A French seller's "one-click posting to eight platforms" built for themselves: Klork sells "won't get your Vinted account banned"

What it is A Chrome extension that helps French secondhand sellers sync clothes listed on Vinted to seven or eight other resale platforms in one click, and delist elsewhere automatically when one sells. Free to start, Pro €15/month.

Why it took off US tools like Vendoo and Crosslist don't serve France or connect to Leboncoin, and Crosslist withdrew from Vinted in October. Klork only reads from Vinted, posts from its own browser at human speed, and asks for no password, which catches sellers afraid of getting banned. Then the founder's own seller credentials, a Discord, long French-language posts, and discount codes from small creators pulled in users step by step.

BHow to copy it: Don't build another France one. Pick countries with lots of local secondhand platforms that US tools don't cover, like Spain or Germany, and build a plugin with the same structure: read from the biggest local platform, post to the others, never touch passwords, never trigger anti-bot flags. Win customers through local-language seller communities and long-form content.

B grade: the angle of "local platforms the big US tools ignore + a safety pitch" is clear, and similar plugins in Spain and Germany still have only a few hundred users. But the whole market is small (Klork hit 715 users in four months, revenue unknown), France itself is already crowded, FLUF and Redrip are rolling out multi-country Vinted support, and platform anti-bot rules can change at any time. Whispers in small circles

Klork is a French Chrome extension. It reads the clothes you list on Vinted and posts them in one click to eight secondhand platforms, including Leboncoin, eBay, Depop, and Vestiaire. Whichever one sells first, it takes the item down everywhere else. Its founder sells on Vinted himself. The big US competitors don't serve France, and Vinted is cracking down hard on automation, so Klork got started in that gap. It launched in July, hit 185 users by August, and 715 users in the first week of November. Still small, and seven or eight rivals already exist in the French market. What's worth studying is the angle, not the product itself.

A reel with only 2 likes

In 2026 Sep 11, French Instagram user juliacrcl (Julia Courcelle) posted a reel with the caption: "KLORK, -15% avec le code JULIA sur ton 1er mois pour cross poster🚀": use the JULIA code for 85% off your first month to cross-post. By Nov 6, the reel had only 2 likes and about ten comments.

The most common comments weren't "does it work?" but "will I get banned?":

"Salut y'a pas de risque de ban avec Klork ?" (Is there any risk of a ban with Klork?) "Ok super mais aucun risque que l'IA de Vinted se rende compte car sinon Bam bloqué" (Okay great, but no risk Vinted's AI notices? If it does, I'm blocked immediately) "Pas moyen connecté mon Vinted et risquer qu'il saute c'est chaud avec 1200 évaluations 5🌟 en compte pro" (I'm a pro account with 1200 five-star reviews, there's no way I'm connecting my Vinted and risking it)

These three comments sum up the business. A French secondhand seller who wants to list one item on several platforms has to refill it by hand each time, about 6 minutes per listing (Klork's own estimate), so 100 items across 8 platforms is ten working days. But their biggest asset is their Vinted account and its reviews. Whoever makes them afraid of a ban, that's who loses the sale.

What it is

Klork has two parts: a Chrome extension and a web dashboard at klork.app.

  • Backup: Open your Vinted closet, and the plugin pulls each item's photos, price, size, and brand into the dashboard.
  • One-click publish: Pick items, and the plugin opens the listing pages for Leboncoin, eBay, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, Beebs, Whatnot, Opla, and Grailed one by one in your own browser, filling the forms according to each platform's category and size rules. The homepage still says "can also post back to Vinted."
  • Anti-double-sell: When an item sells on one platform, it's automatically delisted on the others.
  • There's also one-click relisting, sending price offers to buyers who saved an item, a unified inbox, per-platform profit stats, multiple Vinted accounts, and "Klork Studio," which generates product pages from photos.

The developer is registered on the store as Maël Sterlin, an individual, with an address in La Brède, Gironde, south of Bordeaux. The homepage has him speaking for himself: "I resell just like you: 550+ listings, €17,000 of stock", meaning he resells like you do, with 550+ active listings and €17,000 of inventory. The plugin version is 2.3.923, and as of Nov 6 it's still being updated, with releases almost daily.

Why now

The big US players ignore France. The category is mature in the US: Vendoo's Chrome version has 70k users, Crosslist 20k (Chrome Web Store, early November). But they serve the US and UK, don't accept EU users, and don't connect to Leboncoin, France's biggest classifieds site. Klork's website has a long article titled "Vendoo, Crosslist, List Perfectly: why they fall short in France."

