A 20k-user "captcha-solving" extension whose users are actually Bangladeshi captcha workers: CaptchaⱮaster sells an automation plugin

What it is A Chrome extension plus desktop program that automatically solves captcha tasks for workers on the Kolotibablo human captcha-solving platform, auto-logs back in when disconnected, and sells keys by the month.

Why it took off The admin already ran a Bengali "side hustle" Telegram community of over 10,000 people, where the tool had been sold for half a year. After September it moved to the Chrome Web Store, existing users switched over en masse, and multi-machine installs added up, reaching 20k in 4 weeks.

CHow you could follow this Don't copy this extension; copy the direction: on the worker side of piece-rate crowdsourcing platforms (captchas, labeling, microtasks), find task types AI can already do, build speed-up tools to sell monthly to workers, and distribute them through local-language side-hustle communities.

Grade C: it took off on the back of a Bangladeshi community and early users the admin already had, which no one following can copy. The product breaks platform rules, so a ban, a vendor crackdown, or a store takedown could zero it overnight. The thing worth stealing is the direction: sell to the workers, not the buyers. Almost nobody knows about it yet

CaptchaⱮaster looks like another AI captcha-solving tool on the Chrome Web Store, and it went from 4 to 20k users in a week. But its users aren't scraper developers. They're Bangladeshi workers who take captcha jobs from Kolotibablo for piece-rate pay: the extension solves the jobs they're assigned automatically, the workers still collect their dollars from the platform, and they pay the extension for a plan. Below: what it is, where the users came from, where the money comes from, who's competing, and whether you can follow.

"Don't withdraw yet, wait a couple of days"

At 8:30 AM on Oct 22, 2026, a Telegram channel called "Kolotibablo All Update" posted a warning in Bengali: Kolotibablo's servers were down, so don't withdraw for the next two days, and the certificate server couldn't be reached either, so balances might be wrong. Keep an eye on your money.

A week later, Oct 29, the same group's main channel posted: "Everyone, restart your computer before you start work. Thanks be to God, the bot is fine." Nov 5, someone in the channel shared a photo captioned "my pc setup 5 monitor": five monitors, one computer, several captcha accounts running at once.

All these channels are run by one person, Nur Islam Roman. The product he sells is CaptchaⱮaster, which went up on the Chrome Web Store in Sep 12.

What it is

The store listing has one line: "Automatically solves AWS WAF, hCaptcha, KB-S Square, KBL & RAS with human-like virtual hand automation." The first two are common captchas. KB-S and KBL mean nothing to outsiders. They're Kolotibablo task types (KB grid images, KB login codes), and RAS is the reCAPTCHA audio task.

Kolotibablo is the human-workforce arm of the captcha service Anti-Captcha. It says it has operated since 2007 and doesn't accept workers from the US, Canada, or the EU. Workers install the official "Kolotibablo Bot" in their browser, take jobs, and solve captchas one by one for dollars per task. In 2012, Krebs described it as a "virtual sweatshop."

CaptchaⱮaster runs on top of the official job extension: when a job arrives, it's completed automatically using AI plus "human-like manual" simulation. There's also an "Auto Login" that re-logs into the Kolotibablo account after it drops. Its permissions include localhost:56544 and :8181, which means the extension needs a desktop helper program running alongside it (Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android versions exist). In short, it's a bot that lets workers run jobs unattended: AI does the piece-rate tasks, and the workers collect the human-rate pay.

The site captchamaster.org is dressed up as a captcha API for developers: "On-device AI," "50M+ Captchas Solved." Its testimonials use auto-generated cartoon avatars and made-up company names. The real business is on Telegram.

