# Indians search Google for "how to download land certificate": four of the top ten results are MyPatta

**What it is** A website and app that look up and handle official Indian land documents for people (EC, certified copies, Adangal, 7/12, etc.) and charge per order, focused on Andhra Pradesh and Telugu speakers.

**Why it took off:** In 2026, content volume suddenly surged from 4 to July: 319 registry pages, 385 rewritten certificate pages, and hundreds of tutorials a month. On Andhra certificate search terms, it pushed past the national leaders. Andhra Pradesh was also re-surveying land and reissuing land titles and passbooks at the same time.

**C** **How you could follow this** Don't copy it in India for land documents. Take the playbook: in a market you know and can actually fulfill in, pick an official document that's free but hard to get, build pages by "region × document × office × language," take orders directly on the page, and get the offline errand running smoothly first.

C grade: the playbook is clear and transferable, but copying it means someone on the ground has to run errands. The category has Landeed, which raised $16M, plus a pile of small sites using the same approach. Even after its traffic nearly tripled, MyPatta's revenue last year was only about $32k. Whispers in the indie circles

Global rank 216k · 90 days ago 614k

MyPatta is a land-document service run by a team in a small city in Andhra Pradesh. The official portal is free but hard to use, so MyPatta checks records for you, runs errands to the sub-registrar's office, and charges per order. From 2026 April to July, it put up thousands of landing pages and hundreds of tutorials, and its global site rank climbed from 610k to 216k in 90 days. Below: what it sells, where its traffic comes from, how much money it makes, and what you can take from it.

### A one-star review that sums up the playbook

On 2026 May 14, someone in the India App Store gave MyPatta one star with the title "Badly designed app":

> This is a **private company** , not a government app. When you search for patta (land title) info, Google often sends you to this site and app, and people assume it's an official government app.

The reviewer was complaining, but he touched on two things that define this business. First, demand comes from search: Indians buying, selling, borrowing against, or inheriting land need EC (Encumbrance Certificate), Certified Copies (certified copies of registered deeds), Adangal (land cultivation records), 7/12, and Patta-Chitta, all official land records. Second, in search results, the top spots often go to MyPatta, not the government portal.

2026-11-07 In the India store, for "andhra pradesh EC download online" and "certified copy sale deed andhra pradesh online", MyPatta takes 4 of the top 10 results. For "AP adangal download" it ranks 1. For "7/12 utara download" (Maharashtra land records) it ranks 2 and 5. Landeed, the biggest national competitor, gets only 1 results for the first term.

### What it sells

Most official land records can be viewed for free on state portals, but the portals are hard to use, often go down, and are only in English or the local language. Older records aren't digitized, so you have to visit the sub-registrar (SRO) or mandal revenue office (MRO) in person to pull paper files. MyPatta sells that hassle:

- Enter the document number, year, and registry office on a web form, and get instant results for what can be pulled immediately;

- Certified documents that need a stamp or manual file retrieval (certified EC, manual certified copies, certified Adangal) get run to the office by a person, with a digital copy sent first and the paper copy by courier;

- The same document is priced by delivery speed. If you pick express and it's late, you get the difference back; if it can't be delivered, you get a full refund;

- Upsells include property verification, lawyer consultations, and reminders for property changes.

Its blog has a case study it wrote itself (my inference: it's marketing copy): Prakash, who lives in Dubai, wanted to sell ancestral land in Krishna district registered in the early 90s. The buyer's lawyer couldn't find records online and asked for a manual certified copy. He couldn't return to India, so MyPatta went to the registry and dug out the paper files. This is its most valuable customer: overseas Indians who can't go back, plus the agents and lawyers who keep asking for documents (my inference). Its real user numbers in Australia and Canada first entered Chrome's stats in August, which fits this story.

### How the traffic took off in one summer

| Timeline | What it does | What happened on the site |
|---|---|---|
| From ¥2026-04 | Blog output jumped from single digits to 70–170 posts a month. About 311 of the 873 posts were about Andhra and Telangana. | — |
| 2026-05 | 319 pages went live at once, with one page for each sub-registrar office in Andhra Pradesh | Chrome real-user stats: top 50k in India |
| 2026-07 | 385 "state × document" pages were rewritten. The site has 605 such pages covering 23 states: 74 Telugu pages, 36 Hindi, and 28 Marathi. | Chrome stats put it in the top 10k in India and the top 100k globally |
| 2026-08 to 09 | 220 more pages were updated | Global rank 08-06 614k → 09-10 211k |
| After September | — | Flat, 11-05 is 216k |

(Page counts and launch months come from its sitemap, 11-07. Rankings come from Tranco and Chrome real-user stats.)

