A French Pokémon card collection ledger: prices cards at French local values based on card language and condition, and turns a pile of cards into a holding that moves up and down daily

- Why it's an opportunity
- Collectors treat cards as investments. Players want prices based on their own country, language, and condition, while generic scanners only show US prices.
- Why it's blowing up
- Started by two French people who met on X and never met in person, later joined by a CMO. The three of them worked on it for seven months. The 9-16 Pokémon 30 anniversary series launched worldwide at the same time, and revenue doubled in a month. Almost no paid ads: they grow through seasonal leaderboards. Users post on X and TikTok tagging it; every 10 views is converted into 1 points; each season prizes a card worth about €1,000, plus an affiliate program with a 20% lifetime share. November days 1–6 averaged $1,035, level with October's $1,044. The launch hype has faded, but the money hasn't.
