Store Stock Checker

An availability-alert site that watches in-store pickup inventory for the iPhone Duo and pushes a notification within seconds when stock appears. Starts at $5/mo, built by one person.

$28.5k/moverified revenue (payment-platform checked; MRR is on paper, first renewals come after 11-22)

Why it's an opportunity
Every product launch leaves a crowd of people who'll pay $5 to avoid missing out. The official store can see inventory but doesn't push alerts, so whoever launches first gets the money.
Why it's blowing up
Apple doesn't send restock alerts for in-store pickup. A Florida developer launched at midnight on the day 10-23 went on sale and grew it by posting on X about who had gotten one. In 13 days he made $27K. Several copycat sites have already appeared, some copying the title word for word. Subscriptions are still climbing, but daily new revenue is down 80% from the peak, and the author has listed the site for sale at $135K.
Data
MRR $28,506, 3,733 subscriptions (TrustMRR, payment-platform verified, 11-06); new revenue per day 10-28 $4,935 → 11-02 to 11-06 $862–1,087
