> Turkey already had about twenty validated apps for monitoring a partner's or family's WhatsApp, and the middle of the Tools Top Grossing chart was reachable with a few thousand installs. It first posted batches of keyword-rich reviews, then started Meta video ads in October 25. Once users paid, it let them spend money to move up the queue. That got it onto the chart with few installs.

# Paid, and still ranked #24,000: a Turkish "WhatsApp online tracker" app, how it hit the Top Grossing chart on 1,901 installs

**What it is** You enter a phone number and it charts that person's WhatsApp online and offline times, alerting you the moment they come online. Turkish store only, with a hard paywall.

**Why it took off** Turkish demand for spying on partners' and family members' WhatsApp was already validated by about twenty similar apps, and the middle of the Tools Top Grossing chart can be reached with a few thousand installs. It batch-posted keyword-stuffed five-star reviews, started Meta video ads in Oct 25, and then sold users a way to "jump the queue" after payment, so it could chart on few installs.

**D** **How you could follow it** Don't follow this category. If you want to borrow the playbook, take the method and apply it to a category that stays inside the rules: first check the entry threshold for the middle of the target country's category Top Grossing chart, fill the title and description with the local search terms, and for services where users wait for a result, sell a real "rush" option that actually speeds things up.

Grade D: the category already has nearly 20 apps in Turkey, with the leaders in the tens of millions of installs. LogWa is a late reskin. Its only distinguishing feature is the queue-skipping paid upgrade users call a scam, and the whole category sits on the edge of WhatsApp's terms and Play's tracking-app policies, so it could be removed at any time. Few people know about it yet

Data (updated daily) · first launch 2026-10-01 · 11-07 installs 1,901

Android · Total installs worldwide

Data 2026-10-29 → 2026-11-07 (10 days, 10 observations). Google's detail page only refreshes install counts every other day, so a flat day doesn't mean nobody installed.

LogWa is a Turkish-language app that went live on Google Play in Oct 1: you enter a phone number and it charts that person's WhatsApp online and offline times, sending a push alert when they come online. By Nov 6 it had only 1,901 installs in total, yet it kept sitting between #59 and #73 on the Turkey Tools category Top Grossing chart. The product itself has nothing new. It made the chart by way of a crowded category, a low-threshold chart, and a ready-made playbook for distribution and monetization. The sections below go through each of these, and then whether this is worth following.

### A one-star review that got 7 "helpful" votes

In Oct 18, a Turkish user left a one-star review on LogWa's store page: "I bought a subscription, it said you're ranked #24,000 in line, and then wanted me to pay again to move up. Don't trust it, scammers. I'm calling Turkcell to cancel the charge." By Nov 6, this was the review with the most "helpful" votes across LogWa's reviews (7 of them).

Two days later, another review was more specific: "After paying it told me 'you're ranked #27,560.' Paying again to move up just restarted me from #27,560. Two weeks later, the money is gone and nothing else." Oct 26: "It said paying for acceleration would parse the messages, so I paid more, and nothing changed." Nov 4: "Three days and it still hasn't finished parsing."

On the same store page, LogWa's average rating is 4.2 stars across 81 ratings (Google Play Turkey store, 11-06). The negative and positive reviews come from two completely different groups of people, which I'll come back to.

### What it is

The store description is blunt: it turns the online and offline records of WhatsApp numbers on your watch list into hourly, daily, and weekly charts, notifies you when a status changes, and the person never gets any notice or knows they're on your list. The official site logwa.net also has a "day-and-night distribution" report that labels 00:00 to 06:00 as "night activity," with a graphic reading "online 24 minutes in the last 143 hours, 26 minutes at night."

What buyers want is clear from the user testimonials the official site made up: "Finally I have a clear answer," "Seeing the activity after 2 a.m. changed everything for me. I don't have to guess anymore." The users are people who want to spy on partners, exes, and family members.

The monetization is a hard paywall plus in-app purchases. The store page lists each item at ₺499.99 to ₺1,299.99 (about $12–32, Google Play Turkey store, 11-06). Someone wrote in Oct 21: "I only wanted to try it for a week, but they charged me for a whole year right away."

