# "My husband is a developer, we've been together 14 years": how a couples app got 30k installs off one Threads post

**What it is** : a shared calendar, tasks, lists, and a daily question for couples, plus a real-time shared drawing canvas that becomes a lock-screen wallpaper. Free for singles; once paired, one subscription covers both people.

**Why it took off** : a wife posted on Spanish-language Threads, "My husband is a developer, we've been together 14 years, he built an app for us, has anyone tried it?" It got 58.9k views, and the same text was reshared by about 20 accounts. Later, an English post, "see your partner's drawing when you unlock your phone," carried it into the lifestyle charts of several small Asian countries.

**C** **How you could follow it** : don't build yet another couples app; copy the post. Use a real name, a specific year, a few everyday scenes, a question at the end, and reply to comments yourself. Post from your own account in Portuguese or another language area nobody is covering. Keep one feature that can be explained in a single image, and price it as "free for one, one subscription for two."

Grade C: the cold-start post is worth studying and costs nothing, but couples apps are crowded, Krivo's features have bigger rivals, the scale is small, its peak has passed, and the pattern has been called out and copied by peers, so building the product after it isn't worth much. Chatter in small circles

Krivo is a couples app built by a Russian-speaking couple living in Argentina: the two share one calendar, one task and list set, answer one question a day, and can draw on the same canvas and set the drawing as wallpaper. It launched on Google Play in Sep 18 and reached 6k installs by Nov 30. In a crowded category, it has nothing unique in the product; what made it take off was a carefully written post that the wife and a batch of accounts kept sharing on Threads. Below: how the post was written, why it worked, how long the peak lasted, and whether it's worth copying.

### A post with 58.9k views

In Oct 2026 11, an account named Anna Mi (@annagredina, bio "HR, lives in Argentina," a few hundred followers) posted in Spanish on Threads:

"❤️My husband is a developer, we've been together for over 14 years 🙈😁 He recently made a couples app called Krivo, and honestly I love it. He's built lots of apps over the years, but I really think this one is great. It's beautiful, super practical, and has a lot of things we've always been missing: shopping lists, movies we want to watch together, travel plans, and more. Has anyone tried it? Is it good? What do you think? Tell me about your experience 🙏"

She attached a few app screenshots. By Nov 6 the post had 58.9k views and over two hundred likes, and in the comments she personally answered "where do I download it" and "why won't it open for me." Four days earlier, her husband Vlad Miroshin (@idzumi_vlad) had posted nearly the same text from the husband's point of view, and in Oct 8 he posted again: "1000 users now."

Two days later, on Oct 13, another Threads user, Luis Z (@masiosare), posted a screenshot: "Interesting, I'm building an app in this space myself, and I've already seen this text posted by 20 different accounts. Kudos to the marketing team, but this feels suspicious." He added: "I've seen people posting it for 14, 3, and 2 years together, and the engagement is usually good."

### What it is

The first line of the store page reads: "Krivo is your shared space: the things you need to do, the days you're looking forward to, the things you want, no longer buried in chat." The features pack two kinds of things into one app:

- **Everyday life** : a shared calendar (anniversaries, birthdays, trips), tasks you can assign to "me / you / us," shopping and watch lists, and recently a spending dashboard (Premium).

- **Dating** : a daily question (you can only see your partner's answer after you've written yours), secret polls ("pizza or tacos?" revealed only after both vote), a wish list and "gift radar," and cards for each other's sizes and coffee orders.

- **A photo-style feature** : a shared canvas the same shape as your phone's home screen. Each person's drawing appears on the other's screen in real time, and you can set the finished piece as wallpaper or put it on a widget.

Pricing is on the website: everything is free until you pair; once paired, one Premium covers both people, whoever buys it, on iOS and Android. Billed monthly, half-yearly, yearly, or as a lifetime one-time purchase (Google Play in-app prices $5.99–$49.99). No ads, works offline, and each person keeps their data after a breakup.

### How fast it grew

- **Installs:** Launched in Sep 18, and by Oct 10 it had fewer than 600 cumulative. After the Oct 11 post from a popular creator, it went from hundreds to nine hundred a day; from Oct 18 to 21 it was two or three thousand a day, reaching 21 and 13K cumulative by the 24th; on Oct 6,300 alone it added about 3; by Nov 29 it was 6K, and Nov 30,178 (Google Play install counts; October's daily figures are third-party estimates and smoothed).

