Same day, a big tool exits Vinted, a blogger announces he's an ambassador for a small tool
What it is A Chrome extension for UK Vinted sellers: auto-relist, auto-respond to offers, one-click print of all UK shipping labels, sales analytics, inventory management, cross-listing between Vinted and eBay, £0 to £19.99 a month.
Why it took off One co-founder is a reseller blogger with 11k followers who also runs a paid reselling community, so seed users were ready. They then gave each UK reseller blogger a referral code with a first-month 8 discount to promote, and Crosslist stopped accepting new Vinted users in Oct 2.
CHow you could follow Don't build another Vinted extension. If you have people in some secondhand platform's seller circles, pick a platform or country with a weak official backend and no localized players, start with batch labels, analytics and inventory (features that don't get flagged as bot activity), and use seller groups to recruit beta users and mid-tier bloggers with referral codes.

Rello is a Chrome extension for UK Vinted resellers: it auto-relists items, auto-accepts offers, prints all shipping labels in one click, and moves listings between Vinted and eBay. It launched in June and had only 841 users by Nov 6. The product itself has nothing competitors can't build. Growth came from three things: the makers were already UK reselling creators and community hosts, a group of resellers promoting it on discount-code revenue share, and a gap left when a major tool pulled out of Vinted. The playbook is worth copying, but building another one this way is not a great deal.
Oct 2
In Oct 2026 2, multi-platform listing tool Crosslist posted on its blog: "Why we're no longer offering Vinted to new users." The reason was blunt: "Vinted doesn't want resellers on its platform." The platform had tightened detection of automated activity, and some users of Crosslist and similar tools were banned for 24 hours. Existing users kept working; new accounts could no longer connect to Vinted.
That same afternoon at 5, UK reseller blogger Retro Reselling (George Ross) announced on Facebook: "I've officially partnered with Rello." The post described Rello as "made by resellers for resellers," showing "how much of your sales come from each platform," plus a discount code RETRORESELLING for 8 off the first month. The post got 56 reactions and 74 comments. One commenter said "used SellerAider for 18 months, switched to Rello after watching George's video; I've listed about 5000 items on it, 40k items in inventory, paying the top tier"; another said "used it for a few weeks and replaced Crosslist with it."
One big tool pulled out, one small tool was looking for people to promote it, and Rello caught a batch of users at exactly that moment.
What it is
A Vinted seller back-office that runs in Chrome. The homepage headline reads "the back office Vinted should have built itself," with six features:
- Scheduled relisting: old items repost on a schedule, bumping them back to the top of the feed; you can set rules to cut prices along the way.
- Automated offer handling: auto-accept, decline or counter; send offers to people who favorited your items.
- Batch shipping labels: print labels for all orders at once, supporting Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, InPost and other UK carriers, on thermal paper or A4.
- Sales analytics: what sells well, what's stuck, and how much comes from each platform.
- Inventory management: import your entire Vinted shop, add your own SKUs, bulk-edit prices.
- Cross-listing between Vinted and eBay: photos, brand, size and category filled in automatically.
The site has a dedicated section on "why the browser has to stay open": Rello runs in your own Chrome, not on a server, and "Vinted sees ordinary browsing, not automated traffic." The tradeoff is that it stops when you close the browser. This copy is aimed at people afraid of account bans; after Crosslist's exit, that's exactly what sellers fear most.
Pricing (relloapp.io, 11-06):
| Tier | Monthly fee | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | 1 accounts, 50 relists a month, 600 offer sends to likers, 3 bulk label runs |
| Starter | £5.99 | 300 relists, unlimited label runs, fully automated |
| Advanced | £11.99 | 3 accounts, unlimited use, full analytics |
| Professional | £19.99 | 5 accounts, plus bundle moves and inventory management, marked "Most popular" on the site |
How far it got
Very small. Chrome Web Store users: 11-01 784,11-02 792,11-04 825,11-06 841, up 57 in five days, roughly ten-plus a day.
The rating count went from 11-04 to 5 in 11-06, and jumped to 20. All the new reviews, a dozen or so, were posted on the same day, Nov 3. They were all 5-star write-ups, and one is signed Natasha Latham, who shares a last name with founder Chris Latham. This looks like a coordinated push asking users to leave reviews, not reviews that built up naturally.
Revenue is not public. No founder has posted numbers, no media has covered it, and there is almost no talk on X. It circulates only in UK reselling circles: a few Facebook groups and a handful of mid-sized creators.
Who is behind it
Per UK Companies House, THE RESELLER GROUP LTD behind Rello was incorporated in March 2025, registered in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, with three directors: Christopher Roy Latham, Kayleigh Michelle Patton and Benjamin Joseph Lado-Byrnes.
