# Someone with 7.7K followers created a repo and, 21 minutes later, posted "very explicit and violent": how qwen21-nsfw-pose-skill got 24 stars in 4,000 days

**What it is** : a recipe for generating adult-oriented images locally: Qwen-Image 2.1 + an adult LoRA + 136 3D mannequin poses. One command reproduces the sample images from a Civitai author, and it's packaged as a skill that Claude Code and Codex can call.

**Why it blew up** An uncensored new model had been trending for three weeks, and everyone was stuck on how to build a copy. The author built the repo, then immediately posted a tweet saying "very NSFW, very violent". It hit 889k views, the repo got 824 stars that day, and then Chinese AI accounts, GitHub daily digests and Bilibili kept it going.

**B** **How you could follow it** Don't build another Qwen 2.1 clone. Wait for the next open-source model, and within two or three weeks turn a top creator's results into a "one command to reproduce" recipe plus a skill, then post a hooky tweet the same day. Or do what it doesn't cover: a Mac or low-VRAM version, or an English-speaking version.

Grade B: the packaging and release rhythm can be copied, and the pose-gallery repo's 10 days and 6,000 stars show the demand is still there. But this wave has already been taken, so the next one is a bet on timing and on a single tweet catching fire, and adult content on GitHub can still get taken down. What people in small circles are saying

After Qwen-Image 2.1 was open-sourced, the Chinese AI community quickly spread the word that it was "uncensored out of the box". Three weeks later, a Chinese X alt pulled the image-generation recipes of adult-content creators on Civitai, packaged them as a skill that Claude Code and Codex could call directly, and posted it to GitHub. It gained 824 stars on day one. It took off mainly because of the subject matter, the timing and one tweet. What you can borrow is the packaging and release rhythm, not the repo itself.

### A tweet at dawn

In 2026 October 13 03:09 (UTC), a repo called qwen21-nsfw-pose-skill appeared on GitHub. 21 minutes later, the author @bei351009016 (signing as "傲慢" on X, about 7.7K followers, 14k tweets total) posted: "very NSFW, very violent, the only legacy Opus5.5 left me... I think it's stronger than the Huang Guo short dramas."

That tweet ended up with 889k views, 3,726 likes and 323 reposts. His usual tweets get a few hundred to a few thousand views. In the replies, one line, "opened it at work and got scared to death", alone got 42k views. The repo gained 824 stars and 180 forks that day (Trendshift daily data, UTC).

### What it is

A local image-generation recipe that lets you "run it and get the same images", wrapped in an agent skill.

- **Foundation** : local ComfyUI + the Qwen-Image 2.1 int8 base model, the same base model those few Civitai creators use.

- **Recipe** : the sample images from Civitai creators tawsLoRa and TheseAlpacas were reverse-engineered into fixed parameters (er_sde + beta, CFG 2.5, 50 steps, 1152×1728). Prompts must cover 7 elements and run 300–1500 characters. The adult LoRA is "always on". The README gives a one-line command with a seed and says "about 5 minutes to reproduce the author's shower original".

- **Poses** : hooked into VNCCS PoseStudio's 3D mannequin, with 136 poses (4 from public HuggingFace libraries + 55 hand-picked), sorted into four "boldness" tiers, L0–L3.

- **Four generation routes** : text-to-image, repose an existing character, script-based pose transfer, and precise posing with a 3D mannequin.

- **Self-check** : `doctor.py` checks item by item what's missing from ComfyUI, models and nodes. Mac and Windows pitfalls get their own section.

- **For agents** : a 24KB SKILL.md rules file that Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenClaw can all read. People can also run it by hand.

Completely free, Apache-2.0, with no paid tier and no funnel to anywhere else. To run it you need at least an NVIDIA card with 12GB of VRAM and about 40GB of disk space.

The README's first screen shows three comparison images of the same beach scene (fully dressed → wet swimsuit → low-angle crouch). The adult images are folded behind a GIF that says "click the card to expand (18+)". The design itself is the hook: it won't get flagged outright before you click, and it makes you want to click.