Vinted is cracking down on automation and rivals are pulling out. In Oct 2026 2, Crosslist announced on its blog that it would no longer onboard new Vinted users. The line was "Vinted doesn't want resellers on its platform," and it said Vinted had tightened automation detection, with some users of such tools getting banned for 24 hours. The same post had a line that helps Klork: "Importing doesn't trigger automated activity suspensions," meaning pulling data out of Vinted doesn't trigger a ban.

Klork's design already sits on that side: it doesn't mass-repost inside Vinted or hammer the site with requests, and it only uses Vinted as a source to post outward. The website has an article called "Your account comes first" that spells out: everything runs in your own browser, using your existing logged-in session; it never touches your platform password; it posts one item at a time at human speed; it stops and hands back to you when it hits a CAPTCHA or a re-login; and before its first post to a platform, it does a "test fill without submitting." The last point says what it won't do: no CAPTCHA solving, no browser fingerprint spoofing, no automatic purchases, no copying other people's listings.

Vinted seller circles pass around stories of accounts getting caught in the crossfire of bots like Clemz (the Vinted seller forum vint-aide, and Reddit r/vinted). In that climate, "the safe version" is itself the selling point.

Where users come from

Everything here is a one-person, small French-community playbook, and I saw no paid ads:

  • The founder is a seller: the homepage line "I resell just like you," plus a Discord community. Four of the six user testimonials on the homepage come from Discord (August 25 to 27), such as "It earned me 500 euros more in three weeks, without effort" and "The founder replies really fast."
  • Long French SEO content: klork.app/guides has over twenty French guides, such as "Where else to sell besides Vinted" and "How to choose between Vinted, Leboncoin, and Vestiaire," along with the comparison piece targeting the US tools. Search "Klork Vinted" and its own guides rank at the top.
  • Micro-influencers with discount codes: this is the reel from the start.
  • Referral rewards: an episode of the website's video tutorials covers "Parrainage" (inviting friends).
  • Store "related items": at the bottom of the store page, Klork is cross-linked with the Vinted tools Vintex, Dotb, and Bleam.

Searching "klork" on TikTok returns nothing, nobody has mentioned it on X in four months, and there's no coverage on Reddit or in the media.

The numbers match a "small circle" too: a third-party extension-stats site logged 185 users in Aug 31, the Chrome Web Store showed 652 users in Nov 1 and 715 users in the first week of November, up about 10% in one week. The store rating is 5.0, but from only 3 reviews.

Where the money comes from

The store lists it as "contains in-app purchases," and payment runs through the website via Stripe. Four tiers (klork.app, 11-06):

TierMonthlyYearlyMain quota
Free€0—10 listings per month, 150 backups
Pro€15€150 (about €13)200 listings per month, sold items auto-delisted everywhere
BusinessAbout €35 (competitor 10-09 tracked)€350 (about €29)Unlimited listings, one-click relist everywhere, auto price offers to buyers
EnterpriseNot verified€490 (about €41)Unsold items auto-reduced and relisted, with photo and title swaps

The pricing has a clever touch: one item posted to all platforms counts as 1 use. "200 listings per month = 200 items posted to all platforms, not 50 items per site." That line also takes a jab at per-site pricing competitors (FlowDino at €7.99 per site per month).

Paying users and revenue aren't disclosed. Rough estimate from 715 installs, a 5–10% conversion rate, and an average of €15: a few hundred to a thousand euros a month (estimate).

Who it's competing with

In 2026 year, seven or eight rivals jumped into the French market at once:

ProductChrome users (early November)Versus Klork
Vendoo / Crosslist70,000 / 20,000Targets the US and UK markets, doesn't connect to Leboncoin; Crosslist has stopped offering Vinted to new users
Dotb / ClemzEach 10,000Only does automatic relisting, message replies, and offers inside Vinted, no cross-platform posting; some Clemz users report permanent bans
Redrip "Vinted Assistant"2,000Vinted plus Leboncoin, covers Vinted in 25 countries, from €5.99; no eBay or Depop
FLUF Connect1,000UK company, 19 Vinted sites plus several eBay sites, has a mobile app
FillSell448Launched on Chrome two weeks after Klork; has a native app, free tier already includes auto-delisting, can post to Vinted
StoFlow212Runs on servers, posts even when your computer is off
FlowDino, Reposter, Relistly, OnceAndSold—Web SaaS, priced per site or per quota

The most direct rival, FillSell, made a "FillSell vs Klork" comparison page (10-09) that lists Klork's weaknesses point by point: no mobile app, auto-relisting marked "coming soon," and no posting to Vinted at the time. In a roundup of 15 tools it published the same day, Klork scored 54 and ranked 7 (FillSell rated itself 88). A competitor's scoring is obviously not objective, but it bothered to build a whole page to capture Klork's search traffic, which suggests Klork is already being treated as a rival.

