VeoBulk: a Vietnamese $2/month Google Flow batch tool; the extension is just the storefront, and the business runs through Zalo groups
What it is A Chrome extension plus a desktop app that turns Google Flow into a batch pipeline for producing Nano Banana images and Veo videos. It mainly sells to people in Vietnam making product-promo videos, at about $2 to $8 a month.
Why it took off It never really took off in the store, and growth stalled at 1,000 users. Sales came from localization: VietQR bank transfer, one-time payment with no renewal, Q&A in Zalo and Telegram groups, plus a desktop app with multi-account support, watermark removal, and automatic CapCut assembly.
CHow you could follow it Don't build another Flow batch extension. Copy the selling approach: find a small-language market where the English tools are already crowded and locals can't buy easily, then use local payment methods, a one-time purchase, group-chat support, and a bot that returns a finished video from a product link.

VeoBulk is a Chrome extension that lets you queue dozens of prompts at once in Google Flow to batch-produce Nano Banana images and Veo videos. It launched at the end of May and reached 1,000 users by early October, then stayed flat for a month. The extension itself is no different from hundreds of others. What's worth watching is what's around it: payment methods Vietnamese users are used to, Q&A in Zalo groups, a desktop multi-account pipeline, and a chatbot that returns promo videos from a product link.
Send a TikTok Shop link, get back a promo video
In 2026 Aug 20, VeoBulk's changelog added a line in Vietnamese: "Zalo Video Bot receives a TikTok Shop product link, prepares the content automatically, and sends back a complete video in the chat." The next line reads: "New Zalo users can try one video for free." Three days earlier, the same feature had launched on Telegram first.
Zalo is Vietnam's version of WeChat. The people this bot serves don't want to learn prompts, queues, or concurrency. They list products on TikTok Shop and need dozens of short videos a day. VeoBulk changed "selling a tool" into "handing over the finished video," with the tool kept out of sight in the background.
It's made by Nguyễn Trọng Hòa, with an address listed in Bắc Giang Province, Vietnam. His GitHub previously held Facebook ad tools, Shopee store controls, and cash-on-delivery landing pages for home-goods e-commerce, and a Shopee store under the same name can also be found. He is a tool builder in Vietnam's e-commerce ad scene, not someone building global SaaS.

The extension (Pro) does what every tool in this category does: queuing, retry on failure, concurrency, and automatic downloads. The Max tier adds a Windows / Mac desktop app, and that's where the real effort goes:
- Several Google accounts run at the same time; when one account's quota runs out, it switches to the next, and each account gets its own proxy;
- Removes the Veo watermark from output images and videos;
- Given a topic, it splits it into shots, generates the video and voiceover (Google TTS and ElevenLabs), then assembles a CapCut draft or exports an MP4 directly;
- In Sep 5 it also added a local MCP, so Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Codex can direct it to produce images and videos.
These features are built for content farms that put out dozens or hundreds of promo videos, try-on videos, and faceless vlogs a day. Ordinary creators don't need them.
How it sells
The top line of the pricing page reads "Pay once, use for the whole period," followed by three points: no auto-renewal; an admin activates your account manually within a few hours; a full refund if you haven't used it within 24 hours. Vietnamese users pay by VietQR bank transfer, and international users pay through PayPal with automatic activation. Every tier gets Q&A in the Zalo and Telegram groups.
Many people in Vietnam don't want to link a card for a subscription, so the Stripe auto-renewal used by English competitors doesn't sell well here. Bank transfer, manual activation, and people replying in a group chat is the familiar process Vietnamese buyers know from Facebook groups for buying software.
Pricing has been dropping too. The June 19 changelog says "Pro from 150k / month," and the pricing page now shows 50k / month. The homepage claims "save up to 30% on long-term plans," but on the pricing page, the 6-month and 12-month prices are exactly the monthly price times the number of months, so there's no visible discount.
Where users come from
- Store keywords: the first half of the store title is the category keyword "Google Flow Automation - Batch Image & Video," with the brand name placed last.
