One phone, three accounts: Sible Network claims nearly a million users in 77 days by gating mining behind a code

What it is A free-to-mine points-coin app on phone and web. The coin isn't on-chain and isn't listed on any exchange, and the website presents it as a US AI company.

Why it took off Pi got listed on exchanges, InterLink reached millions of installs, and many people in Southeast Asia and Nigeria were looking for "the next Pi." Sible started mining in August right when that demand was there, and made every user recruit others through their invite code.

CWhat you can take from it Don't build another mining app. But you can borrow the zero-cost referral mechanics: a required code at signup, core rewards that rise with each person you bring in, a landing page that carries the code, a cash leaderboard, and web before app. Apply these to points, waitlist, and early-bird reward products.

Grade C: the niche is already crowded, with a new "XX Network" every month. Whether it pays off depends on a future token launch and whether users ever pay. It also carries unverifiable endorsements and compliance risk, and its growth leaned on the audience Pi left behind. The useful takeaway is its referral mechanics. Chatter in small circles

Global rank 100k · 90 days ago, top 1M+

Sible Network is a "free phone mining" app whose coin isn't on-chain and isn't listed on any exchange. Its website, however, describes an "enterprise AI operating system" and positions itself against Palantir. The site's global ranking rose nearly 7× in three weeks, and almost all the traffic landed on one page: each user's own invite link. Below: how it got here, which parts of this playbook are worth borrowing, and why I wouldn't recommend copying it.

An announcement pulled the day after it went out

On Nov 1, 2026, @SibleNetworkAI posted on X: "From the next version, one phone can log into up to three accounts to mine at the same time. One device. Three accounts. More mining flexibility." The first reply went straight to the point: three accounts per person, so how will KYC and token distribution work?

The next day the official side withdrew it, saying the original meaning was "three different people sharing one phone", and that they had "heard feedback from users and ambassadors and paused the pilot". The crypto news site coingabbar 11-02 wrote a whole piece on the episode.

The retraction is telling. In apps like this, users fear "someone else's extra accounts diluting my coins," and they care most about whether the people they invited count. The team's first instinct was to accommodate everyone, and then its own promoters pulled it back. The real customers of this product are the people recruiting for it.

What it is

In one line: a Pi Network-style free mining app wearing an AI costume.

  • You must enter an invite code before you can start mining. Once you do, you tap every few hours, and the coins accrue on the company's own ledger (off-chain).
  • For each invited friend who is still mining, your mining speed rises by 5%. From an Instagram short: "The app asks you to bind a code before you can start mining. Every friend you invite increases your mining power by 5%."
  • Halving, invite boosts, and postponing on-chain migration and real-name verification for years are all identical to Pi. The official roadmap puts the on-chain migration in Q3 of 2027 and the exchange listing in Q4 of 2027.
  • It was originally called Scale Network (token $SCALE), began mining in late August 2026, and was renamed in September, apparently after a clash with Scale AI. Its Google Play developer account still reads "Scale Network" today.

The website is a different story: "an operating system for the AI world," users contribute compute to train models, enterprises buy compute with SIBLE, and 20% of contract revenue goes into a "treasury." It also claims to be "a US AI company, team from OpenAI and Netflix," with "1000+ partners" and "the first multimillion-dollar enterprise contract." None of this can be verified, and the whitepaper page still says "Coming Soon."

Claims nearly a million, but Play installs are only 100k. Most of the gap is people who registered and mined on the web. The Android app only arrived in late September, and version 1.1.0 in mid-October moved mining from the web into the app, so the September traffic came entirely from the web version and invite landing pages. The web version is now just a login page, with a "Now live on Google Play" banner pushing users to the store. iOS is still awaiting review.

On Google Play, it has only charted in the free Business category: #8–23 in Nigeria, with Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia between #50 and #200 (10-29 to 11-07). Its rank is slowly sliding.

Why now

A crowd is waiting for "the next Pi." Pi Network actually got listed on exchanges in 2025, and InterLink Network reached 7.57M installs on Play in about a year. This left Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Nigeria with a large group who believe that getting into a new mining app early means money. Sible began mining in late August and caught that group. The countries where it's growing (Vietnam, Nigeria, the Philippines, Indonesia) are also where Pi and InterLink were strongest.

Users pay nothing right now. It's free and takes one tap, and whether anything pays out is a question for 2027. Since no one is losing anything yet, people stay and recruit.

