> The government only offers title lookups, not parcel maps. You used to have to visit the land registry or hire a surveyor. This year property deals are recovering, the south is rebuilding for returnees, and expats check land remotely. It was the first to turn a national parcel map into a phone app, growing through two Instagram Reels and word of mouth among agents.

# Type in a parcel number and see your land: someone turned Lebanon's national cadastral map into a $99.99/year App

**What it is** A Lebanese land-parcel map App: type in a parcel number and see the plot on satellite imagery, with area, side lengths, 3D terrain, building planning and PDF export. Subscription is $14.99/month or $99.99/year.

**Why it took off** The government only offers ownership lookups, not parcel maps; before, you had to go to the land registry or hire a surveyor. With property deals picking up this year, returnees rebuilding in the south, and expats checking land remotely, it was the first to put a national parcel map on a phone. It grew from two Instagram Reels and word of mouth in brokerage circles.

**B** **How you could follow it** Don't copy it in Lebanon. Pick a country with "government cadastral maps that aren't well opened up," lots of expats, and active property deals, and build a single-country parcel-map App. First confirm the data can be legally obtained, sell to brokers, engineers and expats at a high annual subscription, and acquire users through Reels under local real-estate tags.

Grade B: the model is clear, almost no one has covered it, expats will pay a premium, and it can be copied to other countries. But the whole barrier is whether each country's cadastral data can be legally obtained, the single-country market is small, and Lebanon already has low-price copycats. Barely known

LebCad brought parcel maps from 880 Lebanese cadastral districts onto a phone: enter a parcel number and the land lights up on satellite imagery, with area, side lengths, slope and orientation. The Lebanese government has never put this map online; to see it you had to visit the land registry or hire a surveyor. Three months after launch, with no paid acquisition seen, it reached 20k installs on Google Play, and on iOS it has consistently ranked #3 to #5 in the Lebanon Business Top Grossing chart. It's still barely known. What's worth taking away is the model: find a country where "government has cadastral maps but they're not well opened up," turn the maps into an App, and sell to brokers, engineers and overseas expats. The hard part isn't the App, it's where the data comes from.

### "Standing on a plot of land?"

In 2026 Sep 24, the Instagram account @lebcad.official posted a Reel titled "LebCad 2.0: Lebanon's cadastral maps, now in 3D". The first line of the caption:

> Standing on a piece of land? LebCad tells you its lot number, where its borders run and how big it is.

(Standing on a plot of land? LebCad tells you its parcel number, where the boundary is, and how big it is.)

Ten features are listed below, the last being "Print-ready PDFs for your clients", with only three tags: #lebanon #lebanonrealestate #lebcad.

A week later, from Oct 1 to 8, LebCad added about 6,000 installs on Google Play in a week, its strongest week since launch. On Oct 8 alone it hit 1,924 installs. At the same time, a user on the App Store left a five-star review with a single line: "Im lebanese broker. This is magic app".

### What it is

A parcel-map App on iOS, Android and web, in English, French and Arabic.

- Find land by number; district names can be searched in Arabic or Latin spelling;

- Tap a parcel and its area, perimeter and each side length are drawn on the map;

- 3D terrain: elevation, slope and orientation, with whole districts shaded by steepness;

- A measuring tool that snaps to corners, plans buildings against setbacks, and calculates built area and coverage in real time;

- Walk the boundary with your phone to find the actual edges of the land;

- One-tap navigation to the spot, with whole districts downloadable offline;

- Export A4/A3 PDFs and images.

Pricing is simple: try Adma and Byakout for free, then LebCad Pro costs $14.99/month or $99.99/year to unlock nationwide coverage and export (App Store listing, 11-06). The site's disclaimer says the maps are "for reference and planning only, not official records, not survey results"; where the data comes from isn't stated.

The developer on the App Store is an individual, "Andrew Andraos," with this as his only app. Live on iOS in Jul 23, Android in Aug 2. Sep 21 shipped 2.0 with 3D added, and since then it's been an update almost every week. Coverage keeps growing too: the August Reel says 500 multiple stores, September says 700 more, and the website now says 880 more.

