"Don't create, copy and improve": a Vietnamese AI dance site sells a 30-second video for 2,000 dong
What it is: A Vietnamese-language AI video site. Upload one photo and it puts the person into trending TikTok dance, transformation and product-promo videos. It charges per video in dong, aimed at people running TikTok Shop affiliate promotions.
Why it took off: Kling made "AI dance" popular, and this site launched a few days later. It uses open-source models and its own GPUs to cut prices to about a tenth of big players', then referral commissions turn users into salespeople. It's spread across Facebook groups, YouTube tutorials and paid courses in Vietnam's product-promotion and online-side-hustle communities.
AHow you could follow: Don't compete with it in Vietnam. Take the same playbook to Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines or Brazil: self-hosted inference on open-source models, small per-video charges in local currency, one-click person swaps on trending templates, then recruit local creators and educators who teach product promotion as referral partners.
Global rank 213k · 90 days ago 752k
aidancing.net is a Vietnamese-built AI video site. Upload a photo of a person and it swaps them into trending TikTok dances, transformations and product-promo videos. Each 30-second video sells for 1.8k–4.5k dong (about $0.07–$0.17), roughly a fifth to a tenth of Kling or Higgsfield. It ran no big ad campaign. It spread through referral links in Vietnam's product-promotion circles, and its global rank tripled in 90 days. Below is how it gets prices this low, where its users come from, and whether the playbook works in another country.
"Who has cheap AI dancing?"
On 2026 Sep 17, someone posted in the Vietnamese Facebook group "CỘNG ĐỒNG LÀM VIDEO BẰNG AI" (AI Video Making Community): who knows where to get cheap AI dancing? The thread got 15 replies, and one person just dropped aidancing.net?ref=aidancing79455. Other posts in the same group read: "Found a site where AI dance videos cost only 1–2k dong each, plus 5 free credits to try," and "Anyone have an AI dancing account? I want to buy one."
Scrolling back, in the "Affiliate TikTokShop" group on May 12 there was a post: "The site for AI dancing videos charges 20k for 2.5 seconds, 30k for 4.5 seconds, and the new 10-second model is 1.5k… Top up with my link and I'll support you properly." Nearly every one of these posts ends with the same line: "Copy the link into Google and open it. Top-ups get an extra 10%."
The pitch is uniform, the links carry numbers, and the poster earns a cut. That's how AiDancing grew.
What it sells
At the top of the homepage are three lines: "All top-up packages include 10–15% extra credits", "Đừng Sáng Tạo - Hãy Sao Chép và Cải Tiến" (Don't create, copy and improve), and one more line saying "Hoang Sa and Truong Sa belong to Vietnam." It's clearly built for local Vietnamese users.
The homepage shows about 350 model entry points. The most prominent is the "Bắt Trend" (Catch the Trend) section, with 23 templates that just went viral on TikTok: Neymar driving a car, the Haru Haru dance, red-carpet transformations, being arrested by American police… Each template carries the same note: "Replaces the person in the video, best for close-ups and single-shot clips." Users don't write prompts. They upload a photo and click "Tạo Video" (Create Video).
Further down is the big block for product promotion: swap a person into a copy of an ad video, copy a clothing review video, combine a person photo with a product photo to produce a promo video directly, AI outfit changes, lip-sync with cloned voices, AI covers in a style chosen with 30, turning articles into 60-second short videos, and borderline features like "AI breast enlargement." There's also a free tool site with no login, free.aidancing.net (outfit swaps, background swaps, old photo restoration, voice cloning), used to capture search traffic.
Google sign-in only, prepaid credits, and the terms list Stripe and PayPal as payment channels. The company is registered in Wyoming, USA as AIDANCING LLC (the address is a registered agent), support runs on Telegram, and the servers are in a Viettel data center in Hanoi. The domain 2025 was registered in Dec 15, 3 days after Kling 2.6 Motion Control launched. That update is what made "photos dancing to a video" take off worldwide.
Why it's ten times cheaper
| How much a 30-second video costs | How it charges | |
|---|---|---|
| AiDancing | 1.8k–4.5k dong (about $0.07–$0.17) | Prepaid in dong, deducted per video |
| Higgsfield | About 26k dong (Vietnamese users measured about 880 dong per second, 720p) | USD subscription + credits |
| Kling Motion Control | About 2–40k dong (10 seconds about $0.5–$1.3) | USD subscription + credits |
Prices come from promotional posts in Vietnamese Facebook groups and users' own calculations. AiDancing's pricing page requires login, and no purchase was made to verify.
