | The apps that actually do "dance move recording" show the feature itself has almost no market |

By its described features, this niche has no business; its real competitor is the search slot of live apps.

### How many people know about it now

Almost no one. No media coverage, 30 posts on X in the last 0 days, not a single TikTok video about it, only a few ranking-site pages auto-generated, one of whose AI summaries even treats it as a real dance tool. I also didn't see any recent copycats with Tango in the name gaining traction.

### If it were you

**C: The angle is useful to learn from, but copying it is a one-off arbitrage on a trademark, not recommended.** The "tango" slot is already taken by it; the same trick under another brand would quickly draw trademark complaints or App Store removal as a "hidden feature," and how it actually earns money is still not visible from outside.

**Who it suits** : people doing ASO who understand store search, using it as a method for finding demand: which big apps are missing from a given store (removed by Apple, banned in a country, or Android-only), and what their users search for and find in that store.

**Who it doesn't suit** : indie developers wanting a long-term product; people unwilling to touch someone else's trademark or take on account-ban risk; people hoping to earn from the "dance move recording" feature itself, since that demand barely exists.

**How to do it** : if you want to use this approach, do the legitimate version. Once you find a vacuum where a big brand is absent on iOS, check what users searching that brand name actually want (live streaming, dating, watching matches), then build a compliant alternative that meets that need, and win search with category keywords in the title and subtitle instead of putting someone else's brand name in it. Pick a category chart with low barriers in small storefronts (Sports in Middle East storefronts can get #1 with a few dozen downloads) and build exposure there first.

**How to acquire users** : through store search itself. Check Apple's web search country by country: if the brand term returns the brand's own app at #1, the traffic under that term is up for grabs. Tango Sequence ranked #1 for "tango" in 7 countries that way.

**When this window closes** : these windows can shut fast. Tango returning to the App Store, Tango filing a trademark complaint, or Apple cleaning up shell apps would each make it disappear overnight.

**What would show I'm wrong** : ① If Tango Sequence is still around a month or two from now, its ratings keep climbing, and it starts showing in-app purchases or grossing chart positions, the approach can sustain a business and the rating could go up; ② conversely, if it's removed within weeks, or the #1 spot for "tango" search changes hands, the window is shorter than it looks.

Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tango Live(Tango: Live Stream, Video Chat) | Android | 2010 | Google Play 387M installs, +510k over the last 7 days, near the top of the social Top Grossing chart; removed from Apple's stores in all regions since 2025-02-04, iOS only via the EU's Onside or the web | It's really capturing this company's demand; with Tango Live absent from the App Store, it holds the #1 spot for the "tango" search |
| BIGO LIVE | iOS | 2016 | US 234k, Saudi Arabia 63k ratings | Legitimate live app ranked #2 for "tango"; Tango Sequence matches the name exactly and ranks above it |
| Tango - Couples Love Tracker | iOS | 2026-02 | Most ratings across 8 stores: 12 | Also used the word Tango, but ranked #2–3 in search without gaining traction; serves as a control |
| Choreographic: Formaciones | iOS | 2022 | At most 196 ratings in 8 countries | Legitimate choreography / formation tools; same "record dance" job, and the niche itself is tiny |
| ChoreoRoom / Choreo Cue / Dance Journal / TANGO TRAINING | iOS | 2018–2025 | Each has single digits to a dozen-odd ratings | Real dance recording / teaching tools, with no search-name benefit |
| Phone photo album, screen recording, notes app | Big-company features | — | Built into the system | This is how dancers actually record their moves, with no feature barrier |

Where users come from

- **Verified** **Search brand-term piggybacking on Tango** : 2026-11-06 Apple web search: "tango" returns #1 in the US, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, Vietnam, Kuwait, Pakistan; "tango live" returns #1 in the US and Saudi Arabia; "تانجو" returns #1 in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Below it: BIGO LIVE, Tinder, Snapchat and other live and dating apps

- **Verified** **Platform event: Tango Live removed from Apple stores in all regions** : applecensorship.com: id372513032 last seen in the App Store on 2025-02-04; Tango's help center states it's unavailable on iOS; still 387M installs on Android, with 510k added weekly (googleplay library)

- **Verified** **Exposure on the small-storefront Sports category chart** : when it was #1 on Saudi Arabia's Sports Top Free, the storefront had only 58 ratings in total; at 10-28 ratings, when it was already charting in 11 countries at 0 (appstore library, AppInsider)

