# "Our baby was born in Curitiba in autumn, so buy 8 long-sleeve onesies": a Brazilian expectant dad turned his baby checklist into a subscription making 16K USD a month

**What it is** A Brazilian baby prep checklist subscription app. Based on your due date and your city's climate, it calculates how many of each size clothing item your baby needs, tracks your progress, and creates a gift list you can send to relatives.

**Why it went viral** First-time parents are anxious about the enxoval, and "don't overbuy" is a concrete promise that's easy to sell. The quiz makes users invest before the paywall; roughly 100 in 4 to 5 people pay, and the founder keeps buying installs.

**C** **How to play it** Don't fight it head-on in Brazil. Copy the structure: switch to a scene with a named occasion, a one-time big purchase and gift-giving from family (weddings, moving house, school start), or do a baby checklist in Spanish or Indonesian for Latin America or Indonesia, testing hooks with first-person mom footage before buying ads.

Grade C: the playbook is clear and copyable, but revenue is already public on several sites, Brazil has four or five copycats, the price is under $2 a month per user, users stay only nine months, and the original has already taken the Spanish-language spot. Worth studying; copying it as-is isn't worth the effort. Already public / widely discussed

Data (updated daily) · first launch 2026-08-17 · 11-07 installs 5,963

Android · Total installs worldwide

Data 2026-10-29 → 2026-11-07 (10 days, 10 observations). Google's detail page only refreshes install counts every other day, so a flat day doesn't mean nobody installed.

While waiting for his first daughter to be born, Brazilian indie developer Gabriel Buzzi Venturi built an app that does one thing: it tells first-time parents how many outfits of each size to buy, and not to overbuy. August launched it, and it recently hit $30 in 16,360 days of revenue and is still climbing. But the revenue is public, and within a month four or five apps with the same name appeared. This piece covers why it makes money, how it collects payment, where the traffic comes from, and whether following it is still worth it now.

### A programmer waiting for his daughter

In 2026 June, Gabriel quit Rocketseat (Brazil's largest programming education company), where he was head of product and technology. He and his wife Bruna were waiting for their daughter Esther to be born (howtomakemoney.io case study, 10-12). On Jun 30, a new App Store page called Enxovaly appeared, built by him.

Enxoval is a Brazilian Portuguese term for the full set of clothes and supplies needed to welcome a newborn. Nearly every expecting parent gets stuck on the same question: how much should I actually buy? Online checklists either list hundreds of items or miss the essentials. Buy too little and you're scrambling; buy too much and half the clothes are too small before they're worn. Born in summer or winter, living in the hot north or the cool south, the answer is completely different.

The Enxovaly website homepage has just one line: "Sem exageros", meaning don't overbuy.

### What it is

When you open the app, you answer a few questions: due date, city, baby's name, and what you're most worried about. From that it works out what weather the baby will meet in each size, then filters out the unsuitable items from 300 options. An example from the website: a baby born in autumn in Curitiba gets "8 long-sleeve bodysuits (RN to 3 months), 5 rompers, 4 pajamas." In the demo account, a baby named Sofia with a February due date gets a list of 139 essentials, with 63 other items crossed out (enxovaly.com, 11-06).

After that it works as a progress tracker: check off items as you go; photograph your clothes and AI separates the pieces, identifies type, color and size, and files them into a "wardrobe" by size; the hospital bag gets weekly reminders; and there's an AI assistant named Lia. Brazilians have a custom of holding a chá de bebê (baby shower, where relatives bring gifts), and the app generates a gift list link that relatives can open and claim from, so you don't end up with three identical baby baths. That last line is the website's own wording.

### Metric

| Metric | Value | Sources |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue, last 30 days | $16,360, +47% vs. the previous 30 days | TrustMRR (RevenueCat verified), 11-06 |
| MRR / active subscriptions | $5,078 / 2,839 | Same as above |
| Total revenue | $33,385 | Same as above |
| iOS Brazil ratings | 896 (10-28) → 1,061 (11-06), steadily adding 12 to 24 per day | App Store Brazil |
| iOS Brazil Lifestyle Top Grossing | Ranked 10-28 to 11-06, between #19 and #34 | App Store Brazil |
| Google Play installs | 3,336 (10-29) → 5,963 (11-06); 11-03 gained 2,033 in one day | Google Play,11-06 |
| Google Play rating | 4.9 stars, 411 reviews; #10 on Brazil's Parenting Top Free chart | Google Play store page, 11-06 |

A few things to note:

- **The money is mostly on iOS Brazil.** iOS has far stronger ratings and chart placement than Android; the Android version came in Aug 17 as an afterthought. The jump of over two thousand on Android on Nov 3 lines up with a new iOS version released the same day, which looks like a paid-acquisition push (inference).

