> Same template with a Hindi name. Three apps launched in relay a few weeks apart, each pushing hard for two to three weeks (likely with per-country paid acquisition). Started in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, then moved to India. When spend shifts away, installs drop off.

Milna Pro: Video Chat & Meet · Milna Team

# Milna Pro: a video chat package's three-week run, and the relay launches behind it

**What it is** An Android one-on-one video chat app for users in the Gulf and South Asia (India, Pakistan): video calls with women, virtual gifts, billed in coins, 18+.

**Why it took off** The same template with an Hindi-sounding name. Three packages launched a few weeks apart, each concentrating two or three weeks of volume (most likely paired with country-targeted paid acquisition). It started in Saudi Arabia and the UAE before moving into India. When the budget moved on, it dropped off.

**D** **How you could ride it** Don't build yet another video chat package. What's worth borrowing is the playbook: run one package for two or three weeks, check the data, then swap versions; go after the high-paying Gulf expat market first; and adjust the copy to each market. Apply it to a legitimate category.

Grade D: the growth came from paid acquisition budgets, host supply, and constantly rotating packages and accounts, not from the product. Dozens of near-identical packages exist, and Milna sits on the smaller end of them. This wave has already peaked, its monthly verified revenue is likely under $5K, and it carries 18+ paid companion takedown risk. A small team has no window to follow it. Few people know about it yet

Data (updated daily) · first launch 2026-09-28 · 11-07 installs 34,748

Android · Total installs worldwide

Data 2026-10-29 → 2026-11-07 (10 days, 10 observations). Google's detail page only refreshes install counts every other day, so a flat day doesn't mean nobody installed.

Milna Pro launched in Sep 28. By Nov 6 it had about 35k installs on Google Play, with 22k added in the last week, and at one point it reached #67 on the Saudi social free chart. But it had already peaked around Nov 3, and the same developer's next package, Milna Plus, had already taken over. It isn't a new product. It's a new skin on an old business. Below: what it is, where the volume came from, why it fell off so fast, and whether you should follow it.

### One review and one line of copy

In Nov 3, an Indian user named Vilaskumar Sarang left a comment on Milna Pro's store page: "EULA page props up, sign-up can not be done!" The user agreement popped up on opening and sign-up failed. The other two visible reviews were "good one" from 11-05 and "good" from 10-22. The store page has 975 reviews in total (Google Play India page, 11-06).

The store page tells a different story: "Make friends with people around the world," "Built-in auto-translation, no language barriers," "Rich virtual gifts," "Face-to-face video calls." Rated 18+, tagged "User Interaction, In-app purchases," with in-app purchases from $1.09 to $37.99 each. The "What's new" field says only: First publish.

In plain terms: you open the app, see a woman, tap for a video call, and the chat is billed by coins. When the coins run out, you buy more. Translation and gifts are standard selling points in this category; the store pages of big names like Chamet and Vava list the same features.

### How fast it rose, and how fast it fell

| Date | Google Play installs | Up from last time |
|---|---|---|
| 10-29 | 13,039 | — |
| 11-01 | 18,671 | +5,632 |
| 11-03 | 26,603 | +7,932 |
| 11-05 | 32,252 | +5,649 |
| 11-06 | 34,748 | +2,496 |

Source: Google Play store data.

The curve climbs in steps, and the highest step is 11-03; every step after gets lower. The charts follow the same pattern: Saudi social free chart #11-02 fell from #67,11-06 to #167; India #11-03 at #93,11-06 then #139; UAE #11-02 dropped from #128,11-05 to 197 and never appeared again.

One detail worth noting: in Oct 29 it only appeared on the Saudi (#133) and UAE (#165) charts. It only reached the India chart in Nov 1. The copy also doesn't use Hindi or "Desi"; it says "global dating + auto-translation." Most sibling packages in this business go after India first. Milna Pro went after the Gulf: South Asian and Arab male users there have much higher spending power than local Indian users (inference).

The money tells us little. It never charted on any country's top grossing list. A third-party estimate (AppGazers, 10-07 to 11-06) puts its in-app purchase revenue at under $5,000 over about 30 days. That is a model estimate, not an actual figure.

### Three packages, one relay

Opening the developer "Milna Team":

| Package | Launched | Installs | How it went |
|---|---|---|---|
| Milna | 2026-09-03 | About 41k | Mid-September to late September: a push (about 13k → 27k installs). In October, daily installs fell to dozens or hundreds. |
| Milna Pro | 2026-09-28 | About 35k | Early November: volume surged again, then fell back after 11-03. |
| Milna Plus | 2026-10-08 | About 11k | From 11-05 it entered the India social free chart at #169–#178. |

Source: Google Play store data; the history before 9–October is an AppstoreSpy estimate.