- **Slipping:** the last 7 days did add 9,480, but the last three days each sat around 300.

- **Charts:** only on the Lifestyle Top Free chart on Google Play. Spain went from Oct 31 to Nov 1 up to #38 and #35, then fell to #91 on Nov 6; Argentina dropped from #48 to #112; France #143, Philippines #194 (Google Play charts, 11-06). On iOS, around Oct 25 it got into the top ten of the Lifestyle Top Free chart in the Malaysia and Turkey stores, and also showed up on the Lifestyle Top Grossing chart in Mexico, Colombia and other countries, around #70–80.

- **Ratings:** the Google Play rating count is too low to display, and iOS has only single-digit global ratings. How many of the 30k installs actually paired up and get used every day can't be seen from outside; many were probably just people who saw a post and got curious (inference).

The bar for #70–80 on a small country's Lifestyle Top Grossing chart is low. A few purchases can get you there. It only shows people are paying, not how much money is coming in.

### Where the traffic comes from

**Wave one: one copy, many accounts.** The founder's wife's post is nearly a textbook template: real name and real person, a specific year ("14 years"), a self-deprecating opener ("my husband built an app"), three or four everyday scenes, and a closing string of questions. Posts that end on questions pull in a pile of "what's it called?" and "where do I get it?" comments, and Threads then pushes them to people who don't know the account. She herself posted nearly the same copy eight or nine times from Oct 15 to Nov 5. According to Luis Z, around 20 more accounts posted the same paragraph, just swapping "14 years" for "3 years" or "2 years". Another account posted "Someone told me this is the best couples app, has anyone used it?" twice. Timing-wise, installs jumped from dozens a day to hundreds or thousands a day right after Oct 11.

**Wave two: one lock-screen screenshot.** On Oct 24, an English-language account, @porte_postura, posted "If you're in a relationship, download it together 🥹 Now every time I unlock my phone, there's a little note from them waiting for me", with a picture of a hand-drawn doodle on a lock screen and the reply "App name: Krivo". The post got over 400 likes and 200+ reposts. At the same time, a Malay-speaking user on Threads asked "which app is this?", and a big account posted "What app is this??". That same day daily installs rose by about 6,300, then iOS entered the top ten of the Lifestyle charts in Malaysia and Turkey, and the top hundred in Taiwan, South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Poland and Germany. This wave didn't rely on Spanish. It relied on a picture anyone can understand. Whether the post was an official arrangement can't be confirmed.

**Supporting cast:** in Argentina, a TikTok account with only 9 followers and "ugc" in its name posted 5 short videos from Oct 5 to 12, each getting a few hundred to over a thousand views. The founder's own talking-head video got about 1,200 views. The website is in 23 languages, plus a batch of Spanish long-tail pages ("shared couples calendar", "couples Q&A", "couples app alternatives", naming Paired, Evergreen, TimeTree, Cozi and Cupla directly). None of these were the main driver.

**Not seen:** no ads for it turned up in the Meta, TikTok or Google ad libraries. Not finding them doesn't mean it wasn't running paid ads, but the official Instagram has only a few dozen followers and almost no ratings, which doesn't look like a product buying paid traffic.

### Why this trick works here

- **Threads' Spanish-speaking audience responds to real-person stories.** A post from an account with 200-odd followers reached 58.9k views. That's hard to do on X or Instagram.

- **Two-sided product, so one conversion is two installs.** It doesn't work unless you pull a partner in to install it too. "Free for singles, one subscription for two" cuts the friction of the invite to almost nothing.

- **The Spanish and Argentine Lifestyle charts have a low bar.** A thousand-odd installs a day gets you into the top 50, and once you're on the chart it brings in a bit of organic traffic.

- **It has a feature you can screenshot.** A lock-screen doodle is one picture that makes people ask "what is this?", and that's what carried it beyond the Spanish-speaking market.

The reverse is also true: the product itself didn't cause the growth. Lock-screen doodles are the core mechanic of Widgetable and Locket, the daily question is from SumOne, the shared calendar is TimeTree's. Krivo packages them together.