### Why 1,901 installs can get you onto the Top Grossing chart

**The category has already been validated.** On the Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart as of Nov 6, nearly 20 of the top 183 apps are "WhatsApp online tracker" or "read other people's WhatsApp messages" apps. The leaders are already large (Google Play installs, 11-06):

| Product | Launched | Installs | 7 new in the last day | Turkey Tools Top Grossing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SinLog mêsaj takip | 2025-08 | 2.37M | +107k | 17 |
| GateLog mêsaj takip | 2026-02 | 1.1M | +65k | 23 |
| Findmesaj takip | 2022-06 | 8.08M | +41k | 25 |
| Dogosis meƨaj takip | 2022-03 | 11.8M | +72k | 34 |
| ZapiLog mêsaj takip | 2026-07 | 384k | +30k | 39 |
| **LogWa** | **2026-10** | **1,901** | **+838** | **63** |
| WaSeen - Wp Aktivite Takip | 2026-07 | 9,205 | +710 | 103 |
| DiaLog - Wp Çevrimiçi Takip | 2026-09 | 4,786 | +48 | 112 |

**The chart's threshold is low.** On the same chart, #62 Lensor had only 3,622 installs, and #42 STALKERS had 7,880. In the middle of the Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart, a few thousand installs and a few dozen paying users a day is enough.

**Everyone who arrives really wants to pay.** People who install this kind of app have a specific person they want to check on. They pay the subscription without hesitation, get told they have to wait in line, and pay again for "acceleration." Few installs, but each user pays a lot, so these apps rank far higher on the grossing chart than their install count would suggest.

LogWa came late to this crowd, three orders of magnitude smaller than the leaders. Even the naming format "XXX - Wp Çevrimiçi Takip" was already in use: DiaLog (September) and WaSeen (July) named themselves that way earlier. Using "Wp" in place of "WhatsApp" is the standard way this category avoids trademark trouble on Play.

### Where users come from

**Step one: batch keyword-stuffed reviews.** Of the store page's 75 reviews, 63 are five-star, and they didn't arrive evenly but in waves: 10 came on October 13 and 14, 9 in Oct 23, 8 in Oct 26, and 3 from Nov 5 to 35. Negative reviews are scattered in between. About half the five-star reviews stuff the same set of search terms, for example "wp çevrimiçi takip var, WhatsApp çevrimiçi takip var, WhatsApp takip var" ("there is wp online tracking, there is WhatsApp online tracking, there is WhatsApp tracking"). One from Nov 4 has the reviewer pasting the task instructions verbatim: "After choosing five stars, write in the box '...quite excellent and useful for WhatsApp tracking and wp online tracking...'" Other reviews say "I met lots of girls through it" and "making friends got so easy," clearly from people who never opened the app. These are traces of the paid review-writing tasks common in Turkey. The roughly thousand installs before late October probably came mostly from these tasks and the store search they fed (inference).

**Step two: Meta video ads.** Searching "logwa" in the Meta Ad Library (Turkey, 11-06) shows a Facebook page named "LogWa" running 7 ad sets of video ads, each with three or four versions, about 25 ads in total. 5 sets started in Oct 25, and the other two started in Oct 29 and 31. The copy is identical across all of them: "A method nobody knows about: add a number, and every time that person goes online on WhatsApp, you know right away." The page has only 1 followers, and its profile picture was only swapped in Oct 14, so it was clearly built for running ads. Installs on Google Play jumped by 244 in Oct 31 and by 377 in Nov 3, matching the ad start dates.

**Step three: the official site props things up.** The homepage of logwa.net reads "4.8 stars · 12.4k reviews," with more than a dozen made-up user testimonials, while Play actually shows around eighty reviews. The homepage also lists "message panel: see the messages received by people you've added" as a feature, while the same site's privacy and FAQ pages say it can't read message content. Using "you can see messages" as the hook and then disclaiming it in the terms is an old move in this genre. The domain itself was only registered in Oct 2.

**A borrowed name.** iOS already had a same-named app, "LogWa - Online Tracker," released in November 2023, with 555 ratings at 4.5 stars, and it hasn't been updated since March 2024. The Android LogWa changed the developer entity (Obsy Mobile LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA), changed the domain, and changed the technical approach (the iOS version requires scanning a QR code to link a device, while the Android version only needs a phone number). Whether the original author changed companies and rebuilt it, or someone else simply took the name, can't be verified.

You can't find any content of its own on TikTok, X, or in the media.