A new package every three to five weeks. Each one concentrates two or three weeks of volume, then is left to drop naturally while the budget moves to the next. The three together account for about 87k installs. The third-party site AppBrain says this developer has 6 apps (including Lite and Max); the download site CNET has a "Milna Lite: Video Call Chat" listing. The other three are unverified.

Why not keep running one package? Two likely reasons (inference): first, Google Play gives newly launched apps a period of extra exposure, so switching packages lets you ride that again; second, 18+ paid companion apps can be removed from Play at any time, and with many packages, losing one doesn't hurt much.

### It's just one node in a network

Milna is not an isolated case. Google Play has a dozen-plus brands that look nearly identical. Package names follow the pattern `org.<name>.livechat / home` plus `.pro / .plus / .max`, in-app purchases sit in the same $1.09–$37.99 tier, and privacy policies are hosted on disposable `.click` domains. Milna's privacy page is on clubmilnachat.click, effective Sep 15, and some paragraphs are word-for-word identical to the privacy pages of Halwa, Salwa, and Bandi. The developer email is a randomly named Gmail, and Milna's includes the Turkish word for "reviews" (yorumları).

| Brand | Launched | Installs (around 11-06) | past 7 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salwa family (4 packages) | From ¥2025-11 | 490k–920k / package | +16k–49k / package |
| XHub | 2025-10 | 920k | +38k |
| Jod Hami | 2026-02 | 670k | +17k |
| Bandi | 2026-10-07 | 190k | +82k |
| MasaCall | 2026-09-07 | 64k | +61k |
| Halwa pro | 2026-10-10 | 62k | +45k |
| **Milna Pro** | 2026-09-28 | 35k | +22k |

Source: Google Play store data.

Bandi, MasaCall, and Halwa Pro launched around the same time, and all grew faster than Milna this week. Milna sits in the middle-to-lower part of this network. Even the name "Milna" (Hindi for "to meet") isn't new: other developers used it 2025 years ago, such as "Milna - Video Calls with Joy." From the outside, you can't tell whether these packages come from the same company. Templates, prices, and privacy policy text match, while developer names and emails differ.

### Where the traffic comes from

- **Confirmed** : multi-package relay plus new launches to push charts. This is the three-package relay shown in the table above. Rankings in the three countries rose and fell together, climbing in steps, which suggests budget was allocated by country and by batch.

- **Likely, but not verified** : paid acquisition. In one-on-one paid video, Google App Ads and Meta ads are standard practice. Milna Pro charted in three countries at once, yet we found no trace of organic spread. Which networks were used and how much was spent could not be verified (unconfirmed).

- **Suspected** : review manipulation. 975 reviews against 35k installs is about 2.8%, while a typical app runs around 1%. Packages in this network generally run higher, which may indicate coins given in exchange for positive reviews (unconfirmed).

- **Not found** : zero posts on X in 30 days; a TikTok search for "milna app" returns an offline event brand with the same name; online, there are only auto-generated listings on download sites and a product review video from a Pakistani YouTube alt account.

### Who it's competing with

- **The next renamed version of itself** : the table above, with new packages still launching every month.

- **Real brands** : Chamet (78.4M installs, #4 on the UAE social grossing chart), Tango, Vava.chat (13.6M, also focused on translation), Who (60.9M, on the Saudi social grossing chart), Olamet, MuLive. They run sustained ad campaigns, have host agencies, and earn real grossing revenue, two to three orders of magnitude bigger than Milna Pro (Google Play store data, 11-06).

- **Random video** : OmeTV (250M installs), Monkey, HOLLA. Random matching, not host-paid.

### If it were you

**Verdict** : D. Know about it, but don't follow it. Milna Pro is a smaller package in a network of skins, and it has already peaked. Its product is the same as its dozen siblings and as the big brands. Its growth depended entirely on budget and the rhythm of package rotation, and this wave started declining in Nov 3.

**Who it suits** : companies already running overseas 1v1 video or voice rooms that have host supply and a paid acquisition team. For them, the only new thing Milna offers is "same template, copy adjusted by market": for India, write Desi and Hindi; for the Gulf, write global dating and translation.

**Who it doesn't suit** : indie developers and small teams. You can't recruit hosts; paid acquisition requires upfront cash; 18+ paid companion apps can be removed from Play at any time, and the whole network surviving by constantly renaming apps and accounts says as much. The "sign-up failed" review, if it were your app, would mean refunds and chargebacks.

