> Suno began restricting downloads in September. The open-source model YuE2 had just been released but could only run in Python. This project was the first to package YuE2 as an installer ordinary people could use. The author first launched it on their own Russian channel. In Oct 12, an English YouTube review titled "Ditch Suno" with 104k views multiplied daily star growth three to four times over, and Chinese sites reposted it afterward.

# Suno shut downloads, and a Russian blogger built a "free Suno on your GPU" in 12 days, hitting 45 days, 1,900 stars

**What it is** A free, open-source Windows desktop app that generates full songs with vocals on your own GPU. The sheet music is editable, and you don't need to install Python.

**Why it took off** Suno restricted downloads in September, and the open-source model YuE2 had just launched but only ran in Python. It was the first to turn YuE2 into an installer ordinary people could use. The author debuted it on his Russian-language channel. In October, 12 a 104k-view English YouTube review, "Ditch Suno," tripled the daily star growth, and Chinese sites then reposted it.

**B** **How you could follow this** Stop making YuE2 studios. Watch for the next open-source model. Within two weeks of release, use the community's C++/GGML ports to ship a native installer that needs no setup. Tie it to a closed-source rival that's getting criticized and pitch it as the replacement. Debut on your own turf first, then get reviewed by English YouTube free-AI-tools channels.

Grade B: the playbook is clear and can be repeated on the next model. But this round of YuE2 is already crowded, with a dozen wrappers, and the latecomer Ruach_Studio got 75 stars in a month. It also depends on timing, on having a ready port to borrow, and on having your own launch traffic. Its first three weeks of stars came almost entirely from the author's existing fans. In September 10, the open-source song model YuE2 was released. 12 days later, Russian AI blogger Ilya Timonin released YuE2 Studio: a Windows double-click install, no Python, full songs with vocals generated on your own GPU, and editable sheet music. That same month, a dozen YuE2 wrappers appeared, and its star count was 8 times that of the runner-up. What's worth studying isn't the model. It's the playbook: when a new open-source model drops, within a week or two, turn it into a finished product ordinary people can install, then attach it to a rival everyone is complaining about.

### "Generating music on Suno is already pointless"

In September 23, Ilya published the launch long-form post on the Russian tech community Habr, titled "YuE2 Studio: a free Suno alternative on your GPU, and why I switched from Python and Gradio to Rust, Tauri, and C++." The first paragraph makes one point: after Suno tightened its rules, "generating music there is already pointless. For anyone who doesn't know, they shut down downloads in September."

That claim is grounded. Suno restricted downloads starting September 3: free users can download only 7 songs ever, and Pro users get 20 songs a month (Variety, Suno Help Center). A week later, the M-A-P team released YuE2. People who wanted to leave Suno suddenly had an open-source model, but it only ran in ComfyUI node graphs or Python environments, which for most Suno users amounted to nothing.

In the article, Ilya introduced himself: "I'm a blogger, the founder of ArtGeneration.me, and for several years I've been making portable packages for everything related to voice and music generation." The article has been read 16k times (Habr, 11-06).

### What it actually is

YuE2 Studio is a desktop shell for YuE2. The interface uses Rust + React (Tauri), and inference uses yue2.cpp, a C++ port from the community. That repo had only 52 stars at the time, and almost no one noticed it. The result is that no Python runs in the path. You install one package, and it comes with auto-updates built in. NVIDIA GPUs with 6GB VRAM are the minimum, and 3060-class cards can run it. AMD, Intel, Mac, and Linux support is experimental.

The YuE2 model itself has something Suno doesn't: it writes the sheet music first (ABC notation), then sings from it. The studio lays that score out as staff notation, so you can change a note, swap a chord, adjust the tempo, or transpose, then sing it again. On top of that it stacks a long list of features: covers (transcribing the original melody into a score first), six-track stem separation, audio-to-MIDI, a MIDI editor, word-by-word karaoke, lyric music videos, LoRA download and local training, a Winamp skin mode, and an MCP server that lets Claude Code operate the whole studio directly. The interface is available in five languages: English, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

MIT-licensed open source and free, with a donation link in the README. The model weights are licensed for non-commercial use only.