This is a standard programmatic SEO setup: "region × document × office × language", with one page per combination. Each page has a form where you can order right away, plus Telugu explanations, uses, FAQs, sample documents, and a YouTube tutorial. Its pages go down to the individual office level, more granular than competitors, and they actually convert, which is why Google ranks it above Landeed. It's also hiring a remote SEO specialist now. The job posting says the goal is "hundreds of thousands of visits" and asks for experience optimizing content for AI search.

It also got a tailwind. The Andhra Pradesh government started a land resurvey early in 2026, while issuing new anti-forgery land passbooks. By June, 2.65M had been issued across 6,459 villages, and the chief minister ordered that 11.2M be fully issued. Large-scale changes to land records meant farmers and buyers had to re-check their records, which lined up with MyPatta's strongest category, certified Andhra documents. But the timing only lines up with its traffic rise; from the outside, there's no way to tell how much each contributed.

Its other channels are small: a YouTube channel with 786 subscribers, 78 videos, and 92k total views (11-07). Facebook and Instagram have a lot of short Telugu tutorial videos, all ending with "Download the App Now". From outside, there's no sign of paid promotion. No media coverage, nobody mentioned it on X in the past year, and its Product Hunt launch got only 25 votes.

### How much money

- **Google Play: 574k installs, 4.7 stars, 6,180 reviews** (11-07). The India App Store shows 501 ratings. The website claims 1.5M users and 1 million documents delivered. We can't verify that.

- **Revenue is small** : FY revenue through 2025 March was ₹26.3 lakh, about $32k (from public company registry filings, as reported by Inc42 and Tracxn). How much revenue grew after traffic nearly tripled this year is unknown.

- In 2024 November it raised a $88.8k seed round, giving up 3% equity.

- The site doesn't publish a price list. A one-star review from September said the company took a "499 rupee service fee" and then went silent, about $6. That can serve as a rough single-order size (my inference).

The money is real but thin. In a high-ticket category like buying land, document fees are small and customers are willing to pay. The problem is that each order can mean someone has to go to the registry.

### What users are complaining about

India App Store reviews over the past year are split. Positive ones say "got the document fast" and "the result and the document were real, didn't wait long". Negative ones are almost all about delivery:

- "They promised delivery in 10 minutes to 4 working hours. I paid in Feb 3, and on the 5th the order was canceled with no reason given." (2026-02-05)

- "I placed an order on Oct 4, and there's been no progress at all. Customer service doesn't reply either." (2025-10-17)

- "They took a 499 service fee and then went silent." (2026-09-12)

The research also found a Play review saying "paid for 4 copies, got 1, and the other 3 were blank PDFs." This suggests its bottleneck isn't traffic, it's operations: once offline errand-running scales up, errors, delays, and customer service can't keep up. The refund policy also says "some services carry a non-refundable service fee" and "delays caused by government processes don't trigger automatic refunds."

### Who it's competing with

| Competitors | Scale | How MyPatta differs |
|---|---|---|
| Landeed (YC 2022 Summer batch) | 9.94M installs on Play, about 90k global website visitors, $16.3M raised | The national leader, focused on free instant lookups, with more money. It's not as deep as MyPatta on manually certified documents and Telugu content in Andhra. |
| State official portals | Free, and the source of the data | Hard to use, often down, and certified documents still need errands |
| JaaGa.ai | About 100k installs on Play | Also an agent service, competing for certified-copy searches in Andhra |
| Tamil Nadu EC single-product app | About 170k installs on Play | Covers just one state |
| BhuMe (2026-05 launch) | About 1,100 ratings on iOS India | Only Maharashtra's 7/12 |
| IndiaFilings, Vakilsearch, NoBroker | Their sites rank higher | Documents are just one product in a big platform, and the pages aren't broken down to the office level |

There's also a batch of tutorial and affiliate sites that borrow the names of official portals (igrsap.co.in, meebhoomiap.com.in, pattachittaec.com and similar). None are in the global top 1M, and none can deliver. The category isn't empty and the playbook isn't unusual. MyPatta wins in a narrow niche: Telugu speakers in Andhra and Telangana who need certified documents that require someone to go in person.

