BibleScroll

Read that day's scripture before you can open Instagram or TikTok, for American Christians who want to scroll less

$50k–200k/moest. (third-party estimates from downloads and rankings; they differ by 4×)

Why it's an opportunity
The guilt of “scrolling disrespects my faith” is a real need. Locking the phone works better for getting people to pay than adding a paywall to scripture.
Why it's blowing up
Two brothers behind the phone-quitting app BePresent built this. The lock was already there; they only swapped the reason to unlock it. From 8-28, the founders started appearing on the homepage and began running Bible-verse ad copy. In October alone, they launched 27 new creatives. Late October, they switched the ad landing page to the Android version, released just 9-12 earlier, and it got about 32k installs on Google Play in one week.
Data
A reference category in the US App Store's iOS Top Grossing chart at #12, with only 8,868 ratings. The apps around it have tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands (11-05). Meta is running 314 ads (11-05). Third-party estimates put it at $50k–200k/mo, differing by 4×.