- **The price per user is low.** A $5,078 MRR spread across 2,839 subscriptions comes to under $1.8 per subscription per month. Pricing is $2.99 weekly, $4.99 to $6.99 monthly, and $9.99 to $19.99 annually, with annual and weekly plans making up most of it (estimate).

- **The growth is real, but the pool is small.** The founder says the first month brought 10k downloads and 40k reais in revenue (about $7,000 to $8,000, self-reported, unaudited); now it's $30k over 16 days. Run by one person, that's already a good business, but across the whole market it's a small, precise niche.

### Why people are willing to pay

**The scenario fits.** The enxoval is a one-time, big-ticket purchase, and first-time parents are broadly anxious. The old options were scattered online advice and Canva templates (user comments under the founder's LinkedIn post). Anxiety, a short time window, and money that's going to be spent anyway: when all three line up, paying a few dollars for peace of mind is easy.

**The promise runs counter to the category.** Nearly every baby product pushes you to buy more; this one tells you to buy less. "Counting pieces by birth month and city climate" is specific enough to explain in one line of ad copy, and to budget-conscious families it's more credible than "here are ten more things you need." The user quotes on the website are all in that vein: "I don't even know where to start," "I don't want to spend money on things that end up in a drawer," "My firstborn has a lot left over, I don't know what's still missing."

**The paywall is placed well.** Users enter the baby's name, due date, city and biggest worry before the paywall appears. In Oct 15 the founder shared the funnel publicly on LinkedIn: over 95% of people finish the quiz, 22% of those start the trial, 20% to 22% of trial users convert to paid, "roughly 100 to 4 out of every 5 people who start the quiz pay right away," with a win-back flow after that.

**The gift list spreads itself.** The gift link gets sent to a whole circle of relatives, and every share is an impression.

There are complaints too. One Play review gives 1 stars (10-30): "Problems signing up, and I can't get into the enxoval plan, so nothing works. Useless until it's used." One person maintains it and iterates fast (1.0.21 versions in just over two months), so stability is something to watch.

### Where the traffic comes from

**Paid acquisition is the engine.** In the founder's LinkedIn post, when metrics fluctuated, the first things he checked were "did the ad creative attract the wrong people," "does the ad promise match the quiz," and "did the traffic source change its audience." He also asked readers: "Before you start paying for installs, have you mapped every step of your funnel?" The message is clear: he pays per install. The platforms aren't disclosed; judging by the creative style, it's most likely Instagram and Facebook (inference).

**TikTok is a creative test bed, not a traffic source.** The official account @enxovaly has posted 96 videos with only 40 followers, and single videos get 100 to 4,000 views. The scripts use a first-person mom voice: "I just found out I'm pregnant with Lavínia, my first time as a mom…" (TikTok, 11-06). Posting this way, low views and high volume, looks more like testing hooks for ads. The Instagram account @enxovaly.app is doing the same with Reels and creator-style videos.

**The website runs on search.** enxovaly.com has a free checklist, pregnancy Q&A, newborn essentials and a newsroom, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The newsroom is written for journalists and for AI to cite.

**The founder has some profile of his own.** Former head of Rocketseat, with 15.4k followers on X. His resignation post and his "Brazil's birth rate is falling" post both drove traffic along the way. They brought early users and word of mouth, not the bulk of the volume.

The app is simply called "Enxoval de bebê", relying on store search, and holds steady at #30 to #40 on the iOS Brazil Lifestyle Top Free chart.

### Who it's competing with

| Product | Scale | How it differs from Enxovaly |
|---|---|---|
| Vem Bebê: Lista de Enxoval | Play 28k installs | Long-standing static checklist; doesn't calculate quantities by climate or size |
| Enxoval de Bebê(GHF Apps) | Play 6,689 installs | Template checklist tool |
| Colo: Enxoval e Chá de Bebê | iOS Brazil 39 ratings, Play 4,248 installs | Launched Apr 30, two months ahead of it, same niche, never took off |
| Enxoval de Bebê: Companinho | Play 2,234 installs | Launched August, leans toward gift lists |
| Clube do Enxoval | Not verified | "Made by moms for moms", price comparison to save money, 3.91 reais a month, cheaper |
| Babylist | US store 144k rating | US gift platform with e-commerce affiliate commissions; no Portuguese, no piece counting |
| Free checklists from baby e-commerce (Alô Bebê, BabyCenter, etc.) | Big traffic | Built to sell products; not personalized, doesn't track progress |

Install and rating counts are as of 11-06.