Its own about page says it "builds GPU systems on an industrial production model," and it sells video generation APIs externally. The likely explanation: it runs motion-transfer models like Alibaba's Wan2.2-Animate (open-sourced September 2025) on GPUs it hosts in Vietnam (inference). The model is free for anyone to download. What AiDancing sells is three things: getting the model running for people who aren't technical, turning already-viral templates into one-click buttons, and selling each clip for Vietnamese dong.
For a seller pushing dozens of product videos a day, one clip at 2,000 dong versus 30k dong is the difference between the business working or not. So when it comes up in groups, price is almost always mentioned: "chỉ 2k" (only 2k), "1,8k/1 video." One Vietnamese product-video post from March 6 put it bluntly: "Kling chỉ còn là cái tên" (Kling is just a name now).
Where users come from: every user is a salesperson
The third item in the homepage nav is literally "Kiếm Tiền" (Make Money), and every model page has a "copy referral link" button. The promotion you can see comes in three layers:
- Facebook groups: in the Vietnamese product-selling, online-side-hustle (locally called MMO), and AI video groups, posts with
?ref=aidancingXXXXXshow up everywhere, with pitch wording that looks like a shared content pack. Telling people to "copy the link and open it in Google" is meant to get around Facebook's in-app browser, which would drop the referral code. - YouTube tutorials: a February 6 Duy Sensor AI video titled "AI DANCING — how to recreate viral videos" has
ref=aidancing470in its description, and it's the earliest one I could find. A June 8 video by side-hustle creator TRUNG HIẾU MMO, "Making millions from AI dance videos," has 24,663 views. - Paid courses: Vietnamese marketing instructor Duy Nguyễn offers a course called "Making Product Videos with AIdancing," 1 hours 40 minutes long. The course page shows 2,812 students (11-06). Modules include "making apparel product videos with AIdancing" and "making trending dance videos with AI dancing."
One more detail: the terms of service updated in September 24 add a clause banning promoters from bidding on brand keywords and from running ads that link directly to the site. Promoters have become numerous enough to bid on the search term "aidancing" itself, so the company had to set rules.
How big it is, and whether it's still growing
In Vietnam it's already a major site: since May 2026 it has been among the 5,000 most-visited websites for Chrome users in Vietnam, in the same tier as openai.com and higgsfield.ai. kling.ai and viggle.ai only rank around the top 10k there.
Going global, it only started picking up in August: its Chrome real-user global bucket rose from the top 500k to the top 100k. Its global traffic rank was still around 760k in early September, then climbed to around 215k by October 7, and 90 days later it was up 3.5x. But after October it has been stuck around the 213k rank (11-05), growth has already plateaued. Outside Vietnam, no other country's bucket moved with it, so the English version has barely brought in any traffic.
I couldn't find an app for it, and revenue and paying-user numbers are unknown. English-language media hasn't covered it, and nobody has mentioned it on X in nearly 90 days. Almost only people in Vietnam's product-selling scene know about it.
Who it's competing with
| Competitors | How it differs from AiDancing |
|---|---|
| Kling Motion Control, Higgsfield, Viggle | Stronger results and brands, but English-only and priced in USD subscriptions, 6–10x more expensive per clip. Viggle leans toward entertainment and memes. |
| Pippit (ByteDance's CapCut family), AI video tools inside the TikTok Seller dashboard | Big-platform product-video tools with Vietnamese support, but no library of trending face-swap templates and no per-clip Vietnamese dong pricing. |
| taovideoai.com, MKT Software | Low-cost local AI video tools in Vietnam. One does story-style text-to-video, the other is batch-publishing software. Neither does motion transfer. |
| freebeat, creen, seevido and other overseas template sites | English SEO sites, mostly reselling Kling or doing "baby dancing" content. They don't touch Vietnam. |
| Wan2.2-Animate + ComfyUI | Open source. Anyone with a GPU can run it themselves. AiDancing is essentially packaging it as a per-clip paid service. |
"AI dancing" is a red ocean globally. But "a face-swap template site for product sellers, priced in local currency, in the local language," is something I found only AiDancing running at this scale in Vietnam, and I haven't seen anyone copy the model into other countries (unverified). In Indonesia there are tutorials for making "AI Joget" (AI dance) product videos with English tools like Figma Weave, and people on Facebook offer to make such videos for "1,000 rupiah per clip." So the demand exists, but I haven't found a ready-made site priced in rupiah (unverified).
