# A Brazilian pension-lawyer tool turned 49M court rulings into web pages

**What it is** Paid software Brazilian lawyers use to calculate pension lawsuits, draft filings, and manage cases, with an AI assistant and a Chrome extension.

**Why it blew up** In summer 2026 it put 49M public court rulings and person-name lawsuit lookup pages onto Google, bringing in a batch of lawyers and ordinary people who never visited before; the base underneath was tens of thousands of lawyer users built over years of paid acquisition.

**C** **How you could apply it** Don't copy it in Brazil. In a vertical and country you know, build a paid tool that solves one specific calculation, then use public government data to mass-produce pages that capture long-tail search, and funnel that traffic into the tool.

C grade: the ranking climb came from a user base that already existed plus large-scale SEO. A follower in Brazil would have to beat its five years of sustained paid acquisition and the older Previdenciarista, and also know social security law; the person-name pages carry privacy complaints and regulatory risk. The lesson worth taking is the "vertical tool + public-data SEO" playbook; copying it directly isn't worth it. Chatter in small circles

Global rank 185k · 90 days ago 480k

Tramitação Inteligente is software Brazilian lawyers use to calculate pension lawsuits. It was founded 2021 years ago in Florianópolis and was already no small thing in local legal circles. In summer 2026 its global rank rose more than twofold over three months, while two older rivals in the same category fell over the same period. The climb came mainly not from the software itself, but from turning public court rulings and litigants into tens of millions of pages Google can index. The playbook is learnable, but this one is hard to follow.

### A complaint at five in the morning

On Oct 27 2026 at 5:18 a.m., an ordinary person in Rio de Janeiro posted on Reclame Aqui, Brazil's complaint site: "Remove my name from the Tramitação Inteligente website." The original read: "Without my consent. I don't allow Tramitação Inteligente to put my lawsuit and name on search engines... You are harming me."

Three hours later the company replied, and that morning the complaint was marked "resolved." The complainant rated the customer service 10 out of 5, chose "no" for "would you deal with this company again," and added: "Please don't put my name in any website's search."

This isn't a one-off. Among the latest 5 complaints about it on Reclame Aqui, 4 are like this: one in Oct 21 asking "please anonymize my name in the records," two on the 22th and 24th asking "please delete my personal data that you publish," plus this one from the 27th. None of these people are its customers. Why would software sold to lawyers draw complaints from ordinary people who have never heard of it?

### It was built to run pension math for lawyers

Brazil has a huge number of lawsuits against the national social security institute (INSS): pensions calculated too low, contribution years not credited, transition rules misapplied. For these cases, lawyers have to download each client's contribution record (CNIS) from the INSS's Meu INSS site, then calculate contribution years, which retirement transition rule applies, the monthly benefit, and how much can be claimed, and write the filing.

Tramitação Inteligente does exactly that step. Its main subdomain is planilha, Portuguese for "spreadsheet," which shows it began as a pension calculation sheet: import the CNIS, calculate automatically, generate the filing with one click. It then grew outward: client and case management, AI summaries of court notices, finance, document templates, TramitaIA (an AI assistant that reads social security files), case-law search, and in Jul 26 an MCP interface that lets lawyers operate their firm's data directly from Claude or ChatGPT.

It has had steady traction among lawyers for a long time. In April 2023 a template page showed a signup counter reading "30 lawyers signed up in the last 5,502 days"; in April 2024 it was 3,868. In Chrome's real-user data it has ranked in Brazil's top 10k sites throughout. On Instagram it claims "over 30k lawyers and 350 public bodies use it daily" (self-reported, unverified).

### How the ranking climbed: one step, not a curve

| Timeline | Global ranking (Tranco) |
|---|---|
| 2026-08-06 | 480,265 |
| 2026-08-20 | 303,990 |
| 2026-09-10 | 185,182 |
| 2026-11-05 | 185,470 |

From mid-August to early September it went from 480k to 185k in rank, then stalled, sitting around 185k for two months. This ranking is a 30-day rolling average, so the real change happened from July to mid-August. Chrome's real-user data agrees: the global tier moved from "top 2026k" to "top 500k" in July 100.

But the Brazil tier didn't move: from May to September it stayed at "top 10k." The core users (lawyers in Brazil) were already that many; the extra was a batch of visitors who had never come before.