### Who it's competing with

Couples apps are a very crowded category (Google Play installs, 11-06):

| Product | Launched | Scale | How Krivo differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Widgetable | 2022-12 | 59.1M, 7 days +375k | Widgets, pets, doodles; entertainment-first. Krivo treats doodles on the lock screen as just one feature. |
| Between | 2011 | 14.5M | Established in South Korea, private chat plus anniversaries. Krivo doesn't do chat. |
| Couple Widget | 2019 | 13.9M | Relationship day counter plus widgets. |
| Love8 | 2023 | 12.4M, 7 days +155k | Long-distance, location, pets; strong in Southeast Asia. Krivo focuses on managing life for couples who live together. |
| SumOne | 2019 | 6.93M | Daily question plus progression. |
| Couple Joy | 2024-04 | 4.68M, Spain Lifestyle Top Grossing 19 | The most direct rival in Spanish-speaking markets. Under Krivo's posts people are already saying "Couple Joy already exists". |
| Paired | 2020 | 4.93M | Relationship Q&A and content, mainly iOS. |
| TimeTree / Cozi | 2010 era | 21.9M / 6.14M | General-purpose shared calendar and family organization. |
| Couple360, Loverzz, Lovio | 2025–2026 | 170k–1.03M | Newcomers in the same period with similar features. |

There's also the biggest rival: Google Calendar sharing, Apple's shared reminders, and WhatsApp groups. Krivo's own slogan is "stop losing things in chat".

Others have already copied the approach. In early November, one Threads account posted "Nate and I have been married 6 years, and now we have an app he built himself. No, it's not a dating app 😅". In Oct 24, a Spanish couples app called Nido posted on TikTok "My girlfriend and I have a problem…" and got 21.5k views.

### If it were you

**Verdict:** what's worth learning from this is the post, not the app. The couples app category is already packed. Each of Krivo's features is being built by bigger players. With 30k installs and almost no ratings, it has already peaked. Its growth method costs nothing and anyone can use it, but it has now been openly called out by competitors, and people are already copying the phrasing, so the more people use it, the less it works.

**Who this fits:** developers who have a two-sided or "used together" consumer app (couples, roommates, families, best friends, workout buddies), who themselves or whose family are willing to appear under their real name, and who speak Spanish or Portuguese.

**Who it doesn't fit:** people who want to make money by "building another couples app". The category doesn't lack products. Anyone unwilling to show their face and who only wants to spam with sock-puppet accounts: Krivo's account network in Oct 13 was already screenshotted and called out, and the post that actually carried the growth was the founder's wife's own.

**How to do it:** write the post with this structure: one line of identity ("my husband/wife is a developer"), one concrete number (how many years together), three or four everyday scenes readers will recognize, and a string of questions at the end, plus three or four screenshots, with the author replying to every comment in the thread. Build a feature into the product that can be explained in one picture, ready for a second wave. Copy the pricing: free for a single person, one subscription for two once paired, and a lifetime one-time purchase option. If you must build in the couples category, don't make it an all-in-one. Pick one area it does poorly and go deep, such as the shared expense tracking it just added.

**How to get users:** start posting on Threads from your real account. Portuguese (Brazil) is a large language market Krivo hasn't seriously gone after. If a post doesn't take off, rewrite it with a different scenario rather than copying the same copy across several accounts, since getting caught hurts more than getting no views. Once you're on the national Lifestyle chart, add long-tail pages in the app store.

**When to move:** the "my husband built an app" format already has copycat posts. The further it goes, the more familiar readers find it and the more likely someone is to call it out as marketing in the comments. Use it within the next month or two, and use your own version.

**What would mean this read is wrong:** ① Krivo's daily installs steadily return above 1,000 in November and its rating count starts climbing, meaning it's retaining users and the product is stronger than this analysis suggests; ② big accounts like Couple Joy or Widgetable start copying it in Spanish-speaking markets with a "organization + relationships" two-in-one, meaning the positioning itself has value; ③ copycat posts using the same phrasing (like the "married 6 years" one) still pull tens of thousands of views, meaning the trick is far from overused and the window for copying is longer than said here.