- Inferred **Shell app / reskin that holds onto people searching for Tango** : Saudi Arabia's only negative review says "charged me money, can't use it," yet it has no in-app purchases; similarly named decoy apps show up in its "you might also like" section; package is 3.9 MB; interface language is marked Vietnamese; the privacy policy is a Firebase template mentioning "fetching content / configuration from the network"

- Inferred **Off-store traffic (TikTok / X / Telegram / ads)** : TikHub, x-radar, Exa and Brave turned up nothing; it's not on our ad library tracking list

## Tango Sequence (iOS id6818510347) research report

> Research date 2026-11-06. Data sources: our appstore / googleplay libraries (agent-im server DuckDB), Apple's lookup API and store web pages (read via Jina), Exa / Jina / Brave web search, TikHub (TikTok), x-radar (X). Anything inferred is marked "inferred."

### Bottom line

It didn't take off because of the "tango dance step log" feature. It took off because of **the name "Tango"** . The social live-streaming app **Tango Live** (387M installs on Google Play) was pulled from the Apple App Store in every region 2025-02-04, so iPhone users searching "tango" had no official app to find. Tango Sequence is now ranked **#1** for "tango", "tango live", and the Arabic "تانجو" in the App Store. This traffic is people looking for Tango Live who leaked in through store search, with the Middle East taking the biggest share. There are several hints that it's a disguise app built to catch this traffic and swap its content remotely, but no smoking gun.

### 1. What the product is

- Store description: take or pick a photo for each step, lay them out as a photo strip, add direction arrows, mark left and right feet, write a short note, and view offline.

- The developer is Mihai Stanciu (the privacy policy lists Romania), and this is the only app on the account. 1.0.0 in 2026-10-17,1.0.1 in 10-21; store release date 10-22. Free, with no "In-App Purchases" listed on the store page. Package size 3.9 MB, iOS 17+, age rating 4+.

- Several metadata details look off (sources: Apple lookup and apps.apple.com pages for the US, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam):
    - The description is in English, but the store lists only **VI (Vietnamese)** as the interface language.
    - The title is localized by region: "Tango Sequenz" for Germany, "Tango Secuencia" for the Honduras store, "Tango تسلسل" in Arabic. Whatever the language, **the word "Tango" stays** .
    - The privacy policy sits on a random Firebase subdomain (agwv-r1036-a9f577bfeb84.web.app) and reads like template text. It says "the app may make network requests to fetch app content or configuration", a strange line for a tool that claims to be purely local and offline. The privacy label says "Data Not Collected".
    - There are only 1 written reviews: Saudi Arabia, 1 star, "تم سحب مبالغ مني والتطبيق لا يعمل معي" (money was deducted and the app doesn't work for me). A free dance-step logging tool with no in-app purchases getting a "money was charged" complaint doesn't add up.

### 2. Growth data

- All-region rating count (appstore library, app_day): 10-28 was 0 → 10-30 12 → 11-01 49 → 11-03 127 → 11-06 **244** . Daily additions went from 7 up to around 42. Countries with a chart entry grew from 11 to 72.

- Per-storefront rating counts (appstore library, app_profile, 2026-11-06): Saudi Arabia 58, US 45, Egypt 23, Algeria 20, Germany 13, France 10, Vietnam 7, Azerbaijan 5.

- Charts (same library): Saudi Arabia Sports Top Free #1. Kuwait, Pakistan, and Lebanon at #2, with Madagascar peaking at #1. Oman, Jordan, Bahrain, and Egypt at #4–6, UAE at #8–9, and the US around #104–122.

- Ratings came early, and charts came even earlier: on the day the 10-28 library began tracking, it was already charting in 11 countries (#55 in Saudi Arabia, per AppInsider), with 0 ratings at the time. So downloads arrived within days of release, not from rating farming later.

- Only 244 of the 1 ratings have written reviews, a very low ratio.

### 3. Growth levers: where users come from

#### 3.1 Riding "Tango" in store search (confirmed)

2026-11-06 Reading Apple's web search results (apps.apple.com/<region>/iphone/search):

| Store | Search term | #1 | Apps listed after it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | tango | **Tango Sequence** | Snapchat, Tinder, BIGO LIVE, TikTok |
| US | tango | **Tango Sequence** | BIGO LIVE, Minglify, Tinder |
| Egypt / Algeria / Vietnam / Kuwait / Pakistan | tango | **Tango Sequence** | BIGO LIVE, Tinder, Azar, and others |
| US, Saudi Arabia | tango live | **Tango Sequence** | BIGO LIVE, Coco, LiveMe |
| Saudi Arabia, Egypt | تانجو (Arabic for "tango") | **Tango Sequence** | Snapchat, Tinder, BIGO LIVE |

From #2 down, every result is a live-streaming or dating app, which means Apple treats "tango" as a search for live social apps. Not one real tango dance app makes the top results.