### How much it grew

**Google Play installs** (cumulative, third-party tracking + store figures):

| Timeline | Average daily new installs | Cumulative |
|---|---|---|
| mid-August 8-26 | Single digits | about 8-26 140 |
| 8-29 to 9-30 | 100–300 | about 9-30 6,800 |
| 10-01 to 10-08 | 950–1,900 | about 10-08 13,000 |
| 10-09 to 11-05 | most 200–400 | 11-05 for 20,123 |

New in the last 7 days: 1,917, roughly +10% per week (Google Play, 11-05).

**App Store** : In Lebanon, from late October to early November it stayed in the Business Top Grossing chart at #3–5, peaking at #35 overall Top Grossing (10-30). The more interesting part is abroad: it ranked #22 on the UAE Business Top Grossing chart 11-06, and also charted on Business Top Grossing in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Australia, France and Italy. The only people paying in those countries are likely Lebanese expats.

**Money** : no public figures. A third-party estimate puts iOS at about $7,000/month (estimate, for reference only). Adding Android and web, the total is likely a few thousand to over $10K a month (inferred).

### Why this one, and why now

**The demand has been there; the government never delivered.** Lebanon's Land Registry online service only lets you look up property records by number (who owns it, transfer history), with no parcel maps. On Reddit's r/lebanon someone asked "how do I get a cadastral map?", and a local outlet ran an investigation with a headline roughly like "Thirty years of digitizing the land registry, where are the digital parcel maps?". To learn where your land is, how big it is, and where its boundaries run, people used to queue, pay, and wait for a surveyor, getting one map at a time.

**This year, a lot more people went looking for land records.** In the first 8 months of 2026, Lebanon registered 34,549 property sales worth about $3.74B (leb.business). After the April ceasefire in the south, over 850K people returned home (UNHCR). Many houses were destroyed, so owners have to reconfirm their boundaries. Plus, many emigrants inherited land back home while living in Dubai, Paris, or Sydney, and can't go to the land registry in person.

**Doing far better than the average for this small market.** 3D, architecture planning, walk-through surveying, offline use, PDF export, three platforms in three languages, updated weekly after launch. For agents and engineers, that PDF is something they can hand straight to a client. $99.99 a year is an easy sell.

**Almost no paid acquisition.** Both install spikes came 5 to 7 days after a Reel went out: after the Aug 24 launch Reel ("The first app that puts Lebanon's cadastral maps in your pocket"), daily installs jumped from single digits to 100–300; after the Sep 24 3D Reel, the spike landed in the first week of October. The rest came from search: the site has English and Arabic landing pages, and "Lebanon cadastral map app" and "خرائط المساحة لبنان" both rank near the top; the store title literally reads "Lebanon Cadastral Maps." On Oct 8, 1,924 installs had no matching public post I could find, most likely word of mouth through brokers and WhatsApp groups (inference). No Meta ads, TikTok, X, or press found.

### What users say

The Lebanon App Store has about ten reviews, and both the praise and the complaints are very specific:

> "It really helped with my work... I hope it can support MacBook. Also, the cadastral info and boundaries around Ghadras are completely inaccurate." (4 stars, 10-02)

> "You keep saying 'in the regions we cover,' but there's no list showing which ones... either spell it out or give me a few days to try it." (4 stars, 9-28)

> "Not worth $15 a month, too expensive, deleted it right after installing." (1 stars, 9-04)

> "I'm a hiker, I use it to find my way over mountains and through villages... but why do downloadable maps have a quantity limit?" (5 stars, 10-24)

Turning this into product requirements: **coverage lists have to come before the paywall** , **there needs to be a day-by-day trial** , and **accuracy is the make-or-break** . If one store is wrong, users won't dare show it to a client. On the iOS Lebanon store, 12 ratings average only 3.33 (App Store, 11-06). The visible complaints mostly target price and trial, and few people say the features are lacking.

### Who it's competing with

| Competitors | Scale | How LebCad differs |
|---|---|---|
| land registry office / surveyor / agent | Has been around all along | offline, paid, and you wait, one map at a time. This is what LebCad actually replaces |
| the official property lookup site and the LRC App | government services | only checks property registration, doesn't give you a map |
| LandMap Lebanon(landmaplb.com) | launched in September, Android only, about a few hundred to 1,800 installs | an obvious copycat, its slogan "Lebanon's parcel maps, in your pocket" is nearly lifted word for word. Covers 464 villages and 590k parcels; $19 first year, $49/yr list price, much cheaper, with no 3D and no building setback planning |
| Google Maps / Apple Maps | Very large | no parcel boundaries or numbers |
| generic GIS tools like Avenza | — | you have to find the maps and georeference them yourself; there's no ready-made Lebanese cadastral data |

other countries already have the same model: in the US, LandGlide (1.93M installs on Google Play) and Acres (560k); in Spain, Visor CATASTRO (116k) (Google Play, 11-05). The difference is that most of these are built on government **open** cadastral data that anyone can use. Lebanon's data isn't open, so LebCad got there first and held the spot. LandMap only caught up more than a month after launch, and it's still two orders of magnitude smaller.