- Bilingual tutorial site: veobulk.com has Vietnamese and English blogs with a dozen-plus long guides on Flow prompts, first/last-frame video, and watermark removal, plus landing pages for keywords like "Google Flow desktop" and "batch video generator." The About page says topics come from Search Console queries.
- Groups and a bot: Zalo and Telegram groups, plus the bot above that lets you try one video free. How big the groups are isn't visible from outside.
- Asking users for reviews: 47 ratings against 1,000 users, a review rate of about 4.7%. The top extension in this category has 240 ratings against 100k users, 0.24%. On Sep 14, two accounts with Pakistani names posted nearly identical reviews on the same day: "The developer is very cooperative, any small issue they communicate and help you solve it." Most of the rest are Vietnamese "ok pro" and "so good" style reviews. It looks like users were asked to review in groups (inference).
For 90 days, nobody on X has mentioned it, TikTok search turns up no videos of it, and no media has covered it. The store's 1,000 also undercounts it: the official site offers a manual zip install, and Max users mostly run the desktop app, so neither group shows up in the store's user count. Paid users and revenue: no number anywhere on the page.
Who it's competing with
| Competitors | Scale | How it differs from VeoBulk |
|---|---|---|
| Flow Automation(kylenguyen.me) | 100k users, 240 ratings; the same developer has 3 other extensions with over 10k users each | The category leader, also made by Vietnamese developers, listed half a year earlier, aimed at the global English market |
| Erasio | 50k users | Started with watermark removal, added batch generation, credit-based subscription |
| Auto Flow(duckspace.net) | 30k users | Listed on Sep 2025, English subscription |
| TheFlow / Google Flow Automator | 10k users, 385 ratings | Also soliciting reviews heavily |
| ViralDNA, Veo Automation, TurboFlow, and others | Each has 8,000k to 10k users | Some are fully free |
| Veo3 Ultra, Veo3 Studio | Not verified | A local Vietnamese desktop batch tool sold through Facebook groups and TikTok. It is VeoBulk's direct local competitor in Vietnam |
| Google Flow's built-in batch variants | All AI Pro / Ultra users | Official features are catching up, but there is still no queue, auto-download, or multi-account support |
Searching "Google Flow / Veo / Whisk automation" by name, the Chrome store has more than thirty extensions with over 1,000 users each, all listed after Sep 1,000, 2025.
It's not early either. Veo 3 was opened to Vietnam back in Jul 3 of 2025 (per VietNamNet: no Ultra needed, AI Pro for one month costs 489,000 VND). VeoBulk launched nearly 11 months late, by which point batch tools and English-language plugins for Vietnam were already being built.
If it were you
C: The sales approach is worth learning; this product isn't worth copying. More than thirty extensions that batch-run Flow already have over a thousand users each, and the leader has 100k. The leaders are also Vietnamese. VeoBulk localized for Vietnam and has only 1,000 users on the store, and it has stalled. The whole category survives by calling Google Flow's internal APIs, automating past CAPTCHAs, and running multiple accounts through proxies. VeoBulk shipped several releases in September, all fixing "Flow login." If Google changes an API or bans a batch of accounts, this whole category stops working together.
Who it suits: people who can build tools and already work in a small-language e-commerce or content niche. What you should learn isn't the features, it's how VeoBulk sold an English red-ocean tool in Vietnam.
Who it doesn't suit: anyone planning another Flow batch extension for the English market. The store's search spots are already held by the early players, and your only difference from them would be the UI.
How to do it:
- Find a small-language market where English tools are already saturated but locals find them hard to buy, such as Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, or Turkey;
- Take payment the local way: local bank transfer or e-wallet, one-time payment with no auto-renewal, manual activation, priced where locals see it as a small purchase;
- Keep only a free tier in the extension for lead generation. Put the valuable features (multi-account, watermark removal, automatic video assembly) in a desktop app, outside store review, with payment handled by you;
- Go one step further and build a chatbot where sellers send a product link and get a finished video back, for sellers who don't want to learn tools.