### How big the numbers are

| | Metric | Sources |
|---|---|---|
| Star / Fork | About 4,170 / 716 | GitHub,11-06 |
| Day one | +824 stars | Trendshift,10-13 |
| The peaks in the first week | 10-15 +762, 10-16 +506, 10-19 +628 | Trendshift |
| Charts | From 10-13 to 10-16, four straight days in the top 5–9,10-15 of Trendshift's Python chart, ranking #11 site-wide | Trendshift |
| Now | 20–40 stars a day, with one 11-02 wave of +170 | Daily numbers from Trendshift and GitHub |

Gained 343 stars in the last 7 days, more than the 7 days before with 202. Looks like a second acceleration, but it's really one day: the 11-02 author posted a "broke 4k Stars" celebration tweet, and a few reposts piled on. Afterward it fell back to 20-30 a day. The repo is past its peak, with a slow tail still climbing.

The fork rate is 17%, well above new repos of similar size (median about 11%), but don't read that as "lots of people running it locally". The first 100 forks all happened within hours of creation, and most were made by long-registered accounts sitting on hundreds or thousands of repos. Adult-content repos often see this kind of "fork to back up in case it gets taken down" behavior. The stars don't look botted, but the GitHub stargazer list endpoint returns 404 for this repo, so they can't be checked one by one. This is an **inference** .

### Where users come from

Walking through it in order:

1. **Mid-to-late September, the topic heats up first** . Qwen-Image 2.1 was open-sourced around September 14. From September 20–22, Chinese X and linux.do began spreading "uncensored out of the box", and adult LoRAs then appeared on Civitai. By the time this repo launched, the topic had been hot for three weeks. Lots of people wanted to run it but didn't know how to get results like the author's.

2. **10-13, the author's own tweet** . This was the starting point and the biggest wave.

3. **10-14 to 10-17, Chinese AI accounts pass it on** . @geekbb wrote "how is this project so awesome"; the repost account "周览资源" got 30k views on one tweet; the English GitHub digest Upcurrent ranked it #1 among top movers two days running; one review was titled "a thousand stars in a week".

4. **Around 10-19, Bilibili and forums** . A Bilibili video, "qwen21-nsfw-pose-skill: 6 days +2600☆", got about 7,600 plays, and there was a thread on a niche software forum. The repo gained 628 stars that day, but **I couldn't confirm** which source brought them in.

5. **Still happening** : various agent skill directories auto-index it, and auto-generated reposted short videos show up on YouTube Shorts and Instagram.

I found no ads, and I didn't see it on Hacker News or Reddit. No major English accounts or media covered it, and mainstream media finds adult-content topics hard to write about. It has mostly circulated within Chinese AI and hardware-hacker circles.

### Why this one and not the others

Two other repos from the same period work almost as a control group:

| Repo | stars | How it differs |
|---|---|---|
| iamyoki/qwen-image-2.1-skill | 207 | A Qwen 2.1 skill that followed the official prompt guidelines and stayed away from adult content |
| Work-Fisher/ComfyUI-Fisher-Pose | 300 | A VNCCS mannequin + Qwen 2.1 posing project that launched 9-24. Its feature set is even bigger (209 items), but it's a ComfyUI node, doesn't do adult content, and had no viral tweet |

The one with earlier, more complete features got 300 stars; this one got 4,000. The difference comes down to three things: **subject matter** (adult content, which people naturally click on and share), **timing** ("uncensored" had been trending for three weeks, and people were stuck on "how to make a copy"), and **that tweet** .

Engineering completeness is why it didn't fade after one wave: one command to reproduce, four routes, a self-check script, Mac/Windows support, the author replies to issues and merges PRs carefully, and outside people have submitted code. But none of that is why it gained 824 stars on day one. The author's two other skills (Douyin downloader, Claude fixed IP) got only 20 and 12 stars. Same person, same approach, but without the subject matter it didn't work.

### Who it's competing with

- **LoRAs and sample images on Civitai** : the models and images exist, but nobody shows you how to reproduce them. This repo's job is to break them down into runnable recipes.