Rank on the same window (Tranco, 07-30 → 11-05): the veteran pension tool Previdenciarista fell from 97k to 250k, and the legal-calculation tool Cálculo Jurídico fell from 170k to 460k. The general law-firm software EasyJur, ADVBOX and Projuris stayed roughly flat. Nobody in the category rose together; only it did.

### Where the new visitors come from: judgment pages and name pages

The answer is in two kinds of pages.

The first is the case-law page. The URL looks like `/blog/jurisprudencia/<case number>-<date>-<ruling summary>`, one page per ruling, covering civil, consumer, tax and labor cases, far beyond pensions. Its own announcement says the case-law database holds over 49M rulings. The sample pages search engines index are dated mostly from July to October of 2026 (for example 24072026, 25082026, 30092026, 20102026). A lawyer searching Google for a type of ruling can land on one of these pages.

The second is the name page: `/consulta-publica/pessoas/<name>/<ID>`, titled "<name>'s lawsuits | Tramitação Inteligente", with the description "check progress, free WhatsApp alerts". An ordinary person searching their own name on Google can see "your lawsuit" on a legal software company's site on the first page. The deletion complaints above came from exactly this. The approach wasn't invented here: Brazil's biggest legal information sites, Jusbrasil (global rank 1,276) and Escavador (15k), have run it for over a decade and faced the same privacy complaints for just as long. This company copied the playbook into a paid SaaS, orders of magnitude smaller. I couldn't confirm when the name pages went live; from the page dates and complaint timing, they were most heavily crawled in autumn (inference).

There's another event in the same window: in July 7 it released a Chrome extension that, in one click, pulls contribution records from Meu INSS into its calculation sheet and pulls case numbers from court systems (PJe, eproc) into case management. By November 7 it had 4,000 users, a 5.0 rating from 14 reviews, and no growth in the last week (Chrome Web Store). The extension requires a paid or trial account to use. It solves the step old users find most annoying and keeps them around; it doesn't bring in new users, and 4,000 users can't account for a ranking shift this large.

Further back, its foundation was paid acquisition. An ad agency, V4 Company, published a case study in February 2024 saying it was spending about R$10k a month on Google Ads, and the partner's goal was to be "the pension law firm that runs the most ads every day"; after adding Meta ads, monthly conversions rose from 150 to 800. Its site still carries Meta and X ad tracking pixels. It also runs monthly YouTube live "beginner training" and "calculation mastery" sessions, and partners with pension-law influencers on Instagram (24k followers).

One small design choice is worth noting: its privacy policy says the PDFs exported from the calculation sheet can include a "public official lookup" link that judges and INSS reviewers can open after verification. When lawyers submit their filings, they hand the product directly to the reviewing side.

### Where the money comes from

The money comes only from lawyers. There's a 7-day free trial with no card required, billed monthly or annually. I couldn't verify exact prices: the pricing page is behind a firewall, and secondary sources give both "about R$1,668 a year" and a user's "R$89 a month". The pricing page's search snippet says "capacity chosen by client count and team size", which suggests tiers by volume.

It has recently been raising the price per client. In November 2, a lawyer complained that a plan bought in September 17 was sold as unlimited except for TramitaFind, a separately billed people-lookup tool; in October they got a notice that some features were restricted and they had to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

The ordinary people who arrive through name pages don't buy lawyer software. The only part of that traffic that can be monetized is probably something like TramitaFind (looking up people and companies by name, CPF tax ID or phone, billed separately) (inference). So doubling the ranking doesn't mean doubling paying lawyers.

### Who it's competing with

| Competitors | What it is | Where it stands now |
|---|---|---|
| Previdenciarista | A 2013-year-old pension tool with a large lawsuit-template library and strong content, plus a Chrome extension and AI | Instagram 107k followers, self-reported up to 9k subscriptions; ranking falling |
| Cálculo Jurídico | Calculators for several legal areas | Ranking falling |
| IntelPrev, IEPREV Calc, Prevsis and others | Single-purpose tools that "read contribution records with AI" or "calculate retirement pay" | Small, but emerging |
| ADVBOX, Astrea, Projuris, EasyJur | General law-firm management software | Larger (ADVBOX global rank 75k), but no pension calculation |
| Jusbrasil, Escavador | Case-law and name-lookup websites | The veterans of this SEO playbook, with orders of magnitude more traffic |

It sits in the middle: more than a pension calculator, with a full law-firm management suite and AI; more than general law-firm software, with a hardcore pension module. On Reclame Aqui it has scored 6 over the past 9.2 months, with a complaint response rate of 100%.