How to get users: create groups in whatever chat app locals use, answer questions there, and have the bot give out one free video; write tutorials in the local language targeting local search terms from day one; ask early users to leave store reviews in the groups, aiming for a rating above 4.5.
When to move: the sooner the better. Launch the week the next video model opens in your target country. VeoBulk was 11 months late and now only has a small slice of the red ocean.
What would show I've got it wrong: (1) VeoBulk or a similar Vietnamese tool publishes revenue figures that are substantial, which would mean this localized model is worth more than it looks and worth copying to other countries; (2) Google builds queues, auto-download, and multi-account support into Flow itself, or begins mass-banning accounts or delisting extensions of this type, in which case the category isn't worth watching; (3) store user numbers start climbing again, which would mean the bot-and-group route is bringing in new traffic and deserves another look.

Why VeoBulk (Google Flow Automation - Batch Image & Video) works
Chrome extension hdpjodfielflbcfaadffjildnhonpdjm, official site veobulk.com. Research date 2026-11-06.
Bottom line
It hasn't "taken off" on the Chrome store; 1,000 users is its entire scale. It's running a local Vietnamese business: after Google Flow / Veo opened in Vietnam, a group of Vietnamese TikTok Shop video makers and "MMO" (online side-income) content farms emerged. It uses the Chrome extension as a lead source and free tier. The real revenue comes from the Max tier, which offers desktop app with multi-account, proxies, watermark removal, CapCut automatic assembly, and a Zalo video bot, paired with buying habits Vietnamese buyers know: VietQR bank transfer, one-time payment without auto-renewal, manual activation by an admin, and Q&A in Zalo/Telegram groups. The extension's features aren't much different from the hundred similar ones, and its user count has stayed at 1k since October. That suggests the extension alone doesn't carry the business. Its edge is in "localized sales and desktop workflow," and public data can't show how big that is.

Developer background: GitHub tronghoabg (display name "Gà mơ", registered 2019, 27 public repos). Earlier repos were Facebook ad tools (smeta-v4, smeta-full, fbadstatus, meta_form1), shope-control (Shopee control), giadungsmart (home-goods COD landing pages), and 2026-07 a local Vietnamese TTS (omnivoice-local). Brave turned up a Shopee shop of the same name, "Hòa Anh Store 1" (shopee.vn/tronghoabg). This is a tools developer from the Vietnamese e-commerce and ad-buying scene, not a global SaaS builder.
2. Competitors: this niche was already crowded
Searching the Chrome Store for "Google Flow / Veo / Whisk / Nano Banana automation" turns up over thirty extensions with 1,000+ users, all launched after 2025-09:
| Competitors | Where | Launched | Scale (chromestore library, 2026-11) | How it differs from VeoBulk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow Automation - Auto Flow on Google Flow(kylenguyen.me,Truong Nguyen) | Chrome | 2025-11-17 | 100k users, 240 ratings, 4.01; the same developer also has Whisk Automation at 10k, Automation for Google VEO at 10k, and Vids Automation at 9k | Category leader, with a Vietnamese developer. It launched half a year earlier, targets the global English market, and sells through in-store purchases. VeoBulk arrived later and can't beat it on store search placement. |
| Erasio(erasio.io) | Chrome | 2026-05-16 | 50k, 174 ratings | Started by removing watermarks, then moved into batch Flow generation. Credit-based subscriptions, YouTube multi-language promotion. |
| Auto Flow: AI Video & Image Automation Tool(duckspace.net) | Chrome | 2025-09-03 | 30k, 196 ratings, 4.53 | One of the earliest, sells through in-store purchases |
| TheFlow / Google Flow Automator(primeautomator.com) | Chrome | 2026-03-25 | 10k, 385 ratings, 4.59 | Lots of ratings (review rate around 3.9%), and it actively asks users for reviews |
| TurboFlow, Veo Automation (veoautomation.com), TryAIToday, ViralDNA Auto Flow | Chrome | 2026-03 to 06 | Each 8k to 10k | ViralDNA is fully free as a lead magnet; Veo Automation is free; the rest are English-language subscriptions |
| The autoplaylabs family (Whisk / Flow / ImageFX Automator) | Chrome | From ¥2025-09 | 20k + 6k + 4k + 2k | One developer spreading a matrix of extensions |
| KoseFlow, AutoFlow – Video Task Manager, Flow Automata, FlowForge Pro, GenFlow, VeoLab, Flow Batch Studio, Flow Runner, and others | Chrome | 2026-01 to 08 | A few hundred to 2k | A homogenized long tail |
| Veo3 Ultra (veo3ultra.vn), Veo3Studio, and follow247's free Auto Veo3 tool | Local Vietnamese desktop software / web apps | Since 2025 | Not verified | Direct local rivals: all are Vietnamese-language desktop batch tools, sold through Facebook groups, YouTube, and TikTok (Veo3Studio is listed on TikTok at "400 cá per month") |
| Google Flow's own batch variant generation / Flow Agent | Big-company features | 2026 | Google AI Pro / Ultra users | Official features are catching up, but there is no queue, auto-download, or multi-account support |
Bottom line: there is no such thing as "no competitors"; this is a red ocean that is already full. VeoBulk's extension itself (queue, retry, auto-download, concurrency) matches every one of the players above.
