# "Watch the World's Cameras for Free": An Open-Source Intel Map Gets Pushed to the Global Top 70K via Short Video

**What it is** A free, no-signup web page that overlays flights, satellites, ships, earthquakes, and 17k public transit cameras on one 3D globe 3D, open source.

**Why it blew up** "Open-source Palantir" caught fire on Reddit and X in May. Starting in September, English, Portuguese, Indonesian, French and Arabic "amazing websites you should know" short-video accounts started pitching it as "watch the whole world in real time." Top single clip hit 1.6M views, and Brazil and Indonesia traffic pushed it into the global top 10k.

**C** **How to play it:** Stop building another intel map. Pick public data that ordinary people instantly get and that feels a little forbidden, ship it as a slick single page that works the moment you open it, run ads or memberships from day one, then send the screen recording and direct link to the "amazing websites" short-video accounts in each language.

Grade C: the world-intel-map niche is already crowded (World Monitor 90k stars, ShadowBroker and a pile of others). OSIRIS itself makes only tips and meme-coin revenue, close to nothing, and its traffic comes from low-ARPU regions like Brazil and Indonesia and leaves just as fast. The part worth copying is the distribution play: no install, a mass-appeal hook, and letting viral-site accounts repost it for free. Copying the product itself isn't worth it. Already public / widely discussed

Global rank 65k · 90 days ago, top 1M+

OSIRIS is an open-source website built by one person. It layers flights, satellites, ships, earthquakes, wildfires, and 17k public transit cameras onto a 3D Earth. In May it earned GitHub stars among developers under the name "open-source Palantir". From September, a batch of short-video accounts focused on "amazing websites you should know" began presenting it in seven or eight languages as "free peeking at live surveillance around the world", and website traffic really took off then. The product itself has nothing unique, and revenue is almost zero. What's worth looking at is how this traffic came in.

### A 1.6M-view video

In Sep 2026 9, a TikTok account with 107K followers, futureshiftt, which posts about useful websites, shared a video with a one-line caption: "This educational website is amazing. You can see all kinds of public satellite data, including flights, and more." By early November the video had 1.6M views (TikTok, 11-06).

The top comment in the thread, with 736 likes: "If it's not free, I won't even click." Second most liked, with 420 likes, is a complaint that Africa is always blank on the map. Further down, someone wrote "another World Monitor," and "there are tons of these, same as God's Eye and Conflictly." Someone else replied "tried it, really is free," with a screenshot attached.

These comments say it all: people care that it's free, flashy, and works the moment they open it. Whether it's the first or the fiftieth product like this, nobody cares.

### What it is

Open osirisai.live. No signup, nothing to install. You get a spinning 3D globe with 14 layers on by default: ships, satellites, surveillance cameras, live news, earthquakes, undersea cables… The status bar reads "66,651 ENTITIES" (official site, 11-06). All the data comes from free public sources: OpenSky flights, traffic-agency cameras in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan and New Zealand, USGS earthquakes, NASA wildfires. It also packs in Nmap, WHOIS, sanctions-list lookups, crypto wallet tracking, and an AI assistant that needs your own model key.

The code is on GitHub (simplifaisoul/osiris, MIT license). The author has only this one repo, and the version is already at V5.0. There are two sources of money: a Patreon donation button, and the Solana meme token $OSIRIS, market cap around $7–80K, with very thin volume. No paywall, no ads.

### How it blew up: two waves, two crowds

**Wave one: May, developers and crypto traders.** In May 12 the repo was built, and the author posted it himself to r/vibecoding, r/ClaudeCode and r/coolgithubprojects under the title "Open-source Palantir alternative." One post got about 1,300 upvotes. In May 20, crypto influencer Coin Bureau picked it up: "Anyone with a laptop can now get spy-grade surveillance tools for free... an open-source Palantir, from the intelligence firm worth $324B," with 237k views. X even generated a trending topic for it that same day. By the end of July, the repo had 7,333 stars on GitHub.

But the website itself never took off. 6 through August, it hovered between 500K and 1M in global site rankings, and only barely squeezed into the Tranco top 1M (#900K) in Aug 27.