### A dozen wrappers, and why this one won

Between September 10 and 26, a dozen YuE2 interfaces appeared on GitHub:

| Project | Launched | Stars | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| krakenunbound/yue2-studio | 09-10 | 38 | Same name, also native to Windows, and 12 days earlier |
| ComfyUI-FL-YuE2 and other nodes | From ¥09-11 | Up to 229 | Node graphs, requires a Python environment |
| tonywestonuk/YuE-Studio | 09-13 | 41 | Native Mac version |
| Pinokio one-click launcher | 09-16 integration | — | One-click environment setup, but still Python and Gradio underneath |
| inikolax/remiqora | 09-17 | 212 | A studio that runs ACE-Step and YuE2 together |
| **timoncool/YuE2-Studio** | **09-22** | **1,900** | Native installer, no Python, auto-updates |

(Stars: GitHub, around 11-06)

It wasn't the first, and the name wasn't unique. Three things set it apart:

- **Ordinary people can actually install it** . Most others are Gradio or ComfyUI wrappers. This one took an obscure C++ port and packaged it as a single installer. On Pinokio, users were even asking "When is the YuE2 Studio coming to Pinokio?" Users of other solutions were looking for this one.

- **The author brought his own launch traffic** . He has a Telegram channel with 9,770 subscribers, plus YouTube and Twitch. The same GitHub account had previously built ACE-Step Studio (505 stars) and MiniMax Music3 Studio (181 stars), and the Russian-speaking community had a group of longtime followers waiting for his next portable package. In the first week he got about 250 stars on his own (GitHub aggregator reveneau 09-28 reported "6 stars in 241 days").

- **Speed** . In 45 days it shipped 42 releases, from v1.0.0 to v3.8.5, with him as the only contributor. Auto-updates kept everyone who installed it on the latest version.

Editable sheet music is a capability of the YuE2 model itself, and every wrapper can use it. It isn't why this one took off. The long list of features mainly served as footage for review videos.

### Where the stars came from

The first three weeks of stars were from the Russian-speaking community: gaining 22 to 51 stars a day, falling in early October to a dozen or so a day. Around October 12, the author said on Telegram that after enabling anonymous telemetry he found "English-interface users have already outnumbered Russian ones," with 547 stars at that point.

The turning point came on the same day. The English YouTube channel AI Controversy posted "Ditch Suno: This FREE AI Makes Full Songs on Your PC (No Limits)," which as of 11-06 has 104k views. The first line of the description is "Stop paying for Suno," and the first link is the GitHub download page. The reviewer recorded the full process from install to song output on an RTX 3060, demonstrating features chapter by chapter across 18 chapters. One chapter is titled "Features that make Suno look basic," and the closing chapter covers the pitfalls: the model weights are non-commercial. I found no evidence of a paid partnership.

The trend afterward (GitHub daily star growth):

| Timeline | Daily gain | What happened |
|---|---|---|
| 09-24 to 10-02 | 22–51 | Habr launch, reposted on Russian forums |
| 10-03 to 10-12 | 10–21 | Decline |
| 10-13 | 50 | Day after the AI Controversy video; smaller channels such as Toravo followed |
| 10-16 to 10-20 | 54–69 | Long tail of the video |
| 10-25 to 26 | 127 | Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Czech sites reposted it in turn |
| 11-01 to 02 | 148 (single-day peak) | Spread via Chinese media like Sina and Bilibili videos; the original source post was not found (inferred) |
| After 11-03 | 20–44 | Decline |

In the last 7 days it gained 393 stars, while the official YuE2 repo (13k stars) gained only 240 over the same period.

Download numbers tell the story: the Windows installer on GitHub Releases has about 31k downloads and the portable zip about 51k. Add Mac and Linux, and real downloads exceed 80k (11-06). Another 140k came from auto-update polling, which suggests many people have it installed and running (estimate).

Channels that didn't show up are also worth noting. No major X accounts wrote about it, it never hit GitHub Trending, and it never reached Hacker News. All 1,900 stars came from the Russian-language private community, English YouTube, and Chinese reposts.

### Others are already following

In October 5, igrbible/Ruach_Studio launched, calling itself "the steroid-boosted YuE2 Studio engine." It is also built on yue2.cpp, ships with fine-tuned weights, and its author promoted it himself on the Hugging Face discussion board and r/LocalLLaMA. In one month it got 75 stars. Its description on the GitHub aggregator matches YuE2 Studio word for word. I did not verify whether this is reused copy or a renamed fork.

This comparison makes the same point as the table above: on the YuE2 model, the spot is already taken. Building another YuE2 studio now won't earn stars.