3. Growth tactics: what we found
| Channel | Evidence | Confirmed? |
|---|---|---|
| SEO content site | veobulk.com has a bilingual Vietnamese/English blog with 15+ long-form articles (Flow prompt lists, Ingredients to Video, Frames to Video, Extend, watermark handling, Kling vs Seedance comparisons), plus keyword landing pages like /en/google-flow-automation, /en/google-flow-batch-video-generator, and /en/google-flow-desktop-app. The About page says the topics come from "aggregated Search Console queries." Searching "VeoBulk" on Jina and Exa puts its own pages at the top. | Confirmed (in progress); traffic impact unverified |
| Chrome Store search | The store title leads with the category keyword "Google Flow Automation - Batch Image & Video" and appends the brand name afterward. The store's "related extensions" section groups it with KoseFlow, Automation for Google VEO, Flow Automata, and others. | Confirmed (store SEO is in place) |
| Prompted reviews | 47 ratings / 1,000 users, review rate around 4.7%; the category leader Flow Automation is 240/100k = 0.24%. On the review page: 2026-09-14 two Pakistani accounts (Shaheer Mumtaz, Usman Bahi) left nearly identical reviews on the same day, "the developer is very cooperative, and any problem gets solved." The rest are Vietnamese users writing "ok pro" and "so good." | Signs of review solicitation confirmed (likely asking people in support groups to review, possibly reciprocal reviews); whether reviews are bought is unverified |
| Zalo / Telegram communities and bots | Pricing page: every tier is "supported through the Zalo + Telegram groups." Changelog v1.2.62–1.2.64 (2026-08-16 to 20): a Telegram / Zalo video bot. Send it a TikTok Shop product link and it replies with a finished sales video, with a free first video for new Zalo users. | Confirmed (both the bot and the groups exist); group size unverified |
| Vietnamese Facebook groups / YouTube / TikTok creators | Local competitors sell through Facebook groups (stablediffusion.vn, binhdanhocai), YouTube, and TikTok. But searching "VeoBulk" on TikTok (TikHub), X (x-radar, 90 days, 0 posts), Brave, and Facebook turned up no posts or creator videos of its own. | Unconfirmed |
| Ads | The developer previously built Facebook ad tools, so has ad-buying know-how. The ad library doesn't track it. | Unconfirmed |
| Media / big accounts | None found | None |
Also, the Chrome user count understates actual users: the official site offers a second install method, a manual .zip install (developer mode), and Max users mainly use the Windows / macOS desktop app (v1.2.90). Neither group is counted in the store's 1,000.
4. Why it took off (given its scale)
- Timing: Google Flow / Veo 3 opened to Vietnam (VnExpress: no Ultra needed, AI Pro works for 489,000 VND/month). Vietnam's TikTok Shop sellers, faceless YouTube channels, and this wave of "MMO" hustlers suddenly needed batch video generation. VeoBulk 2026-05-28 launched right into that wave.