**Wave two, from September: regular people.** Accounts with names like "Powerful websites you should know" need fresh material every day. OSIRIS is flashy, free, and has a bit of a forbidden-website feel ("is this even legal?"), which is exactly what they want. Here are some representative TikTok videos (view counts in 11-06):

| Date | Account | Views | How it was pitched |
|---|---|---|---|
| 09-09 | futureshiftt (English) | 1.6M | "An educational site that lets you see satellite data" |
| 09-10 | metadigital.az (Indonesia, 910K followers) | 460k | "Shouldn't this be illegal?" |
| 09-19 | lucaswebq (English, 1.11M followers) | 420k | "Websites you should know (part 773)" |
| 09-25 | setups_ai (English, 1.82M followers) | 930k | "Websites you should know (part 863)" |
| 09-29 | bonplans.papy (French) | 380k | "AI-powered OSINT" |
| 10-11 | mrmobileorg (Persian) | 180k | "Live streaming websites from around the world" |
| 10-25 | luizflbtech (Brazil) | 310k | "The eye of God: cameras from all over the world" |

One Arabic-language account wrote: "This kind of website should be banned 👀 Nuclear facilities, satellites, street-level live cameras, all open to everyone." An Indonesian account walked viewers through it step by step: "Open Google, search osiris, go to osirisai.live." Instagram and Facebook also carry batches of Hindi and English reels with titles like "Watch live CCTV from around the world on your phone."

Rankings responded fast. On Chrome's real-user data, it sat well outside the global top 1M in August, then jumped into the top 50K in September. Brazil and Indonesia went from the top 1M straight into the top 10K, the two language regions where the videos were most concentrated. Tranco uses a 30-day average, so it lagged: rank 256K at the end of September, 178K in early October, 5 65K in November, still climbing.

This wave added only about two thousand stars (10.1K by late September, 11.6K by early November). New visitors don't go to GitHub to star repos. They came to watch surveillance cameras.

I found no sign of paid ads or sponsorship labels. Dozens of accounts in different languages covered it around the same time, which looks more like creators in this niche reposting each other (inference).

### Who it's competing with

"Free god's-eye intelligence map" was already a crowded vibe-coding topic in the first half of 2026. OSIRIS came late to it.

| Product | When | Scale | How OSIRIS differs |
|---|---|---|---|
| World Monitor | 2026-01 | 90K GitHub stars, global website rank 127K | A news-and-geopolitics dashboard with no camera hook. It has 8× OSIRIS's stars but less website traffic. |
| ShadowBroker | 2026-03 | 11k stars | Richer and more professional data sources, but you have to install it yourself. No public online version. |
| WorldView (built by a former Google Maps PM) | 2026-02 | Trending on YouTube and Reddit | Only demo videos. Ordinary people can't use it. |
| Insecam / EarthCam | A decade ago | Global rank 67K / 20K | Camera lists only. Insecam also has voyeurism controversies. |
| Flightradar24, MarineTraffic and similar | Years | Global top 30K | Each one covers a single layer. OSIRIS stitches their free data together on one map. |

The first row tells the story: World Monitor has 8× the stars of OSIRIS but ranks half as high on the web. Whether a site gets traffic depends on whether short-video creators will record it and whether viewers can open it on the spot. Approval from the developer crowd matters much less.

### What it got right

1. **There's an online version that needs no install.** Most alternatives require self-hosting. OSIRIS's URL carries the layer parameters directly (?layers=cctv, satellites…), so creators can screen-record it and viewers can open it right after watching. The security tutorial site Hackers-Arise, in its August review, pointed this out specifically: ShadowBroker is more professional, but OSIRIS needs no installation.

2. **It gives ordinary people a hook they instantly understand.** Hardly anyone understands "OSINT," but everyone gets "live surveillance of the whole world." The author keeps adding to this layer. His latest post on X announces new camera feeds on 2,936 California roads and 862 Iowa roads.

3. **It has a memorable name.** "Open-source Palantir" sums up the product in one line, and it rides the attention around Palantir's stock.

4. **The first screen is made for screen recording.** Black background, glowing globe, moving dots everywhere, a military-style status bar. It grabs people within three seconds.

### What it doesn't do well

- **Money.** Donations plus a meme token. No matter how big the traffic, it never turns into revenue. Ad rates for the traffic from Brazil, Indonesia and India are also low.

- **Users come and go.** Short videos bring people who stop by for a look. The site has nothing to keep them: no login, no bookmarks, no "near me."