### If it were you

**C: learn the playbook, don't copy it.** It proves a repeatable acquisition method: "official documents that are free but hard to use × local language × programmatic pages down to the office level × real people fulfilling orders." But copying it for land documents in India doesn't pay off for a small team. The leader raised $16M, dozens of small sites use the same approach, and this company, whose traffic nearly tripled, made only just over $30k last year.

**Who it suits** : teams in a market where "government paperwork is hard to get," who can organize offline errand-running. They should speak the local language, know agents or lawyers, and be able to hire people to wait in line at offices. Outside India, vehicle records, company registry extracts, certified birth and marriage certificates, and cadastral records face similar pain points in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East (my inference, not verified one by one).

**Who it doesn't suit** : people who can only write code and can't fulfill orders on the ground; people who want to make money from ads on a pure information site (that batch of tutorial sites never took off); and anyone planning to go head-to-head with Landeed on Indian land documents.

**How to do it** : start by picking the document with the strongest demand in one country (the one you must have for sales, loans, or inheritance). Build a table of "region × document × office" combinations, with one page per combination and ordering right on the page. Automate what you can, and hire people for what you can't. Price by delivery speed, and refund the difference when it's late. Get fulfillment working before you build the pages. MyPatta's negative reviews are almost all about delivery. If traffic arrives before you can handle it, your reputation collapses first.

**How to get customers** : mainly long-tail Google search, with separate pages for each local language, plus short tutorial videos in the local language embedded on those pages. Watch for policy events like card reissues, resurveys, and new portal launches, and publish content one to two months ahead. Overseas expatriates have the highest ticket size and are the most willing to pay, so write dedicated pages for them.

**When is the window?** : No hard deadline. This business rides on policy events. If land-record renewals or a new portal launch are underway in your market, get your pages live before it ramps up.

**What would prove this wrong?** : ① MyPatta's next annual report shows revenue jumping into the millions of USD, meaning this business is thicker than it looks and worth tracking closely. ② Its rank stalls or slips around #210k while Landeed or Google's own AI answers start linking straight to document downloads, meaning the search path is narrowing. ③ Your market's government portal suddenly becomes easy to use, and the value of done-for-you services shrinks overnight.

Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Landeed(YC S22) | Android | 2021-12 | Play 9.94M installs; landeed.com Tranco 90,593; 16.3M USD raised | The national leader, built around instant lookups. MyPatta goes deeper on AP/TS manual certified documents and Telugu. In the top 10 results for AP EC searches, MyPatta takes 4 spots and Landeed takes 1. |
| State government portals (IGRS AP, Meebhoomi, Bhu Bharati, TN eServices, Mahabhumi) | Web | Years | Free; the original data source | Officially free but clunky, often down, and certified copies mean running around in person. MyPatta sells done-for-you service, plain-language guidance, and refund backstops. |
| JaaGa.ai | Android | 2024-03 | About 101k installs on Play | Also sells done-for-you document services, but smaller in scale and SEO coverage |
| Tamil Nadu Land Documents - EC | Android | 2024-04 | About 172K installs | A single-product tool covering only Tamil Nadu |
| BhuMe: Satbara 7/12, 8A | iOS | 2026-05 | iOS IN 1,098 ratings | Maharashtra only |
| IndiaFilings / Vakilsearch / NoBroker legal services | Web | Years | Tranco 109k / 183k / 6,656 | Documents are just one SKU inside large platforms. None have built fine-grained, local-language pages at the SRO level. |

Where users come from

- **Verified** **SEO (programmatic landing pages plus blog)** : sitemap has about 1,830 URLs: 605 state × certificate pages (74 Telugu-language pages), 319 AP SRO pages (2026-05 live), 873 blog posts (2026-04 started, now 70–170 a month); takes 4 of the top 10 results for AP EC and Certified Copy searches on Brave IN; hiring an SEO specialist, with a JD asking for "hundreds of thousands of visits"

- Inferred **Policy event (AP re-survey and new passbooks)** : AP issued 26.46 lakh new passbooks in the first half of 2026, with a target of 1.12 crore. The timing and traffic climb line up, but there's no direct evidence of causation.