The AI veneer makes it look new among a crowd of "XX Network" projects. In 2026 the hottest buzzword was AI compute, which the Bee Network generation didn't have. A Vietnamese creator on TikTok (10-17) directly compared it to Palantir. For users in developing countries, "US AI company" and "enterprise contracts" can lower a lot of skepticism.

Where users come from

Almost no money spent, with every user recruiting for it:

  1. Invite links. Everyone has their own mine.sible.network/<code>, and that subdomain gets the most Chrome visits in each country. Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, and X are full of posts carrying codes: "mã mời: cauut" in Vietnam, "Code: yogaswara165" in Indonesia, and one X account repeatedly posting "use my referral code."
  2. Airdrop creators. YouTube is full of "New Mining App 2026: Scale Network" and "Sible Network (EX Scale) Full Review" videos, each with the creator's own invite link. TikTok posts are mostly from Vietnamese and Indonesian small accounts with a few hundred to a few thousand followers. They're after the mining boost from referrals and a possible future airdrop, which amounts to an unpaid distribution team.
  3. Recruiting from Pi and InterLink. "Pi Town" on X has written about Sible, and on TikTok an InterLink promoter account is casually pushing Scale.
  4. Ambassador program. 10-30 went live in the app: link your social accounts, create content, recruit, and leaderboards pay out in USDT / USDC and SIBLE. Recruiting went from grassroots word of mouth to an organized, bonus-driven task.
  5. A crypto news site's special feature. coingabbar has published at least 5 pieces since 10–November, a classic project-PR cadence. Whether these are paid placements can't be confirmed.
  6. Play reviews look incentivized. By day 37 after launch (10-29) there were already 9,865 ratings, with 71k installs and a 14% rating rate, unusually high. In the next 9 days installs rose by 28k while ratings only added 160. The official account even posted to celebrate "30 days, 10k 5-star ratings" 11-06. I haven't seen any task screenshots, only this timeline.

We found no evidence of it running ads. The "promotion" we can find online is posts from users and bloggers themselves. The official accounts are actually small: a YouTube channel with 49.7k subscribers and only 14 videos, a TikTok account with 13.3k followers, and single posts getting 1,000–4,000 views, aimed at existing users.

Where the money comes from

None right now. The Play listing shows no in-app purchases and no ads, and no one has publicly disclosed revenue. Projects like this usually pay back in ways like these (our inference, no evidence): once they've built up millions of "users," they take the project to an exchange listing, market making, or sell token allocations; later they sell speed-ups, identity verification fees, and nodes inside the app; and the user count itself is a bargaining chip for raising money. The roadmap already announces a USDS stablecoin for Q1 2027, and users' stablecoin balances may be the next thing they want to keep.

Put simply, it only makes money once users start putting money in or the token starts trading. Until then, all of its value rests on people believing it will be worth something later.

Who it's competing with

Pi Network2018-12136MThe original, listed on an exchange in 2025. Sible's mechanics largely copy it.

Zoi Network2026-10-1115kNewer than Sible, with nearly the same playbook: high ratings, pushing for Nigeria's business charts.

"Free phone mining" apps are already crowded. Sible has nothing new in its mechanics. Its only differentiation is the AI wrapper and the "US company" claim. Few people know about it, circulating only in airdrop circles in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Nigeria, but the category is not new in those circles at all.

If it were you

Grade C. Don't copy it as a mining app. What's worth learning is its distribution structure.

Who it's for: people building points, lotteries, early-bird perks, or waitlist products, the kind that "reserve a spot now, deliver later," who have something to use as a reward (quota, rank, discount, early access) and want to grow with zero budget.

Who it's not for: anyone who wants to build a similar mining app. The category is saturated, with a new "XX Network" launching every month. Whether it pays off depends entirely on a future token launch and exchange listing, that is, whether users eventually pay in. On top of that, the unverifiable endorsements on its website create reputation and compliance risks you'd bear yourself. It only gained traction by riding an existing audience cultivated by Pi and InterLink. That window came from them, not from Sible.

How to do it (borrow the playbook, not the category):

  • Tie the "invite" directly to the core benefit of the product: not a few dollars back, but each referral pushes your core metric (speed, quota, ranking) up a notch, and new users must enter a code at sign-up.
  • Give every user a landing page link with their own code, so sharing is effortless.
  • Once the first promoters emerge, add a leaderboard with cash rewards, turning casual users' spontaneous sharing into organized tasks.
  • Get web sign-up and referral working first, without waiting for app store review. Bring it into the app once it's running.