- **AHEKOT/ComfyUI_VNCCS** (1,741 stars): the underlying posing mannequin capability is theirs.

- **General-purpose ComfyUI agent tools** (comfyui-mcp, Comfy-Org/comfy-skills, etc., hundreds of stars): they can connect to any model, but don't provide finished recipes for a specific one.

- **Online adult generation sites** : paid, cloud-based, no GPU needed. This repo's users are the ones willing to wrestle with their own graphics cards.

I haven't seen anyone directly copy the "adult content + poses + skill" combo. Someone made a similar prompting skill for Krea2 with adult content (rakshazi/krea2-prompting), but it has only 43 stars, missed the hype, and didn't have that tweet.

But starting in October, a batch of Chinese ComfyUI pose galleries appeared: anhao/ai-pose-gallery-zh gained 6,076 stars in 10 days, and there are also shisei (449), comfyui-pose-gallery (278), PoseSwap (138), all created between 10-28 and 10-30. There's no evidence they were built in response, but it shows the demand for "Chinese + pose control + works out of the box" hasn't been saturated yet.

### If it were you

**Grade B: worth trying, but copy its playbook, not this repo.** This Qwen 2.1 adult-content wave is already taken, and cloning it would just be the second 207-star repo. What you can copy is the rhythm: in the two or three weeks after a new model drops and the community is spreading "what it can make", turn a top creator's results into a one-command reproducible recipe, package it as an agent skill, and post a hooky tweet yourself the day you create the repo. The weaknesses are also clear: the window is measured in weeks, so timing is everything; adult content on GitHub can be restricted at any time; and the day-one spike depended largely on that one tweet, so this step is a bet on luck.

**Who it suits** : people with their own GPU who live in ComfyUI and Civitai and can get the author's results working within a week of a new model launch. Better still if you have a few thousand followers in the Chinese or another-language AI community and have posted tweets that went viral.

**Who it doesn't suit** : people without a local image-generation setup or who don't follow the model scene; anyone trying to make money from it (this kind doesn't make money, the payoff is stars and reputation); anyone who can't stomach the repo getting taken down someday.

**How to do it:**

- **Watch for the next model** . When the next open-source image or video model comes out and the community starts spreading "what it can make", build a "recipe + seed + validation images + self-check + SKILL.md" package within two to three weeks. The pitch is "one command to reproduce a specific creator's image", not yet another LoRA.

- **Switch to another vertical, not necessarily adult** . Outfit swaps, portraits, e-commerce model shots, and camera moves for new video models are all high-demand topics that can use the same packaging approach. But be prepared: the weaker the draw of the subject, the fewer stars, and your control group is that 207-star repo.

- **Do the parts it did poorly** . It needs an NVIDIA card with 12GB or more, and the author admits the Mac support hasn't been tested. Nobody has yet built a version that runs well on Mac or low VRAM (GGUF quantized), or an English-speaking equivalent.

- **Ride the pose-gallery trend** . Chinese pose galleries gained 10 stars in 6,000 days, which shows people want "out-of-the-box pose control" in its own right. It doesn't have to be tied to adult content.

**How to get users** : do what it did. Post a tweet yourself the day you create the repo: a contrast hook plus a nod to the trending model name, put a safe comparison image on the README's first screen, and fold the sensitive content. Then get reposted and indexed by Chinese AI accounts, GitHub digests, skill directories and Bilibili. It didn't reach the English community, so r/StableDiffusion and r/comfyui on Reddit are untapped.

**How early you need to be** : the Qwen 2.1 wave is mostly over, and the repo now gains only twenty or thirty stars a day. Your window depends on when the next open-source model drops. Launch within two to three weeks of it, or someone else's repo will already own the space.

**Signs you've misread it** : ① after the next new model drops, a repo using the same approach can't pass 500 stars within a month, which would mean the tweet did most of the work, not the playbook; ② GitHub takes down this repo or similar ones, which would mean the adult-content route doesn't work on GitHub and you need to switch to a non-sensitive vertical; ③ the pose-gallery repos all stop growing soon after, which would mean "pose control" was just a passing wave riding the hype.