### How the money gets collected

After the paywall there's another layer: the "queue." The official "how to use" page is quite candid: "The number first enters a queue, and only then parsing starts, with the first meaningful data usually taking several hours." For the user, those hours turn into "you're ranked #27,560," and moving up requires paying again. Negative reviews say that after paying for acceleration, they were re-queued from their original spot.

From the outside, it's impossible to tell whether the queue is real server overload (these apps typically poll the target's online status using a pool of WhatsApp numbers, and if there aren't enough numbers, people wait) or was deliberately designed to sell acceleration a second time (unverified). What's clear is the cost: of the 75 reviews, 11 are one-star and 1 are two-star, and the negative ones are almost all about "scamming money," so the keyword-stuffed positive reviews have to keep being topped up.

### Who it's competing with

The table above has the answer: veterans like SinLog, GateLog, Findmesaj, and Dogsix, which have reached millions and tens of millions of installs, plus small players like DiaLog, WaSeen, and Logima that came from the same period and used the same playbook as LogWa. Outside the app category there are also web versions and Telegram bot versions (Rodwa, ChatWatch, etc.) that don't require installing an app.

The biggest competitor is WhatsApp itself: it lets users hide "online" and "last seen" from specific contacts. TikTok videos in Turkey teaching people how to set this up have anywhere from a few hundred thousand to over two million views (one from @genctg has 2.14M). The more savvy the people being watched are about this setting, the less effective these apps become.

No one is copying LogWa specifically, because it is itself a follower.

### If it were you

**Verdict:** Worth knowing about, but not worth following. This isn't an opportunity. It's an assembly line that has been running for years and has twenty-odd players; LogWa just grabbed a spot on the lowest-threshold chart the cheapest way possible. What sets it apart from the others is the second charge for "queue acceleration," and that's exactly the source of the negative reviews and the policy risk.

**Who it fits:** Teams already running subscription utility apps in Turkey, the Middle East, or South America, familiar with paid task platforms and Meta ad buying, who want to learn how to cheaply land a small-language, low-threshold category chart.

**Who it doesn't fit:** Indie developers who want to build a long-term product. Products in this category sit on the edge of WhatsApp's terms of service and Google Play's tracking-app policies and could be delisted at any time. Users come to check on other people, retention runs on anxiety, reputation runs on fake reviews, and you're competing not on product but on who buys reviews and ads more cheaply.

**If you really want to borrow from it:** Take the method and apply it to a category that stays inside the lines. Three things are worth learning: first, work out how many installs the middle of the target country's and category's Top Grossing chart requires (for Turkey Tools, a few thousand); second, fill your store title and description with the terms locals actually search, and put the category keyword in the title; third, for services where users wait for a result (photo ID approval, resume polishing, translation, report generation), you can sell "rush" as a legitimate upsell, provided the rush really is faster and not just a way to get back in line.

**How to acquire users:** Copy LogWa's playbook: a dedicated landing page, one hook line that hits the anxiety, 20-30 video variants, tested in one country on a small budget. Don't buy store reviews. That's the thing Google keeps cleaning up.

**When the window is:** For apps like this, the window isn't when you enter, it's when the category gets cleaned out. A Google Play policy tightening, or WhatsApp changing its online-status API, can take the whole category down at once.

**What would prove this wrong:** (1) LogWa, installed by over 10k before December, reached top 30 on the Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart while its negative-review share fell. That would show the "queue speed-up" isn't a scam, and late reskins still have room in this category. (2) DiaLog or WaSeen, or other clones of the same playbook, launched in other countries and languages and charted on local Top Grossing. That would show changing countries is a real path. (3) By 2027 May, the leaders SinLog and GateLog were still charting, and one of the new 2026 H2 launches, DiaLog or WaSeen, hit 100k installs. That would show the takedown risk described here is overstated and late entrants can still grow.

Where users come from

- **Confirmed** **Paid keyword-review farming (ASO)** : of 75 reviews in the TR store, 63 are five-star, and they arrive in batches (10-13/14, 10-23, 10-26, 11-03 to 05). 36 reviews stuff in "wp çevrimiçi takip / whatsapp takip". One review pastes the task instructions verbatim ("after selecting five stars, write in the box…")

- **Confirmed** **Meta (Facebook/IG) video ads** : the Facebook Ad Library, searching "logwa" in TR, shows 7 ad groups running video, about 25 variants, with start dates from 10-25 to 10-31 and identical copy ("A method nobody knows: add a number and find out when he's on WhatsApp"). The page has 1 followers

- Inferred **Store search plus borrowed name** : the title and reviews both center on the phrase "Wp Çevrimiçi Takip"; it uses the name "LogWa", which already has 555 ratings on iOS

- **Confirmed** **Fake social proof on the website** : logwa.net claims a 4.8 rating with 12.4k reviews, includes fabricated user testimonials, and lists a "message panel" as a feature

- Inferred **TikTok / X / media** : nothing found in TikHub or x-radar.