#### 3.2 Platform event: Tango Live is missing from the App Store (confirmed)

- applecensorship.com: Tango-Live Stream & Video Chat (id372513032) "has disappeared from all App Store regions we tested, last seen in 2025-02-04".

- Tango's official help center: "Tango is currently unavailable on the Apple App Store". iPhone users have two options: a third-party store called Onside in the EU, or the web version at tango.me everywhere else. Tango's own iOS landing page, ios.tango.me, just redirects people to open tango.me in Safari (I checked its front-end JS).

- Demand is large (googleplay library, 2026-11-06): Tango: Live Stream, Video Chat has **387M installs** on Android, +510k over the last 7 days, ranks #8 in Turkey's Social Top Grossing, and charts in 83 chart slots across 30 countries.

- The Middle East and Arabic-speaking users are Tango's core base: its official help center has a full set of Arabic docs explaining "how to use Tango on iOS", and there are many Arabic YouTube and TikTok videos on "how to install Tango on iPhone after Apple removed it" (for example, TikTok @softwar3's #تثبيت_تطبيق_تانجو_للايفون, with 220k views). Tango Sequence's highest rating counts are in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Algeria, plus Germany and France, where there are large Arab diaspora communities. That lines up with this user map (inference).

#### 3.3 Control group: same name, different fate (confirmed)

"Tango - Couples Love Tracker" (BID Partners, released 2026-02) also has Tango in its name and ranks #2–3 in search. But across 8 countries it has at most 12 ratings (appstore library). A name match alone doesn't explain Tango Sequence's 244 ratings in two weeks and charts in 72 countries. What Tango Sequence has extra might be:

- It ranks #1 in search. Apple gives extra weight to apps that people search for, download, and keep, creating a positive loop;

- Or once installed, it actually gives people looking for Tango something useful (see 3.4).

#### 3.4 It may be a disguise app (inference, not verified)

Supporting hints:

1. The apps downloaded alongside it (the store's "You Might Also Like" in Saudi Arabia) are almost all mislabeled small apps: Fexbeto (sounds like gambling, but the description is about a billiards club, "Foxentis"), Peria (subtitle "Meet, talk, and share life" for dating, description about fitness), Lurivo (fishing), and WC 2026 Betting Predictor. The US store shows Buz TV Pro, سوريا لايف, and Dawry, Arabic football streaming apps. Its downloaders overlap heavily with users of these reskinned apps.

2. The package is only 3.9 MB; the interface language is listed as Vietnamese, which doesn't match the description; and the privacy policy is a mass-generated template that specifically keeps the line about fetching content or configuration from the network.

3. The only negative review is "money deducted, app doesn't work", yet it has no Apple in-app purchases. Possible explanations: users thought it was Tango Live and topped up coins, or the app has an off-store payment path (inference).

4. Ratings this numerous with almost no written reviews looks like the system rating prompt firing right after first launch; the US average is 4.6 stars. People who actually used it as a dance tool are unlikely to have built this count in two weeks.

Points against or uncertain:

- I couldn't get the IPA, so I haven't seen it actually switch content.

- I couldn't find any off-store promotion: TikTok, X (x-radar, 0 posts in the last 30 days), Exa, and Brave only return store pages and auto-generated ranking sites. No "download this app by this name" posts turned up, at least in our tools.

- Conclusion: there's evidence it's riding the Tango Live traffic through search; that it's a Tango, or a Tango proxy or gray-market reskin, is a reasonable inference only.

#### 3.5 Other channels

- Ads: Tango Sequence isn't on our ad library watchlist, so this can't be confirmed. The store page shows no sign of Apple Search Ads, and none turns up.

- Creators / social / media: none found.

- Free-promo chart push: not applicable, it was free to begin with.