- **Confirmed** **Telugu short video and social (YouTube/FB/IG)** : YouTube has 786 subscribers and 92k total views. FB and IG carry many "Download the App Now" reels. Whether it runs paid ads is unverified.

- Inferred **App store search** : Play and iOS titles and descriptions are packed with EC/CC/Patta/Adangal/7/12 and similar keywords. This is an inference.

- Inferred **Media, X, PH** : No media coverage. X mentions: 0. PH votes: 25.

### One line

An Indian platform for official land and property documents (EC, Certified Copy/Nakal, Adangal, ROR-1B, 7/12, Patta-Chitta, RTC, and more), started from the small AP city of Anantapur. **The site's climb starting in summer 2026 is almost certainly the result of scaled programmatic SEO** : from 2026-04, monthly blog output jumped from single digits to 70–170 posts. In May, it published 319 AP sub-registrar (SRO) landing pages at once, and in July it rewrote 385 "state × document × language" pages. Right after, CrUX India went from the top 50k to the top 10k in July, and Tranco went from 08 to 610k to 210k between 2.0 and September. The tailwind was AP's government "re-survey plus new-version Pattadar passbook" drive: in the first half of 2026, 2,600 million new passbooks were issued, and many farmers needed to look up and download their new land records.

### 1. Data: when did traffic take off?

| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Tranco rank | 2026-07-30 598,216 → 08-06 614,185 → 08-13 476,971 → 08-20 352,873 → 08-27 283,682 → 09-10 210,968 → 11-05 216,016 (flat after September) | traffic library, rank_day |
| CrUX global | Top 2026-05/06k before 500 → top 2026-07/08/09k before 100 | traffic library, crux_domain |
| CrUX India | Top 2026-05/06k before 50 → top 2026-07k from 10 | Same as above |
| CrUX overseas | Australia has been in the top 2026-08k since 500, Canada in the top 08M since 1, and the UK has stayed in the top 1M | Same as above (most likely overseas Indians (NRIs) remotely verifying ancestral property; the official site's testimonials include "Sneha NRI Buyer") |
| Google Play | com.mypatta, **573,596 installs (500K+)** , 4.7 stars, 6.18K reviews, debut 2023-07-09,2026-11-05, just updated | Play detail page (2026-11-07 crawl); not in our googleplay library (never charted) |
| App Store | id6474295365, debut 2024-01-05, India store 501 ratings, 4.76 | iTunes lookup(IN) |
| Claimed on the website | 15 lakh+ users, 1 crore+ document lookups, 25,000+ consultations; the AP EC page says "30,00,000+ ECs delivered in AP" | mypatta.in (figures not verified) |
| Revenue | FY25 (as of 2025-03) ₹26.3 lakh (about $32k), from public financials filed with the Registrar of Companies | Inc42 Datalabs / Tracxn |
| Funding | Seed round $88.8k (2024-11-19, PointOne Capital, 3% stake). Tracxn valuation ₹25 Cr | Tracxn, Inc42 cap table |

**Where traffic lands** : Both web and app. Web brings in search traffic (evidence below). The app is where conversion happens: every site CTA and social video says "Download the App Now" with a Play link. Play's 570k installs don't match the 1.5M users claimed on the official site, and the gap is likely web orders and one-off lookups. My read: **the web is the acquisition front door, and the app and web together handle paid orders.**

### 2. Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How MyPatta differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Landeed(YC S22) | Android / iOS / web | 2021-12 | Play 9.94M installs (googleplay library), iOS IN 2,278 ratings; landeed.com Tranco 90,593; CrUX India top 5k; $16.3M raised (Tracxn) | The category leader: national reach, search-engine plus free instant lookup, and deep pockets. MyPatta is a tier smaller, but goes deeper on AP/TS manual done-for-you services (Certified EC, Manual CC, Certified Adangal) and Telugu. On Brave, for "andhra pradesh EC download online," MyPatta takes 10 of the top 4 results and Landeed only 1. |
| State government portals (IGRS AP, Meebhoomi, Telangana Registration/Bhu Bharati, TN eServices, Mahabhumi, Bhoomi) | Web/app | Years | Free; the original data source | Officially free, but clunky, often down, English or local-language only, and certified copies mean running around in person. MyPatta sells exactly that: the legwork, the explanation, and the after-sales support. |
| JaaGa.ai | Android/Web | 2024-03 | Play about 101K installs (googleplay library) | Also sells done-for-you documents, but smaller. Its blog is also competing for AP Certified Copy search terms. |
| Tamil Nadu Land Documents - EC(Terminal Developers) | Android | 2024-04 | About 172k installs (googleplay library) | A single-state tool |
| BhuMe: Satbara 7/12, 8A | iOS | 2026-05-16 | iOS IN 1,098 ratings (iTunes) | Maharashtra only, newly entered |
| IndiaFilings / Vakilsearch / NoBroker legal services | Web | Years | indiafilings.com Tranco 109,623,vakilsearch.com 183,334,nobroker.in 6,656 | Documents are just one SKU inside their large platforms. They pull traffic with broad content and have no SRO- or village-level pages. |
| A batch of small SEO sites (igrsap.co.in, apigrs.com, meebhoomiap.com.in, telanganaencumbrance.com, pattachittaec.com, checkpattachitta.com, rezy.in, and more) | Web | Unknown | None are in Tranco top 1M | Mostly tutorial and affiliate sites that piggyback on official portal names, with no fulfillment capability. |