### Weak points

- **The buzz is tied to one model** . When the next open-source song model comes out, users will move on. The ACE-Step line already has ace-step-ui with 5,185 stars.

- **Non-commercial only** . The model weights are CC BY-NC, so companies have to buy a separate license to use them. Some sites already sell "the only officially licensed commercial YuE2 studio."

- **Hardware barrier** . It requires an NVIDIA GPU, so AMD and Mac users are largely left out.

### If it were you

**Verdict** : "Within one to two weeks of a new open-source model's release, ship a native installer that needs no setup" is a clear, repeatable playbook for earning stars. But this round of YuE2 is over. What you can follow is the next model, and you'd be betting on three things: whether a ready C++ / GGML port exists to borrow, whether you can move faster than a dozen rivals, and whether you have launch traffic.

**Who it suits** : people who can build desktop apps (Tauri, Electron, native), who can read inference code, and who already have some voice in an AI community, such as a channel, a group, or a previous product. YuE2 Studio's first three weeks of stars came almost entirely from the author's own Russian-language private community.

**Who it doesn't suit** : people who only know how to write Gradio or ComfyUI nodes (that tier shows up with a dozen entries every time, each with a few hundred stars or fewer); anyone planning to build yet another YuE2 studio; and anyone without any launch channel who is counting on GitHub Trending to find them, since this one never made Trending itself.

**How to do it:**

- Watch open-source model releases, especially in image, video, music, and voice, where "ordinary people want it, but it only runs in Python." On release day, look for community C++ / GGML / ONNX ports instead of writing inference from scratch.

- The delivery format is the selling point: one installer, no Python, auto-updates, runs on low VRAM. Put "minimum GPU required" on the first screen.

- Tie it to a closed-source rival that's being criticized. Every post and video title frames it as a "Suno alternative," and the launch post's first line is that Suno shut downloads.

- Build features that make good footage: visual, one-click results. Review videos need something to film.

- Ship Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and English interfaces from day one. Chinese and Traditional Chinese aggregators will repost it on their own.

- Turn on anonymous telemetry to see which language users are installing from and where it crashes.

**How to get stars** : debut on your own turf first to get the first couple hundred stars and the first round of bug reports. Then send the download link, a recorded demo, and a line like "XX alternative" to mid-tier English YouTube channels that specialize in "free AI tools." One 100k-view video on this project tripled the daily growth.

**When it happened** : within two weeks of the model release. YuE2 Studio came out on day 12; krakenunbound, a repo with the same name, came out on day 0 but with no distribution; Ruach_Studio arrived a month later with only 75 stars.

**What would prove this read wrong** : if the next big open-source model drops and the first project to ship a native installer is still under a few hundred stars a month later, then YuE2 Studio rode a one-time mood around Suno cutting downloads plus its author's existing audience, not this playbook.

## Why timoncool/YuE2-Studio could run at all

> Channel: GitHub | Research date: 2026-11-06 | Data card: tracked for 45 days, 1,900 stars total, +393 in the last 7 days (+429 in the first 7 days), single-day peak +148 (our database: 2026-11-02; trendshift: 11-01 +142)

### Bottom line

In September 2026, two things happened at once: Suno tightened downloads (from Sep 3, free users can download only 7 songs for life, and Pro is capped at 20 songs a month), and M-A-P released the open-source song model YuE2 (Sep 10). 12 days after the model dropped, Nerual Dreming (Ilya Timonin), a Russian tech blogger who has been making "local AI portable packs" for years, wrapped a barely known C++ port (yue2.cpp, 52 stars) into a Windows desktop app: a Suno-style tool with no Python, a single installer, and auto-updates. He launched first on his home turf in Russian (Habr, Telegram, YouTube). In Oct 12, a mid-sized English YouTube channel made a "Ditch Suno" review that hit 104k views, and Chinese aggregator sites and Bilibili reposted it after that. It caught the gap between Suno users who wanted to run it locally and YuE2 being new but only runnable in ComfyUI/Python. Of all the YuE2 wrappers, it has the most stars, and in the last 7 days its star growth even beat the official YuE2 repo (393 vs 240, our github library).

### 1. What it is

- YuE2's desktop workstation: a Rust + React (Tauri) shell, with inference from ServeurpersoCom/yue2.cpp (GGML/CUDA) and no Python in the runtime path. The official requirement is 6GB of NVIDIA VRAM to start, AMD/Intel run through Vulkan as experimental support. [README](https://github.com/timoncool/YuE2-Studio)

- The core selling point is "sheet music first, then sing": YuE2 writes an ABC score first, the studio typesets it as standard notation, and you can edit the score and re-render. It also supports covers (SheetSage2 extracts the melody) and exact re-performance.