Compared with peers, Klork has more mid-to-high-end platforms like Vestiaire, Grailed, and Whatnot, along with annual plans and "auto-reduce unsold prices." It has fewer features in native apps and cloud running. The "start from Vinted, don't mess around inside Vinted" positioning explains how it grew from 0 to several hundred users, but rivals can write the same pitch, so it's not exclusive.

If it were you

In one line: Don't build another France one. Moving the angle of "local secondhand platforms the big US players don't serve + no account bans" to other countries is worth a try, but the market is small and platform rules can change at any time.

Who it's for: People who themselves or whose family sell on a secondhand platform in a given country, whose native language is Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Japanese, and who know which platforms local sellers use and what they fear. You need to be able to write browser extensions and handle support and frequent releases solo.

Who it's not for: If you want the French market, FillSell, Redrip, and StoFlow are already poaching each other's traffic with comparison pages. If you want the US market, Vendoo, Crosslist, and List Perfectly have long since taken the spots. If you're not part of any seller community, trust on this path rests entirely on "I sell too."

How to build it: Pick a country with many local platforms that US tools don't cover. Similar Chrome Web Store extensions are still rare: Spain's "Wallapop, Milanuncios y Facebook" has 380 users, Germany's "Kleinanzeigen Manager" has 558 users (11-06). Copy Klork's structure: read items from the country's biggest platform (Spain's Wallapop or Vinted, Germany's Kleinanzeigen or Vinted) and post them to several others. Run everything in the user's own browser, no passwords, post at human speed, stop when verification appears, and put a "Your account comes first" page prominently on the website. Charge per item posted to all platforms, which counts as 1 uses: ten items a month free, paid tiers at €10–15.

How to get customers: The founder appears with his own seller account; run a Discord or Telegram group for support and move the good reviews from it onto the homepage; write long-form content in the local language, especially "why those US tools don't work here" and "what sells faster on X versus Y"; get a few small secondhand-selling influencers to post discount codes. Note that FLUF and Redrip already cover Vinted across several countries, so Vinted alone isn't enough: go deep on the platforms that are unique to the local market.

When to launch by: There's no hard deadline, but ideally launch before spring 2027, when people clear out their closets, and before FLUF and Redrip add the local platforms.

What it would mean we got this wrong: Klork is still under 1,000 users by December, or same-category rivals like FillSell and FLUF are stuck at a few thousand after a year, which would mean cross-listing in Europe is just a small market. Vinted or Wallapop start blocking "read your data from here" tools, or launch their own one-click cross-posting. In your chosen country, local platforms enforce stricter rules on auto-posting than Vinted does.

Klork: Publie ton dressing Vinted partout (Chrome extension), research report

One line

Klork is a "French crosslister" built by Maël Sterlin, a French individual seller and developer. It reads your Vinted closet (and listings on other platforms) into klork.app, then, inside your own browser session, posts the same item to Leboncoin, eBay, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, Beebs, Whatnot, Opla, and Grailed in one click. When an item sells somewhere, it auto-delists elsewhere. The free plan allows 10 listings per month; Pro is €15/month (€150/year); Business and Enterprise tiers cost more (€29 and €41/month effective on annual billing).

Verdict

Klork is still a small product: 715 users and 3 ratings. It got traction from two things stacked together: a gap in French local platforms, and a safer positioning that avoids Vinted's internal automation:

  • US-focused big tools (Vendoo, Crosslist, List Perfectly) don't serve the EU or connect to Leboncoin, and Crosslist stopped opening Vinted to new users from 2026-10-02.
  • Vinted tightened enforcement on automation in 2026, with account bans of 24 hours. Klork doesn't do bulk reposting inside Vinted; it only "reads out and posts elsewhere," which for French sellers is the safer solution.

Its growth playbook is classic French niche: the founder is a seller himself (550+ items, €17,000 in stock), runs a Discord community, uses user quotes as social proof, publishes lots of French SEO guides, works with Instagram micro-influencers on discount codes, and adds referral rewards. There's no evidence of paid acquisition. But at least 2026 to 7 French products entered this space in 8 years, and in the self-reported scoring from the main rival FillSell, Klork ranks only 7th. Its differentiation (starting from Vinted, not posting into Vinted) explains the start, but the moat looks thin.