If it were you
A
You could follow. The better move isn't to compete with it in Vietnam but to bring the same model to countries where TikTok Shop selling is taking off and there's no local low-price site: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Brazil. That means an open-source model, cheap GPUs, small per-clip payments in local currency, one-click trending templates, and referral commissions. Two bets to check: whether your GPU costs can support that price, and whether you can find the first promoters in the local side-hustle scene.
Who it suits: 2–3 people. One person who can deploy an open-source video model and cut inference costs (knows how to use accelerated model variants and job scheduling). One person whose native language is the target country's, who is embedded in the local product-selling or side-hustle scene and knows the people who make tutorials and run courses.
Who it doesn't suit: anyone who only resells Kling or third-party APIs (their costs exceed AiDancing's price, so they can't win on price); anyone aiming at the English global market (wrapper template sites are already plentiful); anyone who can't accept the portrait-rights risk of face and body swaps.
How to build it: a website, not an app. Do the math first: how many minutes a 30-second video takes on your GPU, what electricity and hardware depreciation come to per clip, and whether you can still profit pricing at about a fifth of the big local platforms' tools. The homepage shows only proven viral templates, updated weekly with whatever is trending on TikTok. On the product-video side, prioritize "person photo + product photo to product video" and apparel-review recreations. Offer small local-currency top-ups with 10–15% bonus credit. Accept payment via a US LLC on Stripe / PayPal, plus local e-wallets. Spell out in the terms that using someone else's face is banned, and keep celebrity face templates off the platform.
How to get users: copy its referral model. Every page has a one-click referral link, give promoters a ready set of posts and scripts, and add bonus credit on a first purchase. Start by finding local YouTubers who cover TikTok Shop affiliate selling and instructors who run courses, and have them use your tool as course material (AiDancing has a 2,812-student course). Ban promoters from bidding on your brand keywords from the start in the terms.
Deadline: launch before the December 12 2026 shopping festival and get the first promoters running. For Indonesia, the last window is before Ramadan in February 2027 (estimated).
What would prove the thesis wrong: ① outside Vietnam, a local-currency template face-swap site with substantial referral promotion already exists, which means the market is crowded; ② ByteDance builds trending face-swap templates into CapCut or the TikTok Shop seller dashboard and offers them free or near-free, which means the platform absorbs the category; ③ Stripe / PayPal stop processing AiDancing payments, or it's named over face-swap content, which means the model can't hold up on compliance; ④ your per-clip GPU cost comes out above half the sale price, in which case don't build it.

Bottom line
It's a Vietnamese-run AI video site (the shell company is registered in Wyoming, US) that runs open-source motion-transfer / face-swap models (most likely Wan2.2-Animate or similar) on GPUs it hosts in Vietnam. A 30-second video sells for 1.8k–4.5k Vietnamese dong (about $0.07–$0.17), roughly 1/5 to 1/10 times cheaper than Kling Motion Control / Higgsfield, plus one-click templates copied from trending TikTok videos. Its users are Vietnamese sellers doing TikTok Shop / Shopee affiliate sales who don't want to show their faces. Acquisition runs almost entirely on referral links: Vietnamese selling groups, MMO (make-money-online) Facebook groups, YouTube tutorials and paid marketing courses are full of aidancing.net?ref=aidancingXXXXX. It took off right after the December 2025 Kling 2.6 Motion Control made AI dancing a trend.
1. What it is
- The official site is mainly Vietnamese (with an /en/ English version). The homepage tagline reads "Đừng Sáng Tạo - Hãy Sao Chép và Cải Tiến" (Don't create, copy and improve), and the banner says "Hoàng Sa, Trường Sa là của Việt Nam" (Paracel and Spratly Islands belong to Vietnam). The target audience is clearly local Vietnamese users.
- The homepage has about 350 model / template entries (counted by
#headings), in several groups:- "Bắt Trend" trending templates, 23 of them: Trend Car Neymar, Haru Haru TikTok, red-carpet transformation, arrested by US police, What's up Beijing, etc. All work the same way: upload a photo of a person → swap the person in the template video (the original describes it as "replace the person in the video, suited to close-ups and one-shot takes").
- Motion copy / dancing: AI Copy Chuyển Động v2–v8.2 (use an image or video as the background), multi-person motion copy, AI dancing to music.
