# Bringing Brazil's 'ad library mining' extension to the Spanish-speaking market: Cazador de Ofertas hits 388 users in a month

**What it is** A free Chrome extension that works only on the Meta Ad Library page. It helps Spanish-speaking sellers of digital products one-click filter out hit ads that have run for a long time with lots of creatives, then use AI to make their own version based on them.

**Why it took off** Brazilian paid acquisition operator Romildo translated SpyX, a tool already mature in Brazil, into Spanish. In October he posted a reel on his Spanish Instagram asking people to comment a keyword to get the link. Growth hit 239 in the first 10 days. After that, with no new posts, it only added single digits per day.

**C** **How you could follow** Stop building ad library extensions. If you read Portuguese and Spanish and are already in the Latin American info-product circles, watch marketing tools in Brazil just starting to charge. Within two to three weeks, build a Spanish version, give it away free, use short videos saying 'comment and I'll DM you the link' to gather fans and a contact list, and charge later.

Grade C: It's a translation of Brazil's SpyX. The category is already crowded in Portuguese-speaking markets, and in Spanish-speaking markets Copycat Ads and DropKiller each have 30k users. Its few hundred users come from the founder's own Instagram circle, which followers can't access, and it hasn't made money yet. The playbook is worth learning, but copying the product isn't worth it. Few people know about it yet

356 users · rating 4.8 (5)

Cazador de Ofertas is a Chrome extension that works only on the Meta Ad Library page. It helps people selling ebooks, templates, and small courses find ads that are 'still spending money' and then build their own. It launched in October 7, and by November 6 had 388 users. Its features, and even its store description, nearly match word for word SpyX, which launched in Brazil 8 days earlier. The person behind it is a Brazilian media buyer who translated it into Spanish and used his own Instagram to get people to 'comment CAZAR and I'll DM the link.' The numbers are small and it hasn't made money yet. What's worth watching isn't the extension itself, but the path of 'validate in Portuguese first, copy into Spanish two weeks later'.

### A 'comment CAZADOR' reel

In October, the Instagram account @soyromildo (Romildo Jr) posted a reel that opens with: 'Los que escalan no minan ofertas como tú.' (The people who really scale don't dig for offers like you do.) He goes on: you scroll through ad library pages for hours, but others already know which offers are selling. 'So I built Cazador de Ofertas': in seconds it sorts out the offer, mines several keywords at once, and shows you what everyone is saving right now.

It ends with the standard three-part close for this kind of post: 'Over 100 people are already using it. It's free now... but I don't know how long it'll stay free. Comment CAZADOR and I'll DM you the link. (Follow me first or you won't get it 👆)' Hashtags: #minardeofertas #infoproductor #ventasenhotmart #productosdigitales.

A week later he posted again: 'Building the product first and then looking at the market is the longest road. Before your next product, check what people in your niche are spending on. Comment CAZAR and I'll send you my free Chrome extension.' Comments show people replying 'cazar'.

The line 'you have to follow first to get the DM' matters most: the extension is the hook, and what he's actually building is his follower base and DM contact list.

### What it is

Meta's Ad Library is public, so anyone can search what others are running, but it doesn't rank them, so you can't tell which ads are making money. In Brazil, people selling low-ticket digital products on Hotmart and Kiwify (ebooks, templates, mini-courses at a few dollars) follow a set routine: find ads that have run for many days, with the same landing page carrying a pile of creatives. That means it's making money and getting more budget. Then they "modelar", i.e. copy it into their own version. Cazador turns that manual work into buttons:

- "Radar" with one click keeps only ads showing signs of scaling: long run time, lots of repeated creatives, a small page spending steadily;

- Creatives sharing the same landing page are merged into one card; search by country tab for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Spain;

- Filters out ads that send to WhatsApp, social profiles, app stores, or have no link, and flags when the displayed domain differs from the real destination;

- "AI modeling": generates a prompt you paste into ChatGPT or Claude to rewrite it as your own version;

- Save, export CSV, and a keyword library in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

The homepage of its site cazadordeofertas.lat is "Community Radar · This Week's Top": the ads users saved most over the past 7 days. 11-06 At the top that day were 300 Christmas paper-house templates, 500 Paper Squishy paper models, a children's workbook that says "$79 Mexican pesos, sent to you on WhatsApp", and a "brain training at home" product called NeuroKids. All digital mini-products, not physical e-commerce. The top item had only been saved 2 times, so the community is still small.