## Why LogWa - Wp Çevrimiçi Takip (com.stalk.logwa) got traction

> Channel: Google Play (Turkey only) | Developer: Obsy Mobile LLC (a shell company registered in Wyoming, USA; in practice a Turkish outsourced dev team) | Store launch 2026-10-01 | Research date 2026-11-06

### Bottom line

There's nothing new here, and it didn't really break out: a small Turkish team reskinned the "WhatsApp online tracking" category (SinLog, GateLog, Findmesaj and dozens more), which is already crowded in Turkey, and borrowed the name of an abandoned iOS app, "LogWa". Growth came in three steps: paid keyword reviews to win store search (ASO), Meta video ads starting at 10-25, then a paywall with "queue/speed-up" upsells to squeeze revenue per user. The Turkey Tools Top Grossing bar is low: the #62 app on that chart has only 3,622 installs, so 1,901 installs was enough to reach #63.

### 1. Data (googleplay library, 2026-11-06)

- Global cumulative installs. 1,901,7-day new installs 838. The curve is stepped: 10-29 jumped 1,063,10-31 , then +244,11-03 , +377,11-05 , +126,11-06 , +91. AppstoreSpy estimates about 89 new installs per day around 10-28 (app_day_ext).

- Charts: it appeared **only on the Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart** , where from 10-29 to 11-06 it held between #59 and #73 (chart_rank). No other storefront or chart.

- Store page (TR, read with Jina on 2026-11-06): 4.2 stars, 77–81 reviews, has in-app purchases. The offers_iap in our US-storefront detail data is False and ratings are empty, because our database pulls details from the US store, which differs from what Turkey sees. Version 3.2.12,10-26 is the latest update.

- Pricing: the data card lists weekly ₺49.99, monthly ₺149.99, and 3-month ₺399.99 (not re-verified). A negative review says "I only wanted to try it for a week but got charged for a year" (10-21).

- For comparison on the same chart: Lensor with 3,622 installs ranks #62, PosteGro with 10.8k installs ranks #26, STALKERS with 7,880 installs ranks #42. So the middle of the Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart can be reached with a few thousand installs.

### 2. Competitors: Turkey is one of the most crowded markets for this category

In the top 183 of 2026-11-06's Turkey Tools Top Grossing chart, I count close to 20 apps in the WhatsApp online-tracking / view-other-messages category (googleplay library chart_rank):

| Product | Developer | Launched | Installs | 7 new in the last day | TR Tools Top Grossing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SinLog mêsaj takip | Findy360 Software LLC | 2025-08 | 2.37M | +107k | 17 |
| GateLog mêsaj takip | GateLog Core LLC | 2026-02 | 1.1M | +65k | 23 |
| Findmesaj takip | Cosmo Star LLC | 2022-06 | 8.08M | +41k | 25 |
| WhoStat | Harem | 2024-06 | 437k | +3,480 | 27 |
| WesLog | WesLog Developer LLC | 2025-04 | 2.37M | +33k | 29 |
| Dogosis meƨaj takip(Dogsix) | Dogsix Soft LLC | 2022-03 | 11.8M | +72k | 34 |
| ZapiLog mêsaj takip | 321Soft LLC | 2026-07 | 384k | +30k | 39 |
| Logio | SafeCode Software | 2025-09 | 515k | +4,243 | 44 |
| **LogWa** | Obsy Mobile LLC | 2026-10 | **1,901** | +838 | **63** |
| Logima | Prayscale soft | ? | 9,780 | +3,296 | 73 |
| WaSeen - Wp Aktivite Takip | Teka Digital LLC | 2026-07-30 | 9,205 | +710 | 103 |
| DiaLog - Wp Çevrimiçi Takip | Samed Harman | 2026-09-03 | 4,786 | +48 | 112 |
| FineLog | FineLog Digital LLC | 2025-05 | 1.52M | +37k | 122 |
| Welog - Çevrimiçi Son Görülme | SugarFamily App | 2018-09 | 2.54M | +285 | 176 |

Others:

- "View someone's WhatsApp messages" type: Başkalarının WhatsApp'ını Gör (747k), Başkalarının Mesajlarını Görme (1.28M), Numara Gir ve Mesajları Gör (84k).