- Selling: AI face swap + replicate ad videos v1–v3, replicate clothing review videos, product talk to any audio, AI outfit swap, product model images, "AI Bán Hàng - Mọi Sản Phẩm" (person photo + product photo → sales video).
- Lip-sync / voice: lip-sync + voice cloning, voice cloning V2, voice timbre change.
- Music: AI covers in about 30 styles (Lo-fi, Phonk, K-POP…), songwriting from lyrics, singing MVs.
- Article-to-video (Remotion templates, sorted by "niche" such as finance / horror / health / news / drama, 60 seconds).
- There are also fringe features, such as "AI breast enlargement".
- Google login only; the pricing page requires login to view. Credits are prepaid; the terms list Stripe and PayPal as payment channels. The homepage constantly shows "all top-up packages get an extra 10–15% credits".
- Operator: AIDANCING LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming (a typical registered-agent address). Refund policy updated 2026-06-17, terms of service updated 2026-09-24. Support runs through Telegram (t.me/AiDancingNet). The Facebook page has 2.9K followers, 17 reviews, 100% recommend.
- Domain registered 2025-12-15 (Verisign RDAP). Server IP 27.71.22.206 / .33 is on Viettel in Hanoi (AS38731), with Cloudflare as the nameserver. The about page says "designed around an industrial approach to building GPU systems… also offers a video generation API and custom presets". Inferred: self-hosted compute in a Vietnamese data center, which is the basis for its low prices (unverified).
- Free tool matrix at free.aidancing.net: voice cloning (audio.), outfit swap / background swap / instruction-based photo editing / old photo restoration / object removal / age change / add logo / add accessories (image.), no login required, used for SEO and traffic acquisition.
2. Data: how many people see it
| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Tranco rank | 2026-08-06 751,998 → 09-03 761,364 → 09-10 586,792 → 10-01 250,440 → 10-07 215,321 → 11-05 213,050 | traffic.rank_day |
| CrUX global | 2026-05~07 top 500k → 2026-08, 09 top 100k | traffic.crux_domain |
| CrUX Vietnam | 2026-05~09 consistently top 5,000 | traffic.crux_domain |
How to read these numbers:
- In Vietnam it's already a big site: 2026 May already in Vietnam's Chrome top 5,000, same tier as openai.com and higgsfield.ai; over the same period kling.ai, viggle.ai and pippit.ai only reach the top 10k in Vietnam (traffic.crux_domain 2026-09). So this isn't a recent rise. It's a local hit in Vietnam, with enough users there to pull its global rank up too.
- The global jump happened in 2026 August (CrUX global moved up in August; Tranco is a rolling 30-day average, so it only started moving in early September and peaked in October 7). From October on, Tranco has been flat between 21.3 and 216k, so growth has plateaued, not accelerating.
- CrUX for countries other than Vietnam showed no upgrade (countries_up is empty), so the English version has brought in almost no traffic.
- All the traffic is on the web. We found no app (no developer with the same name on the App Store or Google Play; refs in our library are empty, pool C2).
3. Competitors
| Competitors | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from AiDancing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kling AI (可灵) Motion Control | Web / app (big company) | Motion Control 2.6 launched on 2025-12 | klingai.com Tranco 9,785, kling.ai 11,752; Vietnam CrUX top 10k | Stronger in quality and brand, but priced in USD subscriptions + credits, about $0.5–$1.3 per 10 seconds (Kling official / third-party price guides). Vietnamese sellers compare it with AiDancing: "Kling chỉ còn là cái tên" (Kling is just a name now) (FB video, 2026-03-06) |
| Higgsfield (runs Kling Motion Control and other models) | Web | 2024 years | Vietnam CrUX top 5,000 | Vietnamese users measured about 880 dong/second (720p), so a 30-second clip costs about 26k dong; AiDancing is about 6–10 times cheaper (posts and comments in the SDVN group 2026-01-20) |
| Viggle AI | Web / Discord / app | 2024 years | Tranco 45,360; Vietnam CrUX top 10k | English, USD weekly subscription (about $4.99/week), positioned for entertainment memes, not aimed at selling |
| Pippit (ByteDance, CapCut family) | Web | 2025 years | Tranco 29,685; Vietnam CrUX top 10k | A big-company video tool for sellers, with a Vietnamese interface. Vietnamese tutorials use it to "replicate competitors' videos" (FB group comailo), but it has no ready-made trending template library and isn't priced per clip in dong |