Side note: the store description says "no own servers, data stays only in your browser", but the site's save leaderboard clearly has a backend collecting data, so the two don't match. What is sent exactly is unclear.

### How it grew

| Date | users | Score | Event |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10-07 | 0 | 0 | Launched |
| 10-09 | 33 | 0 | 0.3.1 |
| 10-11 | 106 | 1 | 0.4.1 |
| 10-16 | 239 | 5 | |
| 10-26 | 290 | 5 | 0.5.8 |
| 11-01 | 356 | 5 | |
| 11-06 | 388 | 6 | |

(Chrome Web Store users, daily readings from extops.dev)

It hit 239 in the first 10 days, which lines up with the reel saying "already more than 100 people using it". After that it only added 3 to 10 a day. So traffic came on the days the founder posted, and without posts there was almost no organic growth. Over three weeks it shipped 8 versions, so people are working on it, but 6 ratings and a 4.83 score don't prove much. Most likely the users come from the DM funnel.

Not found: it doesn't show up in a TikTok search, nobody mentioned it on X in 30 days, no media coverage, no SEO, and no paid ads found (unverified).

### It's really a translated version

Put Cazador's store listing next to SpyX (spyx.app.br), a Brazilian tool:

- SpyX: "Encontre as ofertas que estão escalando na Biblioteca de Anúncios da Meta"

- Cazador: "Encuentra las ofertas que están escalando en la Biblioteca de Anuncios de Meta"

One in Portuguese, one in Spanish, matching word for word. The features match too: SpyX's Raio-X corresponds to Radar, "Modelar no ChatGPT" to "Modelar con IA", and the three-language keyword library, destination-domain warning, saving, and "Top scaling this week" are all there. SpyX was listed in Sep 28, now has 1,000 users, and Pro costs R$67.90/month. Its developer, Gabriel Martins, says it came from "a team running low-ticket ads on Meta". Whether the two are partners, licensed, or simply copied, I could not find out.

### Who it's competing with

| Product | Where | Scale (Chrome Web Store, November) | Compared with Cazador |
|---|---|---|---|
| SpyX | Brazil, 2026-09 | 1,000 users, Pro R$67.90/month | Prototype, Portuguese, already charging |
| Copycat Ads | Brazilian company, store language Spanish, 2023-09 | 30,000 users, with in-app purchases | Big established tools in the Spanish-speaking market, general purpose |
| DropKiller | Spanish-speaking Latin America, 2024-08 | 30,000 users | Physical dropshipping product research, not digital mini-products |
| GGSPY | Brazil, 2026-02 | 9,000 users | Same filtering logic, Portuguese |
| unFunnelizer | 2023-07 | 10,000 users | Leans toward scraping landing pages and funnels, with Portuguese and Spanish versions |
| SpyROI, MP Miner, OfferMine, Low Spy and about ten more | Brazil, 2024–2026 | A few hundred to a few thousand users, mostly around R$67/month or bundled free with courses | Portuguese "offer mining" tool groups |
| AdSparo, Foreplay, Minea and others | English-speaking markets | 20K to 100K users | Ad downloading and archiving, not specifically finding offers that are scaling |

Also, over Nov 2 to 5, the store added ad library filters like ProfitFly Radar, SpyHunter Ads and AdCairn, and new users keep arriving each week.

So this isn't a market nobody has touched. Copycat Ads and DropKiller each already have 30k users. Cazador's only real spot is being the first to say outright that it's built for the Spanish-speaking market and targets digital mini-products, and it's free. That spot makes the reel believable but won't carry a large audience.