- **Africa, South America and Southeast Asia have empty data.** The second most-liked comment is complaining about exactly that, and the two countries with the most traffic, Brazil and Indonesia, are the ones where the data is thinnest.

- **Compliance risk.** Government traffic cameras are usually public, but some of the "public webcams" have unclear sources. If it gets into a dispute or the upstream feeds get cut, the most shareable layer disappears.

### If it were you

**Verdict:** Don't build another "open-source Palantir." That topic is already crowded, and OSIRIS itself hasn't made money. What's worth copying is the free traffic path: build a "wow, what is this website" page and let short-video accounts in many languages spread it for you.

**Who it's for:** Indie devs who can build a good-looking web visualization, have access to a category of free public data, and can work out how to add ads or sell memberships.

**Who it's not for:** Anyone who wants to make subscription revenue directly from this kind of tool. Short videos bring in people who are curious, not paying customers. It's also a poor fit for anyone building a professional OSINT tool, since professional users won't arrive through a "wow website" video.

**How to do it:** Pick another category of public data that ordinary people instantly understand and that feels a little like it shouldn't be free. Build it as a single page that works on open, runs on a phone, and encodes its state in the URL. Possible directions: local live cameras, flights and ships, auctions or property prices, satellite before-and-after comparisons, public records from a particular country (inference; you need to check case by case whether each data source is licensed for commercial use). Or go after the gap OSIRIS left: local cameras and a local-language interface for Brazil, Indonesia and India, where its traffic is and its data is empty. The first screen has to impress and show something within three seconds. Build monetization in from day one: display ads, a membership for HD or historical playback, and a paid data API.

**How to get users:** Don't pay for ads. Once it's built, send a 15-second screen recording and a direct link with parameters to accounts in the "Powerful websites you should know" style on TikTok and Instagram. Find a dozen or so each in English, Portuguese, Indonesian, Hindi and Arabic. That second wave of OSIRIS came from accounts like these. The author could also use the Reddit angle "open-source version of [some big company]" to collect the first stars and endorsements.

**Timing:** Material for "wow website" accounts gets used up fast. Once the same kind of thing has been covered for two or three months, viewers get bored. Intelligence-map content had probably been overdone by early 2027. With a different topic, the window depends on the topic, not the calendar.

**Signs you've misread it:** ① OSIRIS's global rank falls back below 200K in December, which would mean the short-video traffic doesn't stick and the road only brings a short burst of visits. ② Similar sites have ads or memberships, and the public revenue is still in the single-digit dollars, which would mean this kind of traffic can't be monetized. ③ The camera feeds get cut, or the site gets delisted over privacy concerns, which would mean the "forbidden" hook is itself the risk.

Competitors

| Name | Where | Launched | Scale | How it differs from this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| World Monitor(koala73/worldmonitor) | Open source | 2026-01 | 90,274 stars; worldmonitor.app's Tranco rank is 127,006 | It leans on news, geopolitics and AI summaries rather than camera livestreams, the mass-appeal hook. OSIRIS has 8x the stars, yet worldmonitor gets more traffic. |
| ShadowBroker(BigBodyCobain/Shadowbroker) | Open source | 2026-03 | 11,460 star | Its data sources are broader and more professional, but it's built for self-hosting with no public online version, so it misses the traffic from short videos. |
| WorldView / God's Eye View(Bilawal Sidhu) | Other | 2026-02 | Popular YouTube and Reddit videos | A KOL's demo piece: photoreal 3D plus filters that an ordinary person can't use directly |

## OSIRIS (osirisai.live): why it took off

### One line

OSIRIS is an open-source OSINT dashboard built by a solo developer (GitHub simplifaisoul/osiris, MIT). It layers flights, satellites, ships, earthquakes, wildfires and live news streams, plus 17k public transit cameras, over a 3D globe. It first caught fire on Reddit and X in 2026-05 under the "open-source Palantir" banner and picked up its first stars. The second wave, which drove the real traffic, started in 2026-09: global "amazing websites you should know" short-video accounts (TikTok / Instagram / Facebook Reels across Brazil, Indonesia, India, France and the Arabic-speaking world) pitched it as a "secret free site for watching live surveillance cameras worldwide." Ordinary users came for "spying on CCTV around the world," not for OSINT.