  • Pricing: the store lists in-app purchases; klork.app has a full four-tier pricing page, payments via Stripe. No MRR has been published, and nothing was found on TrustMRR.
A correction to the recall card: it says Business €29 and Enterprise €41 are monthly prices, but those are annual-equivalent figures (€350/12 and €490/12). FillSell's record of Klork's monthly price on 2026-10-09 was Business €35; it listed Enterprise at €69, and the current monthly Enterprise price on the website is unverified. The Pro homepage reads "€15 a month," with €13 as the annual-equivalent.

4. Why it broke out

  1. Geographic gap: big US tools explicitly don't serve French sellers (they don't accept EU users and have no Leboncoin). Klork makes "built for France, with Leboncoin as the founding channel" a core selling point (klork.app guide, written 2026-08).
  2. Platform events: Vinted tightened automation detection in 2026, and Crosslist stopped accepting new Vinted users in 10-02. Klork's design already avoids this ground: it only reads from Vinted, doesn't republish or inflate views on Vinted, posts at human speed, and stops at CAPTCHAs (klork.app/guides/sante-du-compte).
  3. Zero passwords + local browser execution: this answers sellers' worries about getting banned and handing over credentials. Stories circulate among Vinted sellers about bots like Clemz getting accounts banned by association, which makes this persuasive.
  4. The founder is a heavy seller who ships fast: version 2.3.923, updates almost daily; Discord comments like "the founder is very responsive" are used as testimonials.
  5. Low-cost French community acquisition: micro-influencer discount codes, Discord, long-form SEO guides, and referral rewards are all channels one person can run.

5. Differentiation

  • Compared with US tools: local platforms (vinted.fr, Leboncoin, Beebs, Opla) plus French-language support. This is a real difference and the main reason it has gained traction, but the same French competitors (FillSell, Redrip, StoFlow, FlowDino) are doing the same thing.
  • Compared with Vinted-internal bots (Dotb, Clemz, Bleam): Klork does not automate inside Vinted, it only uses Vinted as a source. The ban risk is lower, and this is the most distinctive part of its positioning. The cost is that at 2026-10 it didn't yet post to Vinted (FillSell attacked it on this); the homepage now reads "a listing can start anywhere, and go to Vinted too".
  • Compared with French peers: it covers more high-end and niche platforms (Vestiaire, Grailed, Whatnot), offers annual pricing and MCP integration, and has an AI feature, "Klork Studio" (generates product listings from photos). Weak points: no native app, auto-delisting requires a paid tier, and it can't run in the cloud.
  • Verdict: "French-local + safety-first positioning" explains how it grew from 0 to a few hundred users. But it isn't an exclusive differentiator and isn't enough to pull ahead in the crowded French crosslisting market.

6. Visibility and copycats

  • Visibility: chatter in small circles. A French Instagram influencer posted a sponsored Reel; the direct competitor FillSell built a "FillSell vs Klork" comparison page and mentions it in its roundup of 15 tools (2026-10-09). Nothing on X, TikTok, Reddit, or in the press; no public revenue.
  • Copycats: none specifically copying it, but the category is already crowded: FillSell (Chrome version launched two weeks after it), StoFlow, Redrip, FlowDino, Reposter, OnceAndSold, and Relistly all entered in 2025–2026.

VII. What to take away

  • The "local platforms big tools ignore" angle: markets where US crosslisters don't reach and many local secondhand platforms exist, such as Spain's Wallapop, Germany's Kleinanzeigen, Italy's Subito, and Japan's Mercari / ヤフオク / ラクマ, could all be built on the same idea.
  • Turning platform risk control into a selling point: when platforms crack down on automation, a safety narrative of "read-only, human speed, zero passwords, stop at verification" can capture users leaking out of competitors.
  • A one-person acquisition mix: the founder's own selling story, a Discord testimonial wall, long-tail SEO guides (including comparison pieces like "why US tools don't work here"), micro-influencer discount codes, and referral rewards.
  • Quota counted as 1 slots per item published to all platforms: easy to understand pricing, and it quietly undercuts competitors that charge per site (FlowDino charges €7.99/site/month).

8. Still uncertain

  • Paying users and revenue are completely unknown; the "listings managed" counter is rendered by JS and we couldn't read the number.
  • How many new users Crosslist's exit and Vinted's automation crackdown actually brought Klork can't be quantified directly.
  • Whether "posting to Vinted" is now actually live and stable is unverified.
  • Whether the iPhone usage Klork describes (the "Klork on your iPhone" tutorial) is a PWA or something else is unverified.
  • Whether the developer and the graphic designer of the same name are the same person is unverified.