### Where the money comes from

Not yet. The extensions are free, and the store lists no in-app purchases. "Free for now, not sure for how long" suggests it will charge later. If it follows SpyX, the likely move is a Pro monthly fee that locks the "This Week's Top" behind payment (inference). For Romildo, the more realistic money may sit outside the extension: followers, a DM list, and later selling courses, communities or ad-buying services (inference; his site describes him as an ad buyer for e-commerce and service businesses).

### If it were you

**In one line** : don't build another ad-library extension. What's worth copying is the path of "run a Brazilian digital-marketing tool first, then ship a Spanish version a few weeks later", plus the lead-gen method of "a free extension as an Instagram hook".

**Who it suits** : people who read Portuguese and Spanish, already run ads or sell courses in the Latin American low-ticket / info-product scene, and have a social account aimed at Spanish-speaking sellers.

**Who it doesn't suit** : developers outside that circle with no existing audience. This extension stops growing without the founder's posts, so a cold start has no such hook. Anyone hoping to earn subscriptions from the tool itself has to compete with established players like Copycat Ads, with 30k users, and a crowd of Brazilian alternatives.

**How to do it** : watch the Brazilian Hotmart / Kiwify circles for tools that appeared in the last month or two and have started charging (offer mining, automatic WhatsApp delivery, landing-page cloning, Pix payment reminders and the like). Pick one with no dedicated Spanish version yet and ship a Spanish version within two to three weeks, defaulting to Latin American countries and Spanish keywords. Start free, turn user saves into a public "This Week's Top" list for posting, and charge for it later.

**How to get users** : short Instagram / TikTok videos about a pain point ("Still flipping through the ad library page by page?"), ending with "comment the keyword and I'll DM you", and asking people to follow first. Partner with Spanish-speaking low-ticket instructors and bundle the tool free into their courses and communities.

**When to move** : Brazilian tools usually lead the Spanish-speaking market by a few months, and some people are already moving into this category there, so earlier is better. The window for a given tool is roughly one to two months after it takes off in Brazil.

**Signs you got it wrong** : after Cazador starts charging, its users stall at a few hundred with no one paying; or your Spanish version gets three or four posts in, your DM list grows, but installs don't stick. That would mean this audience isn't yet willing to pay for tools.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| SpyX(spyx.app.br) | Chrome | 2026-09-28 | 1,000 users, Pro R$67.90/month | Nearly a prototype: features and listing copy match line for line. SpyX is in Portuguese and already charges; Cazador is in Spanish and free. |
| Copycat Ads – AdSpy for Ad Library | Chrome | 2023-09 | 30,000 users, with in-app purchases | A general version from a Brazilian company (store language es), an established big player. Cazador focuses on the Spanish-speaking low-ticket audience and is free. |
| DropKiller | Chrome | 2024-08 | 30,000 users | Physical dropshipping (Shopify / Dropi stores) in Spanish-speaking Latin America, not mining low-ticket info-product offers. |
| GGSPY | Chrome | 2026-02 | 9,000 users | Also filters by creative count and run time, has keyword libraries in 3 languages, and AI analysis. Portuguese. |
| unFunnelizer | Chrome | 2023-07 | 10,000 users | Leans toward funnels and landing pages, with Portuguese and Spanish versions. |
| SpyROI / MP Miner / ADScale / OfferMine / Low Spy Lite and others | Chrome | 2024–2026 | A few hundred to a few thousand users, mostly around R$67/month subscriptions or bundled with courses | Brazilian mineração de ofertas (offer mining) tool groups, in Portuguese, mostly paid |

Where users come from

- **Verified** **Founder's IG reel: "comment → follow → DM the link"** : @soyromildo's reel DeYA0YfT5QM: "Comenta CAZADOR y te mando el link por DM… Ya son más de 100 personas usándola"; reel DfGJ-SOBB21: "Comenta CAZAR y te envío Cazador de Ofertas", and commenters have replied with "cazar".