### What it is

- The homepage osirisai.live: open it and you get a WebGL 3D globe, no signup or install, with 14 layers on by default (maritime, satellites, CCTV, news, earthquakes, undersea cables, etc.). The status bar reads "66,651 ENTITIES," and there's a $OSIRIS token plus a Support (Patreon) button. (Jina scraped the homepage, 2026-11-07.)

- Capabilities listed in the GitHub README: OpenSky flights; 17,000+ public cameras (government traffic cameras such as TfL, Caltrans, WSDOT, Hong Kong Transport Department, Taiwan Freeway Bureau and NZTA); USGS earthquakes, NASA FIRMS wildfires, 23 news livestreams, NOAA space weather, NVD vulnerabilities, OFAC sanctions lookup, BTC/ETH wallet tracking, and geo-parsing of public Telegram channels. It also bundles recon tools like Nmap, DNS and WHOIS, plus an AI assistant, "OI Assist / OI Forecast," that runs on your own model key (https://github.com/simplifaisoul/osiris).

- Author: the only repo under GitHub simplifaisoul is this one (repo_profile). The X account @soulsimplifai now goes by "Osirisai.live," has 365 posts, and its bio carries the pump.fun token address.

- Monetization: Patreon tips, plus a Solana pump.fun token, $OSIRIS (market cap about $72K–82K, per the pump.fun page). AI features make users bring their own key. No paywall and no public revenue.

- Nearly all traffic is web: there is no app. The Google Play listing under the same name, com.nasabaadvisors.osiris, is unrelated (data card).

### Data

| Metric | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Tranco rank | 2026-08-27 first entered the top 1M (907,511) → 09-24 255,662 → 10-06 178,497 → 11-05 65,325, and it's still climbing daily | traffic.rank_day |
| CrUX global | 2026-05/06 ago 1M, 07 ago 500k, 08 ago 1M, **09 ago 50k** | traffic.crux_domain |
| CrUX by country (2026-09) | Brazil and Indonesia top 10k; US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, India and the Philippines top 50k | Same as above |
| GitHub star | 07-31 7,333 → 08-29 8,049 → 09-29 10,116 → 10-21 11,199 → 11-07 11,554; forks 2,407; recently gaining +10~25 per day | github.repo_day (wayback + daily snapshots) |
| Comparison with similar sites (Tranco, 2026-11) | worldmonitor.app 127,006;insecam.org 67,076;liveuamap.com 25,390;earthcam.com 20,489 | traffic.rank_day |

Two takeaways:

1. Traffic and stars have decoupled. CrUX in September went from top 1M to top 50k (at least 20x), while stars only grew about 2,000 over the same period. The newcomers are ordinary people who will never click star on GitHub.

2. Its Tranco rank now beats worldmonitor.app's, even though worldmonitor has 8x the stars (90k vs 11.5k). It's now in the same range as the veteran camera-snooping site insecam.org.

### Growth timeline and channels

**Wave one (2026-05 mid-to-late): "open-source Palantir" goes viral in developer circles, bringing stars and name recognition**

- 05-12 the repo was created. The author posted "We're building OSIRIS - The Open-Source Palantir Alternative" in r/vibecoding, r/ClaudeCode, r/SelfHostedAI and r/coolgithubprojects. The r/coolgithubprojects post got about 1.3K upvotes (per Jina search snippet), and it was also shared in a Facebook vibecoding group.

- Indian tech blogger @Anubhavhing reposted it: "What the Actual f*ck are these dudes on. Someone just dropped Open Source Palantir on reddit named Osiris." The author pinned this on their X profile. A same-caption Reel on Instagram is DYoUzjDibG6.

- 05-20, Coin Bureau (@coinbureau, a crypto megaaccount) posted "ANYONE with a laptop can now access spy-grade surveillance tools for FREE… an open-source clone of Palantir ($PLTR), the $324 BILLION intelligence company," with 237k views and 2.1K likes. X generated a Trending story the same day: "Release of OSIRIS, an open-source intelligence dashboard replicating Palantir's surveillance tools" (x.com/i/trending/2057074403012452647).

- Spanish and English YouTube and TikTok reinterpretations followed (neophyteh4ck3r 05-31, selartixx 06-03 "Palantir in Your Browser"). By 07-31 it had 7,333 stars.

**Middle (06–08): the OSINT and security crowd picks it up**

- During this stretch CrUX bounced between the top 500k and top 1M, and Tranco only just reached the top 08-27M (1).