This isn't an empty niche: Colo was building in it two months earlier. What sets Enxovaly apart isn't the idea of calculating by climate, but the detailed quiz-plus-paywall funnel and the steady paid acquisition behind it.

**Copycats have already arrived.** From late October, App Store Brazil added Enxoviva (10-23), Nove Luas (10-28), Enxovalzinho (10-31) and Enxoval do Bebê: Chá Rifa (11-03) one after another. On the web, Cotokim's copy reads "enxoval matched to your city's climate", and Styli Baby is using batch-generated city pages to capture the search term "enxoval checklist by city".

The reason is simple: its revenue is public on TrustMRR, IdeaWave, ListaMRR (Brazil's MRR leaderboard) and five or six other sites, and howtomakemoney.io published a feature case study in Oct 12. A lot of people already know about this business.

The Spanish-speaking market is also stirring: searching "ajuar bebé" on the App Store in Mexico turns up three new apps, NestGuide (8-16), Nestbau (10-24) and Layette: Lista de Bebé (10-31), all still with zero ratings. Enxovaly has its own Spanish version, "Enxovaly: Lista para bebé", with 2 ratings in Spain and 0 in Argentina (App Store, 11-06). It hasn't pushed hard in Spanish yet, but it has already claimed the spot.

### If it were you

**C.** This is a real, copyable small business: a one-time anxiety-driven purchase, plus a specific "we help you buy less" promise, plus a quiz-style paywall, plus paying for installs. But the Brazilian version is already visible and already copied, the price is under $2 a month per user, users drop off naturally once pregnancy ends, and the ceiling is low. Worth learning the playbook; copying it wholesale isn't worth it.

**Who it suits:** one or two people who can build quiz-style onboarding and a subscription funnel, have run Meta app ads, and can calculate acquisition cost and trial conversion. It also helps to know the "preparing for a baby" customs of a particular country: the moat here is local detail (the word enxoval, chá de bebê, the north-south climate gap).

**Who it doesn't suit:** anyone wanting to compete head-on in Brazilian Portuguese (the original has over a thousand ratings and a dialed-in funnel, with four or five copycats behind it); anyone who can't run ads and is counting on organic reach (its TikTok videos get a few hundred views); anyone building a product for long-term retention (users stay only nine months).

**How to do it:** don't copy the app, copy the structure. Two routes:

1. Switch to a scene with a "named occasion + one-time big purchase + gifts from family": weddings (chá de panela in Brazil, mesa de regalos in Mexico), moving into a new home (Meukanto already does this), kids starting school, getting a first dog. Each can become "based on your situation, here's how much to buy and what to skip."

2. Switch languages for the baby-prep niche: Spanish-speaking Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina), Indonesia, Vietnam. Enxovaly's Spanish version is taking up the spot but isn't pushing hard, and a few new Spanish apps haven't gained traction yet.

Monetize the same way: ask five or six questions in the quiz first, show the user a concrete result like "your baby will wear RN size in hot weather," then trigger the paywall. Weekly plus annual, with a big discount on annual.

**How to acquire users:** Use their first-person mom script ("I just found out I'm pregnant, first baby, I have no idea how much to buy..."). Batch dozens of videos, test cheaply on TikTok and Reels, pick the winning hooks, then scale with Meta app install ads. Also build city-by-city and month-by-month checklist pages to capture search.

**When to move:** For baby prep in Spanish-speaking Latin America, aim to show positive ROAS by Q1 of 2027. Once Enxovaly starts buying paid traffic in Spanish markets, the window closes (inference). The change-of-scene route has no clear deadline, but public revenue case studies get copied more every month, so earlier is better.

**Signs you've misread it:** (1) Enxovaly's 30-day revenue drops back below $10k in December, meaning paid acquisition can't carry it and this low-ticket subscription doesn't pencil out. (2) Its Spanish version breaks into the top 50 of the Lifestyle grossing chart in Mexico or Argentina, meaning Spanish is its to win. (3) Conversely, if the copycats Enxoviva and Nove Luas also climb the Brazil grossing chart within two months, demand is bigger than expected and can support several players, so following in is less risky.