Kayleigh is @heykayleigh_ on TikTok, with 11,565 followers. Her bio reads "proud reseller group & rello founder". She posts Vinted haul unboxings and resale tips. A Vinted haul video from Oct 31 got 19k views. The Reseller Group is a paid reselling community her team runs. Its Patreon describes it as "the UK's number one eBay and Vinted reselling community" at £12 a month, with roughly 64 paying members.
In other words, the people building Rello are Vinted sellers themselves, and they already had a group of people selling on Vinted every day. The site's "who's behind it" section says as much: "Every feature started as something we wanted for our own shops, and we still use it in ours."
Where users come from
Start by finding people in your own communities and Facebook groups. In 2026, Jun 4, Chris Latham recruited beta testers in the UK reselling Facebook group "Real Reselling UK," and a group admin replied under the post, "Chris is doing a good thing here." Around August he replied in the same thread that it was live, with a free tier. The early signup link carried utm_source=ig, so the first users came in from Instagram.
Then every reselling creator got a discount code. The rule was the same: users got 8 off their first month, and creators earned a commission.
- Car Boot Chris, Aug 7: "The best Vinted bulk-listing tool is here. I've used Zipsale, Crosslist, SellerAider, and this leaves them all behind." Code CARBOOTCHRIS, plus "I get a little kickback too, which helps the channel." At the end of the post he added: "Using tools on Vinted always needs care, so watch for the reminders in the Rello dashboard."
- Retro Reselling, Oct 2: announced as a brand ambassador, code RETRORESELLING.
- ThriftingwithEm, Oct 30: a 3-minute Facebook video tagged "AD/AFF", opening with "I've been full-time reselling for two years...", code EMILY, 30k views (Facebook, 11-06).
With commission-based pay, money only goes out once a user actually pays, so acquisition cost stays controlled. None of the three creators is big, with single videos drawing a few hundred to tens of thousands of views, but the audience is all people who sell secondhand, so there's little waste.
Their own content accounts. TikTok @hellorello.app, and on Instagram Reels they use "comment Rello and I'll DM you the link" to drive DMs.
No record found of paid ads on Meta or TikTok.
Why users stick around
A Vinted seller's daily grind is fixed: relisting old items, replying to offers one by one, sending offers to people who liked items, printing labels one at a time. Rello automates all of it, and the time saved is visible. One review says it "made my old bulk tool completely useless," another says its favorite part is "auto offers, auto labels, good price."
These reviews are all from the Nov 3 batch, so treat them as reference only. More credible are the unlinked replies under the Retro Reselling post: someone bought the top tier with 5000 items listed, someone used it for three weeks and asked when it would support Depop, and someone asked right away whether accounts get banned.
Who it's competing with
The Vinted seller tool space is very crowded. Chrome Web Store extensions with Vinted in the name or description number 60 or more, and more than half launched in the last 2026 years.
| Competitors | Launched | Scale (Chrome Web Store, November) | How Rello differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dotb | 2024-05 | 10k users, 4.4 rating | French-built, covers all Vinted countries, has AI listing and a mobile app; no UK shipping labels, no eBay |
| Clemz | 2021-06 | 10k users, 4.8 rating | Established French Vinted automation, mainly for French-speaking markets |
| SellerAider | 2022-06 | 8,000 users, rated 4.8 / 1,002 reviews | Multi-platform bulk tool plus automation, not Vinted-only |
| Bleam | 2025-10 | 7,000 users | French, focused on AI bargaining, 14-day trial |
| Vintex | 2024-11 | 7,000 users | French seller assistant, no UK localization |
| Vinted Assistant, VintHelper | 2026-04, 05 | 2,000 users each | Same wave of newcomers, similar features, VintHelper flat in November |
| Vinted 4x6 Label Printer | 2026-08 | 1,000 users | Label printing only |
| Crosslist | Long-established | Large multi-platform tool | New users cut off from Vinted since 10-02 |
| Relisto, VintRepo and others | 2026-11 | Dozens to hundreds | New ones every week |
Vinted doesn't offer individual sellers automatic relisting or bulk labels, so this gap keeps attracting tools. Rello is not the first or the biggest. Its position is "UK + all-in-one": UK courier labels, pound pricing, one extension doing the work of two or three others. Those are not hard for competitors to add.
The biggest risks
Vinted itself. Its rules ban sourcing items for resale, and enforcement against automation tools keeps tightening. Crosslist put it plainly in its post: "These bans affect all automation software, with no exceptions." So far Rello has only seen temporary bans lasting 24 hours, with no permanent account closures, but nobody can guarantee that. Rello's "runs in your local browser" lowers the risk but can't stop the platform changing its rules. The whole category is betting on Vinted's tolerance.
If it were you
The verdict: don't build another Vinted extension. This lane has 60 or more rivals, most of them arrived this year, and the platform is tightening. Rello took off because its founding team already had people and a community in UK reselling, and you won't have that. What's worth taking is the playbook: get people first, then build the tool; pay creators per result with discount codes.