**Wave two (from 2026-09, still ongoing): "amazing websites" short-video accounts repackage it as "live surveillance of the whole world"** Representative videos found by searching TikHub for osirisai / osiris cctv / osiris osint (view counts as returned by TikHub):

| Date | Account (followers) | Views | Angle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 09-09 | futureshiftt (107k) | 1.6M | "This powerful educational website lets you access … satellite data" |
| 09-10 | metadigital.az (910k, Indonesia) | 460k | "Ini harusnya illegal gak sih..?!" (Shouldn't this be illegal?!) |
| 09-14 | minutotechpro (116k, Brazil) | 62k | "O mundo inteiro ao vivo" |
| 09-19 | lucaswebq (1.11M) | 420k | "Powerful Websites You Should Know (Part 773)" |
| 09-25 | setups_ai (1.82M) | 930k | "Powerful websites you should know (part 863)" |
| 09-29 | bonplans.papy (43k, France) | 380k | "OSIRIS AI — l'OSINT propulsé par l'IA" |
| 09-29 | remy_engineering (206k) | 230k | "this free osint tool lets you track what's happening around the world" |
| 10-11 | mrmobileorg (170k, Persian) | 180k | "Global live streaming websites" |
| 10-25 | luizflbtech (117k, Brazil) | 310k | "O OLHO DE DEUS, veja todas as câmeras do mundo" |
| 10-22 ~ 11-06 | hamzatechpoint (India, Hindi), bimatech.e87 (490k, Indonesia), several Arabic-language alt accounts | Thousands to tens of thousands | "Puri Duniya Ke Live CCTV Dekho";"Buka Google, cari 'osiris', masuk osirisai.live" |

Instagram and Facebook also have batches of similar Reels: "Watch Live CCTV Cameras Anywhere With Osiris AI Tool" (Ashwani Singh), "See Live CCTV Footage on Your Phone with OSIRIS AI" (RajChoudhary), gyanloadian.tech "secret website called Osiris," and DcuI8MuijWb "LIVE camera feeds all around the world completely FREE."

The timing and geography line up. The second wave started in early September. CrUX globally jumped into the top 50k in September, and Brazil and Indonesia entered the top 10k, exactly the two language markets where these videos cluster most. Tranco uses a 30-day average, so it kept climbing from mid-September through November. The videos often tell viewers to Google "osiris," so brand search is likely a landing path too, but there's no search data to confirm it.

**Not found** : Meta, Google or TikTok ads (the ads data card is empty; our ad library only tracks products on its list, so no hits doesn't mean no spend). No sponsorship labels for paid creators either. Dozens of accounts in many languages are pushing it at once, which looks more like accounts in the "amazing websites" niche spontaneously reposting. No launch record found on Product Hunt or HN (unverified).

### Competitors

"Free global intelligence dashboards / god's-eye maps" was already a crowded vibe-coding niche in the first half of 2026. OSIRIS is a latecomer:

| Product | Form | Launched | Scale | How it differs from OSIRIS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| World Monitor(koala73/worldmonitor) | Open source AGPL + live site worldmonitor.app | Repo created 2026-01-08 | 90,274 star;Tranco 127,006 | Leans toward news, geopolitics, and AI summaries as "situational awareness," mostly panels; no camera livestreams, the kind of hook a normal person gets instantly. Far more stars than OSIRIS, yet less web traffic |
| ShadowBroker(BigBodyCobain/Shadowbroker) | Open source, self-hosting first | Repo created 2026-03-05 | 11,460 stars; March took off on r/Cyberpunk and Gigazine | More and more specialized data sources (per Hackers-Arise's review), but you have to install it yourself; no public live version, so it doesn't get the traffic short videos bring |
| WorldView (Bilawal Sidhu, former Google Maps PM) | Demos and videos, Substack spatialintelligence.ai | 2026-02 to 03 | YouTube "God's Eye View" series, hot posts on r/interestingasfuck | Photorealistic 3D, night-vision and thermal filters; it's a KOL showcase, and regular people can't just open it and use it |
| Insecam / EarthCam / SkylineWebcams | Long-running web tool | Starting around 2014 | Tranco 67,076 / 20,489 / 5,402 | Only cameras, no map-based "intel" packaging; Insecam also has a surveillance controversy. OSIRIS combines government traffic cameras with a 3D globe, which looks more "legal, more like a spy thriller" |
| Flightradar24, ADS-B Exchange, MarineTraffic, Liveuamap | Big vertical sites and apps | Years | Tranco top 30k | Each one only does one layer of data. OSIRIS stitches their free data together on one map |
| carbon-evolution/osiris and other forks | Open source | 2026 | OSIRIS has 2,407 forks | Reskins or modified versions |
| big tech | Google Earth, Palantir (enterprise) | — | — | Google Earth has no live layers; Palantir isn't open to individuals, which is exactly the selling point of the "open-source Palantir" name |

