# The hundredth copycat of photo calorie counting, climbing nine countries' charts in nine days: Calora wins on playbook, not product

**What it is** An Android food-logging app: snap a photo of a meal and it estimates calories plus protein, carbs and fat. Ad-supported, with a capped number of scans and a paid unlock.

**Why it's trending** Behind it is a Vietnamese game/utility factory that lives on paid user acquisition and ad monetization. It reskinned a category Cal AI had already proven and pushed it into the health & fitness free charts of mid-sized European countries. Nine countries are climbing at once, but 26k installs have produced only 27 ratings, which is not word of mouth.

**C** **How you could follow** Don't build the hundred-and-first generic calorie app. Copy the playbook: a mature paid category, low-barrier category charts in Italy and Poland, and ads plus subscriptions as dual monetization. Apply it to a utility category no AI factory has flooded yet, or build the parts generic versions do badly, like local cuisines or specific audiences.

C grade: photo calorie counting already has dozens of rivals. Cal AI sits at the top along with a crowd of older European players. Calora's edge is a factory's ready-made ad accounts and ad-monetization scale, which followers can't replicate. You can learn a playbook from it, but copying this category isn't worth it. Few people know about it yet

Data (updated daily) · first launch 2026-09-23 · 11-07 installs 26,687

Android · Total installs worldwide

Data 2026-10-29 → 2026-11-07 (10 days, 10 observations). Google's detail page only refreshes install counts every other day, so a flat day doesn't mean nobody installed.

A Vietnamese app factory took the "snap a photo, know the calories" idea that Cal AI made popular and built an Android version. It skipped the US and targeted low-barrier category charts in Italy, France, Germany and Poland, with installs rising from 5,756 to 26,687 in nine days. The product itself is nothing new. What's worth watching is how it pushed a red-ocean category up the charts, and why you probably can't follow this one.

### A three-word bad review

On 2026 Oct 26, a user named Mariana Negoita left a review of Calora on Google Play that read, in full, "to many adds" (too many ads). 3 people marked it helpful. The developer replied the same day with a customer-service template: "Thanks for your feedback. Sorry the ads have been a hassle... We'll pass your feedback to the relevant team so we can improve quickly. Please keep supporting us." The signature email was publisher@vnpublisher.com.

Three days later, in Oct 29, Calora first appeared on Google Play's charts. By Nov 6 it ranked #16 in Italy's health & fitness free chart and was also listed in eight other countries. Yet its store page had only 27 ratings, averaging 4.7 stars.

Before an app has really taken off, the first helpful-marked bad review says the ads are too many. That practically spells out its strategy: **recoup costs through ads first, then worry about the product** .

### What it is

An AI calorie-logging app. Open the camera, snap a plate, and it identifies the food, estimates portion size, calories, protein, carbs and fat, and lets you edit the results. It also offers text logging, a weight curve, water tracking, meal planning, badges and reminders. The store page candidly notes that the AI's calorie figures are estimates and "cannot replace professional medical advice."

The feature list lines up almost item for item with Cal AI, Calo and Welmi. The Nov 5 update notes read:

> Eating with others? One photo can now log every dish or drink: by milliliter, by count or by gram / Took the wrong photo? We check whether it's food first, so you don't waste a scan / New here? A short onboarding on day one

The phrase "so you don't waste a scan" shows scans are capped, so free users probably hit the paywall after a few scans (inferred). In-app purchases are priced at $1.99 to $69.99, and the page is labeled "contains ads."

### Nine days, nine countries

It was spotted on the charts in an unusual shape: not one country heating up and spilling over to others, but a batch of countries climbing at the same time.

| Country | Health & fitness free chart, first chart entry | 11-06 |
|---|---|---|
| Italy | 43 | 16 |
| France | 164 | 38 |
| Poland | 139 (entered chart 11-01) | 53 |
| Spain | 99 | 59 |
| Germany | 116 | 62 |
| UK | 118 | 81 |
| Sweden | — | 137 (new entry 11-06) |
| Canada | between 150 and 180 | 155 |
| Vietnam | — | 172 (new entry 11-06) |

Source: Google Play health & fitness free charts by country, 10-29 to 11-06.