Who it suits: someone who is a heavy seller on a secondhand or e-commerce platform, or who has a community and content account in a seller circle, paired with a developer who can write extensions.
Who it doesn't suit: someone who can code but knows nobody in any seller circle; anyone wanting to go head-to-head in Vinted UK or France; anyone who can't handle "everything goes to zero if the platform changes its rules".
How to do it: find a secondhand platform or country with lots of sellers, weak official tooling, and no localized all-in-one tool yet. You can switch platforms (Depop, Mercari Japan, Xianyu, Kleinanzeigen; each has different repetitive work), or stay on the same platform and enter through a different country with local courier labels and currency. Start with what sellers do every day and what is least likely to draw platform scrutiny: bulk labels, sales analytics, inventory. Leave auto-sending offers and auto-relisting, the features most likely to be flagged as bots, for later, or build them like Crosslist does, generating drafts for manual posting. Subscription pricing, a small free tier, tiers by account count.
How to get users: first recruit beta users in local seller Facebook groups, Discord and WeChat groups, offering lifetime discounts. After launch, give a dozen or so mid-tier seller creators in that circle each a code: 8 off the first month, plus ongoing commission. Run your own account posting your daily routine of sourcing, listing and shipping, with the tool in frame. Wait a month after launch before asking existing users for reviews, and don't bunch them on one day.
When is the window closing: no fixed date. But once a big tool like Crosslist enters the platform you pick, or the platform itself adds bulk labels and analytics, the gap closes.
Signs you've misread it: ① after three months, community and creator traffic converts less than 5% of free users to paid, showing these sellers won't pay to save time; ② the platform starts issuing account warnings to your users, and retention drops noticeably after you cut the automation features; ③ looking back at Rello, if it's still hovering around a thousand users next spring, that shows even with a community and creators, this kind of extension hits a ceiling at the single-country level.

Rello: the all-in-one Chrome extension for UK Vinted sellers (why it took off)
Data card: chrome_eapfecjaimigoekbgnkhabehokhjmiol; research date 2026-11-06.
Bottom line
Rello was built by a few UK resellers (one of them a creator with 11k TikTok followers who runs a paid reselling community) as a Vinted seller back office. It's gaining traction not because of any unique feature: the founding team already had an audience (Kayleigh's TikTok / Instagram + The Reseller Group paid community), and it's amplified through a UK reseller creator affiliate network offering a 20% discount code with referral commission (Retro Reselling, Car Boot Chris, ThriftingwithEm, etc.). The product angle is UK localization + an all-in-one bundle (bulk printing labels for Royal Mail / Evri / Yodel / InPost, Vinted analytics, eBay⇄Vinted cross-listing). Timing helped too: 2026-10-02, a major cross-listing tool, stopped accepting new Vinted users. It's still small (841 users), and almost nobody outside knows about it.
Key facts
- Store: Chrome extension, first published 2026-06-15, version 1.5.24,2026-11-03 updated; UK (en-GB); developer The Reseller Group (14 Chevin Close, Shrewsbury), EU trader, has a D-U-N-S number; in-app purchases ticked. (Chrome Web Store page, read via jina 2026-11-06)
- User count (our chromestore library item_snap): 11-01 784 → 11-02 792 → 11-04 825 → 11-06 841,5 days +57 (+7%, about 11 a day).
- Rating count: 11-04 or 5 reviews, 11-06 turned into 20 reviews. Over 15 new reviews on the store's review page were all posted on the same day, 2026-11-03, and all are 5-star raves. One is signed Natasha Latham, sharing a surname with founder Chris Latham. Clearly a coordinated push to get users to leave good reviews (review farming), not organic growth.
- Pricing (relloapp.io): Free (50 relists/month, 600 offers to likers, 3 bulk label prints); Starter £5.99/mo; Advanced £11.99/mo (3 accounts, unlimited, full analytics); Professional £19.99/mo (5 accounts, cross-platform cross-listing + inventory management, labeled "most popular" on the site).
- Company: THE RESELLER GROUP LTD (Companies House 16326047), incorporated 2025-03-19; three directors are Christopher Roy Latham, Kayleigh Michelle Patton, and Benjamin Joseph Lado-Byrnes.
Why it took off
- The founder brings her own audience and community. Director Kayleigh Patton is the TikTok creator @heykayleigh_ (11,565 followers, about 80k likes total; bio reads "proud reseller group & rello founder"), with about 10k Instagram followers, and calls herself "co-founder of the reseller group". The Reseller Group is their paid reselling community (the Patreon page reads "#1 UK eBay & Vinted Patreon Reselling Community", £12/mo, about 64 paying members; stan.store/heykayleigh_ offers a free trial). She regularly posts videos on Vinted sourcing and resale tips, and her latest Vinted haul video has 19k views (TikHub, 2026-10-31). Going from community member to Rello user requires almost no separate acquisition.