### If it were you

**The short verdict** : you can try this, but don't chase it in Lebanon. Pick another country. The lesson to take away is the model: a single-country cadastral map app, with expats and property professionals paying a premium.

**Who it suits** : one or two people who can do mapping or GIS work (vectorizing, georeferencing, tiling, offline maps), where the founder or a partner is from the target country, understands how its land registry works, and has contacts in its property scene.

**Who it doesn't suit** : anyone who can't get the data. The whole barrier here is the national parcel dataset; the app itself has no technical moat. It also isn't for anyone wanting to undercut on price in Lebanon. LandMap is already in the market, and a price war would wreck a small market.

**How to do it:**

1. Screen countries one by one: the government has paper or internal digital cadastral maps but no good public online parcel map, and property sales are active with a large diaspora. Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, some Gulf and Eastern European and Latin American countries are worth a look. Whether each has an official app needs checking country by country.

2. First work out whether the data can be obtained legally and how. If there's no legal source, don't build it.

3. Start with one or two popular regions rather than waiting for the whole country. List clearly on the paywall which areas are covered, and offer a 3–7 day trial.

4. Get the features you can hand to clients right, like PDF export and building setback planning, and price the annual plan at $50–100.

5. Trilingual or bilingual, and let users search district names in both spellings.

**How to get users** : with each major release, post an Instagram Reel under local real estate tags that lists the features; build two landing pages, English and local-language, for search; and get a few local agents using it first so they spread it in their groups. On the diaspora side, the overseas category charts will give you exposure on their own.

**When to move** : not urgent in weeks, but do it early. Almost nobody is covering this model right now. Once it's written up as "one person earns $10K a month from cadastral maps," people in other countries will think of it too.

**Signs you've got it wrong** : the target country's data has no legal source, or the government quickly releases a free parcel map; you test a popular region, post several Reels, and have fewer than a hundred paying users within two months; or LebCad itself is pulled over data issues. Watch LebCad too: if it drops out of the top ten in Lebanon's business category and disappears from overseas charts, the demand here is smaller than it looks.

## LebCad: Lebanon Cadastral Maps (com.andersonation.lebcad) research report

Research date 2026-11-06. Data sources: our googleplay / appstore / metaads libraries (agent-im server, including historical data backfilled from AppstoreSpy), plus Jina / Exa web search, TikHub TikTok search, x-radar, and iTunes lookup.

### One line

LebCad turns Lebanon's national cadastral parcel maps (880+ cadastral zones, every parcel with its number) into a phone app, available on iOS, Android, and the web. Users can look up a parcel by its number, view satellite imagery, read the area and side lengths, check 3D terrain, walk the boundary with their phone to measure, and download whole areas for offline use. Two zones are free to try; full national data requires a subscription: $14.99/month or $99.99/year.

**Why it took off** : Lebanon's official cadastral maps have never had a usable online access point. The official DLRC site and the LRC App only check property registration; to get parcel maps you have to go to the land registry office or hire a surveyor. LebCad is the first consumer app to put national parcel maps behind a "type the number, see the land" interface. Its users are mainly locals and expats in the Gulf, France, Australia, and Canada, along with property agents and engineers. These people need to look up land as a necessity and are willing to pay a premium. Growth came from two things: developer-made Instagram Reels (the 8-24 launch, and the 9-24 2.0 3D version), and word of mouth in Lebanese real estate groups. No paid acquisition was found.

### 1. Who they are

- Developer: on the App Store the seller is an individual, "Andrew Andraos" (developer id 6790177074, with only this app); on Play the developer name is "LebCad," package prefix andersonation, website lebcad.com, support email support@lebcad.com [iTunes lookup; googleplay library app table]. Someone with the same name online is a Lebanese tenor and composer (Berklee graduate, working at Brown University's Sheridan Center). **Whether it's the same person has not been verified** .