- Localized checkout: Pro at 50,000 VND/month (about 2 USD), Max at 200,000 VND/month; one-time payment, no auto-renewal, with bundled monthly pricing for 6 or 12 months (the homepage says "save up to 30%"). Payment is by VietQR bank transfer, and an admin activates the account manually within a few hours. International users pay through PayPal with automatic activation, and there is a full refund within 24 hours. Vietnamese buyers don't like card-linked subscriptions, and this model is a far better fit than the Stripe subscriptions the English competitors use.
- From "tool" toward "pipeline": the desktop app adds multi-account routing, automatic account switching when quota runs out, a separate proxy per account, logo and watermark removal, Google TTS and ElevenLabs voiceover, automatic CapCut draft assembly, a "topic → storyboard → finished video" flow, a workflow node editor, and a template store. 2026-09-05 also added a local MCP so Codex, Claude Desktop, and Cursor can drive it directly (Max only). These features are built for content farms that produce dozens of sales videos a day, not for ordinary creators.
- Zalo bot delivers finished videos directly: send a TikTok Shop link and get a sales video back. That turns a tool into a service, and new users get a free trial. This is its most localized move.
- Review solicitation pushes up the store rating: 4.8 stars from 47 reviews looks credible against a niche long tail where most extensions sit at 3 to 4.5 stars with single-digit ratings.
5. What the differentiation is, and whether it explains the breakout
- No differentiation at the extension level: queue, retry, concurrency, auto-download, and automatic reCAPTCHA handling all exist across dozens of similar products. User growth flattened at 1,000 from October, which says plenty.
- The real differentiation is outside the extension: (a) Vietnamese payment methods and a one-time-purchase mindset; (b) bot delivery through Zalo / Telegram groups; (c) a desktop app with multi-account support, proxies, watermark removal, and automatic CapCut assembly, aimed directly at the TikTok Shop sales-video use case.
- Is that why it took off?: if it has revenue, it most likely comes from these parts, but public data can't confirm this (no visible paid-user count, group size, or desktop download numbers). By Chrome Store metrics, the differentiation did not make it take off. In English markets it is also overshadowed by kylenguyen.me (100k), another Vietnamese-built tool.
6. How many people see it
- Revenue isn't public, it isn't on TrustMRR, it has 0 posts on X, no media coverage, and no creator videos found.
- Only extension mirror sites like extscope, extpose, extwise, and myext.info index it.
- Verdict: few people know about it yet. But the category itself is packed, and the "Vietnamese-localized batch Veo tool" niche already has rivals like Veo3 Ultra and Veo3Studio. Nobody knowing about it doesn't mean there's room here.
VII. What others can borrow
- In a homogenized English-language tools market, carving out a small-language niche with local payments + one-time purchase + IM group support + manual activation can convert even at a price as low as 2 USD a month.
- Use the extension as a funnel: the store carries only a free tier (20 runs per day), and high-value features (multi-account, proxies, watermark removal, finished videos) live in the desktop app. That sidesteps store review risk around automating Google services and keeps payment under your own control.
- Deliver results through IM bots ("send a link, get the video back"). For sellers who don't want to learn a tool, that is easier to sell than the tool itself.
- From day one, the site has published bilingual tutorials built on Search Console queries, targeting long-tail SEO.
8. What's still uncertain
- Paid users and revenue: the site shows no numbers at all.
- The size of the Zalo / Telegram groups, desktop download numbers, and how many people installed the zip manually.
- Where the 9 to October growth from 434 to 1,000 came from (SEO, groups, Facebook posts, or ads); no direct evidence found.
- Is the review-begging normal group requests, or are they swapping reviews? Two same-day reviews with the same wording are a sign, but not enough to conclude.
- Platform risk: it calls aisandbox-pa.googleapis.com directly, grabs reCAPTCHA Enterprise tokens automatically, and runs multiple accounts through proxies. If Google changes the API or bans accounts, the whole category gets hit (the changelog has been fixing "Flow new domain login" across several versions in a row since September).