- **Verified** **Free + scarcity pitch** : same post: "por ahora es gratis… pero no sé por cuánto tiempo" ("free for now… but I don't know for how long").

- Inferred **Community "This Week's Top offers" leaderboard on the site** : the homepage of cazadordeofertas.lat lists the most-saved ads and links out to the Meta Ad Library. Whether it drives traffic is unverified.

- Inferred **Other Spanish-speaking creator posts** : Álvaro Gómez, Juan Vargas and others use the same "comment to get the tool" approach, but I couldn't confirm they promoted Cazador.

## Cazador de Ofertas (Chrome extension): why it took off

> Research date 2026-11-06. Sources: Chrome Web Store listing pages, extops.dev single-item curves, our chromestore database (item / item_snap, snapshots from 2026-11-01 and 11-07), the developer's Instagram posts, and competitor websites.

### Bottom line

It didn't really "take off": 30 days, 388 users. A Brazilian ad buyer (Romildo Jr) took the Brazilian "find scaling low-ticket digital offers in the Meta Ad Library" playbook (mineração de ofertas escaladas), which is already crowded in Brazil, and **almost copied it one-for-one into Spanish** . Growth came from his own Instagram, where people comment CAZAR and get the link by DM. It has a few hundred Spanish-speaking LatAm low-ticket sellers, is free, and hasn't started charging. The interesting part is the play: validate in the Portuguese market first, then copy into Spanish a week or two later. Not the product itself.

### 1. What it is

- An extension that only runs on facebook.com/ads/library (2 match rules + storage/downloads permissions), manifest V3,211KiB, version 0.5.8 (store page, 2026-10-25 updates).

- Features: "Radar" with one click keeps only ads showing signs of scaling (days running, repeated creatives, advertisers focused on one product, small pages spending money). Creatives pointing to the same landing page are merged into one card. Search per country by opening tabs (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Spain...). Filters out WhatsApp / social / app / no-link / store ads. Flags when the displayed domain doesn't match the real redirect. "Model with AI" generates a prompt to paste into ChatGPT or Claude to rewrite the offer as your own. Swipe to save, export CSV/JSON. Keyword libraries in Spanish, Portuguese and English. The store description says "no server of our own, data stays in the browser."

- The site cazadordeofertas.lat homepage is "EL RADAR DE LA COMUNIDAD · Top de la semana": the ads users saved most in the past 7 days, with covers from /api/public/cover/<ad id> that link straight to the Meta Ad Library. Featured right now: 300 Christmas paper models, a Paper Squishy with 500 templates, a kids' workbook ("$79 MX, sent to you via WhatsApp"), NeuroKids brain training, and "Padre Pío frequency audio". **All low-ticket digital or info products** , not physical dropshipping. This suggests a backend is collecting save data, which doesn't fit the "we don't collect data" claim (what exactly gets reported is unverified).

- Developer: the store lists Romildo, email romildo@romildo.online. romildo.online is a Portuguese site calling itself "Gestor de Tráfego para E-Commerce e Serviços" (paid-traffic manager for e-commerce and services), built 2023 years ago. No trader status declared. Instagram @soyromildo (Spanish account; the "soy" name is speaking to Spanish users).

| 11-06 | 388 | 6 | |

Source: extops.dev/extensions/dbakamdojinhmlgalfbbohnjgcdkipik (23 readings); our library item_snap 11-01 356/5, 11-07 392/6 (src=related, card). Reading: it spiked to 239 in the first 10 days (a pulse from posts driving traffic), then grew 3–10 per day and flattened out. 6 ratings, 4.83. Too small to mean much (likely acquaintances or users from the DM funnel).