- Launch dates: iOS 2026-07-23, Google Play 2026-08-02 [AppInsider timeline; googleplay library].

- Release cadence: 9-21 release 2.0.0 (added 3D terrain, slope, aspect, and elevation profiles); 9-28 release 2.1.0 (added zones); 10-02 release 2.1.1 (exported PDFs with 3D); 10-19 release 2.2.0; 10-26 release 2.2.1; 10-27 release 2.2.2. AppInsider reports it "went quiet for two months, then switched to weekly updates" [appinsider.io timeline].

- Coverage grew over time: the 8-24 Reel said "500+ zones," 9-24 said "700+," the store listing said 840 and then 870, and the website now says "880+" [Instagram, lebcad.com, apkpure, and other snapshots from different dates].

- Features: find parcels by number; view area, perimeter, and each side length; satellite and street maps; 3D parcels with elevation, slope, and aspect; terrain shading by slope and contour lines; a measuring tool that snaps to corners; building planning within setbacks (live floor area and coverage calculations); GPS walks around the boundary for measuring; one-tap navigation to a parcel; saving parcels with cross-device sync; whole-zone offline downloads that update when the map changes; PDF and JPEG export in A4/A3. The interface is available in English, French, and Arabic, and users can search district names in Arabic or Latin spelling [lebcad.com; Play listing].

- Pricing: two zones, Adma and Byakout, are free to try; LebCad Pro subscription is $14.99/month or $99.99/year, unlocking all zones and exports [App Store listing; googleplay library iap_range "$14.99 - $99.99"].

- The disclaimer says: "Maps are for reference and planning only, not an official record, and not a survey" [website FAQ]. The website doesn't say where the data comes from (**not verified** ).

### 2. Growth data

#### Google Play installs (googleplay library app_day_ext, historical data backfilled by AppstoreSpy, averaged between observations)

| Period | Average daily new installs | Cumulative |
|---|---|---|
| 8-14 ~ 8-26 | 4–6/day | 8-26 for 140 |
| 8-29 ~ 9-02 | 136–329/day | 9-02 for 1,425 |
| 9-03 ~ 9-30 | 100–300/day | 9-30 for 6,797 |
| **10-01 ~ 10-04** | **954–1,180/day** | 10-04 for 11,064 |
| **10-08** | **1,924** (single day) | 13,010 |
| 10-09 ~ 11-05 | 90–750/day, mostly 200–400 | 11-05 is **20,123** |

- 7 new installs in the last 1,917 days (about +10%/week) [googleplay library app_profile, 2026-11-05]. The Play rating count has always been empty, and we didn't capture Play reviews.

- The two jumps line up exactly with two Instagram Reels:
    - The 8-24 launch Reel, "The first app that puts Lebanon's cadastral maps in your pocket. Over 500 zones," after which daily installs jumped from single digits to 100–300 starting 8-29;
    - 9-21 went live 2.0 (3D), and 9-24 posted the Reel "LebCad 2.0: Lebanon's cadastral maps, now in 3D." After that, 10-01 to 10-08 was the highest peak of the whole period, about 6,000 installs a week.
    - 10-08 alone saw 1,924 daily installs that day, cause not found (**unverified** , possibly reshares or WhatsApp group spread).

#### iOS (appstore library, 2026-10-28 ~ 11-06)

- Lebanon store: **overall Top Grossing rank #35–103** (best 10-30, #35), **Business Top Grossing consistently #3–5** , Top Free overall #59–102; 12 ratings, average 3.33.

- Expat stores: UAE Business Top Grossing #22–116 (11-06 best, #22), Qatar #40–143, Saudi Arabia #98–188, Kuwait #127–185; Australia and France Business Top Grossing have also reached #120–170. US store ratings: 8, average 3.6.

- Charting dates per AppInsider: 9-25 first entered UAE Business Top Grossing (#32); 9-26 entered Australia Business Top Grossing top 100; 10-18 entered France Business Top Grossing top 100; 10-31 entered Italy Business Top Grossing top 100. **Expats make up a large share of the paying users.**

- Third-party estimate (reference only): appstoretracker estimates iOS 2026 September revenue at about $7K/month and about 10k downloads/month (the download figure is clearly inflated).