- The feature list is packed: six-stem separation, audio-to-MIDI, a MIDI editor, word-level karaoke, lyric MVs, LoRA download and local training, VST3/mastering, a Winamp skin mode, an MCP server (Claude Code can drive it directly), and a UI in five languages (English, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean).

- MIT licensed, free, with a donation link in the README (DONATE.md).

### II. Competitors (doing the same thing)

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Suno / Udio | Web/App (big-company grade) | Already live | Top commercial products | Cloud subscription. Downloads limited from Sep 3 ([Variety](https://variety.com/2026/music/news/suno-unveils-download-caps-for-free-paid-tiers-generator-1236831589/), [Suno FAQ](https://help.suno.com/en/articles/13614785)); no editable sheet music. YuE2 Studio is the unlimited, offline alternative |
| Native YuE2 nodes and the official workflow for ComfyUI | Open source (Comfy-Org) | 2026-09 | Top pick in the official README ([YuE](https://github.com/multimodal-art-projection/YuE)) | Node graphs and a Python environment, high barrier. Other community nodes include filliptm/ComfyUI-FL-YuE2 (229★) and pytraveler (100★) |
| M-A-P's official repo, YuE2 | Open source | 2025-01 repo created, YuE2 released on 2026-09-10 | 13,131★ | Provides the model and Python inference, not a finished product for everyday users |
| Noiz.ai YuE2 | Web | 2026-09 | Calls itself the "only commercially licensed official YuE2 studio" ([noiz.ai](https://noiz.ai/lp/yue2)) | Cloud, commercial use allowed. YuE2 Studio is free locally, but the model weights are non-commercial only |
| Pinokio / Maestro(cocktailpeanut) | One-click launcher | 2026-09-16 integrates YuE2 | Launch post on X (cocktailpeanut, 57 likes) | Cross-platform one-click Python environment setup, still running Gradio/Python underneath. A user on Pinokio asked when a Pinokio version of YuE2 Studio would arrive ([pinokio.co](https://pinokio.co/posts/01m5av5y49fxxn7xbb7grzrbhr)) |
| fspecii/ace-step-ui | Open source | 2026-02 | 5,185★ | Same positioning as an "open-source Suno alternative," but built on ACE-Step 1.5, with no sheet music layer |
| inikolax/remiqora | Open source | 2026-09-17 | 212★ | A local multi-model studio combining ACE-Step and YuE2 |
| krakenunbound/yue2-studio | Open source | 2026-09-10 | 38★ | Same name, also native Windows, and it launched 12 days earlier without taking off |
| tonywestonuk/YuE-Studio | Open source (Mac) | 2026-09-13 | 41★ | Native Mac version |
| vrgamegirl19/Yue2_Studio, victorcampeanu/OpenSuno-YuE2, yeufonic, arinltte/YuE2Mac, Gokuk, and others | Open source | 2026-09 | 15–82★ | Mostly web UIs or Python wrappers |
| igrbible/Ruach_Studio | Open source | 2026-10-05 | 75★ | Built on yue2.cpp with bundled fine-tuned weights, self-promoted on HF and r/LocalLLaMA |
| The same author's ACE-Step Studio and MiniMax Music3 Studio | Open source | 2026-04 / 2026-08 | 505★ / 181★ | The same author's earlier product, which validated the "portable bundle" approach |

Verdict: there is a lot of competition. Between September 10 and 26, more than a dozen YuE2 wrappers appeared. YuE2 Studio was not the first (krakenunbound came 12 days earlier, and ComfyUI nodes existed by Sep 11), but its stars are more than 8 times the runner-up's (1,920 vs 229).

### 3. Growth data and timeline

Daily star data comes from [trendshift](https://trendshift.io/repositories/259118) and our github library (repo_day, starting 10-17). Download counts come from GitHub Releases (GraphQL, pulled 2026-11-06).

- 09-22 repo created. On 09-23 the author published the long-form Habr launch post "YuE2 Studio: a free Suno alternative for your GPU" with 16K reads ([Habr](https://habr.com/ru/articles/1085752/)), and the same day Russian forum reposts appeared (forum.telstar.su, ai-manual.ru 09-24). From 09-24 to 10-02 it gained +22 to +51 per day. When reveneau covered it on 09-28, it was at "6 days, 241 stars".