Installs (Google Play, 10-29 to 11-06): 5,756 → 10,149 (10-31) → 20,062 (11-03) → 23,794 (11-05) → 26,687 (11-06). About 21k new installs a week, recently three to four thousand a day.

Two details stand out. First, **the US isn't on the list** . The US store is the home turf of Cal AI and MyFitnessPal, and also the most expensive place to buy users, so Calora avoided it. Second, 26k installs produced only 27 ratings, roughly one in a thousand. Apps that spread by word of mouth don't look like this. Simultaneous climbs across many countries with almost no ratings look more like someone buying traffic (inferred, evidence below).

### Who built it: a Vietnamese app factory

The developer's name on Play is "AI Translator". Its official site vnpublisher.com calls itself "PublisherVN, a young mobile app development company." Besides apps, the site also lists a service called "View Boomer", which sells web traffic boosting.

The "About the developer" section at the bottom of the store page reveals more: the contact is Le Minh Duong, the address is in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and the support email is support.fc@falcongames.com. falcongames.com belongs to Falcon Game Studio, a Hanoi mobile game factory. Its site claims "500+ games launched, 3B+ downloads", and it appears as a monetization case study on the sites of Unity, Moloco and Pangle. Calora and its sister apps all use package names starting with fc., likely short for Falcon (inferred). So Calora isn't a small team building a health product. It's a utility line extended from **a game factory that lives on paid user acquisition and ad monetization** (inferred, fairly confident).

Apps under the same developer (Google Play installs, 11-06):

| App | Category | Launched | Installs |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Cleaner: Storage Optimize | Cleaner tools | 2026-08 | 1.19M (+240k in 8 days) |
| XTranslator Live: AI Translate | Translation | 2026-04 | 770k (8 days +250k) |
| Tarova: Astral Tarot & Zodiac | Tarot & horoscope | 2026-06 | 730k |
| PDF Reader – Translate & Edit | PDF | 2025-06 | 380k |
| Lockora: App Lock & Protect | App lock | 2026-09 | 200k |
| Calora: AI Calorie Tracker | Calories | 2026-09 | 27k |

The pattern is obvious at a glance: each app is "AI + an already-proven utility category." Names follow "brand word + colon + category keyword" (Calora, Tarova and Lockora even share the same suffix), and package names are stuffed with search terms. Calora's package name is calorie.tracker.counter.food.scanner.weightloss. AI Cleaner went from 0 to 1.19M in about two and a half months. That speed can only be bought.

### Where the users come from: almost all bought

The clearest evidence is on the sister apps. In the Meta ad library, the company has a page called "PDF Reader - Document Scanner" with only 49 likes, yet it has run 2025 ads since October 331, and 4 were still running in Nov 20, linking to AI Cleaner and the PDF apps. A page with a few dozen likes running hundreds of ads says it plainly: nobody follows it, and it doesn't need anyone to. It's just an ad account.

We couldn't find any ads for Calora itself in Meta, TikTok's European ad library or Google's public ad library. But the Google App Campaigns (UAC) channel is the one these Android utility factories rely on most, and its creatives are almost invisible from outside. Calora's data shape matches its sister apps exactly, so we judge it is also buying traffic (**inferred, we did not directly see Calora's ads** ).

Organic traffic is nearly zero. Nobody has mentioned it on X in the past two months. TikTok has a few accounts named calora, but they belong to other products that started posting videos at the end of 2025. What you can find online is mostly auto-indexed download sites. The name "Calora" is also used by at least three other calorie apps, including a same-named iOS app listed in July, so if you search for it you'll mostly find someone else's.

The rest comes from store search. The title reads "AI Calorie Tracker," and the French short description says "Count calories with AI: meal scan, macros, weight, water, habits," packing in every term people might search for.

### Where the money comes from: ads recoup half the cost first

Calora hasn't entered the top-grossing chart of any country, and its revenue isn't visible from outside. It is most likely still small (estimated). Its monetization differs from Cal AI, though. Cal AI is pure subscription, while Calora is **ads plus a subscription with capped scans** . In markets like Italy and Poland, where payment rates are low, free users can still recover part of the acquisition cost by watching ads. That's the game factory's old trade. The "too many ads" review is the other side of that math.