## Arekejoker/qwen21-nsfw-pose-skill: why it works

> Channel: GitHub | Created 2026-10-13 03:09 UTC | Today (2026-11-06) 4,188 stars / 718 forks | Research day 2026-11-06

### Bottom line

A Chinese X personal account with ~7.7K followers, after Qwen-Image 2.1 "native uncensored" had been hyped in Chinese AI circles for about three weeks, packaged "the Civitai author's recipe + NSFW LoRA + 136 3D mannequin poses" into an agent skill and posted it to GitHub. The author posted a tweet calling it "very dirty and violent" (889k views), and it gained 824 stars on day one. Chinese repost accounts, aggregators, and Bilibili videos then carried it forward in several more waves of stars. It took off for three reasons: NSFW is a topic people click on by default, the timing was right, and the author's one tweet hit hard. The product itself (reproducible, runs out of the box) is why it has held up and kept a high fork rate, but it wasn't the starting point of the hype.

### 1. What it is

- An agent skill for Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / OpenClaw (SKILL.md 24KB of rules), which people can also use manually. Built on local ComfyUI + the Qwen-Image 2.1 int8 base model.

- Contents: prompt recipes that reproduce the sample images of Civitai authors (tawsLoRa, TheseAlpacas); prompts must cover 7 elements and 300–1500 characters; fixed er_sde/beta, CFG 2.5, 50 steps; NSFW LoRA "always on"; a "boldness ladder" L0–L3; four output routes (text-to-image / edit-to-change-pose / script pose transfer / VNCCS PoseStudio 3D mannequin); 136 poses (4 from public HF libraries + 55 hand-picked); `doctor.py` self-check; Mac/Windows support. (Source: repo README, CHANGELOG)

- Free under Apache-2.0, with no paid entry point at all. The author hasn't linked a homepage or pointed traffic to a paid product.

### 2. Data

- Our GitHub repo data: stars 4,167 (11-06), fork/star 17.2%, gain_7d 343, prev_7d 202, largest single-day star gain 697 (10-16), status "accelerating".

- Daily Trendshift data (trendshift.io/repositories/302162, UTC): 10-13 +824, 10-14 +420, 10-15 +762, 10-16 +506, 10-19 +628, then it settled to 20–40 per day, and 11-02 had another wave of +170. From 10-13 to 10-16 it made the top 5–9 of the Trendshift Python chart for four days straight, and on 10-15 it reached #11 on the all-language chart.

- Take the "accelerating" label with a grain of salt: the 11-02 wave added 170 stars in one day, which inflated this week's numbers. Since 11-03 it has gone back to about 20–40 stars a day. It's a repo past its peak, with a slow tail still climbing, not a second breakout.

- The stars don't look bought: the first 100 forks were all made between 05 and 12 UTC on the day the repo was created, and most fork accounts were registered 2013–2023 years ago and hold dozens to thousands of repos, which are "fork hoarders" (for example, chrinide has 2160 repos). This is the typical "fork it to back it up before it gets taken down" behavior seen with NSFW repos, and it also explains why the fork rate is as high as 17% (the median for new repos of similar size is about 11%). The claim "many forks = many people running images locally" can't be taken at face value. The stargazers endpoint for this repo returned 404 (GitHub may be rate-limiting it), so we couldn't check the starring accounts one by one.

| Ongoing | Automatically picked up by skill aggregators such as agentskillshub, theskillharbor (Muse skill directory), agenttape, hotrepo, and gitranks; auto-generated repost videos on YouTube Shorts / Instagram | Jina search results |

Conclusion: The main driver was **the author's own X post** (posted 21 minutes after the repo was created). The topic is explicit enough that the README's NSFW sample images (even presented as click-to-expand animations) are visible as soon as you open it, and the "Opus5.5 legacy" hook rode a trending topic, so it broke into the Chinese AI/tinkerer circles. The later star gains came from Chinese repost accounts, digests and aggregators, and relays through Bilibili videos. No active promotion on ads, HN, or Reddit was found. On Reddit there are only discussions of VNCCS PoseStudio and Qwen 2.1, with no mention of this repo.