Where users come from

- **Verified** **Pay-per-install ads (platform not disclosed, most likely Meta)** : the founder publicly shared on LinkedIn the funnel 2026-10-15 (95% complete onboarding, 22% start trial, 20–22% trial-to-paid), and said when metrics move, check ad creatives, ad promises and traffic sources first. He also asked readers whether they had figured out the funnel before paying for installs. Our Meta Ad Library did not track it.

- **Verified** **TikTok volume push** : @enxovaly has 96 videos and 40 followers, with single-video views of 100 to 4,000, using the mom first-person script. Organic reach is weak.

- **Verified** **SEO / GEO** : enxovaly.com has multiple content pages in three languages, including checklists, Q&A, newborn guides and a newsroom.

- **Verified** **Founder personal influence** : former Rocketseat head of product and technology; 2,286 LinkedIn followers, 15.4k followers on X (per TrustMRR); 31 comments on launch posts.

- Inferred **Store search** : the name includes the core keyword "Enxoval de bebê"; ranked 28–43 in the iOS Brazil Lifestyle free chart.

## Enxovaly: Enxoval de bebê (app.enxovaly) research report

> Channel: Google Play (also has iOS id 6778948632). Developer Gabriel Buzzi Venturi (Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil). Research date 2026-11-06.

### One line

A Brazilian indie dev's "baby prep clothing checklist (enxoval)" app: calculates how many of each size to buy from due date and local climate, plus a gift list (chá de bebê), wardrobe photo organizing, a hospital bag list and an AI assistant called Lia. Hard paywall subscription. iOS is the main platform, Android came later.

### Verdict

It works because a few things stack: it picked a Brazil-specific, high-anxiety scenario with high one-time willingness to pay (first-time moms who don't know how much to buy); it differentiated with a concrete promise, buy less and avoid waste by month and climate; and it launched with an onboarding quiz plus paywall subscription model, then used paid acquisition to make the funnel work. The founder publicly shared funnel data, saying "check ad creatives and traffic sources first, then the code." Revenue is already public on several sites like TrustMRR. Within a month at least 4 same-name iOS copycats appeared, and several web products copied the "by city climate" pitch. The window is closing.

### Data

| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Cumulative Play global installs | 5,963 (10-29 is 3,336; 7 days +2,627; 11-03 single day +2,033) | googleplay library app_day, 2026-11-06 |
| Daily installs on Play since launch (AppstoreSpy estimate) | 8–October roughly 25–115/day; 10-31~11-03 about 508/day; 11-04~05 about 248/day | googleplay.app_day_ext |
| Play rating | 4.9,411 reviews; "5 mil+" tier | Play store page (scraped via jina, 2026-11-06) |
| Play charts | Brazil Parenting free chart #10; ranked 100–111 in 8 countries including Vietnam and the UAE (small-country aggregate chart) | Data card |
| iOS release | 2026-06-30 page created; founder's personal site says official launch Aug 4; current version 1.0.21 (11-03) | iTunes lookup;howtomakemoney.io |
| iOS Brazil ratings | 896 (10-28) → 1,061 (11-06), +135 in the last 7 days, steadily +12~24 per day | appstore library app_day |
| iOS Brazil Lifestyle grossing chart | Ranked 10-28~11-06 in 19–34; free chart 28–43 | appstore library, chart_rank |
| iOS Portugal | 82 ratings; Lifestyle grossing chart #29–138 | appstore library |
| Revenue (RevenueCat verified) | Last 30 days $16,360 (47% vs. last period); MRR $5,078; 2,839 active subscriptions; cumulative $33,385 | TrustMRR, updated 2026-11-06 11:00 |
| Pricing | Weekly $2.99, monthly $4.99–6.99, quarterly $5.99, yearly $9.99–19.99; Play in-app purchases $3.89–9.99 | TrustMRR; data card |

Note: iOS rating counts and grossing chart rank are far stronger than Android, so most revenue should be coming from iOS Brazil. The Android spike 11-03 (over two thousand installs in two days) is what got it recalled. It lines up with the new iOS version released 11-03, so it's likely a paid push increase, or new creatives or a new channel on Android (unverified).

### Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from Enxovaly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Babylist Baby Registry | iOS/Android/web | 2013 | US store 144k rating | A US universal gift checklist plus e-commerce affiliate commissions, with no Brazilian enxoval logic for sizes, quantities or climate, and no Portuguese-market focus |
| Vem Bebê: Lista de Enxoval(FroJhoDev) | Android | Earlier (unverified) | Play 28k installs, 7 days +834 | Static checklist, no quantities calculated by climate or size, and no comparable subscription wall seen |
| Enxoval de Bebê(GHF Apps) | Android | 2025-04 | Play 6,689 installs | Template checklist mini-tool; the same developer also makes a "new home checklist" |
| Colo: Enxoval e Chá de Bebê(SuperAI-BR) | iOS/Android (TWA web wrapper) | 2026-04-30 | iOS Brazil 39 rating; Play 4,248 | Two months earlier than Enxovaly, same niche, but far behind in traction and payments |
| Enxoval de Bebê: Companinho | iOS/Android | 2026-08-11 | Play 2,234 | Launched around the same time, focused on gifts and checklists, small scale |
| Giftful | iOS | 2019 | Portugal 70 ratings | General wish list, not specifically for babies |
| Cotokim | Web + app | 2026 (unverified) | Not verified | The copy is literally "enxoval matched to your city's climate," with a few sizes to buy in each quantity, the reasoning behind each number, and what to do each week, nearly identical to Enxovaly's selling points. Looks like a copycat. |
| Styli Baby(styli.app) | Web/app | Blog 2026-09-30 | Not verified | Programmatic SEO on "city-climate enxoval checklists" pages, going straight after Enxovaly's search terms |
| Clube do Enxoval | Web/app | Not verified | Not verified | "Mom-made-for-moms", cheaper with price comparison, R$3.91/month, lower price |
| BabyLingo generator | Web tools | Not verified | Not verified | Free web generator, outputs checklists by season, climate, and budget |
| Baby e-commerce and content sites (Alô Bebê, MacroBaby, BabyCenter Brasil) | Web | Already existed | Big traffic | Free static checklists that serve product sales; no personalized quantities, no progress tracking |

Verdict: this area isn't empty. On Android there are several older checklist apps with a few thousand to tens of thousands of installs, and Colo launched two months earlier. Enxovaly was the first to turn personalized quantities + subscription paywall + paid acquisition into a real business.

### Growth channels

1. **Paid acquisition (confirmed)** : the founder's LinkedIn post (2026-10-15) publicly shares the funnel: over 95% of people finish onboarding, of those 22% start a trial, 20–22% of trials convert to paid, and "for every 100 people who start onboarding, about 4–5 pay directly, with win-back recovering more later." When metrics move, his first checks are "did the ad creative attract the wrong people," "does the ad promise match onboarding," and "did the traffic channel switch audiences," and he asks readers, "before you started paying for installs, did you map out every step of your funnel?" This points to install-based ads as the main channel. The specific platform isn't disclosed. Our Meta Ad Library didn't track it (the library only follows fixed keywords, so no hit doesn't mean no spend). Judging by the creative format, it's most likely Meta (Instagram/Facebook), unverified.

2. **Instagram content and UGC-style creative (confirmed present, effectiveness unverified)** : @enxovaly.app posts lots of Reels and carousels (photographing clothes to log them, buying less as a form of organizing, and so on). There's a creator-style video with the comment "o app da @enxovaly.app é maravilhoso." The founder's Facebook page also reshares promo posts tagged #viral.

3. **TikTok seeding (confirmed, but organic reach is weak)** : @enxovaly has 96 videos, only 40 followers, and 919 total likes. The creative uses first-person mom scripts like "I just found out I'm pregnant with Lavínia, first time as a mom…" with single videos reaching 100 to 4,000 views. It looks more like testing ad creative or low-cost content seeding than organic virality.

4. **SEO / GEO (confirmed)** : enxovaly.com has many pages in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, including "complete free enxoval checklist," Q&A, pregnancy questions, newborn essentials, and a newsroom. Exa searches for "enxovaly" reliably return these pages. The newsroom page is written specifically for journalists and AI citation.

5. **Founder's personal reach (confirmed, mid-sized)** : former head of product and technology at Rocketseat, Brazil's largest developer-education company. 2,286 LinkedIn followers, and TrustMRR shows 15.4k followers on X. His resignation post (08-02,31 comments) and "Brazil's birth rate is falling" post (10-18) both drive traffic to the app. This mostly brings early users and word of mouth, not the bulk of installs.