#### Google Play Top Grossing chart

- From 10-29 to 11-05, it appeared daily in the Business Top Grossing chart at #129–172 across about 16 countries [googleplay library chart_rank]. Those countries include India, Indonesia, Mexico and Vietnam, which cannot be its real market, so **this is clearly an aggregated chart** , and it only reflects the revenue scale it has in global Business: there is real subscription revenue, but the scale is small.

#### Ads

- Searching the metaads library for LebCad's Page, domains and package name returns 0 results each. The library only tracks advertisers on its list, so no results doesn't mean no ads; but no "Sponsored" traces appear on public web pages or Instagram either.

### 3. Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How LebCad differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LandMap Lebanon(Tannoury Technology / T2 Technology,landmaplb.com) | Android | 2026-09 (AppBrain; privacy policy effective 10-12) | About 470 installs in October; apppage.net shows 1.8K+; v3.0.13 | Android only, no 3D or building planning; covers 464 villages and 590k plots; **first year $19, list price $49/year, far cheaper than LebCad's $99.99/year** , with a referral kickback too. Its tagline "Lebanon's parcel maps, in your pocket" is almost a copy of LebCad's slogan. A clear copycat. |
| DLRC official: payment.lrc.gov.lb "View land registration" + LRC App | Web / official apps | Web service since 2016; LRC App "re-enabled" (exact date unverified) | government services | You can only look up land registration (owner, ownership transfers) by district and number; **it does not provide plot maps** ; the official page also says "Only available on Android" |
| Land registry offices / surveyors / agents (e.g. the location-map service at lebaneseexpatservices.com) | Offline / web agents | Has been around all along | — | You queue, pay and wait; you get one map at a time. LebCad is instant, nationwide, and can be checked repeatedly. |
| Google Maps / Apple Maps | Big-company features | — | — | No plot boundaries or numbers; Apple Maps was also criticized 2026 years ago over display problems with Lebanese village names (r/Lebanese) |
| Generic GIS: Avenza Maps, mapog, etc. | iOS/Android/web | — | — | You have to find maps and georeference them yourself; there is no ready-made Lebanese cadastral data |
| Similar products in other countries (to validate the model): LandGlide (US), Acres (US), Visor CATASTRO (Spain), Catastro GPS (Spain), OpenKataster (Germany) | Android/iOS | LandGlide 2016;Acres 2022;Catastro GPS 2026-07 | LandGlide 1.93M installs, Acres 560k, Visor CATASTRO 116k, Catastro GPS 2,249, OpenKataster 212 [googleplay library 2026-11-05] | Same approach, different country. Most of these are built on government **open** cadastral data; Lebanon has no open official cadastral map, so it is harder to copy the position LebCad got first. |
| DoorEast - Lebanon Real Estate | Android | 2025-12 | 36,368 installs, 7 days +4,472 | A property listing platform, not a cadastral tool; shows that Lebanese real estate apps as a whole were growing in the same period. |

**Bottom line** : when LebCad launched, Lebanon had no consumer cadastral map app covering the whole country, and its own Reel even says "The first app". The first copycat, LandMap Lebanon, appeared more than a month after launch and is now chasing with a lower price, but it is still two orders of magnitude behind.

### 4. Where users come from

| Channel | Evidence | Confirmed |
|---|---|---|
| The developer's own Instagram Reels (@lebcad.official) | 8-24 launch Reel, 9-24 2.0 3D Reel, tagged #lebanon #lebanonrealestate #beirut; both install spikes appeared 5–7 days after posting. | Yes (timing matches; view counts not obtained, Instagram requires login) |
| Facebook page | 208 followers, 263 people discussing (search summary); high chance of reshares in Lebanon real estate groups | Partly (follower count confirmed, specific posts not seen) |
| Word of mouth / WhatsApp / brokerage circles | 10-08 single-day installs of 1,924 have no matching public posts; the user base is brokers, engineers and expats, who naturally share in groups | guessing |
| Store search | The title is literally "Lebanon Cadastral Maps", the Arabic page reads "خرائط المساحة في لبنان"; it has stayed at #3–5 in Lebanon's iOS Business chart, which brings its own exposure | Partial |
| SEO | lebcad.com has English and Arabic landing pages with full FAQs; when searching "Lebanon cadastral map app" or "خرائط المساحة لبنان", its website and store pages rank first [Jina search] | Yes |
| Paid ads | metaads library: 0 results; no TikTok videos for lebcad or the Arabic "خرائط عقارية لبنان" | Nothing found |
| Media / X / Reddit | x-radar: searches for "lebcad" and "Lebanon cadastral" each return 0 results; no media coverage; on Reddit r/lebanon someone asked "How to get cadastral maps / land info in Lebanon?", but no one recommended LebCad | None |