How to acquire users: start with audiences already in the "promoter habit," such as promoters of similar products and small bloggers doing reviews on YouTube and TikTok. They come with their own downstream networks and content formats. What you need to give them is a reason why recruiting people pays off better.

When to do it: no rush. This is a method you can use anytime, unrelated to Sible's window.

What would mean you read it wrong:

  • If Sible actually completes its on-chain migration and lists on a tier-one exchange in 2027, as its roadmap says, while Play installs keep growing by thousands a day without Pi-style external tailwinds, that would show the AI wrapper plus referrals can sustain a category on its own, not just ride Pi's afterglow. Latecomers might then still have room.
  • Conversely, if its global ranking falls back beyond 500k by January and daily Play additions drop to a few hundred, that shows this kind of referral growth collapses the moment it stops. Before borrowing the playbook, you'd need to figure out what keeps users around after the referrals.

  • Confirmed Referral code system (you must bind a code to mine; each referred user raises your mining speed by 5%): the best origin in every CrUX country is mine.sible.network (personal invite link mine.sible.network/<code>); lots of code-sharing posts on FB / IG / X / TikTok.
  • Confirmed Airdrop hunters / mining app review bloggers (YouTube, TikTok, FB groups): reviews such as "New Mining App 2026: Scale Network" on YouTube all carry invite links; TikTok alt accounts in Vietnam and Indonesia, @scale_cauut and @yogasairdrop 0.
  • Confirmed Migration from Pi / InterLink's existing audiences: the X account Pi Town promotes Sible; TikTok @harry_interlink promotes Scale. The countries where growth happened overlap with Pi / InterLink's strong markets.
  • Confirmed Official ambassador program (recruitment tasks + stablecoin leaderboard): 2026-10-30 went live in the app (TikTok @siblenetworkai, coingabbar).

  • Inference Paid ads on Meta / YouTube: the metaads library shows no advertisers for Sible / Scale. We found no evidence for the heavy ad spending claimed in the recall card.

Why Sible Network (sible.network) got traction

In one sentence: Sible Network is an off-chain points token app with free phone mining plus invite codes (token $SIBLE, not on-chain, not listed on any exchange). Its website wraps it in "enterprise AI operating system / Palantir-style" copy. It was formerly called Scale Network ($SCALE), started mining in late 2026-08, and renamed itself in 2026-09 after a trademark conflict with Scale AI. Most of its website traffic comes from the invite landing page mine.sible.network, not from a web product.

1. Data: how big it really is

  • Website ranking (traffic library, rank_day): Tranco first entered the top 1M at 2026-10-14 (684,533). It has been climbing daily since, going from 11-05 to 100,466, a roughly 6.8-fold rise over three weeks. It hasn't peaked yet, though it is climbing more slowly each day (about 3% per day).
  • CrUX (traffic library, crux_domain, 2026 September): top 50k globally; top 10k in Vietnam; top 50k in Indonesia, India, and the Philippines; top 100k in Canada, the UK, South Korea, and Turkey; the US, Germany, France, Brazil, Thailand, and others only reach the top 500k. The best origin in every country is mine.sible.network, meaning the referral landing page / web mining entry (e.g. mine.sible.network/dendy).
  • Google Play (googleplay library, package com.siblenetwork.app, developer account still named "Scale Network," email [email protected]): listed 2026-09-22; as of 11-07 it had 99,715 installs, +22,545 over the last 7 days (about 3,000/day); rating 4.89, 10,025 ratings, of which 9,251 are 5-star (92%). AppstoreSpy's estimated curve: 10-07 about 31k, 10-15 about 51k, 10-27 about 71k, 11-06 about 100k, single-day peak about 8,000 (10-07).
  • Charts: it has only charted in the BUSINESS free category: #8–23 in Nigeria, #53–161 in Vietnam, #85–155 in the Philippines, #85–197 in Indonesia, #123–198 in South Korea (10-29 to 11-07). Its category ranks are slowly sliding.
  • Self-reported users: the website counter shows 985,299 users, "77 days since launch" (read on 11-06, implying mining started around 2026-08-21). In mid-October it self-reported 880K / 960,832. These are the project's own figures and are unverified.