How 4 weekly 20k users came from somewhere else

Store chart curve (extops.dev, pulled 11-06): appeared in Sep 13, 9/17 2,000,9/27 10k, 10/10 20k, then flat at the 20k tier through Nov 6. That fast isn't from store search. It's because existing users were already there:

  • It had already been selling on the store for over half a year. Its YouTube channel posted "Kolotibablo ID Auto Login" back in Feb 2026 14 (503 views); the Telegram main channel's message count had already passed 1,400. It used to sell EXE software and sideloaded plugins, and putting it on the store amounts to telling old users to switch installs (inference, but the timeline fits).
  • It owns a "side-hustle" community. The main channel @CaptchaaMasterBD has 1,510 subscribers, the group has 993 members, the update channel has 873 people, and another channel called TRUSTED EARNING SOURCES has 10.1k subscribers, all run by the same person. Single posts get 300 to 600 views.
  • Multiple installs per person. These communities total about 14k people (with overlap), yet the store shows 20k users. Running multiple accounts on several PCs and browser profiles is common in the Kolotibablo scene, and each setup counts as a user. Users likely outnumber paying customers several times over (inference).
  • It ran a review push at launch. 14 ratings averaging 4.9 stars, all with Bengali names. On Sep 17 alone, 5 reviews came in, one signed Nur Islam Roman, the admin himself.

Almost nobody in English-speaking circles knows it: searches for kolotibablo or captchamaster turn up nothing on X over 90 days, and no media has covered it.

Where the money comes from

The money chain is clear: Kolotibablo pays workers in dollars → workers buy CaptchaⱮaster plans → the same community then helps workers convert dollars to taka and takes a commission. The TRUSTED EARNING SOURCES channel lists a "Kolotibablo Dollar Buying Service" and a "full Kolotibablo setup plus training, 1,500 taka," aimed at onboarding newcomers.

Plans are sold monthly as API keys. An Oct 13 notice read: "Keys expiring this month, buy a new package now; if you want Auto Login, turn the switch on when you buy; DM about recharge problems." The official pricing page (updated 11-04) lists $1,000 per 0.45 solves (hCaptcha, AWS WAF, KBS, and KB image tasks all at this rate). reCAPTCHA audio and Cloudflare Turnstile are free, and KBL reads "35% one-time fee / Unlimited." It's unclear whether that's a 35% cut of worker earnings or a one-time fee.

Workers pay because the math works: the AI's cost per task is far below the platform's human rate, and the difference is split between workers and the tool vendor (inference; Kolotibablo's current rates aren't public). Paying users and revenue aren't visible from outside. Based on community activity, active paying users likely number from a few hundred to one or two thousand (inference).

Who it's competing with

The "general captcha extension" category is already crowded, but those products sell to the buyers of captcha services. Few serve the worker side:

Its fight with CaptchaSonic is out in the open. Oct 17 "BIG UPDATE": "hCaptcha now officially works… if you ran hCaptcha with Sonic before, you can now run it directly in CaptchaMaster." In Nov 6 the channel also ran a poll: "CaptchaSonic vs CaptchaMaster, which is better for hCaptcha?"

It wins on three things: it packages Kolotibablo's various task types into one desktop app with auto-login; it's on the Chrome Web Store, which looks more legitimate than scripts passed around as zip files in groups and gets auto-updates; and its support is in Bengali. It shipped 7 versions in two weeks, fixing whatever a group member reported (Oct 28: "Aws not solve fix, Version 1.2.5"). Technically it's most likely self-trained models combined with third-party solving APIs. That's not its moat.

If it were you

C. A business few people look at, but not one worth chasing. It took off on a Bengali side-hustle community the admin already had and on half a year of early users, which followers can't get. And what it sells breaks Kolotibablo's rules, so a platform ban, hCaptcha targeting, or a Chrome Web Store takedown could each zero it out overnight.

Who it suits: people already inside a small-language "make money online" community who know what jobs workers handle every day. The part worth copying is the direction: sell to the people doing the work, not to the people buying the service.

Who it doesn't suit: developers who want to build a "better captcha-solving extension" and compete on the store. The general category is already served by NopeCHA, which has a million users. People without a community or local language, since these users trust only people they know in their groups. And anyone who can't live with legal and platform-rule risk.

How to build it: find a piece-rate human crowdsourcing platform (captchas, data labeling, microtasks, surveys, content moderation). Look at which task types on the worker side current vision or voice models can already handle, then build a tool that speeds workers up or runs jobs unattended, and sell it monthly. The condition: the extra money the tool earns workers has to clearly exceed the subscription fee.