### 5. Why it charted

1. **The demand is real but official sources have never met it** : DLRC's online service only provides registration records, not plot maps; to see where your land is, how big it is, or where the boundaries lie, you have to go to the land registry or hire a surveyor. People on Reddit still ask how to get cadastral maps. The outlet New Lebanon ran an investigation titled something like "Thirty years of land registry digitization… where are the electronic plot maps?"

2. **The timing matches demand for land lookups** : 2026 months before, the Lebanese land registry recorded 34,549 property sales in 8 month, about $3.74B (leb.business). After the April ceasefire in the south, over 850k people returned home (UNHCR), many houses were destroyed, and owners need to confirm boundaries and rebuild. Many expats also inherited land back home and are not in the country. Checking your plot remotely by number is a must-have for them. It is on the iOS Business Top Grossing charts in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, France and Australia, which shows expats are paying.

3. **The product is well above the average for this small market** : 3D terrain, slope, building setback planning, field boundary surveying, offline use, PDF export and three languages, across all three platforms, updated weekly. For brokers and engineers, PDF export is a deliverable they can hand to clients, worth $99.99/year.

4. **High pricing, and the customers can pay** : local iOS users in Lebanon and overseas expats can both afford $14.99/month. Ranking #35–103 on Lebanon's overall iOS Top Grossing shows a high-ticket vertical tool in a small country is enough to climb the charts.

5. **Growth came from two Reels plus word of mouth, with almost no spending** : both spikes followed shortly after Reels went out; no paid acquisition found.

### 6. Differentiation

- Compared with official and offline options: it is "a nationwide plot map, enter a number and see it, usable on your phone", a format Lebanon did not have before. **This is the main reason it took off** : not that it did something slightly better than others, but that it was the first to build it.

- Compared with the copycat LandMap Lebanon: LebCad has iOS and web, 3D and terrain, building planning and PDF export, and covers 880+ districts (versus their 464 villages); the rival's only edge is price ($19–49/year).

- How deep the moat is: it rests on digitizing and georeferencing cadastral maps across more than 880 districts into vector data, which takes a lot of work (the data source is not public). To copy it, a rival has to build that dataset again, which LandMap is doing.

### 7. Visibility

**Few people know about it yet.** No media coverage, 0 results on X, no public revenue (not on TrustMRR, and the founder hasn't shared numbers); only third-party estimates from pages like appstoretracker and AppInsider. Instagram and Facebook followers are only in the hundreds. The only one who noticed it is the local copycat LandMap Lebanon.

### 8. What others can borrow

- "Turn land parcels / cadastral maps that a government holds but hasn't opened well into a phone app": one app per country, first win local brokers, engineers and expats, and subscription pricing can be high. Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, some Gulf countries, Eastern Europe and Latin America can be checked country by country (which countries already have official government apps needs to be verified one by one).

- Use expats as the main paying base: domestic income in the target country may be low, but overseas expats can afford it, and Gulf and Western store category charts add extra exposure.

- Make features into "deliverables": PDF / JPEG export and building planning give brokers and engineers a reason to pay every year.

- Acquisition is posting Instagram Reels under local real estate tags, one per major release, at nearly zero cost.

### 9. Still unclear

- Where the cadastral data comes from and whether it is legal (it may be scanned land registry drawings vectorized, or it may come from a leaked or internal GIS dataset). This is its biggest risk: once the government acts, it could be delisted or restricted.

- Real revenue: only Lebanon iOS chart ranks and third-party estimates (iOS September about $7K/month), so the scale is roughly a few thousand to over ten thousand dollars a month, **unverified** .

- Whether developer Andrew Andraos is the Lebanese singer / Brown University lecturer; whether one person built it.

- Where 10-08's single-day 1,924 installs came from.

- Why the Play rating count has stayed blank (possibly it hasn't reached the display threshold).