| TikTok Seller Vietnam "AI video generation" | Platform features | 2025–2026 years | Built into the seller dashboard | Buy tokens to generate selling videos, but no dancing / face-swap / trending-template path |
| taovideoai.com | Vietnamese website | Not verified | Before entering Tranco: 1M | Local to Vietnam, sold cheaply "per 500 dong", focused on story / lesson-style text-to-video, no motion transfer |
| MKT Software(mktsoftware.vn) | Vietnamese desktop software | Already around in earlier years | Not verified | Batch video creation + automatic multi-platform publishing, about 838 dong/credit, sold as a software license |
| A large group of overseas template sites: freebeat.ai, creen.ai, dancingai.io, aibabydance.com, seevido, kingmotioncontrol, etc. | Web | 2025–2026 years | freebeat Tranco 108,480;creen 159,651 | English SEO sites, mostly white-label resellers of Kling or entertainment "baby / fruit dancing" content, not targeting the Vietnamese market |
| Open source: Wan2.2-Animate (Alibaba, weights released 2025-09) + ComfyUI workflows | Open source | 2025-09 | — | Anyone with a GPU can run it themselves. What AiDancing really sells is "running open-source models for Vietnamese sellers", plus templates and dong-based pricing |
Verdict: there are many similar players, and "AI dancing" globally is a red ocean. But a templated motion-transfer site with dong pricing, Vietnamese-language UI and a selling focus: we found only AiDancing operating at this scale.
4. Growth tactics: where users come from
- Referrals / distribution (main channel, most evidence)
- The third item in the homepage nav is "Kiếm Tiền" (make money), and every model page has "Sao chép link giới thiệu" (copy referral link).
- Vietnamese Facebook groups are full of promo posts with ref links:
- In the "AI Video Creators" group, 2026-09-17 someone asked "who has cheap AI dancing?", 15 comments included
?ref=aidancing79455; another post in the same group said "found a site, AI dance videos cost just 1–2k dong each, plus 5 free coins to try", and yet another asked "who has an AI dancing account? I want to buy one." - The "Affiliate TikTokShop" group, 2026-05-12: "the AI dancing video site charges 20k for 2.5 seconds and 30k for 4.5 seconds, and added 10-second models for 1.5k… top up through my link and you'll get good support".
- The "Phổ cập AI VN" group: "all the models are here, about 30k for 2 seconds", with a ref link attached.
- Personal account "Trọng Nghĩa" 2026-03-06's video: "APP TẠO VIDEO AI DANCING CHỈ 1,8K/1 VIDEO 30S".
- In the "AI Video Creators" group, 2026-09-17 someone asked "who has cheap AI dancing?", 15 comments included
- Promo scripts are highly uniform: "Mọi Người Copy Link Dán Vào Google Để Nhận Ưu Đãi Nạp 10%" (Everyone copy the link and paste it into Google to get a 10% top-up bonus). They have a standard promo kit, and they deliberately make users open the link in a browser, bypassing Facebook's in-app browser so the ref isn't lost.
- Section 15 of the Terms (2026-09-24) specifically bans affiliates from bidding on brand keywords and from running direct ad links. That in turn shows affiliates are numerous enough to start bidding on brand terms.
- YouTube tutorials + paid courses (MMO circles)
- TRUNG HIẾU MMO (2.15K subscribers) 2026-06-08 posted "Cách Làm Video Dancing AI Bán Hàng Affiliate Triệu View", which has 24,663 views.
- Duy Sensor AI 2026-02-06 posted "AI DANCING - Hướng Dẫn Sao Chép Video Viral", with
?ref=aidancing470in the description. It's one of the earliest affiliate pushes I could find. - Another tutorial, "Create High-Quality AI Dancing Videos for Affiliate Marketing", links
?ref=aidancing38674. - Vietnamese marketing instructor Duy Nguyễn runs a course, "Tạo Video Bán Hàng Với AIdancing" (1 hours 40 minutes). The page shows 2,812 students, and the earliest review is about 6 months old (duynguyenmkt.com).
- SEO / free-tool funnel: the free tools on the free / audio / image subdomains need no login. About 350 model pages on the main site are indexable (most of what Jina returns for "aidancing" is model pages). How much they contribute can't be quantified (unverified).
- Owned social: the Facebook page has 2.9K followers. Small scale, not a main channel.