Where the traffic lands: they self-report nearly 1M registrations, but Play installs are only 100k, so most of the gap is probably people signing up and mining on the web. From 2026-08 through late September, before the App launched, mining could only be done on the web. In mid-October v1.1.0 "moved mining from the web into the app" (coingabbar). So the September CrUX spike came from web mining plus the referral landing page. web.sible.network now only has a login page, plus a "Now live on Google Play" banner pointing to the app (tagged utm_source=sible_web). The iOS version is still awaiting review (coingabbar 11-02).

2. Competitors: there are many in this category, and it's a latecomer.

(Install counts all come from the googleplay library app_profile, 2026-11-07.) Bottom line: the "free phone mining" category is crowded, and Sible has nothing new in its mechanics.

3. Growth tactics (evidence)

  1. Invite-code referrals are the main engine (confirmed). You must bind an invite code before you can start mining, and every active friend you invite raises your mining speed by +5% (Instagram reel: "The app asks you to bind a code before you can start mining. Every friend you invite increases your mining power by 5%"). Every user gets a personal link, mine.sible.network/<code>, and that subdomain is exactly the top origin in CrUX. Users post their codes all over Facebook groups, Instagram, X and TikTok: Vietnam (scale_cauut "mã mời: cauut", tenmienvip), Indonesia (yogasairdrop0 "Code: yogaswara165"), Pakistan (Sahib1122), and X (@openmainnet repeatedly posting "use my referral code openMainnet").
  2. "Airdrop hunter" / mining-app review creators (confirmed). YouTube has plenty of videos like "New Mining App 2026: Scale Network" and "Sible Network (EX Scale) Full Review," each carrying the creator's referral link (e.g. mine.scalenetwork.org/AnsarCrypto). The TikTok accounts posting these are Vietnamese and Indonesian accounts with a few hundred to a few thousand followers. They profit from referral mining boosts and a possible future airdrop, which makes them an unpaid distribution network.
  3. Pulling existing Pi / InterLink users over directly (signs confirmed). The X account "Pi Town" has written about Sible, and InterLink promoters are pushing Scale. Vietnam, Nigeria, the Philippines and Indonesia are the strongest markets for Pi and InterLink, which matches the country distribution in CrUX and the Play charts.
  4. Sponsored-looking content from crypto news sites (likely paid PR, unverified). coingabbar.com published at least 5 Sible features between 10 and November (explainers, roadmap, ambassador, Sentinel missions, a three-account trial), a typical project-PR cadence.
  5. Official ambassador program (confirmed). 2026-10-30 went live in the app: you bind your social accounts when you apply, complete content and referral tasks, and leaderboard rewards are paid in USDT/USDC/SIBLE (TikTok @siblenetworkai 10-30 posts, coingabbar). Recruiting has shifted from spontaneous user sharing to organized tasks.
  6. Official owned channels: YouTube @siblenetworkai with 49.7k subscribers and only 14 videos; TikTok @siblenetworkai with 13.3k followers; X @SibleNetworkAI; plus Telegram, Discord and Facebook. Views and likes per post are low (1,000–4,000 plays per TikTok), so this is maintenance content for existing users, not an acquisition channel.
  7. Play ratings were very likely inflated (inference). The app had 9,865 ratings within 37 days of launch (10-29), when installs were 71k, a rating rate of 14%. Later, installs rose by 28k over 9 days, but ratings only grew by 160 (0.6%). Ratings that dense early on most likely came from a daily-task / task-center prompt asking users to rate. The official account posted "10,000 reviews 5⭐ in just over 30 days" to celebrate it 11-06. The only evidence is this timeline; I did not see screenshots of the tasks.
  8. Paid ads: no evidence found. Our Meta Ad Library has no advertiser for Sible / Scale (that library only tracks a fixed list, so a miss doesn't prove there was no spend). The recall card says there was heavy spend on FB/IG/YouTube, but what I could find were user and creator organic posts, not ads. Marked unconfirmed.