### 5. Copycats

No repo was found that directly copies the full "NSFW + pose + skill" package. However, a wave of **Chinese ComfyUI pose galleries** followed, which can be seen as an extension of the same demand: anhao/ai-pose-gallery-zh (10 days, 6,076 stars), wquguru/shisei (449), wangweihong/comfyui-pose-gallery (278), JGRFW/comfyui-aicg3d-PoseSwap (138), mugicha-AI/ComfyUI-PoseAtlas, Stone-dielianhua/ComfyUI_Pose-Gallery_ZH, all created between 10-28 and 10-30. Trendshift also lists PoseSwap and shisei as "similar repos" to this one. There's no evidence they were made because of this repo, so they're counted only as followers in the same topic area.

### 6. Differentiation

- It differs from its peers in three ways. First, the **topic** : it is explicitly adult-oriented (peers either avoid it or only ship models). Second, the **delivery format** : it's not a single node or a single LoRA, but a "recipe + acceptance sample images + seeds + self-check + agent rules" bundle that can reproduce the author's original image with one command. Third, the **entry point** : it's built as a Claude Code / Codex skill, riding the agent-skill wave, and "let the agent make dirty pictures for you" sounds novel.

- Why did it take off? **Topic + timing + one viral tweet** is the main reason. Two pieces of evidence: iamyoki, who made a Qwen 2.1 skill in the same period, has only 207 stars; Fisher-Pose, which came earlier with Qwen 2.1 pose editing and similar features, has only 300 stars. Engineering completeness (reproducible, four routes, doctor self-check, Mac/Windows support, the author answering issues and PRs carefully) explains why it didn't fade like most NSFW repos and why it keeps attracting PRs (yelban and yi-john-huang both submitted some). But none of this explains the 824 stars it gained on day one.

### 7. Visibility

It spread in small circles: mainly Chinese X's AI and tinkerer crowd, a few GitHub daily newsletters and aggregator sites, and one or two Bilibili videos. No revenue (the project is fully free), no major English accounts or press coverage. The author himself has only 7.7K followers. Because the project is NSFW, mainstream media is unlikely to write about it.

### 8. What others can learn

1. In the two or three weeks after a new base model came out and the community found it "uncensored," **breaking down top Civitai creators' sample images into reproducible recipes** (prompt structure + parameters + seed + acceptance images) was easier than training yet another LoRA, and easier to spread.

2. Packaging it as an agent skill (SKILL.md) let it catch two traffic streams at once: "AI image generation" and "Claude Code skills."

3. Launch move: right after creating the repo, the author posted a tweet with a strong hook of their own (explicit, contrast-driven, riding the trending model name). The README's first screen shows safe comparison images, with NSFW images folded behind "click to expand," which creates curiosity without getting the repo instantly banned by the platform.

4. The same packaging of "model + recipes + controls + self-check" could transfer to other high-demand verticals: new video models, outfit changes, portraits, e-commerce models. The author's other two skills (a Douyin downloader at 20 stars, a Claude fixed-IP skill at 12 stars) didn't take off, which suggests the pattern depends on a high-demand topic.

### 9. Still unclear

- Where the +628 stars on day 10-19 actually came from (a Bilibili video, a niche software forum, or some WeChat Official Account or Telegram channel I couldn't find) is unverified.

- The stargazers API is 404, so I can't check each starring account. Saying there was no star-botting is only an inference from fork accounts, the pace of star growth, and tweet impressions.

- I don't know how many people actually got it running locally (it needs 12GB+ VRAM and about 40GB of disk). Most forks are probably just backups.

- GitHub may ban or restrict this repo over NSFW content, so its long-term lifespan is uncertain.

- I didn't check what the author meant by "the only legacy Opus5.5 left me" (possibly that the Opus 5.5 subscription expired).