**If you want to borrow something, apply it to your own legitimate category** :

1. **Package cadence** : run one package for two or three weeks, review the data, and if it underperforms, move the budget to the next version. First, read Google Play's repetitive content policy carefully so you don't turn a legitimate product into a skin.

2. **Start where people pay** : Milna Pro grew in Saudi Arabia and the UAE first and went to India later. A product serving South Asian expats in the Gulf (remittances, hometown community, home-region content, language learning) can follow the same order when spending.

3. **Adjust copy to each market** : same product, different messaging for users in different countries. The cost is close to zero.

**How to acquire users** : a legitimate product should copy the country-targeted paid acquisition approach and put budget into expat markets where willingness to pay is high.

**When the window closes** : there is no window. This network has been running for over a year and still launches new packages every month.

**What would show you're wrong** : ① Milna Pro climbs back into the top 100 of the Saudi and India social free charts in mid-Nov and makes the grossing charts, showing a single package can build sustained revenue, not just a one-off push; ② Milna-family or whole-network packages get removed in a concentrated sweep within one or two months, showing the path is narrower than it looks; ③ a legitimate product, without edgy tactics, grows by targeting Gulf expats first and adjusting copy by market. That would make this playbook worth taking seriously.

Where users come from

- **Verified** **Chained packs + new launches to chase the charts** : Milna(09-03) → Milna Pro(09-28) → Milna Plus(10-08), each new pack launched 3–5 weeks apart; the previous pack charts for two or three weeks, then falls back to a few dozen to a few hundred downloads a day (AppstoreSpy estimate); Milna Pro jumps in steps around 11-01/03/05, and its rankings in all three countries rise and fall together (googleplay library)

- Inferred **paid acquisition by country (Google App Campaigns / Meta)** : launched first in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, then India. No organic spread signs. The metaads / googleads libraries only track listed products and have no record (no record doesn't mean no ads ran).

- Inferred **review management** : the India Play page shows 975 reviews against 35k installs (about 2.8%). Short positive reviews dominate, and this rate is high even for the matrix.

- Inferred **content / creators / media / X** : none. x-radar: 0 posts. TikTok search: nothing relevant. Only aggregator sites and one YouTube review from a small channel.

## Milna Pro: Video Chat & Meet (org.milna.livechat.pro) research report

Research date: 2026-11-06. Data sources: the googleplay library (agent-im server, daily collection since 2026-10-29; `app_day_ext` is AppstoreSpy's estimated install history since launch), Google Play store and developer pages, the clubmilnachat.click privacy page, AppGazers, aggregator pages on APKPure / Softonic / CNET, X (x-radar) and TikTok (TikHub) search, and the metaads / googleads libraries. Two other reports on the same matrix are in this directory: `play_org.halwa.home.pro.md` and `play_org.bandichat.team.md`.

### Bottom line

Milna Pro is not a standalone product. It is a new shell in a matrix of one-on-one paid video chat apps for India and South Asian users in the Gulf (Salwa / Halwa / Bandi / Mohini / Tarki / Maza / DilDial / Lawa / Milna…). Milna Team's three tiers (Milna → Milna Pro → Milna Plus) launched in sequence. Each tier pushed hard for two or three weeks, reaching #70–#140 on the SOCIAL Top Free charts in Saudi Arabia, India and the UAE. Then it monetized through gold-coin gifts ($1.09–$37.99), and when traffic stopped, the next tier replaced it. It grew through this bulk-launch playbook (most likely with paid acquisition), not because of the product. It is one of the smaller shells in the matrix, and this wave has already peaked.

### 1. Data: how fast it rose

- **Installs** (googleplay library `app_day`, worldwide cumulative): 10-29 13,039 → 11-01 18,671 → 11-03 26,603 → 11-05 32,252 → 11-06 34,748. +21,709 over the last 7 days. Since launch (AppstoreSpy estimate, `app_day_ext`): about 13k when the store-listed launch date 2026-09-28,10-27 arrived. A second concentrated push came from late October to early November.

- **Already peaked** : daily growth peaked at 11-03 / 11-04 (+7.9k over two days, then +5.6k the next day) and fell to +2.5k by 11-06. Chart positions fell in step: Saudi Arabia SOCIAL Top Free 11-02 #67 → 11-06 #167; India 11-03 #93 → 11-06 #139; UAE 11-02 #128 → 11-05 #197 and then dropped off the chart (googleplay library `chart_rank`). The data card says "accelerating," but 11-06 data shows it is already slowing.