### If it were you

**Verdict: copy its playbook, not its business.** To build a pension-law software product in Brazil, you'd have to understand Brazilian social security law and compete with a company that has run for five years, buys ads monthly, and has tens of thousands of lawyer users, with Previdenciarista alongside it. The two things worth taking are: use public government data (rulings, gazette notices, registry records) to mass-generate pages that capture long-tail search, then funnel the free traffic into a paid vertical tool; and use a browser extension to connect the official government sites users log into every day to your system, turning the most tedious step into one click.

**Who it suits:** people already inside a vertical industry (law, accounting, customs brokerage, social-security filing, patents) who know where practitioners copy and paste between official websites every day; where the relevant data in your country is public and has no Jusbrasil-style giant filling the search results yet.

**Who it doesn't suit:** people who don't understand the industry and just want an SEO site (case-law pages bring in lawyers, and lawyers pay for tools that save them time, not for pages); people hoping to grow through name pages (Brazil has the LGPD and Europe has the GDPR, and this path brings more complaints over time; one lawsuit could force you to take down a whole batch of pages).

**How to build it:** start with a small tool that solves one calculation, such as a country's retirement pay, severance, taxes or late-payment interest, that outputs a filing-ready document, priced against what lawyers earn per case, on a monthly subscription. Then turn the country's public rulings or decisions into topic pages, each with a "calculate your case with our tool" box at the bottom. Build the browser extension after you have paying users, to keep them.

**How to acquire users:** case-law pages capture organic search; find practitioners in the industry who have followings and partner on live training, which this company does every month; if your per-client value is high enough, run Google search ads directly. This company's roughly R$2024k a month on Google Ads in 10 paid for itself.

**Is there a window?** This isn't an opportunity with a closing window; there's no "miss it and it's gone" moment. If anything, Google could crack down on mass-generated pages at any time, so the earlier you start building indexed pages, the better.

**What would show you're wrong:** (1) its global rank falls back below 2027k early in 400, which would mean search engines have demoted these pages and the playbook isn't stable; (2) the deletion complaints turn into regulatory penalties or lawsuits, which would mean the name-page route doesn't work; (3) conversely, if it keeps raising prices and its Reclame Aqui score holds, the vertical-tool-plus-SEO combination is monetizing better than it looks, and it's worth looking more seriously at copying it in a different country or industry.

## Research report on Tramitação Inteligente (tramitacaointeligente.com.br)

Research date: 2026-11-07. The official site and subdomains are blocked by Cloudflare (Jina, Exa and direct fetches all returned only the "Just a moment" verification page), so site content had to be assembled from search-engine snippets and third-party pages; anything seen only in a snippet is marked with its source.

### One line

A Brazilian SaaS for pension (INSS social security) lawyers, founded in 2021 in Florianópolis. Its core product is a "pension calculation sheet" (CNIS import, contribution years, RMI, benefit planning, automatic lawsuit generation), which it expanded in 2025–2026 into a full law-firm system (clients, cases, notices/deadlines, finance, document editor, the TramitaIA AI assistant, case-law search, MCP interface). The recent ranking gain appears to come from two things stacking up in summer 2026: a large rollout of programmatic SEO pages (tens of millions of judgment pages, plus per-person "public lawsuit lookup" pages), and the Chrome extension launched in July. It isn't a new product; it has long been one of the top 10k sites in Brazil's CrUX.

### 1. What it is

- Company: TRAMITACAO INTELIGENTE LTDA, CNPJ 44.107.039/0001-88,2021-11-03, registered address in Florianópolis-SC; partners Felipe Raul Borges Benali and Renata Yuri Yokosawa Fujisawa (per econodata and casadosdados).