- Seed users came from UK resale Facebook groups. 2026-06-04 Chris Latham recruited beta testers in the "Real Reselling UK" group, and the group admin publicly endorsed it ("Chris is doing a good thing here"). About 11 weeks ago (around mid-to-late August) he replied under the same post announcing it was "live with a free tier". The early-access page relloapp.io/early-access carries utm_source=ig, suggesting Instagram was the first acquisition channel.
- A UK reseller affiliate / ambassador program, with one ref code per creator; users get 8 off their first month and creators earn commission:
- Car Boot Chris (Facebook, 2026-08-07): "THE BEST Vinted crosslister… I have used Zipsale, Crosslist and Selleraider… this blows it all out the park", code CARBOOTCHRIS, with a note that "I get a kick back".
- Retro Reselling (George Ross, Facebook, 2026-10-02): officially announced as "brand ambassador", code RETRORESELLING, 56 reactions, 74 comments.
- ThriftingwithEm (Facebook Reel, 2026-10-30): tagged "AD/AFF", code EMILY, 30k views.
- There is also a YouTube "WORKIN PROGRESS" livestream walkthrough (418 views, about 3 months ago).
- This commission-based structure means creators are only paid once a user pays. With 8 off the first month plus commission, customer acquisition cost stays controlled.
- Owned content accounts: TikTok @hellorello.app, and Instagram Reels (with comment-for-link DMs such as "comment 'Rello' and I'll send you the link").
- Timing from a platform event: 2026-10-02 Crosslist posted that new users can no longer connect Vinted, citing Vinted's tightened automation detection and 24-hour bans; on Reddit someone wrote "You cannot use cross listing apps on Vinted". With a big tool exiting Vinted, there's room for Rello, which focuses on Vinted and runs in the local browser, to own "Vinted⇄eBay cross-listing". Rello's site explicitly explains "it runs in Chrome rather than on a server, so Vinted sees normal browsing", a line written for sellers worried about account bans.
- Reasons for retention and payment: the repetitive work Vinted sellers do every day (relisting, replying to offers, sending offers to likers, printing labels) is all automated, so time savings are visible; bulk label printing for UK carriers and Vinted data analysis are practical pain points; the Pro tier bundles cross-listing tools that used to cost extra (a review says it "made my previous cross lister obsolete"). That said, these reviews were all solicited on 11-03, so treat them as a reference only.

Searching the library for Vinted-related extensions returns 60 or more, and most of them were added in the last 2026 year. Conclusion: the space is already crowded, and Rello is neither the first nor the biggest.
What's the differentiation, and is it why it took off?
- Differentiation: ① UK localization (UK carrier labels, £ pricing, en-GB); ② everything in one extension (relisting + offers + labels + analytics + inventory + Vinted⇄eBay cross-listing; competitors often require two or three tools pieced together); ③ the "sellers building it themselves" identity, backed by a community and a creator network.
- Is that why it took off? The feature differentiation only makes it viable. What actually brought users was the founding team's network and distribution in UK resale circles (communities, FB groups, the creator affiliate network), plus the timing of Crosslist exiting Vinted. Building "all-in-one + local labels" isn't a high engineering barrier, so others can catch up easily.
How many people have seen it
- Revenue isn't public (no TrustMRR listing or founder revenue posts found); x-radar searches for "relloapp" and "rello vinted" over the last 180 days each returned 0 results; no media coverage.
- Discussion only shows up in small UK reselling circles: Facebook groups and a few mid-sized creators (the top single post is about 30k views). Assessment: it's circulating within a small community.
- Copycats: no clear product imitating Rello found yet; similar new extensions (Relisto 11-01, VintRepo 11-03, etc.) appear every week, but none seem aimed at Rello specifically.
What to borrow
- Creator + community first, tool second: paying community members were the first seed users and beta testers, and the content accounts were the free acquisition channel.
- Give each vertical's mid-tier creators a ref code (8 off first month + commission), paying for results rather than buying traffic upfront.
- Position it as "runs locally in your browser = safer" while platforms crack down on automation, and catch the users left behind when the big tools pull out.
- Localize by country (local carriers, currencies) to carve out a slice in a niche where pan-EU competitors are crowded.
- Be careful with coordinated five-star reviews: a dozen on the same day, or reviewers with the same surname, are easy for the store to flag.
Still unclear
- Paid conversion rate and revenue (the store only shows user counts).
- Will Vinted bans spill over onto Rello? Commenters are already asking "will I get banned?", and Crosslist says every automation tool gets banned after 24 hours. This is the biggest risk.
- Of these 841 users, how many came from community members and how many from influencers?
- How big is the influencer affiliate commission, and how large is the program really?