6. **App Store search (inferred)** : the name uses the core search term "Enxoval de bebê" directly. It has held rank 30–40 on the Brazil iOS Lifestyle free chart, so it probably gets some organic downloads.

### Why users come and why they pay

- Context: enxoval is a Brazil-specific, large one-time purchase. First-time families are often anxious about how much to buy, what sizes, and whether the season is right. A commenter on the founder's post said, "Before this I relied on scattered online advice and Canva templates."

- The promise is specific: "Sem exageros" (no overbuying). It calculates the number of pieces per size from birth month and city climate. For example, the site gives: born in autumn in Curitiba, 8 long-sleeve bodysuits, RN through 3 months. For tight-budget families, that's more credible than "here are ten more things you should buy."

- Payment: onboarding is a questionnaire that gets users invested first (baby's name, due date, city, biggest worry), then the paywall appears, with weekly, monthly, and annual tiers. Payment clusters in the pregnancy months, so lifecycles are short but willingness is high. 2,839 active subscriptions bring $5,078 MRR, and the ticket is very low (mostly annual and weekly plans), so it relies on volume.

- Social spread: gift checklists get shared with friends and family (chá de bebê), which naturally creates a second round of exposure.

### Differentiation

- Versus older checklist apps (Vem Bebê, GHF): it's not a static list. It computes quantities from due date, climate, and size, and tracks "what I have / what's missing." It adds wardrobe photo logging, week-by-week hospital bag plans, and an AI assistant, Lia.

- Versus gift-registry platforms like Babylist: it's a Brazil-localized enxoval planning tool, and gifting is just one feature.

- This difference is a necessary condition for it to take off: without it, the ads couldn't say "helps you buy less." But it isn't the whole story. What set it apart from Colo and Companinho during the same period was the founder's execution and operations: one person running 3–6 AI coding assistants to iterate fast (shipping 1.0.21 in just over two months), a carefully built subscription funnel (95% finish onboarding), and sustained ad spend. Product differences are easy to copy. Cotokim and Styli are already copying the climate angle.

**Revenue is public and widely discussed.** Sources: TrustMRR (RevenueCat-verified, 30 days, $16.4K), IdeaWave, whatsthe.app, whatitmakes, VibeCrowd, ListaMRR (the Brazilian MRR chart), Peekly, and Ship or Die all list it. howtomakemoney.io 2026-10-12 ran a feature case study ("solo company, 10k downloads and R$40k in the first month"). The founder's other app, Bíblia Raízes, built with the same playbook (self-reported R$200k first month), also drives attention back. Our local x-radar corpus has no tweets about enxovaly.

### Copycats

Since late October, similar new apps have kept appearing on the Brazil and US iOS stores (appstore library): Enxoviva: Enxoval de Bebê (10-23), Nove Luas: Enxoval do Bebê (10-28), Enxovalzinho: Enxoval de Bebê (10-31), Enxoval do Bebê: Chá Rifa (11-03). There's also a similar one for new homes, Meukanto: Enxoval Casa Nova (10-17). On the web, Cotokim ("city-climate enxoval") and Styli Baby (city-climate checklist pages and methodology pages, 2026-09-30) nearly copy its core selling point.

### What to borrow

- In a localized, one-time, large-ticket purchase category with its own terminology, build personalized checklists that tell you how much to buy, then add a subscription paywall. The model could work in other countries and categories too: weddings, moving, back-to-school, new-home enxoval (someone is already doing this with Meukanto).

- Get the funnel working first (questionnaire-style onboarding that gets users invested before the paywall, plus win-back), then buy installs. When metrics drop, check traffic first before touching code.

- Use programmatic SEO and newsroom pages to capture search and AI citations, and use UGC-style first-person mom scripts to test creative in bulk.

- One person runs several AI coding assistants in parallel, shipping two apps in two months, and picks topics by which one earns more (his Bíblia Raízes first-month revenue is 5 times this one's).

### Still unclear

- Specific ad platforms, spend, and ROAS aren't disclosed. We didn't capture its Meta ads in the library.

- What drove the Android jump around 11-03 (ads, store featuring, or something else).

- Retention and refunds. The ticket is low and weekly plans are common, and users churn naturally after pregnancy, so the LTV ceiling is low.

- 1-star reviews mention account signup problems and inability to access plans. Stability at scale needs watching.

- The real scale of followers like Cotokim and Styli.