### 4. Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tango Live(Tango: Live Stream, Video Chat) | Android / web / EU Onside | 2010 | 387M installs on Android, near the top of the Social Top Grossing chart (googleplay library) | What it's really after is this company's demand. Tango Live is absent from the App Store, and Tango Sequence has taken the "tango" search slot. |
| BIGO LIVE | iOS | 2016 | 234k US and 63k Saudi Arabia ratings (store search page) | The legitimate live-streaming app ranked #2 for "tango". Tango Sequence matches the name exactly and ranks above it. |
| Tango - Couples Love Tracker | iOS | 2026-02 | Most ratings across 8 stores: 12 | Also rides "Tango" but never got traction. It's the control group. |
| Choreographic: Formaciones | iOS | 2022 | At most 196 ratings in 8 countries | Real choreography / formation tools doing the same "log the dance" job, with very small volume. |
| ChoreoRoom, Choreo Cue, Dance Journal: Improve Faster, TANGO TRAINING (Barrionuevo) | iOS | 2018–2025 | Each has single digits to a dozen-odd ratings | All legitimate dance logging and teaching tools. This suggests a "tango dance step log" has almost no market on its own. |
| Recording their own videos and using the photo album or Notes app | Built into the system | — | — | That's how dancers actually record steps now; there's no functional gap for a paid tool to fill. |

Verdict: going by the features it describes, this niche is tiny, has no real competitors, and can't support growth like this. Its real "competitor" is Tango Live and the search slots of other live-streaming apps.

### 5. Differentiation

- No feature differentiation: photos + arrows + left and right feet + notes. Anyone can build this, and dancers don't lack tools like it.

- The real edge is one thing: **with Tango Live absent from the App Store, it's the only new app whose title starts with "Tango" and can rank #1 in search** . Every localized title keeps "Tango", it's filed under Sports, and Sports Top Free in small storefronts like Saudi Arabia has a low bar, so it also climbs to #1 in the category chart for extra exposure.

- That edge is why it's running. The dance-step feature is most likely just a shell to pass review (inference).

### 6. How many people can see it

- **Almost no one knows about it yet.** No media coverage, 0 posts on X (x-radar, last 30 days), 0 related TikTok videos, and no one is posting revenue. Only auto-generated pages from ranking sites like AppInsider, StoreIntel, Similarweb and AppRankSpy. AppInsider's AI summary even treats it as a real dance tool.

- Copycats: we found no new app with "Tango" in its name that has picked up traction recently. The same batch of "name-mismatch knockoffs" (Fexbeto, Peria, Lurivo, etc.) belongs to the same gray ecosystem. They aren't copying it.

### 7. Why it broke out

1. Tango Live has been absent from every Apple storefront since 2025-02-04 (applecensorship.com, Tango help center), but it still has 387M installs on Android with 510k weekly growth (googleplay library). Nobody is serving the iPhone search demand.

2. Tango Sequence ranks #1 on Apple search for "tango", "tango live" and "تانجو" (2026-11-06 Apple web search, in Saudi Arabia / US / Egypt / Algeria / Vietnam / Kuwait / Pakistan).

3. The volume is concentrated in the Middle East, North Africa and Arab diaspora areas in Europe where Tango has many users: Saudi Arabia 58, Egypt 23, Algeria 20, Germany 13, France 10 (appstore library).

4. The Sports Top Free chart in small storefronts has a low bar: a few dozen downloads can push it to #1 in Saudi Arabia and #2 in Kuwait / Pakistan, which adds chart exposure.

5. It may really be keeping people who search for Tango: 1 negative reviews about unexpected charges, a same-buyer app with a misleading name, a boilerplate privacy policy, and almost no written reviews all point to a disguise app, but this is unverified.

### 8. What others can borrow

- **The search vacuum when a big app is missing from a store** : apps pulled by Apple, banned in a country, or only on Android leave their brand terms without a legitimate iOS listing, so a new app with an exact title match can take #1. This works in any store.

- **Pick the category** : putting it in Sports, which has a low bar in Middle Eastern small storefronts, makes it easy to get extra "#1 in category" exposure.

- **Keep the brand term in localized titles** so every language version catches search.

- Risks: riding someone else's trademark can get it reported by Tango or pulled by Apple at any time. If it's a reskin, it violates App Store Review Guideline 2.3.1 (hidden features) and the account gets banned. This is one-off arbitrage, not a long-term business. We haven't seen where the money comes from (off-store top-ups, sending users to Tango resellers for a cut, or swapping in other content later).

### 9. What's uncertain

- What it actually does once installed: is it really a dance-step tool, or does it remotely switch to the Tango web page or other content? We haven't gotten the package or tested it on a real device.

- Who is behind it: official Tango, a Tango reseller / top-up agent, or an unrelated gray-market operator just riding the keyword? No evidence either way.

- What "charged me money" specifically refers to: Apple billing, off-store payment, or users mixing things up?

- Whether there's off-store traffic (Telegram groups, Arabic forums): our tools didn't find any, but that doesn't mean none exist.

- How long this volume lasts depends on whether Apple pulls it over trademark or reskinning.