- The main product is at `planilha.tramitacaointeligente.com.br` (the "planilha" subdomain means "spreadsheet", showing it began as a pension calculation-sheet tool); there's also `lp.` (landing pages) and a `tramitacao.` subdomain.

- Features (from search snippets): CNIS analysis, contribution-year and transition-rule calculations, RMI and claim-amount estimates, one-click Revisão da Vida Toda calculation, benefit planning, lawsuit-generation bot, document templates and text blocks, 500GB cloud storage, client and case management, AI summaries of court notices, finance module, TramitaIA (reads CNIS/PPP/CTPS/expert reports), AI case-law search (claims "over 49M rulings", covering federal and state courts and the CRPS administrative review board), TramitaFind (person/company/CPF/phone lookup, billed separately), MCP (2026-07-26 blog: lets Claude/ChatGPT operate law-firm data directly), and a public API.

- Self-reported scale: Instagram bio says "+30 mil advogados; 350+ órgãos públicos use it daily"; a third-party article quoting its videos says "over 130,000 users" (psicopedagogia.com.br, 2026-05-26, likely sponsored). Older template pages had a signup counter: "30 lawyers signed up in the last 5,502 days" (2023-04 page) and "3,868" (2024-04 page).

- Pricing: the data card lists an annual fee of about R$1,668; a Reclame Aqui user mentions "R$89 a month". The official /planos page wasn't captured, so all of this is **unverified** . 7-day free trial, no card required.

### 2. Data: how much did traffic actually grow?

Source: traffic database (rank_day, crux_domain), checked 2026-11-07.

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Tranco 2026-07-30 / 08-06 | 485,908 / 480,265 |
| Tranco 08-13 → 08-20 → 08-27 → 09-03 → 09-10 | 391,937 → 303,990 → 249,162 → 207,617 → 185,182 |
| Tranco since 09-10 to 11-05 | Flat in the 185k–189k range for a long time (11-05 is 185,470) |
| CrUX global | Before 2026-05, 06 was in the 500k tier → top 100k since **2026-07** (the data card says September, but it actually moved up in July) |
| CrUX Brazil | From 2026-05 to 09 it stayed in the top 10k tier, **no change** |
| best_origin | Always planilha.tramitacaointeligente.com.br |

How to read this:

- Tranco is a 30-day rolling average, so the climb from mid-August to early September reflects real changes from July to mid-August. After September it stopped rising. This was a step-up, not continued acceleration.

- The Brazil CrUX tier didn't move, so the core lawyer audience in Brazil was already in the top 10k tier. What changed was the global tier (500k→100k, 2026-07) and Tranco. That pattern looks more like a new batch of visitors, such as non-lawyers arriving from search engines, or requests from extensions, than paying lawyers doubling.

- Same-period peer comparison (Tranco, 07-30 → 11-05): Previdenciarista 97,210 → 254,459 (down), Cálculo Jurídico 169,444 → 460,251 (down; its global CrUX also dropped from the 100k tier to the 500k tier), EasyJur 186,704 → 184,351 (flat), ADVBOX 65,297 → 74,732, Projuris 207,881 → 218,862, Astrea 480,900 → 495,434. **Two established pension-law rivals were both falling in the same period while it rose** , so this wasn't a rising tide lifting the whole category.

Chrome extension (chromestore database): `jbjnicikegfmjgbfglejbelnffaopfld`, **published 2026-07-07** , v1.1.1 (updated 2026-08-26), 4,000 users, rated 5.0 from 14 reviews. User count was 11-01 to 11-07 and stayed at 4,000, with no growth. It has two one-click actions: pull the CNIS from Meu INSS into the calculation sheet, and pull case numbers from PJe/eproc into the system. Permissions cover eproc and PJe domains across states. The extension requires a paid or trial account, so it's a **retention and activation tool, not an acquisition channel** .