- iOS: the same-named **LogWa - Online Tracker** (developer Muhammet Kaba, listed 2023-11-25, 555 ratings at 4.5 stars, 13 languages, last version 1.0.1 stalled at 2024-03-08, uses the QR-code WhatsApp Web linking approach, [apps.apple.com/us/app/logwa-online-tracker/id6447168972](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/logwa-online-tracker/id6447168972), [www.logwa.app/en/u](https://www.logwa.app/en/u)); also WaLogger⁺, Walogin, and others.

- Web / Telegram: Rodwa (rodwa.com), ChatWatch (chatwatch.net), SaaS-Media (saas.onatmedia.com, web dashboard plus Telegram notifications, promoted on TikTok in October), and Wondershare's WaLastseen.

- The big platform's feature runs the other way: WhatsApp lets users hide "online" and "last seen" from specific people. Turkish TikTok videos teaching this setup have hundreds of thousands to two million views (TikHub: @genctg 2.14M, @guneysametgenc 510k).

**Takeaway** : LogWa came in very late to this category and is three orders of magnitude smaller than the leaders. Its title format "XXX - Wp Çevrimiçi Takip" is also copied: DiaLog (09-03) and WaSeen (07-30) were naming themselves this way much earlier.

### 3. Growth tactics (chronological)

1. **Borrowed name** : on Play it's called "LogWa", while the same-named iOS app already has 555 ratings and some awareness in the Turkey store. But the Android website logwa.net was **only registered 2026-10-02** (Verisign RDAP), while the iOS logwa.app dates from 2022. The developer entities differ and so does the technical approach (iOS requires QR device linking, Android only needs a phone number). So either the original author changed companies and rebuilt it, or someone else borrowed the name. Either is **unverified** . The package prefix `com.stalk.*` is also used by InFolzy (com.stalk.infolzy, developer Matches App, listed 09-12, TR Tools Top Grossing #95), so the two are likely the same team or used the same outsourced template (inferred).

2. **Keyword-review farming for ASO (strong evidence)** : using google-play-scraper I pulled all 75 reviews from the Turkey storefront, 63 of them five-star. Day by day, the five-stars come **in waves** : 10-13/14 brought 10 reviews, 10-23 brought 9, 10-26 brought 8, and 11-03 to 05 brought 35. Scattered between them are one-star complaints. 36 reviews stuff in the three search terms "wp çevrimiçi takip / whatsapp çevrimiçi takip / whatsapp takip". One pastes the task instructions directly: "Beş yıldızı işaretledikten sonra, kutucuğa '…WhatsApp takip ve wp çevrimiçi takip konusunda oldukça başarılı…' yazabilirsin" (roughly "after selecting five stars, write in the box…", 11-04). Several more say "I met a lot of girls through it" or "Very handy for finding friends", which suggests the writers never used the app. This is the hallmark of the common Turkish "paid install + review" task platforms. The ~1,000 installs before 10-28 likely came mainly from these tasks and store search (inferred).

3. **Meta video ads (confirmed)** : Searching "logwa" in the Facebook Ad Library for the Turkey store (2026-11-06) turns up the Page "LogWa" running **7 video ad sets, each with 3–4 versions, about 25 creatives in total** . They started running on 10-25 (5 sets), 10-29, and 10-31. Every creative uses the same copy: "Sana kimsenin bilmediği bir yöntem göstereyim. Bir numara ekle, o kişi WP'ye her girdiğinde anında haberin olsun…" ("Here's a method nobody knows: add a number, and you'll know instantly every time that person goes online on WhatsApp"). This Facebook Page (id 61595083304108) has only 1 followers, and it only switched to the avatar 10-14 recently (https://www.facebook.com/p/LogWa-61595083304108/). It's clearly a Page set up to run ads. The install curve lines up: 10-31 gained +244, 11-03 gained +377, matching when the ads went live. Our metaads library didn't pick it up because its keyword list only has English tool terms.