### Why it took off

1. **Riding a famous name for positioning** : "the open-source Palantir" explains the whole product in one line, and it rode the 2026 Palantir stock hype (the Coin Bureau original post carried $PLTR and "$324 BILLION"), which crypto and retail circles were happy to repost. That brought its first wave of stars and X Trending.

2. **A live version that needs no install and works on phones** : among its peers, ShadowBroker requires self-hosting and WorldView is only a demo. OSIRIS deployed a public site, no sign-up needed, with layer parameters in the URL, so short-video creators can screen-record it directly and viewers can open it right after watching. Hackers-Arise also singled this out.

3. **Cameras are the hook for regular people** : the short videos are almost all about "watch live surveillance cameras around the world" and "isn't this illegal?", not OSINT. The creator keeps adding camera feeds (a California Caltrans 2,936 highway live stream and an Iowa 862 road, per his latest X post), piling more on the layer that spreads best.

4. **The "amazing websites" short-video niche distributes it** : accounts posting "Powerful websites you should know" on TikTok and Reels constantly need new material. OSIRIS is visually striking, free, and has a bit of a forbidden feel, a perfect fit. Since September, accounts in English, Portuguese, Indonesian, French, Hindi, Arabic, and Persian have each covered it, and the jumps in CrUX for Brazil and Indonesia are the evidence.

5. **The author keeps posting and shipping updates** : 365 posts on X, version now at V5.0, plus a Discord and a docs site (71 free endpoints). The content people come back for keeps growing.

### Is differentiation why it took off?

Functionally there's nothing exclusive; it's an aggregation of free public data, and there are at least three or four similar libraries. Its difference is in **distribution format** : a public live version that needs no install and works on phones, plus the "cameras of the whole world" hook normal people get instantly, plus the memorable "open-source Palantir" name. worldmonitor has 8x OSIRIS's stars yet less traffic, which shows that web traffic is decided by whether short-video creators will record it and whether viewers can open it on the spot, not by developer-community approval. So the differentiation is why it took off, but it lies in format and hook rather than technology, and it's easy to copy.

### How many people know about it now

X Trending, Coin Bureau (237k views), Hackers-Arise, several YouTube breakdowns, and single TikTok videos topping a million plays. As a "tool" it has spread widely, and developer circles are already building similar things in waves. But it has no disclosed revenue and no one takes it seriously commercially. What's notable isn't the product itself but the playbook: build a free "secret website"-style page and let "amazing websites" short-video accounts repost it. That traffic path can be copied.

### What others can borrow

- An open-source project needs a **public live version that needs no install** , with the URL carrying state (?layers=…) so creators can demo it and viewers can go straight there.

- For a complex tool, find **a hook normal people understand** (live surveillance cameras); no feature list is as effective as that one sentence.

- Position with an "open-source version of X" name (X being a hot, expensive company normal people never use).

- Deliberately make the product fit material for "Powerful websites you should know"-style accounts: striking on open, free, no sign-up, a touch of forbidden feel. These accounts exist in many languages worldwide, so you can get multilingual distribution without paying.

- Monetization is weak, relying only on tips and meme tokens. If the traffic is there, try ads, a Pro layer, or an API.

### Still unclear

- Whether the September short-video wave brought paid partnerships or creators submitting content: no evidence seen, unverified.

- How much of the traffic comes from short-video links carrying ?layers= versus brand-name searches: no source data.

- How much money the Patreon and token actually bring the author: unverified; token market cap about $7–80k, very low trading volume.

- The Live Demo badge in the README points to osirislive.app, which currently doesn't resolve. Unclear whether it's a domain change or a backup site.

- Compliance risk of camera sources (government traffic cameras are usually public, but some "public webcam" sources are of unknown origin). If it's taken down or becomes controversial, the impact is uncertain.