### 3. Competitors

| Product | Form | Launched | Scale | How TI differs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Previdenciarista(Prev) | Web + Chrome extension | 2013 | Instagram 107K; claimed up to 9K recurring subscriptions; 2023-08 about 600K visitors a month; Tranco 250K (falling) | Established. Strong on petition, expert-report, and content libraries. TI's strength is the calculation sheet plus one-click petitions, and TI is expanding more aggressively into full firm management |
| Cálculo Jurídico(CJ) | Web | 2010 era | Tranco 460k (falling) | Started with calculations, covers multiple legal areas, does not do firm management or programmatic SEO |
| IEPREV Calc / Prevsis / IntelPrev / Brasil RPPS / SGCALC / Lógike | Web | various | IntelPrev is in the Brazil CrUX 500k tier; the rest are smaller | Single-purpose tools (calculations, AI reading the CNIS). No full platform |
| ADVBOX / Astrea(Aurum)/ Projuris / EasyJur / Legal One | Web SaaS | 2010 era | ADVBOX Tranco 75k, top 5k in Brazil's CrUX | General firm management, not deep pension calculations. TI is moving from pension calculations into general management |
| Jusbrasil / Escavador | Web + app | 2008 / 2013 | Jusbrasil Tranco 1,276, Escavador 15k | The pioneers of programmatic SEO for case law and "search lawsuits by person's name". TI built its own case-law and person pages on the same playbook, but at a scale several orders of magnitude smaller |
| INSS's official Meu INSS, the CNJ portal, and court WhatsApp lookup services | Official | — | — | Free raw data sources. TI uses its extension to plug them into its own system |

### 4. How users arrive (acquisition)

1. **Paid ads (confirmed, historically)** : V4 Company case study (2024-02): at the time TI was spending about R$10k a month on Google Ads, and the partner's goal was to become "the company with the most daily ad spend in pension law". V4 took over and added Meta ads, raising monthly conversions from 150 to 800. The official site still carries a Meta Pixel (id 1722744021474423) and an X/Twitter ads pixel (from the page source Exa retrieved), so ads are still running. Our metaads/googleads databases don't have it (those only track products on our list, so no result doesn't mean no ads).

2. **Programmatic SEO, case-law pages (confirmed)** : pages like `/blog/jurisprudencia/<case number>-<date>-<holding>` are heavily indexed and cover civil, consumer, tax, labor, and every other area, well beyond pensions. Sample pages surfaced by Brave are dated mostly from 2026-07 to October (e.g. 24072026, 25082026, 27082026, 30092026, 20102026). A launch announcement for the "new case-law library" says it covers over 49M rulings. Proof the pages are being found: in 2025-07, someone filed a Reclame Aqui complaint saying "my name appears in your case law, please remove it".

3. **Programmatic SEO, person-lawsuit pages (confirmed to exist, launch date unverified)** : `/consulta-publica/pessoas/<name>/<id>`, with titles like "[Name]'s lawsuits | Tramitação Inteligente" and descriptions like "Track progress, free WhatsApp alerts", nearly identical to the person pages on Jusbrasil and Escavador. The companion TramitaFind sells CPF, name, and phone lookups. **Among the 5 most recent Reclame Aqui complaints, 4 (2026-10-21, 22, 24, 27) were ordinary people asking for their name or data to be removed** , which suggests these pages were getting heavy Google traffic from ordinary people, not just lawyers, in the fall of 2026. That fits the shape of flat Brazil CrUX with rising global tier and Tranco.

4. **Chrome extension (confirmed to exist, a retention tool)** : launched 2026-07-07, 4 months to 4,000 users. The timing lines up with the traffic step. Each one-click action hits *.tramitacaointeligente.com.br, which could add a little to DNS-based sources in Tranco (Umbrella, Cloudflare Radar). But 4,000 users isn't enough to explain the jump on its own.

5. **Content and community (confirmed)** : Instagram with 24k followers and 409 posts (Reels on tools, collaborations with pension-law influencers, such as a reel asking "Aline, which system do you use?" and a "NOVA PARCERIA" partnership series); monthly YouTube livestream trainings such as "beginner training" and "calculation mastery" (2026-04-02, 05-14, etc.); 1,594 Facebook likes; a course page at /cursos; and presence at industry events like ePREV Experience.

6. **SEO guest posts and backlinks (suspected)** : psicopedagogia.com.br (a psychopedagogy site) published a TI promo article 2026-05, completely off-topic for the site and looking like a purchased backlink. A "2025 essential tools for pension lawyers" listicle on ltzcapital also ranks TI at #1.