4. **Fake social proof on the website** : logwa.net's homepage shows "4.8 stars · 12,4B (12.4k) reviews" and includes 14 made-up user reviews. The Play listing actually has about 80 reviews. The homepage also lists "Message panel: see messages received by the people you added" as a feature, yet the privacy page and FAQ on the same site say "we can't read message content" (https://logwa.net/, [logwa.net/gizlilik.html](https://logwa.net/gizlilik.html), [www.logwa.net/destek.html](https://www.logwa.net/destek.html)). Using "you can read their messages" as the hook and then disclaiming it in the terms is a common move with this kind of app.

5. **TikTok / X / media** : Searching "logwa" and "wp çevrimiçi takip" on TikHub finds none of its own content. x-radar finds nothing. On Şikayetvar, the "LogWa" page has only 2025-07 complaint, about the iOS version, and it has been withdrawn.

### 4. How the money comes back

- Hard paywall + weekly/monthly/quarterly subscriptions (data card).

- **Queue + paid speed-up, a second charge (repeated in the bad reviews)** : After paying, the app shows "You are 24,000th in line" or "position 27,560", then asks for more money to "skip ahead / speed up parsing". Once the user pays again, it restarts from the original spot in the queue (bad reviews from 10-18, 10-20, and 10-27, plus 11-05: "waited 3 days and it still hasn't finished parsing"). The official FAQ also admits "new numbers enter the queue first, then move to the parsing stage." The queue may be real because the server-side pool of numbers used for status checks is too small, or it may be built to sell a speed-up. **Neither has been verified.**

- The result is tiny install volume that still climbs the Top Grossing chart: everyone who comes in has a strong reason to "watch one specific person" and is willing to pay for the subscription, then pay again for speed-up. The cost is that one-star reviews make up 15% (11 one-star and 1 two-star out of 75 reviews), and positive keyword reviews have to be topped up constantly.

### 5. Why it could "break through" (in fact it just got onto a low-bar chart)

1. The demand already exists: Turkey has plenty of people who want to check whether a partner or family member is on WhatsApp, and a dozen similar apps on the same chart already show people will pay.

2. The chart bar is low: to sit mid-pack on Turkey's Tools Top Grossing you only need a few thousand installs. 1,901 installs and a few dozen paying users a day can land around #60.

3. The playbook is the standard assembly line for this category: reskin an app, take a name with a keyword, buy keyword reviews to win store search, open a 1-follower Page to run Meta video ads, then stack a hard paywall and a second charge.

4. Borrowing the name "LogWa", which has some recognition on iOS, may help store search and user trust (unverified).

### 6. Differentiation

- The features (online/offline logs, hourly/daily/weekly charts, day-night distribution, online alerts, unlimited contacts) are basically the same as SinLog, DiaLog, and WaSeen. The one real difference is a cleaner interface with a "night activity (00–06 h)" report.

- Where it really differs is the monetization design, the "queue + paid speed-up". That's why it reaches the top grossing charts on tiny installs, but it's also the main source of bad reviews. **Differentiation didn't make it take off. Distribution and monetization tricks did.**

### 7. How many people know it / has anyone copied it

- No public revenue, no coverage on media, X, or TikTok, and the official Facebook Page has 1 followers. **Basically nobody knows about it.**

- But this category in Turkey is already packed. It's a copycat itself: DiaLog, WaSeen, and Logima, small apps from the same period using the same playbook, are already on the same chart, so there's no sense that anyone is "copying it".

### 8. What to borrow

- Use a paid task platform to buy keyword reviews and build store search, then run video ads from a low-follower Page with the same emotional hook.

- On Play they write "Wp" instead of "WhatsApp" to dodge trademark issues. The website and privacy policy are written to look compliant, while the ads and homepage sell "you can see everything".

- The "queue + speed-up" second charge suits service apps where the result inherently takes time, but it badly damages reputation and risks being treated by Play as a deceptive charge.

### 9. Still unclear

- Whether it's the same people behind the iOS LogWa (Muhammet Kaba), and what the relationship is to the outsourced clients of InFolzy (com.stalk.infolzy) and Obsy Mobile.

- How the online-status checks work on the server side (most likely polling the other person's status through a pool of WhatsApp numbers), and whether the queue reflects real capacity limits or was designed to sell speed-ups.

- Ad spend and real payment rates, whether Google has caught the review-buying, and the fact that apps like this can be wiped by Play or WhatsApp at any time.