### 3. Competitors: this category is already packed in Portuguese and the Spanish side isn't empty either

Found in our library (chromestore, by keywords in name and description like ad library / biblioteca de anuncios) and via web search:

| Product | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **SpyX(spyx.app.br)** | Chrome, Brazil | 2026-09-28 | 1,000 users / 9 rating; Pro R$67.90/month | **Basically its prototype** : the description "Encontre as ofertas que estão escalando na Biblioteca de Anúncios da Meta — …" matches Cazador's "Encuentra las ofertas que están escalando en la Biblioteca de Anuncios de Meta — …" word for word. Raio-X (vs Radar), 3 language keyword libraries, a hint link that jumps to another domain, "Modelar no ChatGPT" (vs Modelar con IA), Swipe, "Top ofertas escaladas" (vs the site's Top de la semana): all the same. SpyX launched 8 days earlier. Developer Gabriel Martins describes it as "born in a team running low-ticket ads on Meta." Cazador is the Spanish version and currently free across the board. I didn't check whether the two are connected. |
| Copycat Ads – AdSpy for Ad Library | Chrome, Brazil. Intellabs, store language es | 2023-09 | 30,000 users | Established, has in-app purchases, auto-scroll, sorts by scaling, HD download, ChatGPT integration. The big existing player in the Spanish market. |
| DropKiller | Chrome, Spanish (LatAm Dropi ecosystem) | 2024-08 | 30,000 users | Leans physical dropshipping: scrapes Shopify / Dropi stores and hot products, not low-ticket info products |
| GGSPY | Chrome, Brazil | 2026-02 | 9,000 users | Filters by creative count, days running, 3-language keywords, AI analysis. Same feature set, Portuguese |
| unFunnelizer | Chrome + web | 2023-07 | 10,000 users | Funnel scraping + offer mining, with Portuguese and Spanish landing pages |
| SpyROI, MP Miner, ADScale Library, OfferMine, Low Spy Lite, Spy Wolf, Mineria, Scale Miner, AdEscala, Escalonador | Chrome / web, Brazil | 2024–2026 | A few hundred to a few thousand users; most subscribe at around R$67/month, or get it bundled with courses or communities | All Portuguese "mineração de ofertas" tools. spyx.app.br has a head-to-head comparison (2026-10-05) |
| AdSparo, AdLibNote, Ad Library Cloud, Foreplay, Minea, Denote, GetHookd | Chrome, English | 2021–2024 | 20k–100k users | English-market tools for downloading, archiving, and finding competitor ads. Not specifically for finding "scaling offers" |
| The Meta Ad Library itself | Big-company features | — | — | Free and public, but no ranking and no way to see who's scaling. The tools all fill that gap |
| ProfitFly Radar (2026-11-04), SpyHunter Ads (11-05), AdCairn (11-02), Proveny (11-04) | Chrome | Last week | 0–7 users | New "ad library filters" launch every week. Not a direct chase of this one, more the whole category keeps adding entrants |

Bottom line: **it's not that nobody builds for Spanish** . Copycat Ads (es, 30k) and DropKiller (30k) have been in the Spanish market for a while. Cazador's position is "the Spanish version of Brazil's low-ticket offer-mining method, and free." The Portuguese market is a crowded fight; the Spanish side has only a few tools so far.

### 4. Growth tactics (with evidence)

1. **The founder's own Instagram funnel: comment keyword → DM the link (confirmed)** . @soyromildo's Reel:
Hashtags #lowticket #infoproductos. Users are visibly commenting "cazar".
    - The "you have to follow to get the DM" line also grows the account. The extension is the hook, the account is the asset. The October 9–16 spike lines up with the post that says "over 100 people are using it."

2. **The scarcity pitch "free now, not sure for how long" (confirmed)** , in the same post.

3. **Community Top list on the site (confirmed to exist, conversion effect unverified)** : cazadordeofertas.lat's homepage shows "the offers everyone saved most this week," which is itself content you can post and use to retain people.

4. Other Spanish creator posts I found while searching (Álvaro Gómez "Comenta GUÍA", Juan Vargas "Comenta GANADORES", and others) use the same "comment to get the tool" play, but **I haven't confirmed** they promote Cazador (Álvaro Gómez's post, 2026-08-31, predates Cazador's launch and promotes a different extension).