**Bottom line** : The category isn't empty, and the leader, Landeed, has raised $16M. MyPatta isn't first and isn't biggest. It wins a niche: Telugu-speaking users in AP/TS × certified documents that require manual legwork.

### 3. Growth tactics (with evidence)

1. **Programmatic SEO (main engine, confirmed)** . The sitemap (2026-11-07 crawl) has about 1,830 URLs in total:
    - `sitemap-docs` 605 pages, covering 23 states (Maharashtra 102, AP 96, Telangana 87, Karnataka 58, and more), one page per "state × document," plus local-language versions: 74 pages in Telugu, 36 in Hindi, 28 in Marathi, 22 in Kannada, and 14 in Tamil. **385 pages have lastmod dates clustered in 2026-07** , and 08–November saw another 220 pages updated.
    - `sitemap-registrations` 319 pages, one per AP sub-registrar office (SRO), **all 2026-05 live** .
    - `sitemap-blogs` 873 posts. From 2025-09 to 2026-03, it publishes 3–20 posts a month. **From 2026-04 on: 72, 97, 155, (July 2), 167, 168, 94 posts** . About 311 of them cover AP/TS/Hyderabad/Amaravati topics.
    - The timing fits: content ramped up from 04 to July, CrUX India moved up in July, and Tranco started climbing in August. (Tranco is a 30-day rolling average, so it's always slow, lagging by 1–2 weeks.)
    - Rankings (Brave, IN, 2026-11-07): for "andhra pradesh EC download online", MyPatta holds 4 of the top 10 spots; "certified copy sale deed andhra pradesh online" takes 4 spots; "AP adangal download" ranks #1; "telangana EC online" ranks #3 and #5; "7/12 utara download" ranks #2 and #5; "patta chitta online" ranks #9.
    - Hiring: It's recruiting a remote SEO specialist (salary ₹6–9 lakh a year). The JD asks for "growing the site to hundreds of thousands of visits" and familiarity with AEO/GEO (jobleads.com listing). SEO is clearly their stated growth line.

2. **Telugu short video and social (confirmed, small scale)** . The YouTube channel @mypatta has 786 subscribers, 78 videos, and 92,421 total views (YouTube Data API, 2026-11-07). Its top video, "How to download EC using mypatta," has 9,390 views. Facebook and Instagram carry lots of Telugu tutorial reels, all using the same "Download the App Now" copy plus a Play link. Organic reach is small. If there's paid spend, these are probably the creatives that scale it (unverified: our metaads library doesn't track it, so the ads field is empty).

3. **Platform and policy events (timing, partly confirmed)** . From 2026-01, the AP government rolled out "Resurvey 2.0" and issued the new tamper-proof Pattadar passbooks at the same time. By 2026-06 it had issued 26.46 Lakh of them across 6,459 villages (per upsc.karka.ai, citing official data). The CM ordered all 1.12 Crore to go out by the deadline (New Indian Express 2026-04-09), and The Hindu reported another 9 Lakh to be issued before July. Land records are being changed in bulk, so farmers and buyers need to pull 1B/Adangal/EC to check them, and that lands right on the AP documents MyPatta focuses on. After Telangana's Bhu Bharati replaced Dharani, EC split into two systems, and MyPatta posted a LinkedIn explainer on exactly that. **There is no direct evidence linking this event to the traffic climb; the timing just lines up.**

4. **Store search (inferred)** . The Play title is "mypatta: Get property records", and the description is stuffed with CC/EC/RTC/Satbara/Patta-chitta/Adangal and similar keywords. The iOS title is "mypatta: EC,CC,Patta,Adangal". Classic store-keyword writing.