How to get users: join local-language "side hustle" Telegram or WhatsApp groups, become a familiar face there first, then sell the tool. Add onboarding training and currency exchange to keep people around. The store listing is for looking legitimate and making updates easy, not for acquisition.

When the window closes: the arbitrage window is the stretch where models can already do the tasks but the platform hasn't cracked down. It ends once the platform starts detecting bots at scale, or pulls these task types from human assignment.

Signs you got this wrong: ① CaptchaⱮaster's user count drops after a Kolotibablo ban wave, or it gets pulled from the Chrome Web Store, which would mean this kind of business doesn't last. ② Someone runs the same play on another crowdsourcing platform (labeling, microtasks) and reaches tens of thousands of users, which would mean "sell to the workers" is a repeatable direction and the grade should go up. ③ Its users mostly arrive through organic store search instead of Telegram, which would mean the community isn't a barrier and a standalone tool works too.

CaptchaⱮaster: why it could scale

Chrome extension · id homoajncncmbcnmgdjfojlnnjmcodlbf · researched 2026-11-06

One line

On the surface it's a generic "AI captcha solver" extension. In practice its users are Bangladeshi Kolotibablo captcha workers. Kolotibablo is Anti-Captcha's human captcha-solving platform, running since 2007, paying workers in USD per task. Workers install the Kolotibablo Bot plugin in their browser to take jobs, which include hCaptcha, AWS WAF, reCAPTCHA audio (RAS), KB image grids (KBS), and KB login codes (KBL). CaptchaⱮaster uses AI plus simulated human clicks to finish these jobs automatically. Workers still get paid in USD by the platform, then spend part of it on CaptchaⱮaster plans (monthly API keys by quota, or a 35% cut on KBL). Put plainly, it's a cheat tool for captcha workers, not a captcha API for developers or scrapers. It reached 4 weeks to 20k users for three reasons: the team already ran a Bangladeshi Telegram "earn extra money" community (main channel 10k subscribers); since 2026-02 they had been selling Kolotibablo auto-login and auto-solve tools; and once September moved the extension to the Chrome Web Store, older users migrated in bulk. Every machine and every browser profile counts as a separate user.

1. Basic data

  • Store snapshot: 20k users, 4.9 rating from 14 ratings, v1.2.6, first published 2026-09-12, last updated 2026-10-30. Has in-app purchases, no EU trader declaration, developer name "CaptchaⱮaster", email domain captchamaster.org, and this is the only extension on the account. (chromestore.item, 2026-11-07 snapshot)
  • Permissions: <all_urls>, tabs, scripting, declarativeNetRequest, storage, activeTab, plus localhost/127.0.0.1:56544 and :8181. This means the extension talks to a local desktop program ("Inference Server"), so local inference or forwarding runs through the desktop app. (chromestore.item.permissions)
  • Growth curve (extops.dev single page, pulled by 2026-11-06): 9/13 appeared in the store, 9/15 159 people, 9/17 2k, 9/20 5k, 9/25 8k, 9/27 10k, 10/10 20k, then flat at 20k through 11/06 (the store shows only tick marks above 10k). Rating count was 9/17 with 2 reviews, rising to 9 reviews by 9/20, and only 5 more in the following month.
  • Our library (chromestore.item_snap): from 11-05 to 11-07 it sits at 20k users and 14–15 ratings, so no sign of continued growth.
  • Releases: 7 versions in two weeks (1.1.9→1.2.6); permissions expanded from 6 to 10 items in 10/20 (recall card, extops permission history). Telegram error reports and fixes line up with it, e.g. 10-28 "Aws not solve fix, Version 1.2.5". (t.me/s/CaptchaaMasterBD)