- **Launched in the Gulf first** : 10-29 when we started collecting, it appeared only on the SOCIAL Top Free charts in Saudi Arabia (133) and the UAE (165). It entered the India chart only later, 11-01. The store copy isn't in Hindi either. It says "global friends + auto translation." So its audience leans more toward South Asian and Arab users in the Gulf than Halwa's does.

- **Reviews** : ratings are empty in our library (the detail page pulled from the US store showed no rating), but the India Play page shows **975 reviews** (2026-11-06). So the data card's "zero ratings" is wrong. 975 / 35k ≈ 2.8%, higher than the roughly 1% typical for apps, and similar to the high rates for Halwa Pro (about 6%) and Bandi (about 3.8%) in the same matrix. Visible reviews are very short ("good one", "good"), and there is at least one negative review: "EULA page props up, sign-up can not be done."

- **Revenue** : no grossing chart placement (googleplay library). AppGazers estimates in-app purchase revenue below $5K between 10-07 and 11-06, and 5.4K–26.8K downloads (80% range). In-app purchases fall in a $1.09–$37.99 tier. Play rating 18+, labeled "user interaction, in-app purchases."

- **Sibling apps** (googleplay library + AppstoreSpy estimates):
    - Milna (org.milna.livechat, launched 2026-09-03): 09-14 about 13k → 09-25 about 27k. In October it averaged only dozens to hundreds per day. Then 11-03 it got another bump (+2.2k), and 11-04 it sat at about 41k. 11-02 it appeared once, at #194 on the Brazil SOCIAL chart.
    - Milna Plus (org.milna.livechat.plus, launched 2026-10-08): 10-31 about 6k → 11-05 10.9k. From 11-05 it entered the India SOCIAL Top Free chart (169–178).
    - The three tiers total about 87k installs. The AppBrain page cited in the data card lists 6 apps (Lite / Max aren't in our library; "Milna Lite: Video Call Chat" is searchable on CNET Download). The data card's "#7 in Mexico and #20 in Iran new-app charts" are AppBrain numbers. Our library has no data for those two countries. AppBrain was blocked by Cloudflare this time, so these weren't re-checked.

### 2. What it actually is

Store copy (Play page): "Make friends with people all over the world; built-in auto translation, no language barrier; rich virtual gifts; face-to-face video calls." In short: one-on-one video plus gifts and coins for payment, the same model as Salwa ("Desi Girls Video chat") and Halwa in the same matrix. Milna just swapped in "global + translation" language and never mentions India.

### 3. Competitors: who else is doing this

**A. Same-template shell matrix (the most direct competitors, likely multiple apps from one operator or one template vendor)** . Shared traits (googleplay library `app` / `app_snap`): package names `org.<name>.<livechat|home|go>[.pro|.plus|.max|.lite]`; in-app purchases almost always `$1.09 - $37.99 per item` (or $0.99 / $0.49 and up); privacy pages on disposable `.click` domains with the path `/[pro|plus|max]/privacy.html`; developer emails are random-name Gmail addresses (Milna uses k.yorumlari@gmail.com, where "yorumları" is Turkish for "reviews"). Milna's privacy page (clubmilnachat.click/pro/privacy.html, effective 2026-09-15) has the same structure and paragraphs as the privacy pages for Halwa, Salwa and Bandi (for example, the identical sentence "'Location Data' is information such as your current location can derived from your GPS…").

In the same October batch of new shells, Bandi (+82k), MasaCall (+61k) and Halwa Pro (+45k) all pushed harder than Milna Pro (+22k). Milna sits in the middle-to-lower part of the matrix.

**B. The name "Milna" has been used before** : Milna means "meet" in Hindi. 2025 years ago JOY INTERACTIVE had "Milna - Video Calls with Joy" (com.milna.meetupekt; APKPure shows 2025-01-16 updates, 17+ installs), and there is also "Milna: Video Call & Friend" (fun.chat.milna, Play page). These aren't in our library and their scale is unverified. It suggests the category even recycles names.

**C. Big brands in one-on-one video / live social** (googleplay library `app_profile`, 2026-11-06; the best grossing placement is in each region's SOCIAL grossing chart): Chamet (78.4M installs, #4 grossing in the UAE), Tango (390M, #8 in Turkey), Vava.chat (13.6M, with translation), Olamet (8.91M, #52 in the UAE), MuLive (7.69M, #53 in India), Who (60.9M, #87 in Saudi Arabia), WeLive, Tigo, Lumi, Joi, Kiko (2025-09 listed, 4.84M). These are real brands with ongoing ad spend, host agencies, and grossing charts. Their scale is two to three orders of magnitude bigger than Milna's. "Auto translation + gifts" is the standard pitch for overseas live social apps like Chamet and Vava, and Milna's copy follows it closely.