7. **Public-sector word of mouth (confirmed)** : the privacy policy says the calculation sheet PDF can include a "public official lookup" link, which judges and INSS reviewers can open after verification. Instagram claims "350+ public agencies use it daily". Lawyers submitting documents pass the product in front of reviewers.

8. Not found: discussion on X (90 posts in the last 0 days), TrustMRR, founders posting revenue, mainstream tech press coverage, TikTok.

### 5. Why it took off

- **The foundation is a must-have, vertical, high-ticket tool** : Brazilian pension lawyers spend all day calculating CNIS, transition rules, and RMI. TI turns "calculate → draft petition" into one click. The signup counter on the 2023–2024 template pages shows 3,900 to 5,500 lawyers signing up each month, and it was already among the local leaders by then (top 10k tier in Brazil CrUX).

- **Paid ads carried early scale** : R$10k a month on Google Ads plus an agency running Meta, lifting monthly conversions from 150 to 800 (V4 case study). Pension lawyers are willing to pay, with annual fees in the thousands of reais, so the ads pay back.

- **The step-up in 2026 summer came from turning SEO into an asset** : public court rulings (49M of them) and lawsuit parties were turned into indexable pages, widening the traffic pool from tens of thousands of pension lawyers to "every lawyer searching case law plus ordinary people searching their own names". Evidence: the page dates cluster from 7 to October; name-removal complaints cluster in October; Brazil's core tier didn't move while the global tier and Tranco rose; rival tools were falling in the same period.

- **The product is expanding outward, raising the value and stickiness per user** : from a "spreadsheet" into a full law-firm system, with AI, extensions, and MCP, aiming to replace ADVBOX/Astrea too. There's a cost: 2026-10 users have complained that the "unlimited" plan bought in September got capped in October and pushed them to upgrade, which suggests it is adjusting pricing to raise average order value.

### 6. Differentiation

- For pension tools like Previdenciarista and CJ: it is an integrated **calculation + firm management + AI + court-portal access** suite (the Chrome extension pulls CNIS and cases in one click, and MCP connects to Claude/ChatGPT). Most rivals still stop at "calculator + petition library".

- For general firm systems like ADVBOX and Astrea: it brings a hardcore pension calculation module that general systems lack.

- For Jusbrasil and Escavador: it takes their programmatic SEO playbook and puts it inside a SaaS, using free pages to funnel users into a paid tool.

- This ranking jump came mainly from SEO tactics (case-law pages + people pages) and long-term paid acquisition, not product differentiation. Product differentiation is what drives retention and payments (Reclame Aqui 9.2 points, 63 complaint reply rate 100%).

### 7. Visibility and copycats

- Visibility: **buzz within a niche** . Well known in Brazil's pension-law community (Instagram 24k, influencer partnerships, industry events), but no public revenue, no tech-press coverage, and 0 discussions on X. The agency case study only disclosed ad budget and conversion counts.

- Copycats: no one is clearly copying it directly. Previdenciarista already had a Chrome extension and is building "+1M curated rulings" and IA do Prev. Single-purpose "AI reads CNIS" tools like IntelPrev are popping up, and sameness is increasing.

### 8. Takeaways

- A vertical SaaS can use **public government data for programmatic SEO** (rulings, party pages), one long-tail keyword per page, funneling free traffic into a paid tool. The model can be copied in other countries with open legal data (Latin America, the Portuguese-speaking world).

- Use a browser extension to connect "official portal → your own system", turning the most annoying step (downloading the CNIS and then uploading it) into one click for retention.

- Add a "reviewer view link" so the product appears in front of judges and reviewers, lending it built-in credibility.

- Also heed the risks: privacy and LGPD complaints tied to person pages started clustering in 2026-10, so this path has a compliance ceiling. Jusbrasil has been dogged by this kind of litigation for years.

### 9. Still unclear

- Exact launch dates for the person pages `/consulta-publica/pessoas` and the 49M case-law library (the blog is blocked by Cloudflare). For now these are inferred from page dates and complaint timing.

- Current pricing and plan structure (/planos couldn't be retrieved; R$1,668/year and R$89/month are secondhand).

- How much of the new traffic converts to paying lawyers. The part from ordinary people searching names may monetize only through TramitaFind and ads.

- Current ad spend (our ad databases don't track it).

- The "30k lawyers" and "130k users" figures are self-reported.