4. Why it took off

  • Timing: Pi actually listed on exchanges in 2025, and InterLink reached millions of installs in 2025–26. That left a large group in Southeast Asia and Nigeria believing "getting into a new mining app early is money," and they keep looking for the next Pi. Sible started mining in late 2026-08, right as that group was looking, and it rebranded as "AI compute / AI operating system," the hottest narrative of 2026, which makes it look newer than the Bee generation.
  • Zero entry cost and no immediate payoff needed: it's free, you tap every few hours, and the ledger is off-chain. The on-chain KYC migration is slated for Q3 2027, and the exchange listing for Q4 2027 (official roadmap). Users lose nothing right now, so they stay and recruit, and the team doesn't have to deliver anything yet.
  • Invite boosts turn every user into a promoter: +5% mining boost per person, plus stablecoin rewards from the ambassador leaderboard. Acquisition costs almost nothing, and it spreads layer by layer through the "airdrop" circles in Vietnam and Indonesia.
  • Trust packaging as a "US AI company": the site calls itself "a U.S.-based AI company founded by former OpenAI and Netflix talent," "Trusted by 1000+ partners," an NVIDIA Inception member, and claims a "First Multi-Million Dollar Enterprise Contract" (TikTok 11-04). Its target users are mostly in developing countries, and this packaging noticeably lowers their guard. coingabbar also wrote that none of these claims can be independently verified, and the whitepaper still reads "Coming Soon."
  • Keep generating fresh news to retain old users: daily tasks in the Task Center, Sentinel "AI training" tasks, a news center, the ambassador program, and a one-account-per-device pilot 11-01 (announced, then withdrawn the next day after users objected to running multiple accounts for coins). This gives a steady stream of updates each week and a reason for old users to open the app every day.

5. Differentiation, and whether that's why it took off

Mechanically there's nothing different: halving, invite acceleration and a later KYC migration are copied straight from Pi. The only real difference is the narrative packaging: not "mine coins on your phone," but "build an operating system for the AI world, contribute compute to train models, enterprises pay SIBLE to buy compute, and 20% of contract revenue flows into the treasury (Revenue Vault)," plus a website designed like a Palantir-style enterprise AI product page. This packaging is part of why it stands out from a pile of "XX Network" projects: a Vietnamese KOL compares it to Palantir (hoangquancrypto, TikTok 10-17), and new users feel it has "real revenue" as a backstop. But the main growth engine is still invite-driven referrals, plus the ready-made audience left by Pi / InterLink. The packaging decides whether people share it; the referrals decide how fast it grows.

6. Where the money comes from (inference)

There is no public revenue, and nothing is sold (Play shows no in-app purchases or ads). How projects like this usually make money: ① accumulate millions of "users," then use them to negotiate exchange listings / market making, or sell token allocations; ② later sell "boosts," KYC fees and nodes inside the app; ③ the user count itself is a bargaining chip for fundraising and partnerships. The roadmap already announces the USDS stablecoin for Q1 2027, and users' stablecoin funds may be the next thing to settle. None of this has evidence; it's just the usual path for projects of this type.

7. How many people know about it

  • Revenue: none, and none has ever been disclosed.
  • Media: only sponsored-style pieces on crypto news sites like coingabbar; no major accounts mentioning it in the x-radar corpus; on TikTok, only small accounts.
  • Copycats: the category was already saturated, and I haven't seen a clear product copying Sible's "AI operating system" packaging. Zoi Network (launched 2026-10-11) has a similar approach, but I can't be sure it's copying Sible.
  • Verdict: circulating in small circles. It's hot in the "free mining / airdrop" circles of Southeast Asia, South Asia and Nigeria, and almost unknown outside them.

8. What others can learn

  • You need an invite code to use it, the invite is directly converted into the core benefit in the product (mining speed), and a leaderboard with cash rewards is added on top. This nearly zero-cost distribution system can be transferred directly to other products built on "points / lottery / early-bird perks."
  • Put an old mechanic under the hottest narrative of the year (AI compute in 2026), aimed at an audience with a high trust bar, and back it with "US company, big-tech alumni, enterprise contracts."
  • Run registration and referrals on the web first (no store review needed), then bring it to Android. Being slower to iOS doesn't stop growth.
  • That said, this playbook carries high reputational and compliance risk (off-chain points, unverifiable endorsements). If you borrow it, be clear that the growth is structurally a Ponzi-style scheme.

9. Still unclear

  • Whether the 985K users are real; how many are multi-accounts or device farms (the three-accounts-per-device controversy shows multi-account coin farming does happen).
  • Whether there is paid acquisition (nothing found in Meta / YouTube ads) and whether the coingabbar articles were paid placements.
  • The backgrounds of founders Christian Parker and Alessandro Morgan, and the claims of "OpenAI / Netflix alumni," "NVIDIA Inception" and "multi-million enterprise contracts," have not been verified.
  • Whether the Play ratings were driven by task prompts (only an inference from the timeline).
  • Tranco rank is still rising, but daily growth is slowing; the Play category rank has already fallen from its peak, and whether it can hold is uncertain.