**D. Random video and big-platform features** : OmeTV (250M installs), Monkey and HOLLA offer random matching without paid host models. WhatsApp and Instagram have video calls but don't offer paid companionship with strangers, so there is no direct substitute.

### 4. Growth tactics: where users come from

1. **Sequential tiers + new launches to push charts (confirmed)** : Milna (09-03) → Milna Pro (09-28) → Milna Plus (10-08), with 3–5 weeks between launches. Each tier pushed hard for two or three weeks, and the previous one then fell to dozens to hundreds per day (Milna's base-version curve in October shows this, per AppstoreSpy). Milna Pro rose in 11-01, 11-03 and 11-05 steps, and its rankings in Saudi Arabia, India and the UAE moved up and down together. That looks like country-targeted, batch-by-batch ad buying.

2. **Paid acquisition (unverified, most likely)** : the app charted in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and India at the same time, and neither the copy nor the store reviews show signs of organic spread. Paid acquisition through Google App Campaigns or Meta is the norm for one-on-one paid video. Searches for org.milna / org.salwa / org.halwa in the metaads `app_link` and googleads `adv_app` libraries returned nothing, but both ad libraries only track listed products, so no record doesn't mean no ads ran.

3. **Review management (suspected)** : 975 reviews against 35k installs, about 2.8%, which is high. Short positive reviews dominate, which is common across the matrix. Suspected: coins given in exchange for positive reviews (unverified).

4. **Content / creators / media / X: none** . x-radar search for "milna": 0 posts over 30 days. TikTok search for "milna app" returned an offline event brand called meetmilna and unrelated content (TikTok is also banned in India). The web only has auto-generated aggregator pages from Softonic, CNET Download and AppBrain, and AppGazers, plus a YouTube video "Milna Video chat India app Review" by a Pakistani account, @yptechpk (which Milna app it refers to is unverified).

### 5. Why it took off

- **Long-running demand** : South Asian men in the Gulf states and local men in India have large, steady demand for paying for one-on-one video with women. Chamet, Who and Olamet all appear on the SOCIAL grossing charts in Saudi Arabia and the UAE (googleplay library).

- **The play is a matrix, not a product** : same template, a new Hindi name (Milna = meet), a developer account, and a `.click` privacy-page domain make a new brand; each brand is split into base / pro / plus / lite / max packages. Each package lives two or three weeks, and the package count keeps feeding Play's new-app exposure while spreading takedown risk.

- **Regional targeting** : Milna Pro built volume in Saudi Arabia and the UAE first, then moved into India. High-spending Gulf markets pay, India drives the install count.

- **Low-barrier monetization** : coins from $1.09; each package's revenue is small (AppGazers estimates < $5K / month, model-based), so the total comes from stacking packages.

### 6. Differentiation

Almost none. Compared with its matrix siblings, Milna's only difference is copy that swaps "Desi / Hindi" for "global dating + auto-translation," matching a Gulf-leaning ad push. Compared with big brands like Chamet and Vava, the feature descriptions (translation, gifts, video) are identical, and it is two to three orders of magnitude smaller. What makes it work is operational "reskin and mass-publish," not product differentiation, and this playbook is already being used by a dozen brands at once.

### 7. Visibility

Few people know it yet: there is no public revenue, no media or X coverage (x-radar 0 posts), only automated aggregator pages. But people in this business know the category, and the matrix itself shows it is already crowded.

### 8. What to borrow

- Batch reskinning from one backend: common local-language words serve as brand names, and each brand splits into multiple packages released 3–5 weeks apart in relay, repeatedly catching "new release" exposure.

- Copy changes by ad region: the same template says "Desi / Hindi" for India and "global dating + translation" for the Gulf.

- Free-chart volume is pushed in low-price large countries, while payments concentrate in high-purchasing-power expat countries.

- Privacy pages sit on cheap one-off domains, one template reused with a different name.

### 9. Uncertain

- Paid acquisition channels and spend (not covered by the ad libraries).

- Whether the matrix is run by one operator or by several clients of one template/SDK vendor cannot be confirmed: templates, pricing, and privacy-page text are highly consistent, while developer names and emails differ.

- AppBrain says Milna Team has 6 apps, and it charted in Mexico and Iran; this could not be re-verified (blocked by Cloudflare).

- Whether anchors are real, retention, and actual revenue; AppGazers' < $5K is only a model estimate.

- Takedown risk: 18+, paid companion chat; packages like this are often removed by Google, one reason the matrix exists.