### Who it's competing with

How crowded the category is: since 2025, dozens of AI photo calorie apps have launched on Google Play alone.

| Competitors | Scale (Google Play installs, around 11-06) | How it differs from Calora |
|---|---|---|
| Cal AI | 4.57M, 270k ratings; a regular on the US top-grossing chart | The category pioneer, started with TikTok creators, pure subscription, home market US |
| MyFitnessPal | 137M | Long-established food database and community |
| Yazio: AI Calorie Tracker | 58.8M; #17 on the German top-grossing chart | European local giant, already adding AI to its name |
| Fatsecret / Lifesum / Foodvisor / Fitatu | 10M–63M | Strong local players in France, Poland and elsewhere, doing photo recognition for a long time |
| Calz / Calo / Welmi / WiseMeal / CaloVision | 620k–3.9M | New same-category apps launched 2025–2026, earlier and bigger |
| Same type as Nika Global and Mealbird | Listed from 9 to October, about 10k per week each | Same batch of copycats as Calora |
| ChatGPT / Gemini photo calorie questions | General assistant | No daily logging, goals or reminders |

Calora added 20k a week, which is only mid-pack among these new launches, behind Calo (+51k a week) and CaloVision (+44k). It isn't the winner in this category, just a late arrival that pushes hard.

### Why now

- **Demand was trained long ago.** "Snap a photo and know the calories" is a category 2025–2026 that has repeatedly proven people will pay, and Cal AI's publicly reported high revenue let many teams work out paid acquisition ROI.

- **AI recognition is almost frictionless.** Calling a multimodal model's API is enough to build recognition; the real cost is traffic.

- **The factory has a ready-made pipeline.** The same ad accounts, ad SDKs and subscription paywall templates already worked for cleaning, translation and tarot apps; switching categories is just a reskin.

- **Category charts in mid-sized European countries are cheap.** A few thousand installs a day is enough to reach the top 20 in Italy's Health & Fitness chart, and charting brings a bit of organic traffic on top.

### If it were you

**C: You can learn a playbook here, but copying this app isn't worth it.** Photo-based calorie counting is already a red ocean. Followers get neither Cal AI's brand nor this factory's ad accounts, ad-monetization relationships or multi-app cost spreading. What's worth learning is the playbook itself, to use on a less crowded category.

**Who it fits** : small teams that already have an Android utility app, can run Google App Campaigns or Meta ads, and have an ad-monetization SDK. Use it as a template: a mature category + a smaller European-language market + dual monetization through ads and subscriptions, applied to your own category.

**Who it doesn't fit** : people who want to build a better calorie app and win on product word of mouth (dozens of apps already offer the same features, so users can't tell them apart); people who have never run paid ads and expect organic store traffic (compare Calora's ratings and you'll see organic is nearly zero); people who only target the US (that's home turf for Cal AI and MyFitnessPal, and paid acquisition is most expensive there).

**How to do it** : If you must touch calorie tracking, don't build the 101st generic version. Go after what they haven't done well: local cuisine recognition (portion sizes and cooking methods in Polish, Italian home cooking or Vietnamese food, where generic models most often misestimate), nutritionist-style feedback in local languages, or a specific audience (diabetes management, muscle gain, pregnancy). If you only want the playbook: pick a tool category with proven willingness to pay that AI factories haven't flooded yet. One app, one brand keyword plus category keywords, and start in markets with low chart thresholds like Italy and Poland.

**How to acquire users** : mainly Google App Campaigns, with Meta as a supplement. Split budget by country, use a few thousand installs a day to push chart rank into the top 20, then see how much organic traffic charting adds. Don't push too many ad slots: the first serious negative review will be "too many ads."

**When to launch** : the busiest time of year for weight-loss apps is January (New Year's resolutions, common industry knowledge, not individually verified). To launch a calorie app, go live by mid-December and finish the first round of creative testing. If you miss January, the next small peak is 4–May, before summer.

**What would show you read this wrong** : ① Calora enters the Top Grossing chart in Italy, Germany or France in January, which would show the factory playbook can make real money in health too, not just install volume; ② its installs pass one million within a month or two, following a curve like AI Cleaner's, which would show paid acquisition in health pays off more than we assumed; ③ conversely, if in December it drops off national charts and installs stall at tens of thousands, the unit economics of this category don't even work for the factory, so stay far away.

Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cal AI | iOS | 2024(Android 2024-07) | 4.57M Android installs, 270k ratings, regular on the US Health & Fitness Top Grossing chart | Cal AI created the category and rode TikTok creators and US subscriptions. Calora is a factory copy targeting smaller European markets with a mix of ads and in-app purchases. |
| MyFitnessPal | Android | 2010 | 137M installs | An established database-style logger with a community and brand. Calora's only selling point is AI photo recognition. |
| Yazio: AI Calorie Tracker | Android | 2014 | 58.8M installs, Top Grossing in Germany's Health & Fitness 17 | A European local giant that already added AI to its name. Calora is using low-cost paid acquisition in its home market to take the free-chart spots. |
| Foodvisor | Android | 2018 | 12.8M installs, Top Grossing in France 50 | A French brand that did photo recognition early on. Calora has no functional differentiation. |
| Calo: AI Food Calorie Counter(Next Vision) | Android | 2025-06 | 2.19M installs, 7 day +51k | A same-category newcomer that launched earlier and is bigger, with nearly identical features. |
| Calz(Wachanga) | Android | 2025-05 | 3.9M installs | A factory-style newcomer in the same category, two orders of magnitude larger. |
| Welmi / CaloVision / WiseMeal / Kalguroo / CalCam, among others | Android | 2025–2026 | 460k–1.82M installs each | All are AI photo calorie trackers. Calora is just one of the latest and smallest in this batch. |
| ChatGPT / Gemini photo calorie questions | Big-company features | 2024– | General assistant with hundreds of millions of users | General assistants don't do daily logging, goals or reminders. Calora sells logging habits and subscriptions. |

Where users come from

- Inference **Paid acquisition (Meta/Google UAC)** : the same developer's Meta Page "PDF Reader - Document Scanner" has 49 likes, 20 active ads, 331 ads in total history, and sends traffic to sister apps like AI Cleaner and PDF apps (metaads library 2026-11-04). Calora itself is charting in many countries at once, yet its 26k installs have only 27 ratings. That shape matches paid acquisition, but I did not directly see Calora's ads.

- **Confirmed** **Targeting European non-English markets on category charts** : climbing simultaneously on the Health & Fitness free charts in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the UK, and absent from the US chart (googleplay chart_rank 10/29–11/06).

- **Confirmed** **Store search ASO** : package name calorie.tracker.counter.food.scanner.weightloss, with the title and short description stuffed with category keywords.

- Inference **Content / creators / community** : Calora-named accounts on TikTok predate this app's launch and belong to other companies. X has 0 posts. No evidence of organic spread.

## Calora: AI Calorie Tracker(Google Play,fc.ai.calorie.tracker.counter.food.scanner.weightloss)

### Bottom line

This isn't an app that succeeded through product innovation. It's a Vietnamese app factory, **PublisherVN (vnpublisher.com, Play developer name "AI Translator")** , that took the mature "photo calorie counting" category (popularized by Cal AI), built an Android version, and used its proven mix of paid acquisition and ad/in-app-purchase monetization to target Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, UK). Installs went from 10/29 at 5,756 to 11/06 at 26,687, while the Play page shows only 27 ratings. That pattern of many installs, few reviews and multi-country chart climbs is typical of paid acquisition, not word of mouth.

### Data (source: our googleplay library, 2026-10-29 to 11-06)

- Store debut 2026-09-23 (Play record, may have been reset by metadata changes); first charted 2026-10-29; version 1.0.16 → 1.0.18, with updates about twice a week.

- Cumulative global installs: 10/29 5,756 → 10/31 10,149 → 11/03 20,062 → 11/05 23,794 → 11/06 26,687; 7 daily new installs of 20,931; recently about 3–4k per day.

- Category free chart (Health & Fitness) ranking, rising across multiple countries at once over 9 days:
    - Italy 43 → 16; France 164 → 38; Germany 116 → 62; Spain 99 → 59; UK 118 → 81; Poland from 11/01 139 → 53; Canada between 150–180; newly entered Sweden at 11/06 137 and Vietnam at 172.
    - Not on the US chart. It is avoiding the US, where Cal AI and MyFitnessPal dominate and paid acquisition is most expensive, and targeting mid-priced European markets instead.

- Monetization: free, with ads (ad_supported=True) plus in-app purchases of $1.99–$69.99 (googleplay library app_snap). It has not entered any country's Top Grossing chart.