5. **Media and X** : x-radar shows 0 mentions in the last 365 days. No coverage found from ET, YourStory, or Inc42, only database-style company pages (Tracxn, Inc42 Datalabs, YourStory's company directory). PH: 25 votes. Basically no media boost.

### 4. Why it took off

- **Why users come now** : land transactions, loans, inheritance, and the AP passbook swap all require EC/CC/Adangal. The official portal is free but hard to use and often down, and certified documents mean running to the SRO or MRO office in person. MyPatta packages it as search → order → someone runs the errand for you → e-copy sent first, paper copy by courier, paid per order.

- **Where they come from** : mostly long-tail Google search ("<state> <document> download", "<SRO name> registration"), supplemented by local-language pages and tutorial videos, with the app capturing repeat purchases.

- **Why they pay and stay** : it's a one-off must-have, and the document fee is small next to a high-ticket purchase like land. The refund policy is spelled out in detail: full refund if they can't deliver; if you choose rush and it misses the SLA, you get the price difference back. That lowers the hesitation on a first order. Play: 4.7 stars, 6K+ reviews, but the negative reviews include fulfillment complaints like "paid for 4 copies and got 1, the other 3 were blank PDFs". Repeat purchases likely come from agents, lawyers, and NRIs who keep needing documents (inferred).

### 5. Differentiation, and whether that's why it took off

- **Differentiation** : (1) Geographic plus language depth: built around AP/TS, with Telugu pages, videos, and support, down to a page per AP SRO; (2) hand-processed certified documents (Certified EC/CC/Adangal, Manual CC, RH Copy, Diglot), not just instant lookups; (3) SLA-tiered pricing plus a refund guarantee; (4) upselling title verification, lawyer consultations, and property monitoring.

- **Is it the cause?** Yes, but split it apart. **What let Google rank it above Landeed is SRO-level, local-language, fulfillable programmatic pages** : the pages are more granular than competitors' and actually convert. The summer 2026 climb came from a step change in content volume, not a sudden product change. The product differences (hand-processed certified documents, Telugu service) are what turn that traffic into revenue.

### 6. How many people have seen it

- Revenue only shows up in Inc42 and Tracxn company-registry data (FY25 ₹26.3L). No founder has posted revenue, and it isn't on TrustMRR. 0 mentions on X, no media coverage, 1,439 followers on the LinkedIn company page. **It's circulating in small circles** , mainly among India proptech and investment-database people.

- Copycats: the search results include a batch of small sites and service providers doing the same "state × document" SEO (JaaGa, rezy.in, legiscore.in, assetlyhq.com, telanganaencumbrance.com, pattachittaec.com, and others), none in Tranco's top 1M. There are also single-state apps like BhuMe (2026-05, Maharashtra only, 7/12). I can't see anyone clearly copying MyPatta specifically. The space was already crowded with the same playbook.

### 7. What others can learn

- **Government paperwork × local language × programmatic SEO × humans who fulfill** : look for "free official but hard to use, needs running around" paperwork markets (land records, vehicles, company registration, birth certificates in other states or countries), build one page per "region × document × service point × language", and charge for fulfillment with manual or semi-automated errand running on the back end.

- Make the page granularity go down to the service point (SRO/MRO), and give local-language versions their own URLs (`/te/`).

- Tier pricing by SLA and refund the difference. In low-trust markets, that lowers hesitation on the first order.

- Watch policy events (resurveys, document swaps, new portal launches) and seed content ahead of them.

### 8. Still unclear

- Whether and how much they spend on Meta or Google paid ads (our database doesn't track this).

- Ticket size and real transaction volume (prices aren't published on the site; FY25 revenue of ₹26.3L is tiny, and I don't know whether FY26 jumped).

- How the traffic climb splits between the AP passbook swap and SEO.

- Play install history (the googleplay database doesn't cover it), so I can't tell whether the app climbed in step with the web.

- Tranco flattened after September (21–220k). The SEO tailwind may have peaked, or it may be waiting on the next wave of content.