Where users come from

- **Confirmed** **Threads couple-story posts + account network** : wife @annagredina's 10/11 post got 58.9k views, followed by at least 8 posts with the same copy. - Inferred **Paid ads** : no hits on metaads/tiktokads/googleads; coverage is limited, so LatAm or Asia buys aren't ruled out

## Krivo: why the couples app (com.molverine.youmeus) took off

> Channel: Google Play (same iOS id 6812831502 also live) | Developer Molverine / Normalno (sole proprietor Miroshin Vladislav Denis, registered in Armenia; the couple actually lives in Argentina) | Research date 2026-11-06

### Bottom line

A Russian-speaking developer couple built a shared couple calendar + tasks + checklists + daily question + joint doodle wallpaper app. **There is no evidence of paid acquisition** . Growth came almost entirely from a **Threads talking-head template post: "My husband is a developer, we've been together 14 years, he built us a couples app"** . The wife posted it repeatedly from her own account, and about 20 other accounts posted the same copy (one was called out on the spot), plus a few short TikTok/IG videos from small 9-follower UGC accounts. The second wave (from 10/24) was English Threads posts about "seeing a doodle your partner left every time you unlock your phone," which pushed it onto lifestyle charts in Asian markets like Malaysia, Turkey, Taiwan and the Philippines. The product itself is a "multi-tool" in a crowded category. Its differentiators (one subscription for two people, free for singles, live doodles that become wallpaper) are good material for posts, not a defensible moat. Growth visibly slowed in early November.

### 1. Data: how it grew

Sources: googleplay library app_day_ext (history backfilled by AppstoreSpy), app_snap, chart_rank; appstore library app_profile; AppInsider page.

| Timeline | Total installs | Average daily new installs | what happened |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9/18 | Launched on Google Play | — | |
| 9/28 | iOS release | — | 10/6 Founder posts on Threads: "My first app is live" |
| 10/10–10/17 | 584 → 4,134 | About ¥600–900 | From 10/7 the founder posted "My wife and I have been together 14 years…"; 10/8 shared "1000 users"; **10/11 wife @annagredina posted the same copy, 58.9k views** |
| 10/18–10/21 | → 13,145 | About ¥2,000–2,900 | Template posts spread across a Threads matrix (10/13 someone pointed out seeing 20 accounts post the same paragraph) |
| 10/24 | → 19,475 | About 6,300 per day | 10/24 English Threads @porte_postura: "Unlock your phone and see a little note from your partner", 443 likes / 275 reposts. AppInsider recorded iOS reaching Turkey's free Lifestyle top 10/25 and Malaysia's top 10 and overall top 10 100 |
| 10/29–11/03 | 20,698 → 29,248 | About ¥1,200–1,700 | Spain's free Lifestyle chart 10/31–11/1 climbed to #38/#35, Argentina #48 |
| 11/04–11/06 | → 30,178 | About 310 | Spain fell to #91, Argentina to #112, and it started sliding |

- 7 days +9,480 (data card, as of 11/06). But daily adds over the last three days were only about 300, a clear slowdown.

- Play shows no rating count (ratings empty, too few to display). iOS ratings are very sparse (8 in Spain, 2 global lookup, 4.5 stars), so the user base is small and many installs were probably one-off curiosity downloads.

- On iOS it occasionally appears on Lifestyle top-grossing charts in small countries (Mexico #78, Colombia #72; AppInsider logged top 100 on PL/PH/TR/MY/ID/KR grossing). Lifestyle grossing thresholds in these countries are low, so this only shows a few paying users, not meaningful revenue.

- AppInsider estimates "1k+ downloads per day" (November, lower bound).

### 2. Competitors

The couples app category is very crowded. Similar apps in the Play library (googleplay library app_profile, 2026-11-06):

| Product | Platform | Launched | Scale | How it differs from Krivo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Widgetable: Besties & Couples | Android/iOS | 2022-12 | 59.1M installs, +375k in 7 days | Desktop widgets + pets + doodles, entertainment-leaning. Krivo's "doodles on your screen" is the core mechanic it shares with Locket-style apps, and Krivo built one feature from it. |
| Between | Android/iOS | 2011 | 14.5M | Private chat + anniversaries, a long-running Korean app. Krivo doesn't do chat; it pulls the to-dos out of your chats. |
| Couple Widget: Love Countdown | Android | 2019 | 13.9M | Days-together counter + widgets |
| Love8 | Android/iOS | 2023 | 12.4M, 7 days +155k | Long-distance, location, pets; strong in Southeast Asia. Krivo focuses on managing life for couples who live together. |
| SumOne | Android/iOS | 2019 | 6.93M | Daily question + progression. Krivo's daily question is in the same category. |
| Paired / Evergreen / Agape | Mostly iOS | From ¥2020 | Paired 4.93M installs | Relationship Q&A and content. Krivo's website explicitly groups these as "relationship" apps. |
| TimeTree / Cozi / Cupla | All platforms | 2010–2021 | TimeTree 21.9M, Cozi 6.14M, Cupla 150k | Shared calendars / family organization. Krivo's website explicitly groups these as "organization" apps. |
| Couple Joy | Android/iOS | 2024-04 | 4.68M, 7 days +44k, Spain Lifestyle grossing #19 | The most direct rival in the Spanish-speaking market. A commenter under the Krivo post said "we already have Couple Joy"; 10/31 Argentina Top Free: Couple Joy #57 vs Krivo #48 |
| Loverzz / Amora / Red Biscuit / Couple360 / Lovio | Android/iOS | 2025–2026 | Loverzz 290k, Couple360 1.03M, Lovio 170k | New Spanish-market entrants from the same period. 10/31 all sit behind Krivo on Argentina's Lifestyle chart. |
| Nido: App para parejas | iOS/Android | 2026 autumn | Not verified | Spain: 10/24 TikTok "My girlfriend and I have a problem…" uses the same founder-couple talking-head format. |
| Big-company features | Google Calendar sharing, Apple shared reminders/notes, WhatsApp groups | — | — | Krivo's slogan is "stop losing things in chats." |