- Ads: nothing matched in our Meta / Google ad libraries (the card's ads are empty; the library only tracks a fixed list of products, so a miss doesn't mean they aren't advertising). The Terms ban affiliates from buying brand keywords, which suggests the company itself doesn't rely on affiliates for paid acquisition.
- Macro timing: Kling 2.6 Motion Control 2025-12-12 launched (per Kling release notes), and "photo dancing with video" went viral on TikTok globally. The AiDancing domain was registered 2025-12-15, only 3 days apart. Vietnam's TikTok Shop affiliate selling was booming, and "faceless product videos" were a must-have for MMO sellers.
5. Why it took off
- A tenth of the price, quoted per clip in Vietnamese dong: 1.8k–4.5k VND per 30-second clip, versus Kling / Higgsfield at roughly 2k–40k VND per 30-second clip. For sellers posting dozens of clips a day, that's the line between profitable and not (Facebook group quotes; the SDVN group calculated Higgsfield at 880 VND/second).
- Launched the same week Kling Motion Control made "AI dancing" big, then used open-source models such as Wan-Animate to push costs down (launch date backed by RDAP and Kling release notes; which model they use is inferred, unverified).
- Referral commissions turn every user into a promoter. Vietnamese MMO / product-selling Facebook groups, YouTube and paid courses form a ready-made distribution network. The Terms ban affiliates from bidding on brand keywords, showing the network has grown large enough to need rules.
- Product designed for copying: 23 already-viral TikTok templates with one-click face swap. The pitch is "don't create originals, copy and improve," which speaks directly to newcomers who want to replicate hit videos.
- Fully localized: colloquial Vietnamese copy ("tụi mình", "nhen"), small-denomination VND pricing, Telegram support, and nationalist banners. The comparison set is English-language, USD-subscription overseas tools.
6. Differentiation, and whether that's why it took off
The differentiation has three layers: (1) Price, self-hosted GPUs plus open-source models, selling per clip for a few US cents; (2) Use case, not entertainment but "re-creating viral videos with face swap" for TikTok Shop selling, with templates, outfit swaps, lip-sync and sales voiceovers all in one site; (3) Channel, referral commissions plus Vietnam's MMO community.
Yes, that's exactly why it took off. The model itself isn't the moat (Kling, Viggle, and Pippit are all stronger, and open-source models can be run by anyone). What works is three things stacked together: cheap Vietnamese dong pricing, product-pitch templates, and distribution. It almost always gets discussed with a price attached: "chỉ 2k" and "1,8k/1 video".
7. Visibility and copycats
- Visibility: spreading in small circles. English media hasn't covered it. x-radar found 0 posts for "aidancing" in the past 90 days, and there's no TrustMRR listing or founder revenue posts. In Vietnamese selling / MMO circles it's fairly common (2,812 paid course students, multiple Facebook groups with hundreds of thousands of members repeatedly featuring it, and YouTube tutorials with 24k views).
- Copycats: I haven't found anyone directly cloning its "VND-priced template face-swap" model (unverified). Vietnam has adjacent low-cost AI video sites (taovideoai.com at "500 VND", MKT Software), and overseas there are many Kling wrapper template sites (seevido, kingmotioncontrol, freebeat, etc.), but none target the Vietnamese market.
8. What to borrow
- "Open-source models + self-hosted or cheap GPUs + small local-currency per-clip pricing", competing with big-brand USD-subscription tools in small-language markets. TikTok Shop selling communities in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Brazil have the same need.
- Trend-based templating: each week, make the templates that just blew up on TikTok into one-click face swaps, so users don't have to write prompts.
- Referral commissions + a standard promo script, planted in MMO / selling Facebook groups, YouTube and paid courses. The Terms ban affiliates from bidding on brand keywords, protecting their organic traffic.
- Takes payments through Stripe / PayPal via a US LLC, while servers and the team stay local.
9. Still unclear
- Actual prices and how credits convert: the pricing page requires login, so the prices here come from promo posts.
- Which models they use (Wan-Animate / self-trained / resold third-party API) and whether the GPUs are self-hosted: the Viettel IP only proves the frontend is in Vietnam.
- The direct trigger for the global tier increase in 2026 August is unclear: an English version? new templates? a viral tutorial? a big affiliate joining? No clear evidence found.
- Revenue scale and paying-user count are unknown.
- Content compliance risk: the "face swap", "face change" and "breast enlargement" templates touch on likeness rights and deepfakes. The Terms ban misuse, but the templates themselves encourage replacing real people. If a platform or payment processor shuts it down, the business could swing sharply.