- From 10-03 to 10-12 gains fell back to +10 to +21 per day. Around 10-12 the author posted on Telegram when it had 547★, saying that after turning on anonymous telemetry, English-interface users had already passed Russian-interface users ([t.me/neuro_art0](https://t.me/s/neuro_art0?q=YuE2), channel has 9,770 subscribers).

- **10-12 YouTube channel "AI Controversy" posted "Ditch Suno: This FREE AI Makes Full Songs on Your PC (No Limits)", 104k views** ([divert.stream mirror](https://divert.stream/watch/6OnV_80f6ko); oEmbed confirms the channel is @aicontroversy). 10-13 On that day stars jumped from +17 to +50, then ran at +54 to +69 per day from 10-16 to 10-20. Same period: Toravo's "Free Suno Alternative: Hum a Melody…" (10-13) and Wizzdome-Music's tutorial (6,783 views).

- Since 10-21, it has spread through Chinese, Taiwanese and Czech sites: Jianke.com (10-21), Plurk (10-24), an InferNews Traditional Chinese edition, a PromptLab Czech post (10-28), Dieda AI navigation (10-29), Sina (11-01), and a Bilibili video from "生活作弊码" titled "YuE2 Studio: Open-source AI music creation workshop" (search snippet shows about 28k views, unverified). 10-25 + 112,11-01 + 142 were the two biggest days, and the timing lines up with the Chinese-language spread, but I could not find a single original source post (unverified).

- After 11-02, it drops back to +16 to +42 a day.

- Downloads: 42 cumulative release asset count 229,607, of which latest.json (the auto-update poll) accounts for 140,938 and isn't a real download. Installer exe 30,975 + portable zip 51,086 (includes a few tool packages) + Mac 2,405 + Linux 2,488, **roughly 80k real downloads, counting repeats** . The v3.8.3 release alone, released 10-28, has 14k exe + zip downloads.

- Release pace: 45 releases in 42 days (v1.0.0 → v3.8.5). trendshift shows only 1 contributors and 26 merged PRs.

### IV. Growth levers (where users come from)

1. **Launched on the author's own channels (confirmed)** : a long Habr post (16K reads), a Telegram channel (9,770 subscribers), YouTube and Twitch livestreams, a Boosty paid community. The author is a co-founder of ArtGeneration.me and has been making portable AI packages for years; earlier projects under the same GitHub account have 1,700+ stars combined, and there's a group of Russian-speaking long-time users.

2. **Mid-tier English YouTube review (confirmed, the biggest inflection point)** : AI Controversy, 104k views, titled "Ditch Suno", with the GitHub release as the first link in the description. Toravo, Wizzdome-Music and other small channels followed. I found no evidence of paid sponsorship; AI Controversy's description contains only its own affiliate disclosure.

3. **Rode the Suno download limit and the YuE2 release (confirmed)** : the first paragraph of the Habr launch post says "Suno shut off downloads in September, so generating music there no longer makes sense." YouTube and blog titles uniformly used "Suno alternative / Suno at home" framing.

4. **GitHub aggregators and multilingual reposts (confirmed)** : reveneau, trendshift, olio, safaia (mirrored issues), Reddit r/BestGitHubRepos, Instagram and Facebook short videos, Chinese SEO content farms (Yunfan Digital, Yaotu Website, etc.) mass-publishing "YuE2 Studio usage guides", and HowToGen Q&A pages. The UI supports five languages, which lowered the barrier to cross-language reposting.

5. **Community word of mouth (partly confirmed)** : on r/aiMusic a user recommended "go to GitHub and get timoncool's yue2-studio, it's easier to install and you can train LoRAs"; on Instagram someone said "YuE2 Studio fits better than a ComfyUI workflow."

6. **Channels where it didn't show up** : x-radar found no posts about "YuE2 Studio / timoncool" in the last 60 days; no major X accounts wrote about it; it did not reach GitHub Trending (data card trending_days_any=0, trendshift never placed it in the top 25); no HN evidence.

### Five: Why this one took off (and not the dozen other wrappers)

- **Timing** : Suno limited downloads in 9-03, YuE2 9-10 was released, and it launched 9-22. Users wanted to leave Suno but only had ComfyUI and Python-based options. It filled the gap for "ordinary Windows users who can install by double-clicking."