Conclusion: it's not that there are no competitors, there are too many. Krivo positions itself as "organization + relationship in one."

### 3. Growth tactics (with evidence)

1. **Threads couple-story posts + account matrix (confirmed, main engine)**
    - Founder Vlad Miroshin (@idzumi_vlad) launched his first app on 10/6, then 10/7 and 10/8 posted "I'm a developer, I've been with my wife 14 years, I built us Krivo," and 10/8 shared "1000 users."
    - Wife Anna Mi (@annagredina, 269 followers, bio "HR, living in Argentina") posted a women's-perspective version on 10/11: "My husband is a developer, we've been together 14 years… have you tried it?" **58.9k views, 231 likes** . She replied to bugs herself in the comments. She then posted nearly identical copy at least 8–10 times between 10/15 and 11/05 (DejlVR, DeqVdh, DfDizC, DfEAMs, DfFhhT, DfIoqN, DfK37W, DfQHst, DfQpIq, and others).
    - 10/13 Threads user @masiosare (who also makes a couples app): "I've already seen this same paragraph from 20 different accounts, together 14, 3, 2 years… pretty suspicious." Another reply parodied the line directly. @mark.elruso also posted "Someone told me this is the best couples app, who has tried it?" 10/6 and 10/15 times.
    - This "real person voice + question ending" format naturally drives comments ("which app?"), and Threads' algorithm pushes it to strangers. The timeline lines up with installs jumping from a few hundred to over a thousand per day after 10/11.

2. **English Threads "see your partner's doodle when you unlock" (confirmed post, matches the 10/24 peak; whether it was officially scheduled is unverified)** : @porte_postura 10/24 "If you're in a relationship, download it together, now every time you unlock your phone there's a little note from them", 443 likes / 275 reposts, with a reply "App name: Krivo." In the same period a Malay-speaking user asked meta.ai on Threads "what app is this," and big account @luvvie posted "What app is this??" (3.8K views). AppInsider then logged iOS reaching Lifestyle top 10 in Malaysia and Turkey, and top 100 in Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Poland and Germany.

3. **UGC creator videos (confirmed, small volume)** : TikTok @celeste.ugc.ar (9 followers, the name literally says ugc) posted 5 Krivo videos between 10/5 and 10/12, each getting 260–1,452 views. The same person's IG @celesteiturrarte posted "I just want a partner who actually works @krivo_app" on 10/16 (83 likes). The founder's own IG/TikTok talking-head clip, "¿Sus chats también están llenos de…", only got about 1,200 views. Takeaway: the short videos aren't the main traffic source. They look more like social proof to back up the Threads posts.

4. **SEO landing pages (confirmed, minor contribution)** : normalno.xyz / krivo.molverine.com has sites in 23 languages and a batch of Spanish long-tail pages (calendario compartido pareja, preguntas para parejas, alternativas apps de pareja), which name Paired/Evergreen/Cupla/TimeTree/Cozi directly. Play links carry utm_source=normalno_site.

5. **Paid acquisition (not found)** : no Krivo/Molverine/normalno results in metaads (Meta ad library, which only tracks the first screen for US/UK/Germany/Japan keywords), tiktokads (Europe), or googleads. Not finding ads doesn't mean none were run, but the storefront page, the official IG account with only a few dozen followers, and very sparse ratings don't look like a paid-acquisition product.