5. Not found: paid ads (didn't check the ad library, unverified), SEO (searching "cazadordeofertas.lat" mostly returns its own pages), press, X (x-radar: 30 days, 0 posts), TikTok (TikHub search finds nothing), Reddit / HN.

### 5. Why it got a few hundred people

- **The method already exists** : the Brazilian low-ticket info-product play (Hotmart / Kiwify) is "go to the ad library, find offers that have run for many days with many creative versions, then 'modelar' (build your own version)." In Brazil it's a known workflow with plenty of tutorials and tools (the TikTok hashtag "como achar produtos bem escalados na biblioteca de anúncios" has 160k posts). The Spanish market is importing this "infoproductos / low ticket" playbook (plenty of Spanish TikToks on "biblioteca de anuncios ebooks" type topics), and the tools haven't caught up.

- **The founder is inside this circle** : an ad buyer with an Instagram account aimed at Spanish low-ticket audiences. Launching the extension there put it in front of the exact people who wanted it. This is the source of the 10-day 0→239 growth.

- **The product copies the proven SpyX** : features, copy, and structure are already validated, so it could ship 3 versions in 8 weeks (extops readings).

- Will it stick: the curve creeps up slowly between 290 and 388, with only 6 ratings and no retention data. The fair read is "people are installing it," not "it took off."

### 6. Differentiation

- Compared with the big English tools (AdSparo / Foreplay / Minea): it's not "download and archive ads," it's "filter offers by scaling signals + rewrite them." That difference comes from the Brazilian workflow, not from Cazador itself.

- Compared with Brazilian peers (SpyX / GGSPY / Copycat): **the only real difference is language and market** . Spanish interface, default to LatAm countries, Spanish keyword libraries, posting aimed at Spanish low-ticket audiences, and currently free (SpyX already sells Pro).

- Compared with existing Spanish-market tools: Copycat Ads is a Brazilian company and more general-purpose; DropKiller leans physical e-commerce; Cazador is the first to openly say "built for the Spanish market, specifically finding low-ticket digital offers."

- Is that difference why it grew: **partly, but only enough for a few hundred people** . What actually worked was "the founder's Spanish IG account + a free hook." Localization just made the hook make sense.

### 7. How many people have seen it

- Revenue: none. Everything is free, and the store doesn't list in-app purchases.

- Press / X: none. Only auto-aggregator pages like extops and chrome-stats.

- Who copies it: nobody specifically. It is itself the Spanish version of SpyX. The category keeps adding "ad library filters" every week (ProfitFly Radar, SpyHunter Ads, etc., November 2–5).

- Verdict: few people know about it yet, but the whole category is already crowded in Portuguese-speaking markets.

### 8. What to borrow

- **"Validate in Portuguese, then launch the Spanish version 1–2 weeks later"** : Brazilian digital marketing tools (offer mining, low-ticket funnels, WhatsApp automation) often lead Spanish-speaking Latin America by several months, so you can localize a proven Portuguese tool into Spanish with almost no product research.

- **IG Reel "comment a keyword → get followed → DM gets the link"** : a free extension as the hook, growing the account while also adding people to your DM list, which you can later sell courses, Pro, and community to.

- **Aggregate users' saves into a public "this week's top offers" ranking** : it's both SEO / post material and something you can charge for later (SpyX locks its top charts behind Pro).

### 9. Uncertain

- Whether Romildo and SpyX's Gabriel Martins are connected (licensed localization / partnership) or simply copied: unverified.

- @soyromildo's follower count and Reel view counts can't be retrieved (IG requires login).

- The official site's backend /api/public/cover and the saves-ranking description show data reporting, which contradicts the store's claim of "no self-hosted server"; what exactly is sent is unverified.

- Whether paid ads were bought to promote the extension: I didn't check the Meta Ad Library, unverified.

- Whether it will charge later: the post's "por ahora es gratis" ("free for now") implies it will, likely as a Pro monthly fee following SpyX's model.