2. Who the users are and what they're doing

  • Demo links on the pricing page: KBS, KBL and KB Image OCR link straight to kolotibablo.com; the KBL row reads "35% one-time fee / Unlimited". Turnstile (unlimited, free) and reCAPTCHA Audio (free) are listed, and every other type is "Custom" and needs a sales contact for a quote. (captchamaster.org/pricing, 2026-11-06)
  • How Kolotibablo works: it's Anti-Captcha's human solving platform, claiming "since 2007", and bars sign-ups from the US, Canada and the EU (kolotibablo.com/workers/start). Workers install the official "Kolotibablo Bot" plugin or app and take jobs in Chrome, Firefox or Android (antcpt.com/eng/download/kolotibablo-bot.html). Krebs wrote in 2012 that it was a "virtual sweatshop" (krebsonsecurity.com, 2012-01).
  • What CaptchaⱮaster does: it finishes the jobs workers are assigned, automatically, and adds an "Auto Login" (auto-login to a Kolotibablo account, auto-reconnect after a drop). The official YouTube channel @captchamaster (144 subscribers) has the videos "Kolotibablo ID Auto Login" (2026-02-14,503 views) and "Auto Login feature in CaptchaⱮaster for Kolotibablo" (2026-10-01,360 views).
  • Telegram channel content (mostly Bengali):
    • 10-13 Admin Nur Islam Roman posts an announcement: "Anyone whose API Key expires this month, buy a new Package now; if you need Auto Login, turn on the Auto Login switch when you buy the Package; for Deposit problems, DM me." This shows they sell keys monthly and run their own top-up channel. (t.me/s/kolotibabloallupdate/215)
    • 10-17 "hCaptcha now officially works...If you ran hCaptcha with Sonic before, you can run it directly in CaptchaMaster now; for higher hCaptcha limits, buy a higher tier." It names competitor CaptchaSonic directly. (same source /221)
    • 10-21 poll: "Can RAS (reCAPTCHA audio) still be used after the quota runs out?" 98 people voted; 11-06 post: "Which is better for hCaptcha, CaptchaSonic or CaptchaMaster?" (t.me/s/CaptchaaMasterBD)
    • 10-26 "If kolotibablo has problems...try switching VPN countries a few times."
  • The side business in the same community (t.me/s/trustedearningsources, 10.1k subscribers, 3.92K links): "Kolotibablo Dollar Buying Service" (converts USD in Kolotibablo accounts to cash); "Full Kolotibablo captcha setup + training, 1500 taka" (onboarding new workers); buying RedotPay accounts; sourcing people to buy ChatGPT Premium. The money flows like this: Kolotibablo pays workers in USD → the community takes a commission to convert USD to taka → workers buy CaptchaⱮaster plans → newcomers pay 1500 taka for onboarding training.
  • Reviews: all 14 ratings come from Bengali names (Sazu Mia, Md Jahid Islam, Sagor Hossen, etc.). 9-17 saw 5 reviews land on a single day, and one is signed Nur Islam Roman, the Telegram admin himself. The copy is generic English templates like "simple setup / user-friendly". This looks like solicited five-star reviews, pushed hard right after launch. (store reviews page)
  • The website is a facade: the homepage says "On-device AI, Teams that ship with CaptchaMaster", with fake testimonials using dicebear avatars (Arian Keller @ NovaChain, etc.); how-it-works claims "50M+ Captchas Solved, 99.9% Accuracy". The site is dressed up like a developer tool, while the real business runs on Telegram.

Verdict: the "generic captcha extension" category is already crowded (NopeCHA, Buster, 2Captcha, CapSolver…). But "an auto-working tool for Kolotibablo workers" was only available as privately sold scripts and generic APIs like CaptchaSonic used on the side. CaptchaⱮaster is the first Kolotibablo-specific tool on the Chrome Web Store to reach five-digit users (full-text search of the chromestore library for kolotibablo and AWS WAF hits only it).