- Ratings: the Play Italy storefront page shows 4.7 stars, 27 ratings and 10K+ downloads (read via r.jina.ai from the Play page, 2026-11-06). 26k installs with only 27 ratings is a ratio of about 0.1%.

- The changelog is very "productized" (one photo logs multiple dishes, drinks measured in ml, checks whether the image is food first to avoid wasting scan quota, onboarding guide). That indicates scan quotas, which lead to a subscription paywall.

### Developer: a Vietnamese app factory

- The developer website vnpublisher.com describes itself as "PublisherVN, a youthful company specializing in mobile app development", and the privacy policy says "AI Translator is a mobile application development team in VNPublisher" (official site read via r.jina.ai, 2026-11-06). Its product lineup even includes "View Boomer," a service that drives traffic to web apps.

- This developer has 6 apps in the library with 3.3M installs combined (googleplay developer table), all "AI + something" reskins of popular utility categories: | App | Category | Debut | Installs (11/06) | Growth over 8 days | |---|---|---|---|---| | AI Cleaner: Storage Optimize | Utilities | 2026-08-24 | 1,189,540 | +236k (10/29 953,400) | | XTranslator Live: AI Translate | Productivity | 2026-04-14 | 770,421 | +249k (10/29 521,132) | | Tarova: Astral Tarot & Zodiac | Lifestyle | 2026-06-05 | 730,740 | +103k | | PDF Reader – Translate & Edit | Utilities | 2025-06-23 | 378,981 | — | | Lockora: App Lock & Protect | Productivity | 2026-09-07 | 202,241 | — | | Calora: AI Calorie Tracker | Health & Fitness | 2026-09-23 | 26,687 | +20.9k |

- Package name prefixes consistently use fc.* / com.fc.*, and naming follows the formula "brand name + colon + category keyword" (Calora / Tarova / Lockora). Package names are stuffed with search terms (calorie.tracker.counter.food.scanner.weightloss). This is a classic ASO + paid-acquisition factory playbook.

- Ad evidence: in the Meta Ad Library, the same developer's Page "PDF Reader - Document Scanner" (page_id 776891518832109, only 49 likes) currently runs 20 active ads with 331 ads in total history, starting from 2025-10-01, and its landing play_ids are com.fc.ai.aicleaner…, com.fl.pdf.viewer.scanner and fc.all.text.pdf… (metaads library, 2026-11-04). A Page with dozens of likes running hundreds of ads is pure paid acquisition. AI Cleaner going from 0 to 1.19M in two and a half months could only have come from paid acquisition.

- Calora isn't showing up in the Meta, TikTok (EU) or Google ad libraries. But those libraries only track advertisers on their watchlists or on the first page for a keyword, so not appearing there doesn't mean it isn't spending. Calora's shape (multi-country chart climbing, low review ratio) matches its sister app, so I'd guess it's also being pushed with paid user acquisition (**inferred, I haven't seen any Calora ads directly** ). Google App Campaigns (UAC) is the most common channel for Android tool factories, and our googleads library doesn't cover it.

### Competitors (same thing: snap a photo to count calories)

The category is extremely crowded and new launches are frequent. The googleplay library has dozens of AI calorie apps released since 2025:

- **Cal AI** (Cal AI, Inc., on Android since 2024-07, iOS earlier): 4.57M installs on Android, 270k ratings, a regular on the US Health & Fitness top grossing chart. It pioneered the photo calorie category and is the brand benchmark, built largely on a TikTok creator network.

- **MyFitnessPal** (137M installs), **Yazio: AI Calorie Tracker** (58.8M, top grossing in Germany 17), **Lifesum** (29.7M), **Fatsecret** (63.2M), **Foodvisor** (12.8M, has done photo recognition for a long time), **Fitia** (15.1M), **Fitatu** (9.62M, strong in Poland). The older players have all added "AI photo" to their names and features.

- New AI photo calorie apps launched 2025–2026 (Android): Calz (Wachanga, 3.9M), Appediet (2.23M), Calo (Next Vision, 2.19M), Welmi (1.82M), WiseMeal (QuVideo, 1.36M), Kalguroo (820k), CaloVision (2026-06 on, 620k, 7 Japan +44k), CalApp (StepsApp, 420k), CalCam (EZ Health, 460k), Calorie Tracker: AI Food Scan (Nika Global, 2026-10-13 on, 7 Japan +9k), Mealbird (2026-09-22 on, 7 Japan +9.6k), and more.