- **Tech choices made the experience different** : most rivals were Gradio/Python/ComfyUI wrappers. It chose the obscure but native yue2.cpp (52★), then packaged it with Tauri into a single installer with auto-update. The Habr title itself reads "why I switched from Python+Gradio to Rust, Tauri, C++." It runs on 6GB of VRAM, covering a lot of 3060-class GPUs (AI Controversy recorded on an RTX 3060).

- **Existing distribution** : the author is a blogger with followers, and earlier projects like ACE-Step Studio built a base of long-time users; it reached about 250★ in the first week on its own. Most other wrapper authors had no launch traffic.

- **Lots of features, frequent versions, good for video demos** : score editing, covers, stem separation, MIDI, karaoke, MV, LoRA training, Winamp mode, Claude Code MCP. AI Controversy's video was split into 18 chapters showcasing each, packaged as content that "makes Suno look basic." 45 versions in 42 days, quick issue responses, and auto-update kept older users on the latest build.

- **Multilingual** : five UI languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, English), plus the author's telemetry showing "English users have already passed Russian," making it easy for multilingual bloggers and aggregators to repost directly.

### Six: Differentiation, is it why it took off?

Differentiation has three layers: (1) the delivery is a native Windows installer with no Python and built-in auto-update, versus ComfyUI/Pinokio/Gradio wrappers; (2) it makes YuE2's unique editable score a first-class feature, versus Suno and the ACE-Step family; (3) it covers the full chain from writing songs to training LoRAs, plus MCP for agents. It took off **mainly through layer (1) plus timing** . Editable scores are a capability of the YuE2 model itself that any wrapper can use, so not exclusive; what created the real distance was "ordinary people can install it" and the author's own launch channels. The feature stacking in layer (3) mostly served as material, giving YouTube reviews something to show.

### 7. Visibility

**Spreading within niche circles.** It was repeatedly reposted in the Russian AI community, in the AI-tools section of English YouTube, on Chinese aggregators and on Bilibili, but no major X accounts wrote about it, and it didn't enter GitHub Trending or HN. It doesn't make money (MIT, free, donations only), so there's no public revenue to speak of. The widely discussed thing is the YuE2 model itself, not this studio.

### 8. Copycats

- igrbible/Ruach_Studio (2026-10-05,75★): self-described as "YuE2 Studio Engine on Steroids", also based on yue2.cpp. On trendshift its description is word-for-word identical to timoncool/YuE2-Studio (suspected copied copy or a renamed fork, unverified). The author self-promoted on the HF discussion board, r/LocalLLaMA and Pinokio issues.

- Smaller repos with similar names, such as sanyi1963bp/yue2-studio (10-18,6★).

- The name "YuE2 Studio" itself collides heavily: krakenunbound, vrgamegirl19, ianiv and tonywestonuk all call their projects YuE(2) Studio, most of them earlier, so none copied it.

### 9. What others can learn

- Within one to two weeks of a new open-source model release, shipping a "no-setup native installer + auto-update" has far better odds than yet another Gradio/ComfyUI node. The underlying work can borrow community cpp/GGML ports.

- Tie the "X alternative" narrative to a rival's negative event (Suno's download limit); the launch post names it in the first sentence.

- Launch on your own private channels first to get the first wave of stars and feedback, then let English YouTube reviewers amplify it. Lay out the README and release page with "download button first" so bloggers can paste the link directly.

- Multilingual UI plus multilingual landing pages (zh/ja/ko/ru), so overseas aggregators can repost at zero cost.

- Anonymous telemetry to track real installs and crashes, with auto-update keeping users on the newest version.

### 10. What's still uncertain

- The specific source posts for the 10-25(+112) and 11-01(+142) peaks weren't found. They may have come from Chinese and Taiwanese circulation, the Reddit r/BestGitHubRepos thread, or Instagram short videos. Not verified.

- No evidence on whether AI Controversy's video was organic or sponsored.

- Real active users: the author's telemetry has numbers, but I didn't get the figures from the screenshot. The 140k latest.json polls suggest a sizable auto-update install base, but I can't convert that into DAU.

- The relationship between Ruach_Studio and this project (fork or copied copy) is unverified.

- The model weights are CC BY-NC (non-commercial). How long and for what users can use it depends on M-A-P's license and future model iterations. If ACE-Step or a new model ships, this heat could move elsewhere.