4. Growth tactics

  1. Owned Telegram community network (confirmed): main channel @CaptchaaMasterBD with 1.51K subscribers (message IDs up to 1,435, so the history is long); group @CaptchaMasterBangladesh with 993 members; @kolotibabloallupdate with 873 members; @trustedearningsources with 10.1k subscribers; and @NiREarningSourcesbd. Several channel bios link to the same website, and the admin is @nurislamroman on all of them. This is a "Bangladeshi side hustle" traffic pool that already existed, and Kolotibablo is its main product.
  2. Old users migrating (likely): YouTube was already promoting "Kolotibablo ID Auto Login" by 2026-02, and the TG channel had over a thousand messages before the extension hit the store, which suggests they were already selling this as an EXE or sideloaded plugin. The store version launched 9-12 and reached 10k in two weeks, which fits a pace of "notify old users to switch to the store version".
  3. Multiple installs per person (inferred, unverified): the Telegram communities total about 14k people (with overlap), but the store shows 20k users. Multi-account farming is common in Kolotibablo circles (a YouTube video "Work on multiple Kolotibablo accounts with Auto Captcha Entry" has 13k views), and each browser profile and PC counts as a user. The user count is probably several times the number of paying people.
  4. YouTube tutorials (confirmed, small volume): @captchamaster has 144 subscribers, and single videos get a few hundred views.
  5. Solicited reviews (confirmed): 9-17 got 5 five-star ratings on one day, one of them from the admin himself.
  6. Name piggybacking (inferred): CaptchaⱮaster swaps the M for Ɱ, which is close in appearance to CapMonster and to "Captcha Master" earning apps. Most users reach it directly from Telegram, though, so search traffic from the borrowed name is probably small.
  7. Not found: searched x-radar on X for kolotibablo and captchamaster, only 90 posts across 0 days; no press coverage; the ad library doesn't track it.

5. Why now

  • Kolotibablo's task mix has shifted over the years. hCaptcha, AWS WAF, reCAPTCHA audio, "Antigate tasks" and Coordinates tasks are all dispatched to workers' browsers (see the menu at kolotibablo.com/workers/start). Vision models and speech recognition can now solve these image tasks fast and accurately, so the arbitrage of "have AI take the human captcha-farm jobs and earn the human wages" works. The seller is AI sitting on human-rate pay.
  • Bangladesh has a large number of people doing captcha work as a side hustle, plus established USD-to-taka channels. Tools and tutorials spread by word of mouth in Telegram groups.

6. Differentiation

  • How it differs from generic captcha-solving extensions: it sells to the workers doing the captchas, not to the customers buying captcha solving. Its features are built around Kolotibablo's task types (KBS, KBL, KB OCR, RAS, AWS WAF, hCaptcha) and the workers' pain points (auto-login, reconnecting after drops, plan renewals, Bengali-language support).
  • How it differs from the scripts sold privately (JA CAPTCHA, personal GitHub projects): it's on the Chrome Web Store, has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android, updates automatically, and fixes bugs fast (7 versions in two weeks). It looks more legit and is easier to install than zip files shared in Telegram.
  • This differentiation is why it took off, but community and vertical focus mattered more than the tech. Technically it's probably a mix of self-trained models and third-party solving APIs; the site makes no verifiable claim about "local inference."

7. Visibility and copycats

  • Few people know about it yet: no public revenue, no press coverage, 0 posts on X. It circulates only within Bengali-language captcha Telegram groups.
  • Copycats: none seen copying it. The same circles name earlier or contemporaneous alternatives such as CaptchaSonic (compared on Telegram), JA CAPTCHA and NoneCap.

8. What others can learn

  • "Sell to the people doing the work, not the people buying the service": find a piece-rate human crowdsourcing platform (captcha solving, labeling, microtasks, surveys) and look at the worker side for task types AI can automate. Workers will pay monthly if the tool earns them more than the subscription costs, and the source of the money is clear.
  • Channel: small-language "side income" Telegram/WhatsApp communities come with built-in trust and traffic. Currency-exchange and onboarding/training support can lock users in.
  • Store listing is mainly trust and an update channel, not an acquisition channel.

9. Risks and uncertainties

  • Violates Kolotibablo's and Anti-Captcha's rules (workers using bots for tasks; the platform may ban accounts or withhold pay); vendors like hCaptcha may also target it. Chrome Web Store extensions that "bypass captchas" are always at risk of removal.
  • Paying users and revenue are unknown. The Telegram groups have 14k subscribers in total, and individual posts get 300–600 views. Real active paying users are estimated at a few hundred to one or two thousand (speculative).
  • How much of the 20k users is multi-installs or inflated counts can't be verified.
  • Whether KBL's "35% one-time fee" is a revenue share or a one-time charge is ambiguous in the source; not verified.
