**Worth doing, but "service first" is just the entry ticket. The service has to become a business earning ¥10K+ a month, and the tool should sell the result closest to the money.** Best for someone who knows one B2B industry and can make sales calls themselves, 1–2 people. If you only write code and expect a Product Hunt launch to bring volume, this path is the hardest to walk. Worth a try · grade and title derived from the full piece · next review 12-01

| Background | HeyNews first ghostwrote 600 newsletter issues before opening its $39–499 tools. Windmill first grew LinkedIn management to $118K/month, then launched traxy. |
|---|---|
| Upside | AI cuts delivery costs and creates new demand at the same time. AEO Engine went from $62k a year to $207k a month, and Upscale from $30k to $100k a month. |
| Demand | B2B clients happily pay for leads, calls and meetings, but paying $299 for "saves time, writes like you" takes a lot of convincing |
| Competition | Of 264 B2B marketing products, 62 have AOVs of $99–300, 17 have passed $10k MRR, and the median subscriber count is 13.5 |
| Revenue | traxy: $57,621 in October, MRR $53,172. Windmill: $118,047. HeyNews: $3,145 in 30 days, MRR $616, 5 subscriptions. |
| Growth | Founders do outbound on their own LinkedIn / X and use their own tool to find their own clients. Paid acquisition comes after it works. Product Hunt did nothing (traxy got 1 votes) |
| Window | Not a window play. AI search visibility and outbound calling services are getting bigger. |
| Who it's for | Already doing growth work for a company, able to sell on your own, with channels in hand: 1–2 people. Skip it if your customers are individual creators. |

2026 年 10 月 28 日，Cagri Sarigoz 在 WIP（一个独立开发者每天发进度的社区）上记了一笔：「Set our CRM to fill in missing company and contact details from public data each day. First pass covered 724 companies…」。

三周前，10 月 1 日，纽约的 Ben Buaron 在 X 上写道：「I made $166,342 in September 2026. Windmill $119k / traxy $47k. I wonder how long it'll take traxy to overtake windmill.」Windmill

I went from 1 hour per day to 5 minutes per day…" 65Nation 创始人 Sandy Goldman，见 HeyNews About 页与 2026-05-12 新闻稿

做着做着他发现「this is actually a company」，自己没空，就交给了 Ben。

首页写着「Your LinkedIn brand. Without the AI accent.」。

2025 年 4 月他在播客里已经说过，正在「building a lot of tech and SaaS tool behind the scenes to optimize our internal」。 8 月他发推说：「We're using ONLY traxy to find leads for 2 companies… I'm the biggest user.」

第一，用 traxy 给 traxy 找客户：traxy 找线索，Claude 做调研，HeyReach 发 LinkedIn 私信，Smartlead 和 Instantly 发邮件，他说这一套「took us to $25k MRR in 4 months」。

with windmill, I'm so dependent on talent… but traxy…traxy is a product. it's already built… it's scary-easy to scale." Ben Buaron，X，2026-10-05

** 看这一圈做成的几家怎么写卖点：Windmill 是「fill your calendar」，traxy 是「qualified leads/month」，Prymatica 是「books B2B meetings on your calendar」，Local SEO Bot 是「Get more calls」，overrank 的首页标题是「Get customers from Google & AI search」。HeyNews 的卖点是「drafted in your voice. In minutes.」。

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyNews | 2026-05-12 | 139 | #8 | $3,145 | 5 |
| traxy | 2026-10-09 | 1 | #306 | $57,621 | 248 |
| overrank | 2026-05-27 | 1 | #464 | $13,457 | 313 |

起量靠 Meta 买量：它在 Meta 上有 4 条视频广告，最早一条是 07-28 开投的，到 11-01 都还在投，文案是「$3,000/month to an SEO agency ❌ $39 to a tool that does more ✅」。

| White Glove |

Warm Inboxes 的页面写着「built this infrastructure for internal use before commercializing it」，先给自己用，再拿出来卖。

原话是「I ran a home service business. Leads cost a fortune.」。

A