6. **Multilingual market coverage** : the app supports 16+ languages (iOS lookup), and from 10/29 it progressively added Dutch and Indonesian. Whichever language's audience catches a post, it can convert right away.

### 4. Why it took off

- **Threads "founder couple story" works well in Spanish-speaking markets** : real names, a real couple, "14 years" and "not a dating app" are specific details, and a question ending keeps comments going. One of the wife's posts got 58.9k views, enough to push a 0-level basic app to a daily-install peak in the thousands.

- **Account-matrix amplification** : the same copy was posted by roughly 20 accounts (per third-party observation). This is a low-cost "small-account matrix + seeding" tactic that costs close to nothing.

- **Low bar for Spanish-language Lifestyle charts** : to reach the top 50 of Play's free Lifestyle chart in Spain or Argentina, a few hundred to a thousand-plus daily installs is enough. Word-of-mouth posts can push it there, and the chart then brings in some organic installs.

- **The lock-screen doodle visual hook travels across languages** : the second wave in Asian charts relied on the image of "seeing your partner's drawing when you unlock your phone," not on Spanish copy.

- **Two-sided product builds in invites** : both people have to install for it to work (free for singles, one subscription covers two people after pairing), so one conversion is roughly two installs.

### 5. Differentiation, and whether it was the reason for the growth

- Product differentiation: (1) combines organization features (calendar, tasks, checklists) and relationship features (daily question, wish list, polls, gift radar) in one app; (2) one subscription covers two people, cross-platform iOS/Android, free for singles, and each person keeps their own data after a breakup; (3) a shared canvas where live doodles become wallpaper/widgets; (4) works offline, no ads.

- Is it the reason for the growth? **Partly.** "Multi-tool / stop losing things in WhatsApp" is the selling point in the posts, and "doodles on the lock screen" was the second wave's hook. But Widgetable, Locket, SumOne and TimeTree each have ready-made versions of these features. The decisive factor was **the distribution play (couple-story posts + account matrix)** , not an exclusive feature.

### 6. How visible it is

- Revenue is not public. No TrustMRR listing, no press coverage, and x-radar finds no discussion on X.

- It spread only within Spanish-language Threads and a small group of English/Malay Threads users. One developer (@masiosare) has already spotted the pattern and publicly called out "20 accounts posting the same paragraph."

- Verdict: it's being talked about in a small circle.

### 7. Copycats

- The play is copying the hook: on Threads, @tess.and.her.deals (around 11/03) posted "Nate and I have been married 6 years, and now we have an app he built. No, it's not a dating app 😅", nearly word-for-word the Krivo wife's post format. Spain's Nido ran the same couple-founder talking head on TikTok (@franfdezb 1 10/24, "My girlfriend and I have a problem… Nido is now live", 21.5K views).

- Product copycats: couples apps launch every month anyway (Loverzz, Couple360, Lovio, jackfriks' lovelee, etc.), so it's hard to say who copied whom.

### 8. What to borrow

- **Use a first-person "my husband/wife built this" story post to cold-start a two-sided consumer app** : real people, specific years, a question ending, and the author replying to bugs in the comments; multilingual versions, posted in rotation from multiple accounts. The cost is close to zero, and it suits Threads (the algorithm recommends aggressively to strangers in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking regions).

- **Pick countries with low bars for the finance chart** : Spain and Argentina lifestyle categories, where ~1K installs a day can get you into the top 50.

- **Build a shareable feature for a second wave of spread** : doodles on the lock screen or as widgets, where one image makes people ask "what app is this?"

- **Two-sided pricing** : single users free, one subscription covers both once paired, lowering the friction to invite a partner.

- Risks: the matrix posts have already been spotted, so Threads may down-rank them; word-of-mouth peaks fall fast (from 11/4 onward, daily installs dropped to about 300).

### 9. Uncertain

- How much of the 10/18–10/24 jump (2,000–6,300 daily installs) came from the Threads matrix versus the English doodle posts, and whether there were Meta ads in Latin America or Asia that our ad libraries don't cover, is unverified.

- Whether English posts like @porte_postura are officially arranged UGC is unverified.

- Retention and payments: Play shows no ratings, iOS ratings are single digits, so the real number of paying users is unknowable; the bar to chart in small countries is very low, so chart placement is not evidence of revenue.

- AppStoreSpy's daily data is averaged and has gaps (on some days 2–4 installs come from observation intervals), so day-level attribution carries error.