- Name collisions: "Calora" is also used by Yousef Labs (ai-calora.com), MBDTECH LTD's "Calora AI Calorie Tracker" on iOS (2026-07-15), and com.caloriecounter.foodtracker.trackmealpro on Cafe Bazaar. On TikTok, the accounts calora.4u / calora.a / caloraapp have been posting videos since 2025-12 to 2026-02, before this app launched, so they aren't its.

- Big tech features: ChatGPT and Gemini can already answer calorie questions from a photo; Samsung Health and others are adding food recognition too (general knowledge, not checked one by one).

By comparison, Calora's new installs on 7 were mid-pack among these post-2025 launches (around 20k, similar to Kalguroo and below Calo, Welmi and CaloVision). Absolute scale is still very small.

### How it gets its users (growth tactics)

1. **Paid acquisition (main driver, inferred)** : the developer runs every app on a paid UA model, with confirmed small Page, big spend campaigns on Meta, and Calora's data shape matches. Confidence: confirmed at the developer level, not for Calora itself.

2. **Targeting non-English European markets** : Italian, French, German, Spanish and Polish. Health & Fitness category charts in these stores have low bars (a few thousand installs a day can reach the top 20–60), and CPI is cheaper than in the US. It avoids the US, Cal AI's home turf.

3. **ASO** : package name and title "AI Calorie Tracker", with the short description stuffed with calorie / food scanner / macros / weight loss keywords to catch store search.

4. **Content / creators / media** : on X (x-radar shows 60 posts in the last 0 days), TikTok (the Calora accounts it found aren't its), and the web only has automatic listings from AppBrain and CNET's download site. No evidence of organic spread.

### Why it took off

- Cal AI and others have already educated the market: "snap a photo and know the calories" is a category with repeatedly validated willingness to pay in 2025–2026 (Cal AI has publicly reported high revenue, and the wave of copycats suggests the ROI works).

- The factory has a ready pipeline: multimodal model APIs make photo recognition nearly free to build; the same ad accounts, ad monetization SDKs and subscription paywall templates already proven on Cleaner, Translator and Tarot get reused by swapping the category.

- Smart market choice: mid-sized European countries have low chart bars and weaker competition, so a small budget can push the ranking up, and charting brings a bit of organic traffic.

- Dual monetization: ads plus subscription (limited scans). Even free users can recoup part of the acquisition cost. This is where a tool factory differs from pure-subscription Cal AI.

### Differentiation

Almost no product differentiation: the feature list (photo, text logging, macros, weight, water, meal plans, badges) is basically the same as Cal AI, Calo and Welmi, and recent updates (multiple dishes per photo, drinks in milliliters) are catching up to rivals. The real difference is the playbook: not brand-building or creator-building, but factory-style paid UA + small European markets + mixed ad/IAP monetization. That's why it can climb charts, not because of the product itself.

### How visible it is

Almost no one knows about it: no public revenue, no media or X discussion, only automatic listings from download sites. Its name collides with a bunch of other "Calora" apps, so outsiders can hardly recognize it. But the category it sits in is a heavily discussed red ocean.

### Takeaways

- A mature category + validated willingness to pay + mid-sized non-English European markets + low chart bars: this is a combination small teams can test with a small budget.

- Category factory reuse: the same UA, monetization and paywall infrastructure, with batch launches across categories, scaling up whichever has positive ROI.

- Write search terms into the package name and title: Android ASO still works this way.

- Dual ad plus subscription monetization lets even low-paying Android regions break even.

### Uncertain

- We haven't directly seen whether Calora is running ads or which channel it uses (UAC or Meta).

- Retention and paid conversion are unknown; it hasn't reached the top grossing chart, so revenue is probably small. 27 ratings at 4.7 stars is too small a sample, and incentivized reviews can't be ruled out.

- Sustainability: sister apps show the factory can push one app to millions, but health category CPIs are higher and competition is tighter, so whether it can copy Cleaner's curve is unknown.

- The launch date 2026-09-23 may be a reset date after a metadata change.
